Walked alongside the wall and guessed what and where it was going to be, pretty quickly spotted.

Under cover of darkness is easy to search the piazza. The cache was quickly discovered. Strolled around the place a bit; fascinating library.

9th of 12 finds and 2 DNF's during a 2 day stopover in London.
Last morning in London before catching the train back to Paris. Left this one and 3 others in the area for last as they are near Kings Cross station. (And yes I looked for platform 9 3/4 and no, I couldn't find it.... )
Made the find quickly, signed the log and replaced it and on to the next one before my 10.30 deadline.
TFTC.
Cheers,

Cheers,
The 1st Lady found this one very quickly. We spent some time taking photos of the area. Thanks for a great little micro.
(I am relogging this under my new account)
A nice easy find. No climbing required (or allowed).
Dropped off a 2005 diary to use as a new log (since the old log appears to be overflowing)
Some other cool things to see at the library:
Copies of the Magna Carta
Copies of the Guttenburg bible
Pages from Leonardo's notebooks

Found by Mary & David from Australia at 1630. Ah, THAT bottom! Another cache close to Euston Station, so we paid it a visit after our day trip to Althorp near Northampton. The place was even busier than the Ghandi Peace Garden. The benches were all occupied and one guy was sitting right opposite GZ. We could see the cache through the bushes but not retrieve it while the sitter was looking. This problem was aggravated by the security cameras everywhere. How to wait out the sitter without looking suspicious on the cameras? Out came our own camera, although apart from Mr Newton there isn't much around to photograph. In due course, sitter's girlfriend arrived, they left, and we had our chance. Took sea horse, left Australian 10c coin. Replaced where we found it. Our thanks to Jonnytuna and Daoloth for a little adventure to end the day.
We looked for the moving book stacks, but quickly got lost inside. The cache, on the other hand, was much easier to find! Retrieval was quick, and we took a Goofy figure and left a compass/thermometer from Canada (our home). But then we had to wait around for quite some time before it was safe to replace the cache.
We also added a new ziploc baggie around the container.
Cheers!

I have tried for this cache on a number of occasions when I have been using the library and have never found the site muggle -free before. We found the cache at 15:20 and as the travel bug was too big for the cache box we thought we better move it on despite having nothing to leave.

Now this one was tricky to get. First I had to wait for the office people to finish their lunch and then stretch myself as far as I could into the foliage. Not very inconspicuous, but I don't think anybody took notice. Took thimble, left something I can't remember. TFTC
