Spending some time on the south coast for a while. Mostly just some peace and quiet, but finding the time for a few caches as well. A but further exploring today. With some local caches we drove up past the Bay, to Milton, Ulladulla and Conjola. Really lovely locations and great weather to enjoy it in. It was nice to enjoy the coastal scenery and calm lakes and inlets. Really enjoyed the stingray feeding at Bendalong, saw a whale and had a great pie at Milton. The high tides made this an interesting experience. Easy to get around to where we needed to be but a bit of water to get out to the information! It wasn't to deep if the waves were met on higher ground and the information soon turned into coords. We walked through the van park and the many paths made it easy walking to the cache. We saw a whale from the top and even found a cache not on our maps on the way back out.
Spending some time caching around the NSW/ACT southern tablelands with lots of side trips. TFTC.A few quick caches around Batemans Bay and then off to the Ulladulla and Conjola area for some Earth Caches, some Ad Labs and an old 2003 multi.Lots of great scenery and even got to see sting ray feeding, a distant whale and also a lost cache. Was surprised to see WP1 out in the water as it was high tide. Waded out and took a photo. There was stingray feeding on the beach nearby.Found coords for GZ and made a shortcut through the van park. Lots of good tracks all the way to GZ. Awesome. Also saw a whale and Aquilus1 found an unpublished cache from 2019 on the return journey. About 50m from GZ.
We were in the area doing an AL. Realised this cach was close by. Collected information from WP1 as waves broke around us. Understood what we needed to do with the information but one number was a bit tricky. We reconfirmed numbers with a second visit. Accessing GZ proved tricky. The way in was more like a T4. Exiting was a better experience. Not sure that T2.5 is appropriate. Perhaps T3 would be more appropriate. Found the cache easily at GZ, but the ammo can is cactus. The log was surprisingly dry. Thanks for a fun experience. Not sure what connection the title has with the cache though. TFTC Odlids. FP awarded.
Perfect day for multi cache hunting.
Low tide mid morning, over cast so not too hot for the hike to GZ.
It’s a bit of a bush bash at the moment but enjoyable.
The container and log have seen better times but still holding together.
Thanks for making this a good but easy multi.
Signed the slightly damp log.
Favourite point too.

Found the data at WP1 quickly due to accurate coords. With high tide approaching we started to get wet feet. Took a photo then retreated to our car to calculate GZ. Not too far to GZ. Only a 15 minute walk along tracks nearly all the way to the cache. Again, very accurate coords led to a quick find. A very enjoyable multi with a nice code and a pleasant bush walk to a scenic location. TFTC odlids
Wasn’t sure what was to be initially found, but with the low tide details were gathered without issue. Now just what to do with them. Later that night the light bulb flickered, then switched on…GZ determined.
On the final morning of our holiday headed out early, partly to beat the heat, partly because we wanted a swim before our departure home.
Parked at an opportune location and headed towards GZ. Took a few dead ends but finally found the right way, which in turn lead all but the final 25 metres. Even then it was an easy push to where the cache found without an issue.
Container has seen better days, and the log a little damp, but all signed and replaced before heading back the way I came. Favourite added for the adventure. TNLNSL TFTC

Came for a walk close to the final earlier in the day but daughter wanted to get back to the beach to check out the surf. And the tide was right out at the time.
Later in the day we returned and the tide had come in. I had to time it very carefully between the waves to get the first set of numbers.
Then realised the final was where we were earlier in the day. At least I knew the path to take... As a previous finder said ... Stick to the north option.
The cache itself was full of water. Both containers... I emptied out out and just managed to write my name in the log.
Really needs a replacement Sistema. See photo.
Its great to find an older cache that predates my joining date of 2004. Fav point added for the puzzle and the final location... Loved it.

We met a newbie cacher KrazyKatMan while camping and solved this one together! Bush bashing to find the cache indeed.. (5 ticks and counting!)... but worth it for the great cache and fantastic view on sunset! We left a few fun swaps for the next cacher who treks out here! TFTC
Loved this one. A team effort with new geofriends Crazycatlady_5. Very cool fun and my son absolutely loved (and wanted to keep!!) the container. TFTC
Was very curious to know what I was going to find below the high tide mark. Had to hold off for 18 hours as I missed the low tide during the day.
Not what I expected in the end. But obviously fitting for the family.
I reread the cache description and had a way forward to the gz fairly quickly.
After lunch I made the walk out to the final gz. Wasn't convinced I would make it because of the shrubs. But persistence paid off.
Pleased to see the ammo can. That's had a hard life. A very rugged location. Amazing it's survived all this time.
Found a better track on the way back. Hint for future searchers. Keep to the northern side of the point while walking out. Somewhat of a track that way.
Thanks for the cache.

Found on a very windy day. Accidentally scared this little echidna on the way in.
This is my oldest find to date! An awesome cache and beautiful location. Thanks

We followed the ways of D and B,
After searching around the crashing sea,
With a little rethinking we found the point,
And the views did not disappoint,
It took us 3 days of bush bashing,
This cache certainly was smashing.

Staying in Bendalong for a few days and finding some of the many caches here and about.
In between waves (low tide in an hour) we managed to get the information. But what do we do with it?
After a bit of thought and head scratching I realised what we needed to do to get a solution. Then we headed off with a bit of apprehension about what to expect on the way to GZ. A bit of an off track diversion caused some lost time. However we got back on track and finally arrived at a beautiful view. Shortly after we made the find.
Thanks The Odlids for a great historic cache. A F.P.

It's always a thrill to find an old cache especially a multi like this one - a well put together puzzle that was just demanding enough for us holidaying nearby with not to much concentration to spare and a good walk to GZ. I must admit we found the easy way to do the walk as there was an entrance just behind our tent to the semi formed path that went nearly all the way to GZ. The middens were impressive and the views just fantastic. We signed our name after reading the logs and marvelling at a log that has remained intact and still incomplete for 15 years. Thanks for the cache. I wonder if we will get the chance to visit your other coastal caches. Definitely a good favourite point biggest bush bash we have done (maybe not) but very hard bush bash but it will be worth a good rest WAIT! STOP! NO! Do not stop reading because there is the greatest view in the history of view it was epic good look over the ocean tide was in so couldn't see the rocks clearly but still it was a good view TFTC
TFTC,
It's always great to attempt an old (prior 2005) cache. They always give something special and this one was no different.
We started this yesterday in the rain so that it was possible to get to the starting coordinates and get the required information. Couldn't have done that this morning.
We completed the walk in brilliant sunshine this morning and signed the log. Approaching GZ, I knew I had calculated something wrong with 100M to go and fell back to the hint for a guide as to where to look. Guess what, it was under my feet. Fantastic to be able to read through the history provided by this 15 year old cache with its original log book.
The container was starting to show signs of deterioration (1 clip broken off and plastic getting brittle) and so I contacted the CO offering to add the protection offered by an Ammo tin which I had in the car. All secure and in place for the next visitor.
Picked up 11 months of lost days for this find. Now only have 2 active caches by this cacher to find and have enjoyed them all.
Added a favourite and visited trackables.

Saw this multi, as we were going down to watch the sunset, (that didn't happen as it started to rain), we didn't look who was the CO until we got to GZ, got all the information, lucky as today we wouldn't have been able to. Calculated the final, but the rain was getting too heavy, after packing up camp this morning, off to find the final, Wazza9 quickly located the container, signed log and replaced. Great to see an original log book, 15 years old. Thanks to odlids.
After a late Christmas Day lunch, the family and I decided to set out for a walk.
I gently nudged us toward this multi. It took me a little while to solve, with 3 kids to keep an eye on.
I left everyone behind to go on a walk to GZ.
I started to worry after awhile - the path started out clear and well defined, then after some time disappeared and I had to rely on following tell tale trails left by other adventurers.
I was not dressed appropriately for the task in thongs- highly recommend proper footwear for this!
It started drizzling and I wondered if I'd find my way back easily enough.
Upon arriving at GZ it took me a few minutes to find the container.
I stopped to admire the view and enjoy the first moments of serenity in awhile.
Signed the log, TNLN.

I had no previous intention of voluntarily attempting my Jasmer Grid. That was until a Jasmer Challenge cache was published close to home – so I now have little choice but to work on it. Looking through my statistics I realised I didn’t have too many unique months of the grid to fill in, but it was going to be a real pain in the neck to work on.
Since then I have come to realise that there is something slightly special about completing caches Pre-2005. “Old School” caches have a certain level of historical value within the geocaching community. It was my observation that these caches that have withstood the test of time are either difficult to interpret, hidden in places that wouldn’t get many vistors, or the coordinates are off significantly. Regardless, some of the caches have been reasonably rewarding to find. Thanks to all the respective Original Cache Owners - and Current Cache Guardians (if any) – for maintaining these special gems.
5th November, 2017. Bonfire7 and 154Crows had invited me down to Conjola to grab a 4.5/5 Puzzle. While we were in the area I asked them if it would be okay to grab this one as it went towards a unique month for my Jasmer Grid (November 2003).
They had already been here a few weeks prior, so we had no problem following paths out to GZ and to locate the container. While we were at GZ, we were extremely lucky to watch a pod of whales out in the ocean. It was a pretty special moment after a big day out. Thanks for the experience!

Wow what a great view and fabulous adventure. We were in the wrong place to start but read other logs backtracked and cache in hand TFTC
This was an interesting multi indeed and I think the guys covered it well in their logs. We had an amazing day for a search, winter turned on its best. A nice find after ten months. It was a challenging and fun cache and certainly deserves a favourite point from us too. Nice work odlids.

Today was the perfect winters day here to be caching, the sun was shining,no wind and the tide was low...beautiful
On the way to GZ something caught our eye and we had the key but it didnt add up,hhhmmm??
I follow the GPSr further to where we should be and it all added up,a quick calculation then soon off to hunt down the cache.
Plenty of roos and some awesome views later we soon had CIH
I really enjoy multi caches and this was alittle different and alot of fun
Gotta give it a fav point, nice work odlids

This was a fun one. On our way to the posted coordinates we were distracted by a clue we thought was in a rather odd place. The information made perfect sense but we couldn't build a viable set of coordinates. A bit more searching turned up a second, and as it turned out the proper, clue. Deciphering the information was made easy by our first bit of misdirection. With workable coords, we turned our attention to the best line of approach. It wasn't long and we had cache in hand. Thanks for a great multi.
took two tries to get code and a lot of bush bashing but eventually found it what a great cache!
I had tried to solve the coordinates for this one whilst I was here last but couldn't decrypt that tricky key at the time. Looking through old photos it finally dawned on me as to what I had to do. After that, it only left getting the cache today. I walked out through the bush, probably the harder way. Eventually the GPS led me to a likely spot and I soon had the cache in hand! Log signed and cache replaced. TFTC odlids!

Lovely day today - Sunday 24th August
The GeoSchnauzers and I are off north from Batemans Bay today, for caching, walking and scenery. We're off to Bendelong and Cunjurong Point, 100Km away - I've done most caches closer than that.
What a top cache!!! You get a favorite point for this one. The GeoSchnauzers and I got a nice walk on the beach and rock platform, on a beautiful day. We watched a pod of dolphins hunting up the rock platform edge. Then I got to exercise my brain on the puzzle, then we hunted an approach to GZ. After two goes, I found I couldn't take the GeoSchnauzers, so I left them in some shade, and went to GZ. You're right about the weeds, heaps of them. Otherwise, it was a great walk and magnificent views. Thanks for the cache!!

What a lovely enjoyable multi cache. My favourite kind of multi. Away from the traffic and humdrum, beautiful scenery, a little puzzle challenge that was not too difficult - but did require a bit of old brain power, a sneaky adventurous WP1. And a devious final stage cache. We tried to get to this twice along different routes - to no avail - third time we were lucky and were rewarded with a beautiful view Thanks for the great cache.
Decided to head to Bendalong for some caching this afternoon, and a great afternoon for walking along the beach, some rock hopping and bush walking. This cache took us to some beautiful corners of Bendalong that we would never have visited if it weren't for caching. SL TFTC
Not the best day of summer, but as I had planned to go this way I wasn't willing to postpone. After revisiting WP1 at a lower tide this time, soon I had the coords for the final. Choose the right spot for parking and had a nice stroll to GZ were the find was quick and the views were great!

Hints easy to decode but trick was which way to approach. We tried 2 different directions be for picking the third correct way. Came with tokens94 and saw some big greys before reaching GZ.
Found with company as we grabbed some caches in the area. this was one that I wouldn't have been able to get on my own because no matter how had I looked at that historic relic I wasn't able to read the information. Even after taking a photo I still couldn't read it, glasses may have helped. Thankfully we made a group fold and walked the dotted line and found a well tucked away cache in an amazing location. Good fun challenge. SLTN..TFTC
Out caching with friend today, there quite a few people on the beach enjoying the warm weather, people cleaning their catch of flathead. Lucky for us the tide was in our favour, however the feet got wet in retrieving the information, we soon headed for GZ and greeted with great views, contents are in good condition, duties one and placed back in its hide. Got lots of exercise finding this one with T!t@n and Arise Voctorious. Grateful for their puzzle-solving skills and T!t@n's tenacity. Saw the kangaroos and, finally, the abalone shells which led us to the cache. Thanks!
Found with lloydelicious and arise_victorious. It was a nice challenging cache!
We walked around the cache to a different headland and realised we needed to back-track. Not discouraged, we wanted to find this one before the darkness set in. We reached GZ just in time and admired the wonderful view and sunset. We even spotted a few Kangaroos along the way :0

Found thanks to Titan's perseverance, otherwise Lloydelicious and I would have given up! Sooooo glad we found the prize after reaching GZ. Terrain rating should probably be a bit higher. Took nothing, left Army man micro cache for someone else to collect and hide.
Geoson, NationalSteel, is hunting for long-unfound caches. When I realised that Bendalong had 4 caches unfound for more than 6 months I invited him for a Good Friday raid. The tide wasn't as low as we would have liked, but got the details without getting too wet. Then a walk to GZ, which would have been a lot easier if we hadn't got onto the wrong path. 300 m of bush bashing eventually brought us to the abalone middens for an easy find. TNLNSL. TFTC.
This was a great cache, a challenge and a good walk in a beautiful spot. Didn't take too long to work out a likely set of coords although they were a surprising distance away. We nearly got the elevation wrong which would have been a disaster but fortunately after a bit of a bush bash and startling quite a few kangaroos we arrived at GZ for a quick find. TFTC!

Got the co ords and did the working out for GZ, but ran out of time to get it.. will complete on the next trip down here.
We got close. Pretty sure we had the GZ coords worked out, but not enough time for the walk. Kids rain, so we will be back another day.
Great Cache, great views and great clues. Thought it was impossible (first waypoint) but there it was. Great walk with great views. We dropped off our first trackable after he hid out in a graveyard for about 9 months.
After a bit of scratching my head as the coords for WP1 seem to be not logical I realized low tide is not before noon so it must almost high tide now? With a quit sea today I went for WP1 anyway and think I found it! From there I got stuck! the numbers didn't add up??
What an adventure!
Found the clues and worked out GZ.
Tried walking around the headland on the rocks. That turned out to be a nice walk, but a waste of time.
So back up the top and into every noxious coastal weed known to man. Fortunately, I think a lot of the weeds had been killed off, but it was still a walk fit for a wombat in places.
The GPSr had me going off the end for a little while, but after letting it settle down, it guided me to 'almost' the right spot. I searched around and came up with the goods.
Now to walk back......

2nd visit. More luck this time. Trusted the gizmo and got the info.
Back to the bike to do the decoding, now how do I get there?
Either way a longish, for an old fella, walk. Parked the bike and followed the GPS.
There is a track of sorts if you are a wombat. Found the cache TNLNSL.
What a glorious view on a glorious day. Thanks for bringing us here, Pelusa.

A caching experience with a difference. Whilst visiting muggle friends on the south coast, we mentioned geocaching. "What's that? Never heard of it.", so after an explanation of the basics, they were keen to tag along and try it. It quickly turned into a 4 car, 12 person, ummm, circus! All were keen to learn, but with just one GPS (plus a recalcitrant iPhone), we set off to Bendalong to find Foldalong. With rays and dolphins in the bay we set off. The GPS was handed around, and promptly disappeared in the wrong direction. Sans-GPS, I headed to where I thought WP1 might be, and was quickly rewarded with a logical find. Decoding the clue was easy till the numbers stopped making sense. Once the GPS arrived we discovered that we were some 50m short of WP1, so off we go again. With the tide not quite right, we eventually got the data we needed and headed to higher ground to redo the decoding. Now it made sense, so it was off to GZ. It was about now that the batteries ran out. No problem. I had spares in my pocket. I take the old batteries out, put then in my pocket and.... oh dear.... I just put the old batteries in the same pocket as the new batteries. Now I have a pocket full of mixed batteries. Random pair into the GPS, power it up and... a minute later it dies again. This was a procedure that would repeated many times before we reached GZ.
Off we go. People going everywhere (why couldn't they follow the person with the GPS?), but eventually, after lots of backtracking to avoid lantana, and some pretty impressive views, we approach GZ. I quickly spotted the goods, but left it for the others to 'discover'. "Wow! There really is something hidden out here." While I sign the log, the others check out the contents of the cache. We take the coin (it's been over 4 months since the last visitor) and leave some dental floss.
Back to the cars, somewhat easier in this direction, and off to our next adventure. I'm pretty sure I now know three families of ex-muggles who'll be looking under every rock they walk past for years to come. Hooked!
Thanks odlids, for providing the perfect introductory experience for so many.

ooowwwww jeezus they really werent kiddin when they said it was hard! after nearly getting drowned in the ocean and falling down the hill sides, battling leaches and every type of plant/stick imaginable we eventually found the famous cache!!! probably not the best for our first geocache experience...only advice is to wear gripped shoes and possibly take water! good views though!

Jokingly suggested to my Muggle friends that we go searching for this one while camping, and they agreed (for the first time ever). We got to the first part and I had to help them along in decoding it. Walked to the box, found it after a little search (was a typical sort of hide). I advise not doing this one while you have a cast on your leg (a plastic walking one, but still!) Good fun. Took Geocoin, left tennis ball.
Found after sleeping on the problem for the night in the nearby campgound. Came to me in the shower. Great spot in the end on a rainy day. Thanks
second attempt, great spot great views, might even try the camp grounds one weekend. swapped a few bits & pieces and retrieved the Travel Bug
2nd crack at this one. In the dark this time with YoungGregB. Managed to find WP1, which is further than I got last time. (I was way off!) Stumped by the clues at WP1. WIP....
We had a go at this at about midnight after too many beers in the local van park...... it seemed like a good idea at the time. Found WP1 at high tide in the dark, got our feet wet and then couldn't work out the WP2 co ords. Might be easier when sober but we still couldn't crack it the next morning. A few clues would be nice....... B D E ?
I was never any good at 'problems' at school & nothing's changed. I even "phoned a friend" who had found it & despite his help, still couldn't work out the B & D business. I came up with one set of co-ords, fed it into my recently purchased car navigator & it through a fit - recalculating, recalculating, recalculating, turn left, turn right. Turned the b$%^&y thing off. My hand held pointed straight out to sea so the person making the noise probably thought I was trying to drown her. I have the info so may try again - May.
We were down here for a rogaine on the weekend and with the hash house & campsite conveniently located in the Bendelong Point tourist park this cache was very much on the radar. So on the Sunday after the event had finished we wheeled out the GPS and set to. Mmmmmm.... after thinking we were heading for a dip in the briny blue all became abundantly clear. Well we found WP1 anyway. The clarity came a little bit later.
Punching in the co-ordinates for GZ it was about where we suspected it would be - about 130m past one of the checkpoints we'd picked up the previous day. The day was fine and sunny and it was a pleasant stroll out along the headland with speccy views every which way. After spending 15 out of the previous 24 hours wading lagoons & estuaries, heading up and down hills and gullies and pushing through sodden heavy scrub the little bit of shrubbery encountered on the way to GZ did not even register.
Soon the cache duties were being conducted and what a fine vantage point this is. We sat a whiles taking in the views and simply relaxing in the sun. We took nowt but left a girl's necklace. Also picked up a bug & coin, leaving another rather appropriately named TB.

We found another multi. Wooooo hooo!!!! We camp here every year and I have never seen that monument that the 1st WP is on before. TFTC and TFTViews. Its quite a walk to GZ. Found on a family scout weekend and at the Bendalong campsite we found a rock with Shellhar...... scouts on it. What a coinsidence. There was also a kneeboarding comp on so all the good bodyboarding spots were taken (their pretty good I have to admit). Thanks again.
got it but took like..... a long long long time
thax for the fun???
ps put in a tb

Phew, it sure is hot today!
It certainly was easier finding our way in than it was finding the way out. I knew I should have turned that track function on.
Thanks for another great adventure odlids.

They must breed cachers tough down south to rate this one as 2.5 stars I had the 1st waypoint to this one done and dusted some time ago but ran out of time to finish it off, today I had that chance. The walk was low grade to begin with but irrespective of the route you choose it will always be a little punishing to work your way past trees, vines, spikey plants and the like. Eventually we found it, and it is in remarkably good condition, the log book is quite dry as is the rest of the contents. We have taken out the TB and replaced it with another, What a view it is from here we are accustomed to the views a little further south but this view is great too.
Not the hardest terrain I have done but certainly deserves another star in my opinion, TFTC

Set up the tent and fired up the GPSr with WP1 only 150m away! Was wondering about the puzzle but once at WP1 made sense. No tide trouble. Then walked around the water towards cache- couple of hairy bits but ok then up to the cache. Grabbed Coin and lft Finding SOD TB. Things were a bit more difficult getting back out but were rewarded with some great views south and to Pigeon House. TFTC!
Excellent multi this one. The first spot was just OK in terms of the tide and you are certainly correct about the weeds to be seen on the way to GZ. A beauty!
I was not sure I was ever going to complete this one. Firstly my PDA went flat so I had to redo WP1 and use my old GPS. Then I started off around the rocks and decided that the tide was to far in, so retreated. Now I went for the over the top route, that was messy, zig zaging all over the place, if only those kangaroos would go to the places I want to go to. In the end it was a challenge, but satisfying Thanks.

We love coming down the coast for a camp and a fish.
Found WP1 without any problems but had to do a little bush bashing to finally find GZ.
Thanks the odlids for another enjoyable cache.

Found the first waypoint quite easy, nice spot and nice idea with the clue. Second place was a bit harder. We choose the high road, but had to find our way around and through lots of shrub on the way. Saw several kangaroos, but no wallabies.
Very nice view from the spot. Took an abo bracelet, left a pen from MGSM.

WP1 was easy enough, then a little maths and a walk. But which way to go? Tried from WP1 but didn't get far, so some backtracking was in order. Left the rest of the family on the beach and went alone, worried about wriggly things because I was not appropriately dressed, but got there anyway. On the way back I spooked a huge kangaroo, then 2 wallabies. The campground was bursting at the seams. Well, It is Australia Day!

Thanks Odlids, for a lovely outing. PS I took the time to check out the view south as I walked back - Wow!

We couldn't understand why it had been six months since anyone had visited this one...it was soon apparent.
Shell and I eventually found it sat and rested then battled our way back to the car. Thank goodness we didn't try to walk from WP1.
Saw a snake on the way back, reminded us that summer is here already.

Knew where this one was as soon as I saw the name, as I'd spent some time at the nearby caravan park many years ago. Dropped in to have a look at this cache on the way down to Narooma, however didn't have the time required to crack the conundrum that is WP1. I'll be back...
This was the third cache this Easter weekend. Our brother and sister-in-law are keen on Geo cacheing now, they have seen some beautiful sights that they hadn't seen in the 8 years they have lived in this area. Thank you.
Found by edmil & maddie(in bikini - good sight but not a good move). Initially, location one had me a bit bewildered but it soon revealed itself to us. However, I was dry no more. After 3 trips to the location - note to self; write things down properly- After working out the clue we thought the low road would be good option- don't think so, so it was the high road option. Off we went me in wet boots and jeans maddie in sandshoes and white bikini - who's the smart cacher? The plants soon had their revenge on maddie and she succumbed 89 mtr from the cache, nursing scratches she sat looking out to sea while I bravely surged forth beginning to doubt my calculations. But ye hah I was spot on. Came upon the area and had cache within moments of arrival. TNLN. It was then off to find maddie, damn I should have waypointed her, took longer to find her than the cache and after doing so even longer to get back to the car. Thanks for the cache, the journey, the scratches, the oneset of the sniffles & maddie bikini cacher -priceless.
Last one for the day, tide nice and low but went the long way. Found GZ then kept a watchfull eye for snakes after spotting a small one on the return trip.
Very nice area Thanks

A year after its last find I can say this cache is all well. Found it whilst holidaying down south.
Picked the wrong time to be at WP1 but manged to get the info and then took the long way (via one tree beach) to GZ. Did the business as the rain fell. TNLN, Thanks Odlids

Driving past and decided to have a go at this cache. But our arrival at the beach coincided with high tide. Got completely soaked at WP1. Great views. + marker pen. - lightstick. Thanks odlids.
Took a geomuggle with me to see if I could convert him.... we went fishing afterwards, so no conversion performed today.... interesting spot love the views, I kick myself now that we sold our block of land that we had down this way....
Took the squeaky toy for Reggie, the geomuggle pup who resides where I am staying tonight, left a letter stencil.

Wow, our adventure turned into quite a saga, more from our own doing than the cache's. We had brought a friend along for his first cache. Not sure where to park for the final attack, we ended up splitting up, getting lost, shouting up and down the escarpment, clambering over and through rockpools, falling down cliffs. Rain, darkness, and tides threatening. One of the three never made it to the cache, but we found her wandering nearby soon after Great fun!
Still, it made the eventual find that much sweeter. Might be too much for the youngest geokiddies though.
Took pen knife, left moose.

We camped near this site over the weekend and would not have appreciated this view (or the weeds!) if not for this cache. Thanks. We saw a large kangaroo and a small wobbly on our way back to the tent. Left a doggie beer and took a cool surfer dude fridge magnet.
Yippee! Our Odlids trophy arrived! (Our second Odlids trophy at that!) A lovely laminated coastal coaster! Now all we need to do is find another 5 coastal virgins, and we’ve got the whole set! Thanks Odlids – another trophy for our trophy cabinet!
Ahhh – success! Found it on our second attempt, but not without searching yet another erroneous site in vain…That’s two areas around here we are more familiar with than we should be. This time it was my fault, - I did double check the maths, but clearly double is not enough! Have added more scratches to my limbs to compliment those from last week, and got jabbed by a few new spiky things. Hint – don’t approach the way we did!
Have now experienced this place in both 35 degree heat, and in pouring rain. – I recommend not doing it in pouring rain… Mind you, the rain stopped just as we found the cache, which was most useful for not getting the cache contents wet.
In the end we decided that this is a very nice area – we will have to come again some time, and stay a little longer. Thanks Odlids, for a cleverly set up cache.
Took a squishy yellow smiley face stress relief ball, and left a glow tube.

Many apologies and many thanks to ThomasS for discovering a rather embarrasing error in our calculations. It has been corrected. I really do need to get more sleep.

Started off on this cache without problems… Found the first waypoint easily enough (the gods were on my side), and even think I figured out where the final location was supposed to be. But after that things started to fall apart. – Got to where I thought the final location should be, but after an hour (or more) of searching – no find… Oh well I did find a cup, a golf ball, and some broken glass. I also managed to get dozens of scratches, and poisoned from at least 5 noxious weeds with nasty spikes!
Lovely area though. I’ll have to try this one again another time.
