I'm really glad I noticed this cache and made a point of finding it, what a great spot! Found on a whirlwind tour for the ACT Answers sent. Thanks for the cache spindoctors!
What a beautiful site! I had been planning on checking this out for a while, and finally the stars aligned and the rain disappeared. It was a warm sunny day, and the stroll took around the estimated time (minus 30 minutes of backtracking to find a lost GPS). This place is still fenced off, but you can see through to the amazing rock paintings. TFTC!
Found with Decrypter. This area is MAGNIFICENT at present. LOTS of wild flowers; kangaroos grazing. It's some time since I have seen such magnificent scenery, and the weather was perfect. Underfoot, the ground was marshy after all the recent rain. The paintings are caged in, but still visible. Worth a favourite point. TFTC The Spindoctors.
Fantastic mega day out in Namadji for first time visit to this part. Jumped on the MTB as the walking track is officially closed so wandered by this remarkable place before heading up to Yankee Hat. A tad unplanned and really did had no idea how special the site is. Good to see the bush recovery after what must have been scorching hot fires. A fave for location and keeping this golden oldie alive TFTC and the FUN!
Nice to finally grab this oldie. The hike took awhile but nothing to difficult beside some overactive Geo-Kids. What a rare type and so old. We parked and started the 3km hike. Lucky we brought lots of snacks and water. It was hot! Amazing location with some amazing history. Questions answered. TFTC Spindoctors!
I read the last log and if at all possible we will make the walk in. Thanks for the great logs and for the cache.
Where to begin with the log for this cache? Do I start with the fact that it is a rare type? That it is really quite old at the time of writing this log having been placed in 2003? That it draws attention to subject matter which barely registered with the general populace until the 1990s and would still have been marginal (to a degree) at the time this cache was placed? Or perhaps that the original CO is no longer with us but that the cache is being maintained in his memory speaking to the respect in which he is held?
All of the above are worthy starting points but seeing as how I have reached the midpoint of this log perhaps I should mention the gentle adventure this cache takes you on. Whilst it isn't hard to reach in the sense of being up a tree or mountain or even on the water it still requires a degree of commitment to walk the kilometres out and back. Whilst I only experienced fairly blustery conditions the degree of difficulty? would be greater if you were midway through the walk and the heavens opened up or the wind was stronger than that which I experienced.
Once at the rock art, well, what can be said. I only wish I had had more time to stand and contemplate the significance of what it meant to be seeing graphic depictions of experiences lived by people thousands of years ago. As it was there was a family with two teenage children at the viewing platform. Let's just say conditions weren't conducive to reflection and contemplation.
If I could give multiple FPs to a cache I most certainly would give this a handful. As it is I am limited to just one so that is what I have bestowed. Many thanks to the CO (wherever he is now) for finding out about this place and drawing the community's attention to it and many thanks to those who continue to watch over this cache all these years ensuring that it is not archived. These types of caches are what make geocaching so special.

After really enjoying my visit to the Namadgi National Park area south of Canberra a couple of days ago, I returned there this morning to find a few more of my target caches.
It was a leisurely visit with a couple of short walks and plenty of looking around.
Visiting this virtual cache was one of my main objectives for the day. It was a pleasant walk and very interesting to see the rock art site.
Later in the afternoon and evening I did a couple more of the lab caches and the associated unknown caches closer to the city, as well as a night cache on the eay back to my camp.
Thanks The Spindoctors for the cache.

I decided to travel down from Brisbane to the Mega in Queanbeyan and spend 2 weeks here and in Canberra collecting caches on a rather lengthy to-do list.
Yesterday the scheduled plan had been to go for a walk in Namadgi National Park to visit this and another long unfound cache on Yankee Hat but a fuel system warning light came on in the car only 20 minutes from my destination. With the Easter public holidays approaching I reluctantly turned back and went on the hunt for a mechanic to fix the problem rather than have the car out of action for the next couple of days.
With the issue fixed for the moment, I had to implement a back up plan for the rest of the day and Yankee Hat was deferred until today. Leaving before sun up again, I was aghast to find the fuel warning light come on again in almost the exact same location. Knowing that the issue was not a terminal one, I decided to keep driving today and arrived to find only one other car in the car park (at least someone would be around to help me if the car had an issue restarting ).
After collecting the information for the nearby multi, and stopping off at a couple of other caches along the way, I soon approached the listed coordinates and quickly spotted the item required. Continuing on to the artwork I found I was the only one here. After some photos I continued my walk up to the top of Yankee Hat (but that is a story for another cache ).
On the walk back to the car it became evident that Yankee Hat rock art was the place to be this Easter Sunday, with the car park overflowing with cars and a number of groups on the walking track heading out to the rock art. Was lucky to have had the place to myself when I did. TFTC

For some reason the_proton and I thought it would be a good idea to find more caches after our OzMega tour to try and find 10 cache types in a day. This was so mind blowing for me, the_proton and I had a really enjoyable chat about the animals they might be and how it had survived so long and how the pigments might have been made. TFTC.
The only cache I had planned for today while in sunny Queanbeyan for the Clear Waters Mega. After a spot of breakky, Mrs Gunnie and I headed South in search of the starting point. [^]
That bit didn't go to plan. I spotted the sign to the track, but the SatNav wanted us to go another 16km on the road, then turn right. Hmm... foolishly, I trusted the SatNav and powered on. After turning right, we had another 15km to travel, but could only get maybe 1, at which time we hit a locked gate. Grr...
So, back we went and after confirming my suspicion, found the car park and hit the path to the cache. All very quiet this morning, we only past 3-4 others on the path there and back. The tranquility was great though and we enjoyed the short walk to and from GZ.
Question answered and obligatory photo taken at GZ, we returned and made our way back into Canberra to tick off some tourist stuff.
Answer sent to the CO, photo uploaded with this log. Many thanks for a great virtual and for keeping an aged cache and rare icon in the game.
Cheers Spindoctors.

Our target for the walk was this virtual. This was the 9th type to get us to 10 cache types in a single day (the last would be the mega event!)
Was wonderful to sit and look at the paintings here, absolutely amazing they last so long. A beautiful place, so thanks so much Spindoctors for bringing us here.

What a fantastic location for a virtual cache. It is amazing how long this art has stood the test of time. We enjoyed our time here and will take away some great memories. Thanks for showing us this location. Thanks for the virtual The Spindoctors
Bit embarrassing to say, but this was our first visit to this amazing bit of the past. Having come from the Middle Creek Shelter site this was the grand finale of today’s walk through time and it didn’t disappoint!
The weather held off to this point so I hope I didn’t offend any dreamtime spirits. It was pretty special having the whole valley to myself and the imagination ran wild and free. Dramatic skies and changing weather just added to the adventure today.
A very fitting spot for a virtual. Thanks spindoctors for sharing the knowledge of the area and leaving a great legacy for others to discover.
Definitely this valley is now high up on my new favourite Namadgi locations. Still a few caches to lour us back out. TFTV

During my four-week stay in Australia I visited this place.
We parked our van and started the beautiful walk. We saw many Kangaroos and after a couple of Minutes we reached Yankee Hat. What a beautiful spot! Thanks for this Cache!

While on a family trip to the area for an engagement party, we were lucky enough to come to this location. It was a great experience and we enjoyed the location. The kids enjoyed themselves on the walk and hopefully learned a few things about the area, even spotting a few animals along the way. A great spot!

Yup, had this cache on my list for a very long time now, just something I have never got around too considering how far it is from Northside and always had other caches in mind!
Decided to finally grab it with Cankid today, and after a pleasant walk we soon reached the rock art and answered the question and took a photo at GZ.
Thanks Spindoctors for the virtual cache! Was a pleasure finding it today and a great spot as I have always imagined.

This cache was the main event of the afternoon. Loci612 and I were headed out here to find this cache, as it had been on our lists for a long time. I love virtual caches so it was awesome to get another one under my belt. This one was fantastic, I loved the location. TFTV Spindoctors!
Came out here on a Meetup walk, had to find a cache or 3 while I was here
This whole area is amazing... Can't believe I have lived in Canberra as long as I have and never been to this place until today...
TFTC - a virtual - cool!
... Took selfies while we all looked at the art... and took group selfies too (our special guest on the walk took one for her blog and I took one for my log - lol)
*Found with [Geooh Live](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohLive)*

Our ultimate aim today was to do the Yankee Hat Walking Track to the rock art site not only just to do this old Virtual but to enjoy this fascinating location on this easy track that both of us could do. With the weather overcast, we were still able to see the mountains before us as the white clouds billowed past them and we could even see snow on one mountain peak as we walked through the grasslands amongst what seemed to be hundreds of kangaroos. The granite boulders were fantastic to see with their weathering creating different shapes and sizes, no wonder the various aborigine clans met up here in this area and took shelter under "The Rock".
Thanks so much for bringing us here , we thoroughly enjoyed walking amongst this historic location.

A nice walk together with ellrav out to the Aboriginal rock art on a sunny late summer day. Saw lots of kangaroos on the way, and had some great views of the area. An interesting spot to visit. Thanks for the virtual cache and for showing this historical place!
This cache has been on my to do list for a very long time. Being so far south and deep into this beautiful area that i don't often get to visit. And when I have visited I've been focused on other caches.
So today i focused my efforts towards this. It was my RDO caching Tuesday and the weather was beautiful. Sunny, clear, and not to warm. A few detours where had along the way, but that's a given when there is a cache nearby. The history in this area is intriguing and I could imagine this valley would have been idyllic in the warmer months of the year. Plenty of good tucker and time for cultural enrichment, part of that being these interesting paintings.
I know this would have been a place that Spin Doc would have enjoyed, including all the nearby hills and bush. A big thank you for setting it up and a nod to the community for leaving as a mark.
All cache requirements met.
Thanks for the cache.

The week of the CO being honoured by the ABC it was an honour to find his cache.
An after set up adventure while I was staying nearby at Orroral.
I cannot believe how many kangaroos I saw!!!
The artwork was inspiring as always.
To the CO, thanks for all you did. RIP.

Another one done. Woo Hoo! I love the challenge of the geocache hunt - read the notes, decipher the cache requirements, and go searching for the hide. This is an amazing world-wide game of hide and seek. I love it! I also enjoy caching with my family, and meeting fellow cachers. It really is a small world when I read over cache logs. **Thanks go to The Spindoctors** for placing this cache and maintaining it. It's a great contribution to the Geocaching community and much appreciated.
I enjoyed finding this one at 11:19:10 AM.

A couple of months ago So undertook her blue level hike for Scouts and once we returned from that she was keen for some more walking. A muggle friend from work was also keen to get out and today the weather and diaries finally aligned and we headed out to the Yankee Hat Rock Art site.
We arrived today after a nice walk in before the day got too hot and I noted the answer to question (emailed to CO) before moving onto the rock art site. What a fantastic place to stand and ponder our place in the countries history compared to the original inhabitants. Fantastic site, definitely a favorite point from me, and I will be back. TFTC

A rare virtual, bringing me to the rock art. I was with Fox in Jox and TikvaNZ, caching in the area, and this was cache was very high on my to-do list. We enjoyed looking at the ancient paintings as well as the trek to and from the car park. We took the terrain four (it felt like terrain 6 for me today, I was so out of shape) route via Oh My Hat!

A great day in the Gudgenby Valley with ZQX and TikvaNZ. Found eight caches, with the prize being another Canberra's Toughest Challenge cache.
Came down to the cache from the summit. Much less bush near the Rock Art, thankfully.
ZQX and I struck the 'footballer's pose'....very serious issue, this geocaching!!! To The Spindoctors...TFTC

This area had been on my "to-do-list" for some time now and I was hoping to bag a few caches in the area but I didnt get here till right on dusk, this was my main goal as it one of the few remainly virtuals I have to find.
I ran all the way hoping to prolong the little daylight I had to enjoy the area. I grabbed the required info before checking out the nearby sights.
Answer sent and thanks for this unique cache.

wow, I really wasn't expecting such an amazing rock face here, nor the art. Nice walk up here as well. Favourite for sure. One of the best caches I have done.
CO messaged. We took the kids on the Yankee Hat walk and introduced them to geocaching. A spot of fun and a beautiful location and day TFTC!
Had trouble getting photos off new phone. Finally worked out how to do it and can log! Photo and answer winging its way to owner now.
Lovely day at Namadgi, lovely location at cache.
Lovely day at Namadgi, lovely location at cache.
Pprime , Fangsoki and I were down from Brisbane and we had a target list of caches to search for in the limited time that we had.
Pprime had been to this one previously but as it is only one of the two virtual caches still available in the ACT he insisted that we had to take the walk out to get this one. He had not prepared us much for the adventure. We parked at the right spot and the GPS was indicating that we were 1.8km as the crow flies from the cache.
However, we set off on a path which was taking us in an indirect route to the cache. The weather was not the best and we were intermittently hit by squalls of cool rain and followed by patches of sunshine. We passed a lot of kangaroos along the way that did not seem afraid of our approach. The breeze passing over the long grass made them waver like wakes on the shore.
Eventually we arrived at the target area and recovered the required information. It was then that Pprime led us on further to the rock paintings. We were intrigued by the apparent age of them.
We reluctantly left the area and headed back to the car and found that we had a raging breeze pushing us for the last kilometer. We arrived back at the car after completing a 6km hike.
A combined message has been sent with the answer. Thanks for showing me this magnificent place. A favourite point for sure.

Pprime kindly led Crew 153 and I in to this Virtual. He had done it before but wanted us to get the Virtual as well.
We enjoyed the walk in - the big sweeping plains and the holy honking howling wind! We wound our way following the path to GZ and collected our answer.
We then went to the rock art. Very fascinating indeed. I am impressed people have been respectful to it by the looks.
Once we had paid our respects we headed back in the strong wind. A very worthy Virtual indeed. Our answer has been submitted. TFTV The Spindoctors

I was in the mood for a geomission in a nature park so decided to head for Namadgi for a day of quality geocaching. The draw-cards for the day were the Nightmare series, the virtual and trad at the rock art and whatever others I could nab along the way
This was the second draw card of the day-to come and check out the rock art and claim this sort after virtual at the same time WOW! What an amazing and awe inspiring place-quite moving actually. I feel very privileged to be able to visit and see this ancient rock art and learn it's history as well as learn about the significance of the area. Thank you to the Ngunnawal people!
Have emailed the required info.

While travelling with Mutex I’ve found a lot of caches all over Australia. You know, I like the discovering, especially in nature, but am not that much intopcs and internet ..and logging. So we spend a whole day together to indicate all the caches we found together out of his list. Hope you don't mind the standard text aslazy me has to log quitea few now. HopefullyI'm gonnawork on that
Thanks!

At the moment Pfote and me are on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. After I've spent a full year in Australia Pfote joined me for my second year down here. We will definitely try to collect a lot of boxes and all the special things in every state all around and through the middle.
Our current part of the journey is a short roadtrip form Sydney via Canberra and Bright to Melbourne. Of course, some stops are necessary!
This was one of the caches, we've found on the way.
This one was a quick and easy find.

i'm sorry for logging early but i did send the owner the description, i dont mind if the log is taken down, sorry D:
I've been planning to come down here for such a long time....my partner finally got some time off work as he wanted to come too so we planned a day out here and nabbed some caches along the way.
it was definitely an amazing trip, the walk was stunning, saw lots of new animal species (Rock skink, cunningham skinks, ground crickets, brown falcon) first time seeing paleo art for my first time as an avid art historian i was so excited....although i have to say when i finally saw it I had alot of critiques I wish i could give to our ancestors I'm also convinced that the turtle/echidna was an echidna....they're way cuter and more interesting then turtles.
TFTC this was such a great cache in every way. Posting a picture to go along with this log.

A fantastic place to visit, and a walk that we're glad we got the courage to attempt (with three little kids in tow or on back!). Thanks for keeping this one going.

Down from Brisbane and out today for a few hours, found myself passing by in search of an 'N' - there are challenges where this is useful in JUNE. Such barren landscape, so appealing to the walker in me, and the promise of ancient graffiti was enough to see me legging it along the well-worn path. A clever Virtual, muchos approvos. And what an amazing place it was indeed.
Thanks for placing this cache, The Spindoctors.

Out hiking with some scouts. Camping near the rock art overnight before heading south to Hospital Creek Hut (via Frank and Jacks Hut) then heading north back to the Yankee Hat carpark. A quick find after dark with niemsoto4 and Girrawa. Thanks Spindoctors
We enjoyed the lovely walk out through the valley and the open skies and grassland. A few muggles at the rock art site but they were soon heading back and we had the place to ourselves. It is a spectacular spot and we felt a little in awe thinking of the way of life that put the images here and how they lived. One for all visitors to the ACT.
Thanks The Spindoctors

So our Rover Crew have been making plans to go hiking more and more often. So we decided to go on a simpe walk to Yankee Hut. I loaded a bunch of geocaches onto my gps before we left, set off, and about three quarters of the way in, pulled out the gps. Which was useful for when we wanted to give up with only 75m to go!
I took my cubs here on a grey wolf walk ...umm two years or so ago, and barely remembered most of the walk (in my defence I was making sure a group of 8-11yr olds didn't axe themselves or step on a snake) so it was nice to walk around, quietly and enjoy the scenery. Really gave you a good chance to reflect. That was until someone pointed out the storm clouds looming above us.
(still we managed to miss it!)
Thankyou for making a cache out here that's different

Answer sent, but I'm logging preemptively so that I can log TBs correctly.
I decided to get this cache so that I could increase the variety of cache types I've found this month. Headed all the way down to the area, then found water across the road to the parking area. Because I drive a small car, I didn't trust it to keep running if I drove through the water (it was a little too deep), so I parked just off the road and walked the extra roughly 2km to the parking area before starting on the walking trail. I'm glad the terrain is so flat, or I probably wouldn't have made it.
When I made it to the rock art, I startled a couple of muggles who were lying down on the rock on the opposite side of the platform. I expect they thought I was crazy when I set up my GPSr for a photo (and who am I to tell them they're wrong?)
(Edited to fix date)

Answer sent. Seeing as we had finished the main cache we were targeting a lot earlier than expected we decided to grab a few others down south and have had our eye on this one for awhile. We saw a pile of roos on the drive in but that was nothing compared to the amount of rabbits we saw on the track in. It was like tele tubby land. We had a brisk walk in of half an hour and had to laugh when we saw what GZ was. Nice to see the art work and interesting to see they have put a silicone bead up high to stop the water running down the art work. TFTC

I left Yankee Hat car park nice and early for a morning of walking around this beautiful area...and it was fantastic to finally make it out here to complete this virtual cache which has been long overdue to do on my to do list ever since I lived in the ACT four years ago. Will have to bring the family back here some time. This is certainly one of the places I miss most.

With the long weekend, we decided to visit Namadgi. Seeing as it was my first visit to Namadgi decided to start at the rock paintings.
The days are starting to get hotter and the few kilometre walk to and from the paintings definitely requires plenty of water.
Made it out to the rock paintings grabbing and few caches on the way including this one. Great spot definitely worth a visit!
This made my 600th find TftC

First visit to this site after I got into geocaching. Really enjoy the walk to this spot.
A lovely winters day tempfrostus to go out for a walk. Being sensible, we decided that a walk out to Yankee Hat was just the thing.
A later start than usual meant we escaped most of the morning chill and as we set off, the usual suspects of kangaroos, rabbits and multiple birds watched us leave with clear disinterest.
There was still a little snow on the ground around the rock, despite the lateness of the day. All up, it was a great walk on a lovely fresh Canberra winters day.
email sent, logged in anticipation.

Found today on a Canberra Bushwalking Club walk led by JohnnyBoyACT. It was great to get back out to Namadgi today and we had beautiful weather for our walk. Good to see that the art work has been fenced off. A beautiful place to take in some of Australia's more ancient history. TFTC - gets a FP from me
A Canberra Bushwalking Club walk around the Yankee Hat area for some caches. Trip report at http://www.johnevans.id.au/wp/?p=3933 . A great caching team of Kittykatch, mr_roo, Marmaduke Rothschild, me and 6 muggles. TFTC.

Beautiful weather + a public holiday = a great day to go for walk and picnic.
My kids and I along with a girlfriend and my parents walked to Yankee Hat rock art. It was a fun walk with lots of great rocks for the kids to climb on. The info for this cache was easily found.
Thanks for the chance to nab a smiley in such a great area Spindoctors!

Found on a nice day out in Namadgi NP. A lovely walk from the previous one, to another main highlight of the day. The sun kept going behind the clouds just as we were going into the shade - not good timing. Got to GZ and quickly noted what was there, then we had to do a bit of a walk before finding the rock art. Got there and was amazed. Such a cool artefact. Never seen rock art face to face before. Quick photo and a quick drink, then we turned around back to the car. Didn't get "Oh My Hat" today. Good to get another virtual at a great location. TFTC Spindoc Bob and Co!
Sunday 7 April 2013 - brilliant sunny autumn day without a cloud in the sky when we set off in the morning and enjoyed a walk in the low 20 degrees. We registered in and enjoyed the art with great company and loved this virtual cache. Then foolishly decided to walk up to the cache up the top of Yankee Hat - wow was that hard yakka for just 800+ metres. Thx R, J and P. TFTC
How awesome. We took the children to the picnic ground here about a year ago and no idea what lay beyond. We took the children ( young adults ) for the walk. It was delightful. The day started off cool and we were glad we had the walk completed before the hot afternoon sun set in.
Went out walking through this lovely area on a glorious day. Blue sky, ice in the creeks and streams, and a lot of people with the same idea!! Have sent email to the Spindoctors with required information and attach photo for the find. Thanks for a great cache / inspiration to walk out to this terrific spot.
Woohoo, our first virtual cache
My beautiful geowife decided we needed to get out and go for a stroll in the bush and seeing she works at the Namadgi Visitors Centre what better place than Namadgi. The morning was nice and crisp and as normally happens in Canberra the day turned out to be warm with clear blue skies. After a nice drive we parked the car and started an easy walk across the open paddocks littered with Eastern Greys as far as the eye could see. With the visitors book signed we moved on to the rock art sight for a few photos and a good look around. A great location for a cache, also picked up a few extras along the way. Thanks Spindoctors for a well thoughtout caching experience.

Found during a lunch break with 11 scouts and some other leaders while on a weekend hike. We camped near Frank and Jacks Hut last night and found ice on all the puddles around the camp this morning Brrr!!
Thanks SpinDoctors for this interesting cache location.

Beautiful walk. I camped nearby 6 months or so ago but didn't get to this location then. Picture attached.
A splendid day for a walk in the bush with McPhan, Sol and the Winglens to score "Oh My Hat" and passing the rock art in the process. Took the opportunity to nab this "walk by". Thanks Spindoctors for the cache.
Out for a great spring hike and decided to collect a few caches on the way.
We decided to take a photo of a nearby overhang as it was a great photo opportunity. Hope we can still claim the cache with the attached photo.
Thanks Spindoctors for a cool cache.

Another walk I wanted to tackle since we were down this way. And another virtual cache! Plenty of cars in the carpark doing all sorts of walks today. It was a nice walk gradually rising up the hill to the rock art. We manaed to lose a little shoe on the way home somehow as both our passengers fell asleep in the child carriers. Thanks Spindoctors!
I've been through this valley a couple of times already seeking caches deeper into the bush and never had the energy to make it out here. Today was finally a good day to clear out the valley. So the duties done it was time for a couple more cache before climbing the hat to place a cache of my own.
Thanks Spindoctors.

Found it. Good walk one winters afternoon with older geoteen.
Photo of rock art attached. I have emailed cache owner the answer to coordinates.

Great walk to this cache and good example of rock art - something I'd not seen before.
Glad BatGirl has explained the white strip of silicon above the pictures!
Have emailed owner with what was at the GZ. and picture is below.

Part 2 of my adventure with BatGirl&Co this morning. EMail sent with answer and errrrr, well here is a picky of her and I took it. Nice to get into the shade of the forest and admire the art, what were they trying to say ..... (he says all artistic like)
The sign said "human form" but I really think it was a squashed goanna. The artist would have had to have eaten HEAPS of gum leaves for that to look human.
That said - I was interested in the white silicon line at the top of the cave that you can see above me in the photo logged by Agent Basil. I gather it is there to stop water running down the inside of the cave towards the paintings. Interesting spot in the cool of the rocks and the trees in the middle of the circuit. TFTC.

Great Art, checked this out while in the area. Camped the night at Middle Creek nearby.
Nice walk. As I arrived I was relieved by the big cloud covering the rock art. TFTC
P.S. For some reason it doesn't let me upload my image.

#464: Found with JezzzaXtreme and Beltaines_Fire. An interesting area and was surprised how the paintings have survived for so long out in the open. See JezzzaXtreme's log for photo of our visit.

Very nice area, the rock paintings were quite fantastic. Got here about noon after walking across the frosty grass plain, the creek was still frozen over on our way back in the evening!
Thanks, Jezzza Xtreme.

A nice stroll with geokids and geowife - plus around 20 cubs from Lake Tuggeranong Sea Scouts. What beautiful day for it and a wonderful treat at the end; who would have known such a terrific artefact was just a short drive from Canberra.

This was out first cache find. Mark and Jennykate took us out here for a picnic and introduced us to geocaching. Thanks.
Mark and I have been out here before but decided to go again today so we could log our find.
Lovely walk in the winter sun.
Number 4 on a day where we said we weren't going caching. Addictive isn't it??

Signed the Namadgi visitors book and took the photo.
