This cache seems to have finished its life. It has gone missing twice now and has been muggled in between so we have decided to archive it.
We are pretty sure it isn't there.
This was our number 9 for the day and our first DNF.
You probably need to check it out

A quick find as it was a little exposed PB covered it better. Gorgeously sunny day and all quite on a Sunday, so a rather nice spot to sit..... if we'd had time! But a couple more caches call before the homeward journey.
+ polar bear - nil

Found it with visiting geofriend Tio Bobby. Excited to see "replacement cache" in the log, thought it was a FTF, guess it's just the book. Oh well, we are first to write in it!
Found the cache but was in view, and full of water. Log book and all contents soaking wet. Put it back in place and hid it better. Have not written in log because of this, but will log find on this site. Needs maintenance
another find on this lovely evening, thankyou sallies for keeping up the good work, TNLNSL
Thanks for the replacement, nice spot, took a moment to ponder. Cheers

Checked up on the cache this evening and it did appear to be missing. However we had a new container with us so it has been replaced and is there now waiting to be found!
Went for a walk, and checked on it. Looks like rambullers might be right, cause no sign of it despite having previously found it easily.
Had a real hunt and used the clue, but no success. Think the cache might have been Muggled, but it was a nice place to strecth our legs after driving/caching all day. Thanks.
12.20pm. We let Noeline find this all by herself. Exchanged T.B's Thankyou David & Noeline
We were out tonight helping the jeep racers along. AK's awesome auto - blue jeep - and the Sundial TB are now in this cache. Let's keep these jeeps racing!
The final cache after a big day out,
we had really done our dash.
But we had to stop and have a look,
and put a Travel bug in your stash!

Cache is perfectly in place and in good condition!
We brought a handful of Travel Bugs and coins back with us after a short trip south so we have been out today placing them in some of our nearby caches.

In the country from the states for a wedding. Hunted this cache with wife, kids, and brother-in-law (Bear-Bait). We looked and looked and couldn't find it. Pretty sure it's been muggled. We decrypted the clue, found what we think was the spot. It looked like there had been a cache there--even found a moved log that looks like it was used for concealment and found a toy nearby lying by itself. You may want to check to make sure this cache hasn't been raided.
Was a nice quick find while walking the dog. Must stop caching when it is cold and wet. TNLN
Enjoyed watching the blue heron nearby before approaching the cache. Groaned at first, due to my initial thought of where the cache might be. Grateful that it was not in that spot, but an easier find. Thanks
A very quick find. Some nice views to be had from here. We were assisted by a very friendly cat as we were here.

Been around in Sumner, and this was the first time that I'd been past and the park hasn't been busy. A quick find once the usual suspects had been eliminated TNLN Thanks.
Cache is in good condition. Second find for the day. Took TB Crocodile Floke left nothing. TFTC
Trying to work off our xmas excesses we took some family members on a small cache hunt this being our first.
Everyone had a good time with this relativly easy find.

Easy to find this one if you read the description properly, and it's not dark! TNLN.
Found quickly in nasty weather! We signed on the 2nd to last page. Cheerio!
We hunted for this on out last trip to CHCH a year ago.
Found it this time around with friends from Alex.

Found by Mrs ST. we did note the council are trimming the trees at the other end, it might be a good idea to keep an eye on this cache incase the works compromise it.
Thanks sallies,

After making a birthday lunch for my partner's mother's birthday, we took a quick wander to this lovely park. Found the cache relatively easily
Took: Geocoin
Left: Nothing (sorry, was a spontaneous cache!)
TFTC though - my partner, a local who was dragged up in 'them there 'ills' was not familiar with the area!

Found with no problems. Left a really cool geocoin "Tiki's Spinny" which traveled here from Hawaii.
Neat park, will have to visit again.

2nd look for this one, GPS put me in the middle of the estary. Had to use the clue to find the correct place. S43' 33.463 E172' 43.691 puts you right on the Cache.

7:25pm, #17 of day 6 of our week in Chch (that's 102 to date). Found fairly quickly in the dark. Lots of noise coming from a house on the hill.
A beautiful sunny winters day was just begging for a picnic lunch and a spot of cache hunting. Found this one very quickly driving past. Took TB and left a (boule)marble.
My first find. Just 200 meters from my house! Can even see the site from our living room.
Easy find, I parked here and walked a big circuit up the hill and around bays doing 4 geocaches in the rain. Nice and dry here under the tree. Dropped off Keywi Travel Bug here (586351)
Our 3.5-year-old boy selected a blue balloon from this cache. We left something in return. Nice bench.
NB: cache initially found by harvless, now known as KiwiHarvs. Old log deleted and this one substituted.

My heart sank as we pulled in here and I saw a 10 ton (OK maybe it was only 6 ton) digger sitting close by and signs of major landscaping going on. But the cache is doing OK and it proved an easy find.

Popped in to get this one on our way home from Taylors Mistake. They are digging a HUGE ditch nearby. Hope it doesn't spoil the site. TNLN. TFTC - a lovely view point.
Thankyou for this. My second find yesterday. An easy one with a nice view but was buffeted by the NW wind. TNLN. This was #38. Hatas
Checked this out as part of an early morning bike ride. Did nine of our caches in two hours. Not many muggles around at this time on a Saturday morning!! Everything okay still.
Quick and easy find. Caching our way through NZ and stopped off to grab this one. Visiting from Richfield, Utah. Thanks for the fun! Bean Stompers
Heading out to Sumner for a work job - and realised the closeness of this Cache (and smoko time). Easy find - although the cold wind wasn't friendly.

Dang, double dang,..ahh donkey butter! Found the right spot, confirmed with a quick check of the clue, but a couple of muggles were dug in at Ground Zero having their lunch and weren't going to be moving for some time. We'll have to leave this one for another time
Cheers,
G.

A great day for a walk in the park -- this time I was looking strait at it but the boss found it -- we had lunch while people were sitting on the bench, they took awhile to leave. no swaps
Found when I decided to look where the clue said, not where I (incorrectly) remembered it saying to look... Could have been quicker! TNLN Thanks
There is a great spot to sit here and a great clue that accompanies it. I have played soccer for Bays United for many years. This park is one of our home grounds along with Barnett Park. Bays United is now the biggest soccer club in ChCh. Nio swaps. Cheers Sallies.
Nice easy find - I went "petanque" right to it. One still has to be careful of muggles and their dogs that come rushing around the bushes to discover you down on your knees in the shrubbery!! Such embarrassment!! View is OK - but the Estuary can smell a bit ripe at times. No swaps.
Called in on the way back from another Sallies multicache. GPS was right on - I love it when that happens
Very quick find, using a bit of guesswork more so than the GPS. Went at tea time on a wet evening and the place was deserted. A bit stinky. TNLN.
Another day, another cache. They were all starting to blur together after two weeks of caching in NZ. JM found it first again.
A nice little spot with lots of people fishing nearby. The gps was taking us to a spot in the middle of the bare grass so needed to use some intuition to find this one. TNLN.
Another pleasant Christchurch park. This one was found without difficulty. Took marble and left Antelope
Thanks for the cache.

Our easliest Sallies cache to date! Phew. Thank goodness after some of the Sallies caches we have attempted and found today!
