We both had a fantastic weekend of caching and company. It was good to be able to escape Walgett for a time! Thanks to the Bronze for all the work that he put in to the preparation for this event.

========UPDATE===========

We're sorry to have taken so long to get all of our logs for this event done, however, getting onto a computer in Walgett that had internet access was a little hard. We also couldn't get any of the photos off Kate's laptop before we got home. We'd like to express our appreciation to the Bronze once again and look forward to catching up in the future, perhaps for the next Beni Challenge or for a group assault on Buckley’s. “Not quite Evian†in Walgett should be coming online soon. Sorry Geo-Nads for not getting it up in time for you… it’s been a hectic week. Hope you can find it sometime.

Once you have parked at the below location walk into the park to the BBQ's near the playgym. The coords are 32 14.815 x 148 36.477. Here I will have some breaky refreshments and mabey some coffee and tea while I hand out the cache lists and discuss the weekend in general.

Once you have logged at least 4 of the 6 caches of the weekend you may then log this as an event cache.

Changes: One cache was replaced as it was far to long. This has been renamed as Wombat Day. It's successor is Beni's Party #3.

Weather:
Saturday-
Clearing isolated showers and thunderstorms in the northeast. Mainly fine in the southwest. Very warm to hot. Light to moderate south to southwest winds.

Sunday-
Chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms in the northeast. Very warm to hot. Light to moderate southeast to northeast winds

I look forward to meeting you all then.
