Logs
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I have received a formal complaint about trackables disappearing and park officials trying to extort money from cachers. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
If no problem is found, feel free to re-enable the cache, and post a note letting others know that it's back in action.
Feel free to delete this note after re-enabling the cache.
If there is no way to resolve the raised issues, please archive it after removing the physical cache. We don't want to leave geolitter lying around.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

Finding the right tree was a bit of a challenge and we'd just managed to return the container before we were approached by a guard telling us there were snakes and to return to the path. We showed him the beautiful orchid we'd photographed just 10 feet from the cache!
Scrambling around a little until the ranger popped out and showed us the cache. We signed, chatted a little and were on our way back down the path to the mighty waterfalls! Splendiferous!! PS we didn't pay anyone to grab the goods although we got the feeling that is what he was expecting...
We found this Cache. Nice place. TFTC!

yes! we are coming from France and we found it in spite of our guided tour with very few freetime to search. but we did it ! thank you it was a wonderful site!
regards from France. not many muglers but a lot of Vervet monkeys who seemed to keep the cache : they were running everywhere and they followed our 10 years old daughter. hi! hi!

My first in Zimbabwe!
I got it although there had been two guards watching very carefully. Actually I wanted to put a Geocoin (nasowas hochzeit! - wedding of nasowas) in the box but the warnings in the former logs prevented me from doing this. So our wedding coin got only a visit.
Thanks for the Cache from nasowas (Germany)

These falls are just unbelievably stunning. The views from all along the escarpment are phenomenal, but I'd have to say my favourite was at #3 (I think), with the Devil's Cataract spilling across from the left and the gorge stretching out ahead of me, rainbows in the mist and the sound of thundering water in my ears. I spent a good two hours walking along admiring the (very wet) view, and marvelling at how high the spray goes. It felt exactly like rain on some spots, especially down at Danger Point. I would have come here without the cache to draw me, but it's always nice to have one in such a memorable location. Not many TBs in it, but I was with a group and didn't write down the numbers of the ones that were, sorry. TFTC, Licorice! =^.^=

We were on an overland tour from Cape Town to Johannesburg, and while our tour group went from Botswana into Zambia we came into Zimbabwe for the morning to do the Lion Encounter, and then came to Vic Falls afterwards.
Loved the falls, even though they aren't in full flow at the moment it was still amazing to be here. It was a blistering hot day and we spent about 2 hours walking around the entire falls area, then walked over to Zambia to catch up with our tour group.
I spent quite a bit of time searching for the cache, but my GPS accuracy was very bad and even though I searched many forked trees in the area I couldn't find the box. However, I did get the information from the minted plates and am very happy the owner has allowed me to log this, my only cache in Zimbabwe, as the one at the other end of the falls was missing.
Thanks for placing this cache here!

What a crazy adventure we had making it to this cache! We came into ZIm and realized that someone had slipped us fake currency. We almost didn't make it back to Zambia! Yikes. Be careful everyone! Very excited to complete my first cache in Zimbabwe. I also hid a new cache on the other side of this park. Thanks for this one my fellow Canadian!
After visiting the statue, we continued on the trail to get soaked. Beautiful day for a visit to the falls.

Claiming as a virtual cache.. Answer on its way and pic to prove we were there... What an awesome place.. If you go, don't forget to do the White Water Rafting, the Elephant Experience and the Helicopter Ride over the falls...
Thanks
