Neat hide. No-one around so it was a quick find.
Continued on that way and enjoyed the sights. TFTC

Lovely walk along the canal, am visiting from Australia and went with friends that live here but had never been geocaching - they are still shaking their heads!

Out lunchtime caching with my bike on a lovely afternoon in London.
Found this on my way back to the office, didn't have pen, so took photo of cache to prove i found it.

I managed to mess up two virtual caches nearby by no being able to get the Web Cam to work and then forgetting to take a photo! So I wandered down here and even after putting my GPS away 15m before GZ laid fingers to the cache in the first place I felt. Score one for Geosense! Was interesting to walk along the moorings. I have a strange fascination with canal boats. Not sure why but they look like great fun. Cheers from Australia. Took the TB
The cache is safe and well, and has enough space on the log paper for a few more, but I'll put in a proper sheet soon...
Arrived here today at around 1620, and had a quick search, quickly finding what I thought was the likely location (with assistance of the clue), though I had no luck. While searching, a gent arrived informing me that the area was being locked up and I had to leave.
I tried from both directions! This section of the towpath is closed, so it is impossible to get to the cache at the moment.
GPS was a bit woolly here but the clue was all I needed. A QEF at 12.25pm after a nice walk along the canal in not-too-horrible Hallowe'en weather while I was in London to see An American Werewolf in London being shown at London Zoo. This was my second find of the day, and in a very pretty location. Rather fancy the house above the cache, which is up for sale at the moment. TFTC

I started off on the wrong side of the canal, but when I tried to go over to the other side only found a locked gate, with a sign saying it was staying closed for the time being.
