The Ranger Family went to the park for junior ranger to have a play, and the "structure" is gone as in disappeared- taken away by the council .
Looks like council has erected permanent fencing. Probably deemed the structure unsafe ... you know how they remove all the fun stuff
If its fenced off, it should at least be disabled until the work is completed and the location checked.
Could easily see where this one is/was but couldn't access it due to the site being fenced off. Maybe it should be archived until the repairs are carried out...
This one is all fenced off at the moment. Looks like they're fixing it up. Might mean cache will disappear with the maintenance work.
Rocky Glen Groms visited - couldn't get near the Roller to rub because it was all roped in - seems like a bit of maintenance is happening.
Attempted to introduce some workmates to caching, but this cache is not were I found it. In fact, it seems to be missing altogether.
Found it! First find ever, great hide. Tons of Muggles about, had to be stealthy!

2nd time round, can't believed we missed it the first time... we reckon it wasn't there because its such an obvious spot and we are positive we looked there. Good cache. TNLN
Yes, as JadedOptimist08 said, those darn teenagers just wouldn't leave. Was quite a laugh driving off with the cache! Great hiding spot! TNLN TFTC.
Found after a short search with DallyHorton. Just as we were making log entry, teenage muggles turned up. We retreated to car to sign log and waited for area to clear. But we waited and waited and waited while muggles sucked face. Had to kidnap cache for an hour before returning. Apologies to anyone searching in this time (4pm - 5pm). Left Army figurine. Took Nothing. SL TFTC
Great location and he loved having his tummy scratched - we too had the muggles in the carpark but they at least didnt seem interested in us - TFTC - TNLN - ATG, Saucehead and Lulu
Set out after dark. There were muggles in a car in the nearby car park. The were facing away from GZ, so I was able to sneak in from the other direction.
Left: watch
Took: rubber ball
Left: rubber ball on the retaining wall where I retreated to fill out the log book Doh!

Got to GZ at dusk, but muggles arrived shortly after to play. Hmmmm...... I must introduce my young nephew to geocaching.

Within walking distance of home, but we had to wait on a nearby seat until all the junior drivers had left. Spent longer waiting than walking.
Accompanied with Everlasting. We found it with no problem but there were some small kids with their fathers around. I hope they did not think it was a bit strange that two old ladies were joining in. Thanks
Found the cache at 10.50am. Accompanied with Lava12. She found it before me.... Nice park... SL. Thanks C.A.S. for organising the cache and hunt.
Found by rocko-jade. A nice little park for a Saturday Afternoon. Great Spot for a Chache. Thanks.

Team (A) at 7-15 pm
nice easy find by SWMBO1 while HWML1 looked lovingly at the old relic... errr not the missus, but the piece of old machinery snared this one while high-speed R/C muggles were doing donuts in the carpark. lol

A good hide. Found it in the middle of the day with not a muggle in sight. Thanks for the cache.
Another mad dash and hunt to try and do 200 caches in 24 hours... Cheers Gav [1570]
Kiwi Cache Raid: #173 @ 20:10. A good time to be here with no people around as I imagine it would be a popular spot during the day. Many thanks C.A.S..,,,,,,,,,
8:10 p.m. This cache was found on our record-breaking attempt to find the most caches in a 24 hours period; we ended up finding 195 all up.
Thanks to all the cachers who placed these interesting caches in Adelaide.
I only wish we could have spent more time appreciating the locations that we visited on our whistle stop tour.

Rowiezka, Irac et al all said this was a really hard cache. Only Rowiezka has found it, after several attempts. Sorry guys, but it really wasn't that hard. I saw it in no time. Clever, yes; difficult, no. Or maybe I'm just brilliant.
Found a multitude of treasures, took 3xTBs and left 1, the lid would barely close as it was. TFTC

Sat lock was not good and as we were having a good look a family of muggles drove up. One of the children headed straight for where we were so we decided to withdraw. Maybe another day.
Found this on about the fifth visit - clever hide. Muggle heaven though. Sat lock lousy.
Dropped off a new log book, but there are still several pages unused in the old one. Definately no TB in the cache though.
super heaps good spot! took cartoon, left bubbles and Mr Hankey the Christmas Poo (TB). TFTC

Found this one, but had to come back three times and it was not until dusk that i found the gz muggle free. Nice spot. TNLN, but have got george, who is growing tired of the city life and is moving on north to the country.
PS- LOG BOOK IS FULL and needs renewal.
Cheers

Found after waiting for muggles to leave and a bit of bravado from ff4. Good hide and a nice spot to spend a bit of time - quiet and peaceful. How things have changed since it was the initial sales office and display village for the Golden Grove Development some 20 years ago! TNLN TFTC
No found in the wet- Had a pretty good look restricted somewhat by very wet weather and reluctance to get totally soaked. Will go back and have a better look with the technical friend sometime.
there is a playground here which i enjoyed playing on. thanks from little sammy
Last time we tried this we were thwarted by mini-muggles, fortunately the place was deserted today. Wasn't expecting something quite so big! TNLNSL.
Found this cache on my trip with Cooroy Scouts to SA for our final RDMH requirements.

wENT BACK FOR ANOTHER VISIT SO ANOTHER MEMBER OF OUR TEAM COULD HAVE THE FUN OF FINDING THIS ONE AND LOW AND BEHOLD A TB...took it naturally
Ideal location for kids. Easy find. Left wombat magnet. Took racing car. Great to meet the Ranger Family. Thanks
Hundred-and-second of 128 finds on "The Big Adelaide Assault" in company with acts2youthgroup and HawMorFords. We found this one at 1744. This cache is significant in the context of the assault, because it equals the number of cache finds that Rogainer made in Brisbane. You've gotta love lighthouses, steam locomotives, and steam rollers. I was fascinated by steam rollers when I was a little kid, watching the CRB (Country Roads Board) resurface the main road through my home town, Dennington. That one was a motor roller, of course; even I'm not old enough to remember steam rollers!
Anyhow, it was good to see a decent-sized cache in such an object. Usually, these hides are restricted to a magnetic key holder. Well done! We grabbed the Diabetes TB, but otherwise I made no exchange. Thanks to C.A.S. for the cache. Cheers, dak.

One hundred and two of one hundred and twenty-eight cache finds on the "The Big Adelaide Assault" the cache was found at 17:44 in company with dak's Emu Mob and HawMorFords. We were on a roll and we soon had this one in hand.

17:44 - Find #102 of 128 on our Big Day's Caching in the company of dak's Emu Mob and acts2youthgroup.
That's 102 finds for us today which equals the previous total of most finds in a day.
It's still early and we are going strong so we hope to add a few more before calling it quits!
Now, where's that Red Bull?!
Grabbed Unite for Diabetes TB.
Thanks to C.A.S. for the cache.

What an absolute laugh this one was! postiegirl06 was laughing that much at the Angels! We were being watched closely by a muggle but he soon left us to complete the mission! postiegirl found it but didnt tell the Angels!
Hostess Angel found it first! I haven't heard that much squealing since I last went on a ghost train! Hilarious!

Found on my second attempt, had to abandon the first one due to too many muggles. Interesting that reading the logbook this cache has been found by a muggle who actually replaced it and respected the hobby, pretty rare I think.

A carload of muggles right next to the cache site drove off just as I turned up. There was a bit of activity at the other end of the carpark. A quick retrievel, sign and return was in order - just as well as a convoy rolled up and the area was soon engulfed. Whewwww - good timing!
Went back to this cache for a second visit to drop off the Czech GeoCoin in my possesion. Nice spot especially if you have kids with you. Not a good idea to go on weekends because it will probably be hard to find the cache without attracting suspicion.
Found at 5:50 PM. Nice location, easy find. Took nothing but left "The Blind Acorn" geocoin. Tanx C.A.S.
mrs MODU went past this cache on a walk with a friend this afternoon but there were muggles around so I was out driving and dropped in to find the place deserted so I took the opportunity to check it out. Just where I expected it to be I took it back to the car and found the Blind Acorn Geo coin inside, it had only been there for about an hour. Since the others in team MODU havent seen one I decided to take it home to them and will put it back in our next cache.

Nice little spot. Used to go there nearly every weekend. Easy to find location but rather difficult to find the cache because of the spot and the families of muggles coming and going.
Easy pick up as we thought it waqs in the wrong spot. We put it back were we thought it should go. TFTC
The cache wasn't place in the spot it was meant to. Other wise it would have been a very clever hide. Still fun nevertheless.
Spotted from a long way off. Decided it was too far in the open so we hid it a little better as we suspected it should have been. Found with Poodle-Smoodle and Pryor. TFTC
Easy enough to grab, but had a dickens of a time getting it back into GZ. Muggles came by the car load so had to move and wait until they left.

Nice and easy as no muggles were around today - Mini Mack had it before I even stopped the car!
Pretty easy one. A muggler family were playing nearby but I entered stealth mode and got it.
Brought the cache to my bike for logging and just when I was about to return the cache a lot of people showed up from nowhere.
They looked a bit suspicious when I was sneaking around trying to return the cache. They probably thought I was a pedophile or something. Scary!
However. Took a whistle and left a purple frog.

Had some geokids as cover so no trouble with the muggles nearby. Took cat, left superball.
Wow - Landmark is big & obvious.
Thought I'd be bitten by creepy crawlies whilst searching for actual cache. Had to give up in the end

Found it without too many problems. Not a muggle in sight until boy no. 2 had just retrieved it. Had to wait a while before it could be returned to it's hiding spot.
Again, just as I pulled up in an empty car park 4 cars came in from behind. This is going to be one of those caches for me!
I can't make this a DNF because I didn't even get to start finding it. The Muggles just seemed to come out of nowhere just as I parke within m's.
It took us a little while to actually get our hands on this one, despite knowing pretty precisely where it should be! But thankfully, at 9pm on a freezing Sunday night, there aren't too many muggles around. Only complete idiots would be walking around a park in the dark, when it's practically snowing!
