Greetings from Geocaching.com

I have been looking at caches in the area that have been temporarily disabled for a while now and it looks like your cache insert cache name has been under the weather for some time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don’t think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to have it reposted, it will be no problem. Just drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your “My Cache Page†and clicking the link of your cache.

I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

Thanks,
embi

Not a good start when the GPS puts you in the middle of a very busy bitumen road.
With an EPE of 10m we were not sure where to start looking.
Checked nearby areas but will return when conditions are more favourable.

This cache has gone missing. Thanks to 2+4 for the heads up. Sorry to Derringer and Muzza for the inconvience

After looking at the previous finders logs, I knew this one wasn't going to jump out and hit me. The GPS was fairly consistent, placing me nicely off the road around a structure that could harbour a microcache. I looked all around for almost 40 minutes. Anything that could be moved was checked - rocks, bits of wood, rubbish, etc. Everything.

In desperation I rang the Embi hotline, only to be told that an hour or two earlier he had received an email from Two + Four (equals Six) that it may have disappeared. 10 minutes later and Embi appeared and verified what we both hoped was wrong. It had gone.

Oh well, no find, but a very enjoyable and informative chat ensued until darkness and the attack of the mozzies drove us away. I'll be back if/when it is replaced.

What a cache to come back to! My first find since returning home to Australia (yes, it's been a while) - and what a little beauty! Determined to find this one without any assistance, I searched up and down and tried not to think about what could be lurking in the little holes I poked my fingers in! Was about to admit defeat when it was located, and even then I wasn't 100% sure I had found it. #4 on the log sheet - fantastic idea and perfect for urban caching. Top marks embi!

Wow what can we say. What a fantastic cache, I guess initially we were looking for something bigger as we thought it was a traditional cache not a micro so we searched a larger area. In the end though a little bit of adviced narrowed down our search area and we found a truly great cache.

Thanks Embi

The kids now want to lay a 'Maccamob challenge two' and
Mason has some idea's so I think you may have started something.

We have had two looks for this one and as yet it eludes us. We have not yet given up hope and will try again soon.

Ahhh!!!! What can I say. This was a Challenge. After looking for a while decided to call embi and find out if I was in the correct area. When this was confirmed I found the cache soon after at 2:45pm. This has to be one of the best hiding places I have come across in all of my caching.
Thanks Embi for the Challenge it was a great one.

Found by Mary & David at 0805. Mary was on night duty so no chance of responding to this challenge during the night. Mary rang as she was leaving work to make sure David was awake and ready to go. Expecting a long search, we arrived at GZ and began looking around. Mary got lucky and we had it very soon after. Big Grin Very clever, embi! One of the best hidden caches we have come across. Our thanks indeed.
