Staying in town for a while - and decided it was time to stop procrastinating and find this cache. For a town full of awesome views spots, I reckon up here isn't a highlight - but definitely worthy of a cache.Had some cache blindness for a while until I realised that the cache may have shrunk slightly over the 20+ years it has been around.
Sought this cache out due to the age of it. The road was closed off so I had to come in from back. It really is a nice panorama. TFTC
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. Bb
Annual fishing trip to Bermagui with the old man and brother. Weather wasn't great again today, so we decided to go for a drive north to Tilba, Narooma, and Tuross Head. A great day discovered many nice little places, including the Tilba Brewery by accident! A nice view from here, cache all good.TFTC!
Looking in one spot to look elsewhere at the same time and see the cache .. woo hoo lovecthese moments.
There are many breeds of swamp dragons with different looks, different personalities and, last but not least, different propensity toward exploding. Swamp dragon breeders are careful to give their dragons the right amounts of coal, charcoal, and some other supplements. This does not always keep the dragon in one piece.
CaptainVimes and I are on a driving holiday from Melbourne to Canberra this week. We pulled up here and made a quick find with a blank log. Thanks for the fun 2 Leg Drive
Nice spot but not hidden well I found a toy in there so I took it and put a dollar in good luck to the next person
A short detour to this cache to find the oldie, a shirt stop and search and the cache was found and is all good

Great Cache for beginners. My son's first independent find. We had a cute visitor when we arrived! BYO pen
Found and signed dsd or darksidedan or AB or Adventure Boys to save space in the logbook. Thanks for the cache and the Adventure.
Easier than we were expecting, but that's good. TFTC. The water views are better than the water tank views.
Easy little park and grab. The cache is in good condition although not well hidden. Signed and replaced. Thanks 2 Leg Drive for placing the cache.
Cache was checked. It was a little damp. All dried out and replaced in location. Note for future finders. These types of containers need to sit with their lid up or they tend to get a little damp inside.
Cache on.

Here for holidays, I was going to find this one two years ago, but ran out of time with family adventures. Looked around here for a bit then ended up finding the cache back back the very first spot I looked at, obviously a bit better search this time. Too wet to sign, will send photo evidence. TFTC.
Nice drive to Narooma before heading home after a few great days on the coast. Weather has been perfect. Found with Joolay. Tftc
Quick pick up and all good with cache.
So keen to get away and enjoy the coastal breeze. But our last day today and decided to head south before heading back home.
The weather has also been kind and the sun has been shining.

Searched for over 30mins, looked all around the hint location. Perhaps cache owner needs to check that it is still there.
First find of the day in Tuross Head! Nice quick park and grab. OCW Camicles. TFTC!
Indeed a great view. This is our first visit to Tuross. It’s a great place and with a bonus of numerous caches - including this rather ye olde worlde one which i hope will fill a gap in my grid of funds by month. Thanks for the cache and keeping it going so long. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to look for the other even older one before we head home tomorrow. Now onwards to Moruya for a trip to the Vinnies on this rainy day Tftc.
We drove into Moruya today to meet some friends from Ulladulla for a nice meet up for lunch. A lovely day to be out so after we had said goodbye we stayed on for a few caches while in the area before driving back to Kianga.
This was a bit of a last minute decision to call in for a few caches, it's been years since we visited Tuross.
A very old cache here surprised me but pleased to find it today. A quick find and then off to look at the view and the area as we drove around exploring. Thanks for the cache.

Wow another Old School cache in Tuross! Not quite as old as the other one I found herel, but much older than most of the caches out there these days, and still fits in the pre-2005 era!
After circling a couple of times I soon spotted the potential spot, and ducked my way through the twigs to be able to reach the container.
It was soon uncovered and in good condition! Great to see it going strong! Although the Panorama Views are no longer very good, the trees are extremely tall and block it..... the seats and big sign that says "Panorama" is very underwhelming now! Oh well!
Thanks

A caching mission! This time organised by KittyKatch to grab some new caches from Moruya to Broulee. Quite a few us joined the walk on a lovely Saturday . TikvaNZ joined me for the drive and we decided to grab a few more caches beforehand and afterwards. On the Sunday, we headed south and ended up doing a caching circuit, Moruya, Bega and then up the hill to Cooma and home again to Canberra. A fantastic trip planned!!
This cache: small cache located in accordance with the hint. New log added as our good deed for the day!
Thanks 2 Leg Drive for the cache and the fun!

Decided to go out for this one after demolishing a bottle of gin with Cathy. We're only staying at the Tuross Beach Holiday Park at the bottom of the hill so it was a gentle stroll (wobble) around the edge and up the hill! On the way we heard a rustle in the undergrowth and spotted a porcupine! How cool was that?! There are some special houses up here, probably empty for a lot of the time, which is a shame.
The cache was a quick find, I signed it, and Cathy took some photos for my friends Stu and Dawn who had been here from England about 10 years ago.
Thanks for the cache!

This is a T1.5, no higher. The detailed hint and accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition although the log is full. Certainly great views from this elevated position. Thanks 2 Leg Drive for the cache.
Great short find. We have just started our geo hunting journey. Tftc. We are going to help the trackable on its journey!

A nice quick find allowed everything to run smoothly. I'm not sure about the T3.5 rating? Probably lower. A good cache with a nice view!

On a geo-trip from the US, staying in Dalmeny for a few days. Drove up to grab a few caches and admire your views. Thanks for the cache, and hello from Duluth, Minnesota!
TFTC Visiting from Northern Wisconsin, USA, with Mocrin and Aix sponsa for the find tonight. We searched for a bit before Mocrin called out for the find.
Caching with lostcheq and Mocrin. Escaping from temps that are down to -30C at night. We found this cache after a bit of a search. It was north of my GZ a bit. TFTC
Second find of the day, took me a while but my younger cousins found it really quickly.

Out and about with my besty Happy Uke again today. We based ourselves at a friend's place at Narooma. I was looking for a couple of days rest but Happy Uke wanted a relaxing days caching and off we went.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Finalf29 and I were in Narooma for a few days. So of course a caching expedition was organised. The weather was brilliant and the company superb. Found 17 before we had to put our foot down to get back to Narooma before dark.
This was our sixth for the day. Beautiful view. There has been lots of pruning at GZ but the cache is still there. Thanks

Found on a holiday down the coast. Haven't been this area before, but I am glad that I have now.
It took a little while to find this one. My iPhone was about 15m off and I was expecting the cache to be a little bigger than a small sistema. But happy to be able to add another smiley for the coast. TFTC!!!
#10264 On our way from Narooma to Batesman Bay we stopped a very beautiful places and also found some caches. Greetings from The Netherlands and TFTC!
We were slightly cache blind this morning & it took us some time to find the hiding place. Half the time was spent looking for my sunnies which we didn't find. Signed the log, admired the view, then headed for breakfast. Kutgw

Found with the geokid after a little search- the terrain rating is very misleading! We found a nice birds nest nearby and admired the views. Tftc
