I've given up on this one - it keeps on going missing.
Will place another in the same area sooner or later, but at a different location.

Stopped at this site for the view and remembered there was a cache here - unfortunately we couldn't find it either.
We followed the instructions and felt in the obvious spot and it wasn't there. Probably needs a check.
Couldn't find. Read clue and did exaclty as instructed. Could find nothing with my hand - used my walking stick. Still nothing. How could I have missed something that should be so simple?

It appears this cache has been muggled again since Moneydork replaced it in October. Too bad. A stunning spot even in the rain. Reminded us of a time 13 years ago when we spent several nights camping here, bathing daily in the lake and meeting some wonderful people.

Caching our way through NZ and stopped off to grab this one. Even though the cache was missing we still found a beautiful lake while traveling on the west coast of NZ. Visiting from Utah, USA. Thanks for the fun! Bean Stompers
I'm sure we were in the right place, used the clue, but there was nothing there....
The cache is missing. We found what must have been its hiding spot, but there was nothing there. Thanks, however, for leading us to such a delightful location. We didn't have time, but it would have been a great place for a picnic.
Sounds fairly easy, but I didn't have the clue. My pointer was actually towards the lake, so I thought it might be underwater!

Checked on the cache today.
It was indeed missing and has been replaced.
Same instructions, same location, hidden a wee bit better to avoid a future cache muggling.

Did not find it but we were sure we were at the right spot as the cache site was very obvious. Also a US mountain runner arrived to meditate while standing in the lake (!!)so further searching was somewhat restricted.
We searched and searched and searched some more. We had some lunch and did some more searching, no luck. We stood on the 7th step and put out our left hands, nothing in the hole. I collected my torch from my vehicle and shone it in, around, under and through, no sign.
I need to be told that on the 28th of September 2005 between the hours of 1300 and 1400 the container was actually there before I am prepared to log a DNF. If it had been disappeared we wasted an awful lot of valuable time. Great spot though and we needed to stop for lunch somewhere and that is a delightful place.

This cache was half-full of water when I found it, but luckily the bag for the log book kept it dry. Drained everything out, but as it was pouring with rain when I found it not able to dry anything out. Packed it back up and re-hid it, but might need a better container.
Grabbed geocoin, left green star stone. TFTC!

6pm. Found it just on dark after visiting both glaciers today. We took a few photos but this is the only one that looked anywhere near decent.
I'm surprised the cache hasn't been muggled before this but I guess people are concentrating on walking up the stairs. Otherwise a great hiding spot, good clues and easy to find.
TNLN. Enjoyed visiting this beautiful spot.
Thanks.

Greetings from Saudi Arabia. Found the cache with little problem, indeed I saw it from some distance away. A great setting thank you.
The previous entry in the logbook stated that the cache was found unintentionally. It did not say whether the baggers were geocachers or not. Whatever they complied totally with the rules.
This would be a great place to camp if it wasn't for all the sandflies. TNLN. Greg and Bev
Patience paid off. Two fishermen were having fun playing in their tackle boxes as they were done for the day... I thought the coast (no pun intended) would never be clear! Anyway, Benster entered stealth mode, retrieved the cache, Mary logged it and replaced it while Benster was blocking the view. Quite a team!

Found on a wet afternoon. Left Vulcan Travel Bug took the signature item of little Hairy Dwarf - will move this on to a new location soon. Found with Beeley Groo the Torry 2
Fantastic spot! I was worried as I drove in seeing all the muggles around, but there were none by the cache site. Had lunch with the sandflys. Picked up Aussie Eagle TB to take nearer to an international airport.
Lot's of people are camping here today, even hamburgers available. Left TB Aussie Eagle
Loads of muggles around, but fortunately they provided their own distractions. Thanx!
Easy to find with clues. Little Devil (geokiddie) found it quickly. Left Australian souvenir key rings (easiest to carry in luggage). Took small piece of jade. Beautiful spot; shame about those murderous sandflies.
This is a popular camping spot which is sheltered.
This cache was found easily as most people in the area were busy either cooking or packing up their camps.
Took stingray and left bear.
Thanks for the cache

JM snuck this one in and out to avoid attention of the people fishing. I was just looking forward to a picnic lunch after we found the box.
This was a very pretty spot, but there were lots of muggles to contend with, including two people fishing right on the spot. We lingered and took advantage of them being distracted by a lost lure to retrieve the cache. TNLN.
Everyone who caches the West Coast of the South Island owes Moneydork a word of thanks---so, thanks for the caches! TNLN
Guess what, start of a new day and another Moneydork. Great location for a cache. Helped a young couple from overseas get their car started. Big rainstorm, even for coast, so will be back another day to find more area caches. Thanks
A great scenic spot indeed, just what I needed for a break from all my riding of NZ.
Found the geocache easy enough, and had my only view of Mt. Cook while I was here.
TNLN.
Cooeeee off I went southwards touring all of NZ on my MTB.

This was a great spot for a cache! Very scenic, and we enjoyed the view. Found it without any problems. Didn't exchange anything.
Our third and final find for the day. Once we were in the right place, we found it without any trouble. Fantasitc day, no clouds around and little wind.
Took rat, left yo-yo.

Fantastic spot, probably the most senic photo of our holiday, fantastic weather. Found cache no problem. Great location. Thanks, Zcat.
We came around the edge of the lake and forced our way up the bank!! This is a good cache in a really nice area.
+ wallet (from Jonathan's cache) - Travel Bug Algy (after meeting HLD earlier- had to take his new TB)
Thanks

Quick stop on way up West Coast - Logging Algie TB in, updated log to follow when return home.
We found the cache with the hint very easy. The only problem was to hide it after loging. In the mean time some girls came to swim at this place.
Thanks to Moneydork for this scenic view. (We didn't swim)

The travel bug Circumforaneous Kiwi was with me (on his whirl wind West Coast Tour) when I laid this cache.
