As there's been no owner activity, despite searchers logging no finds, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. We solved your cipher and are eager to find the final challenge.
Alas No cache!
Are you going to replace it soon or make other arrangements for the clues???????
Thanks for the challenge anyway!

Like the previous cacher I also did not find this cache. And like him as well I searched other trees in the near vicinity.
It's a pity as I had come from NZ to do this and another of the Mind Games cache. I had fun in solving the puzzles. Not knowing Brisbane at all I think I'm not going to be able to do #1. Am I right in assuming this?
This puzzle took about 10 minutes to solve after 2 of the words popped right out at me.

We decoded the text in about 45 minutes. The co-ordinates lead us about 100 meters into a park in the Yeronga area, to a large tree. We searched for about half an hour and all we found was a pile of broken glass, and an implement used in the consumption of illegal substances.
It is either really well hidden, or really muggled
We searched around some neighbouring trees as well, in case the co-ordinates were a little off, but we still came up empty handed.
We will have another go after someone else finds it.

Nice little puzzle in your whole Mind Games theme. Had two words figured within 40 seconds out of the printer. Got my muggle friends in on the fun and had the whole thing completed quickly. Cache was a quick find.
Number 6 of 13 for my Brisbane overnighter.
Thanks for the cache. TNLN.

The cypher took about 10 mins to actually complete based on a hunch with one key word that openned up a raft of other letters etc etc...
Nice easy to find cache in a nice park on a really nice sunny Saturday afternoon. Found it in about 2 mins from getting to GZ.
Signed the log and took a photo of the clue.

Found it on the way to work this morning... it took 10 or 15 minutes to decipher the code as i think i got lucky with a couple of hunches.
This is the first of the series for us and we are looking forward to solving the remainder.

SteveGriffin, we decyphered the code in about 10 minutes (the hint helped significantly) but it took another four days for us to find the time to go and find the cache. Of course, I was dragged along by the kids but it was a pleasant day so it wasn't so bad.
Thank you SteveGriffin for a nice day out.

Pseudo-Geek.

With the help of the 'wingettes' it took close on
two hours to crack the code. Sometimes it is better
to work along...but hey...we all had fun
Will visit the cache when next in that part of town
Thanks

Took less than twenty minutes to decipher it as I have done lots of these before.
Easy find. Cache in good condition.
Took coin (yougest child was with me and is collecting coins) had nothing with me that would fit in box.
Cache is now empty. Would suit a travel bug if anyone wants to find a home for one.

Just for kicks, I worked through the code and solved it in about 30 min. I will most likely never make it there in person to actually log it, but I still had fun.
Took about an hour to decypher this one during ad breaks in front of the telly. Rode the pushbike to find this one today. Found the cache after a couple of minutes. Thanks for the challenge. Now for some of the other Mind Games.
Took about an hour to decipher this one... a good piece of fun.
This was our last cache for the day & the kids as usual are quite exhausted, but better for the experience.
This was a nice area. We found the cache quite easily even though it was a little exposed; we tried to rehide it a little bit better than we found it as there would be a bit of traffic through this area.
The co-ordinates seemed to be about 10m off for us on this one, but as there wasn't anywhere much else to look nearby that didn't really matter
Thanks for this series, we're really enjoying it.

Took about 1hr to decypher
Found the cache nice and easily now to get on with some of the other mind game caches.
driven past often enough didn't realise it was such a large park.
Found about 8.50am

Walked straight to it. It took an hour last night to decipher. Some of the others are taking a lot longer than that. Had to go to the city today so dropped in and picked it up. Took the VW TB for a test drive. Had to sit on the seat and wait for a tribe (or mob??) of kids to walk past from the swimming pool before I could replace the cache.
Third Mind Games Cache today - I am having soooo much fun with these! This code only took me 10 mins to decode (by hand) but I'd already done the codes for MG 5 and 6 so I was probably "in the zone" for codebreaking.
Can't wait to see what the final cache will be ....

When we logged it the other day, I recorded the wrong travel bug. Here is the correct info.
We were a bit worried when we arrived and found that the area had been recently mulched, but found without a problem.
Took about 1/2 - 1 hour to decypher over a nice dinner and a bottle of wine.

Decrypted the clue. Entered the area. Found the box. Logged in the book. Collected the code. Exited the area.
Found by jfreak and Dave
Dave decrypted the clue in about 25 mins. Not sure whether to thank Mr Griffin for the heartache or not.
Oh well. Got there in the end.

Got there only to find we'd been beaten by 1/2 hr in collecting the Travel Bug. Going to Sydney next weekend so had planned on taking TB with us. Never mind - it is a lovely location. Mika & Ieisha (geopooches) enjoyed a romp in the dog park. Took about 35 minutes to decipher the code. Thanks for the search and the brain teaser. Tony & Carole
To the nearest nanosecond it took about twenty five minutes to decypher the cypher. If I had known what to expect I might have rushed it, but then I might have made a mistake. Or two.
To find the cache. About a nanosecond. Left Moscow ID tbug to continue the journey.

It took me about 40 minutes to decrypt the clue (without the use of a computer!), and about one minute to find the cache. The clue within means absolutely nothing to me, but I'll store it away--you never know, I might eventually log the rest of the Mind Games series, assuming I get enough business trips to Brisbane. Thanks for the challenge. I really enjoyed it. TNLNSL.
Being a bit of a puzzle freak, I had this one decrypted in advance before jumping on the plane up to Brisbane from Sydney (took less than 10 mins, with a little computer assistance).
Was tempted to drive right up to the cache, but thought better of it.
Thanks for the brain bender.

Found by Rogainer and miss Rogainer at 12:00.
Fiddled with the encyrption at work during a couple of idle moments last week - probably took about 20 minutes to decode.
TNLN
Thanks Steve.

This one turned out to be a pretty easy cache (for me anyway). Judy had decoded the instructions while I was away. She says it took her about 15 minutes. All I had to do was follow the kids with the GPS and sign the log book.
I just wish some of our other attempts today had turned out to be so straight forward.

I have been working on my own cryptography based cache for the past three weeks so this one was right up my alley. Took me about twenty minutes to do this one with the help of a bit of software I knocked up.
Found with no trouble, GPS was spot on so I picked up the clue and went on my merry way to the office.

Another second find for Team Manta behind the Quad Teddies.
We got here about 5.30pm and so missed the bus by a long margin. Not to worry - getting any of this series is a bonus in itself.
I also took about twenty minutes to decipher the clue but didn't have any software to punch it through. Might have done it in ten if I had...
Mr Bear, being so keen on cryptography, should stay tuned for one of my soon-to-be-released caches.
Thanks again, Steve, for a great mind challenge and hunt. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Cheers,
Simon.

So Team Manta has a cryptography cache coming soon too. Seems like we all had the same idea at the same time. I will be placing mine tomorrow so watch this space.
