Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
The [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.
Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article [**here**](http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70).
If you wish to contact me please send an email via my profile - [**Bunjil**,](https://coord.info/PR9GZ0K) and quote the cache name and GC number.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I notice from one or more log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of some help - **there appears to be a need for owner intervention.**
Therefore, the cache is being temporarily disabling so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) I cannot see any log that indicates a recent visit by the CO to this cache.
If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by **9th September,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 9th September). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) the cache on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Out for a day of smashing land speed records at the mountain of magic, found on the way out. Thanks for the cache!
We found this cache pretty fast. The box was not in good condition and the things inside were mouldy and wet.
Found this one but had no pen so was unable to sign the log book. The cache is wet and mouldy but is not totally unusable. TFTC
Nice easy find. Didn't go to Magic Mountain this time though but I have been down toboggan run without using brakes. Thanks.
Parked within meters of the cache.
After finding and signing, we went for a walk about the park.
Many, many years ago, I rode and water slide and Toboggan.
But not today.
Having a break over the long weekend and finding some caches.
Thank you for the hide djcache

Found with gwd.aussie while on a caching getaway. Popped into the park after signing log to check it out but did not undertake in any speed challenges.
Thanks djcache
Thanks djcache
Have been meaning to do this one for ages great little hide well hidden thankyou
I was on a little holiday down around the Monaro region in southern NSW, and grabbed a few caches along my travels.
Read the hint and the accompanying info which helped to narrow it down. Love the title of this one - really caught my attention. TFTH

We have driven past here many times without looking, but today it was after opening hours with light traffic, so I parked and headed over to GZ through the bush. The location was quite promising and the cache was not really hidden well so easily found. It is very close to a road or parking area with no sign of a fence, so might be more difficult when the place is open. Thanks djcache for a good hide.
After a big day on the mount I could only manage 36 kph but that was still fast enough. Tftc:)
While up in Merimbula on a family holiday we couldn't avoid a visit to Magic Mountain. The kids were having a great time until my eldest came back up the hill from the waterslide with half of her front tooth missing. So while my wife took a trip to the dentist I stayed with the others and while waiting in the carpark afterwards to be picked up took the opportunity to duck off and grab this cache.
Not sure how fast I went down the toboggan seeing as though I had a three year old on my lap not very, but I was surprised at how much speed they could pick up. Thanks for the cache djcache.

Nice to escape Canberra for a long weekend of caching with friends. Thank you for the Boeing 737 and Jet Fuselage for the invite StrangeTrousers for driving. Loved the variety of caches and the colours of the water down here. Nothing like walking through the bush tracks to the various viewing platforms. We were lucky enough to see an echidna on our travels today.

#3385 9 of 24 today.
Day 2 of our trip out to the coast. CBRChic, myself joined Boeing737 and JetFusalage for some caching around the Bega/Merimbula area. After grabbing a few around our base at Kalaru, we headed down to Tura Beach, Merimbula and Pambula. Conditions were pretty breezy today but a much cooler 27C max made for very pleasant caching. Some amazing coastal views, although no whales etc were spotted.
About 15M out.

Today's caching drive was from Bega to Eden then returning to Tathra. What a wonderful countryside with caches taking us to many interesting places. Thanks to the COs for providing us with a different aspect to this area of the south coast of NSW.
Found this on a trip to magic mountain with the kids. Could do the speed test as the wait was to long TFTC
Our current visit to Australia had been in the planning for over a year with the very significant help and advice from friends who live in Melbourne. The original plan was for a 2 month visit, but as things progressed we just couldn't help extending our trip to the full 90 days allowed on our visas - after all it's a big country and so much to see and do, especially with our favourite pastimes being birding, hiking and of course geocaching! Our journey started with our arrival at Perth airport followed by a day cycling around Rottnest Island before travelling on to Adelaide where we met up with our friends. We then continued on to spend some time on Kangaroo Island, before heading to Melbourne via Goolwa, Strathalbyn, Coorong, Mount Gambier, Cape Bridgewater, the Grampians National Park, Port Campbell, Cape Otway and Lorne, cramming in as much as possible on route. The second leg of our journey was a fabulous 9 days in Tasmania. Having then returned to Melbourne we set off on the third leg of our journey, which is to Sydney via Wilson’s Promontory, Lakes Entrance, Mallacoota, Pambula Beach (where we are at present and back with our friends again), Thredbo, Canberra and Fitzroy Falls. After a visit to Sydney we will travel on to the Gold Coast, then after spending a few days in the nearby mountainous birding hotspots, followed by an overnight trip to Fraser Island, we will fly from Brisbane to Cairns, visiting yet more good birding sites. We will then drive up to Cape Tribulation before heading back south again to Port Douglas and a day out on the Great Barrier Reef. We then return to Cairns for the flight to Alice Springs, where we will hire a 4x4 camper and set off for a week on the circuit to and from Kings Canyon and Ayers Rock. We then fly to Darwin from where we will spend the last two weeks of our holiday making our way to Broome via Kakadu, Cooinda, Katherine Gorge, Kununarra, Lake Argyle, Emma Gorge, the Bungle Bungle’s and Fitzroy Crossing. Our last two nights in Australia will be spent in Broome before we fly back to Perth, from where we will connect with the flight all the way back home to Zimbabwe via South Africa. We already know we can't wait to return!
A nice quick find at Ground Zero. We will definitely have to come back this way one another visit to Australia as it would be fun to be able to complete the challenge! The park looks like great fun and clearly the CO had a good time here, but today we unfortunately didn't have time to visit. Thanks so much for the cache!

As we are still in the Merimbula area we headed out today to locate some more caches and this was one we found. A quick stop and find. Looks like the Mountain would be an interesting place to visit. TFTC
Container lid is broken all around the edges and one clip has broken off. Most things inside are damp and mouldy, so it probably needs a new container and some mouldy things removed.
During our mini family holiday we visited Magic Mountain. Lo and behold a cache so close! While the geokids were having a ball on the waterslides, geomum ducked out for the quick find. TFTC
Great spot for a cache thanks note that the cache container could do with replacement cheers
During our Holiday in Australia and Tasmanian Island we Found a lot of caches. This one we found on our way fromEden to Batemans Bay.Thank you for the Cache and greetings from German geocacher grixlbruepf
While Legomango9 and his mate were enjoying the rides I went for a quick walk on my own and found this.
Snuck out of the nearby establishment while the geokid was occupied to find this cache. Log books quite full but found some space to sign. Also container has a broken hinge, so may start letting water in soon.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Thanks for the cache! Just about to start our day of fun! Container is in a bit of a 'worse for wear' condition with lots of broken edges. Thanks again
Found today after a great day at the mountain. Had a crack at the time trials and nearly killed myself and 5 yr old geo daughter at both events!
Tftc cheers

Had a great time at Magic Mountain and had to grab this smiley on the way out. We did go on the toboggan but being a Miss Daisy kinda driver had no intention of breaking any land speed records. TFTC
The weekend was here! And what better way to spend it than to escape Canberra and head off for a coastal geomission?!
Quick find for me today-the car park was deserted!
Thanks for the hide, dghoffy

On a visit to this area from Brisbane visiting friends at Kalaru. Out for the day by myself, while friends had to go to work. Parked on the side of the main road and headed bush. Surprised my GPS took me to the exact spot where the cache was (so many trees around). TFTC
I have no idea how many years I have been coming to Merimbula for holidays, but it must be most of my life as I have many recollections as a very young boy playing on the beaches with my little brother, building sandcastles and exploring sand dunes. One of my earliest recollections is my little brother coming off one of the rides at Magic Mountain and plummeting what seemed at the time to be 20m or so (but was probably a hell of a lot less) to the ground below.
Today I returned by myself, whilst my parents looked after my son on the beach to find a geocache. Imagine that!!!! Found without too much trouble, signed the log and replaced. Thanks djcache, another one off my list!

Work meetings in Bega finished at a decent hour and so after dropping some work colleagues at the airport in Merimbula, I had some time to spare to go and find some caches before heading back to my motel to get ready for dinner. This was the second cache I came to. Cool to see that it has just survived 10 years in the wild. Quite an achievement. I didn't have any time to explore the fun park - it was nearly closing time when I got here - but I didn't need much time to find the cache. TFTC, Biggles.
3964. Found with Relish64 while heading up to Tathra. No time to head inside and break records. May be another day as it looks like heaps of fun.

I missed this one on last year's visit to Merrimbula, so I was happy to have the opportunity to grab it this year. I parked on the road outside as the gates weren't open yet, but made a quick find none the less. My son was disappointed that we didn't make it to Magic Mountain this year as the weather was not the best. He loves the waterslides!
Thanks for the cache djcache.

A really cool little theme park. Reminds me of the big banana as I grew up in Coffs Harbour so we went there a lot. Thanks djcache

No DUCKS were harmed during the search for this cache!
Thanks.

Wingnut, his Duck and I went out for latenight caching, ask any duck, it is much more fun! An easy find.
Found it with 8yo geo-son and 5yo geo-daughter the day after our visit to Magic Mountain (didn't have time to look for it yesterday). QEF after parking at the far end of the Magic Mountain visitors' carpark. Left a geo-gnome.
Had plenty of fun on the toboggan ride yesterday, but didn't bother trying to clock our speed. 8yo geo-son claims to have made it to the bottom without using the brakes at all, but I'm not too sure about that...

Found after a fun day at Magic Mountain - unfortunately I didn't realise it was easier to get from "inside" so I had to cross the highway and bush bash to get it.
I wonder if the toboggans have changed over time - my fastest run was 35.7km/h with a short dab of the brakes once - apparently the sleds are about 12 months old.

Found after a fun filled day with the kids on all the rides, did the speed run numerous times but forgot to take a reading of how quick we got to, top day had by all
We did not take the speed challenge today, unless you count crossing the highway in between traffic. A quick find at GZ, thanks for the cache.
Found this one during our month long tour of SE Australia. It is our intention to find as many caches as possible during our stay and as a result logistics dictate that this generic log will have to suffice .Hope the cache owners, to whom we extend our gratitude for their efforts, will all understand the reasons for this. All good wishes from us both.
