We were there on Saturday, but couldn't find it. Sad
The area seemed to have been recently disturbed by trail-bikes.

Thanks

Loved this cache and Brindabine.Looked at the bird chart and then saw the National parks centre sign. Went there and found out about the weekend they are organising at the end of September.
Hope to return and do a guided Aboriginal tour. Also to see the Art work.

Well, we were camped at Camp Cypress with the Australian CamperTrailer Group for a week before we could find time to venture out and find this one! And then it was after we packed up and were on our way Smile
What a great little town Baradine is - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & to be able to top it off with a nice little cache was excellent.

After escaping the floods whilst camping in Queensland we decided to head to this area after studying the weather forecast. Fortunately the long drive paid off and we were blessed with clear blue skies & sunshine during our stay here. We found a beautiful camping spot at Rocky Mill Creek with not a soul around and there was so much wildlife to see. This was our first of several caches we found in the area.
Thanks,
The Hancock Clan

What a nice tiny little town. We almost had one of the cars get bogged in the sand... almost.
Cheers.

Drove all but within a few meters of GZ. Whilst we signed the log one of our muggle friends did his best to get bogged in the nearby sand.

Cheers!

Came here via Pilliga so UAV is a rusty red colour. Quite a few muggles have found cache. Looks popular with the dirt bikers, even BMXers perhaps. Thanks.

Driving in a work convoy from Gwabegar to Coonamble. The others stopped for lunch in Baradine giving me a chance to sneak away for the find. Wrapped the cache in a new plastic bag as the old one was full of holes. All good. TFTC.

Hi

Having read recent posts for this cache, I checked the condition of the holding box. I found that the lid wouldn't close properly, mainly due to oversize items being placed in it. We've had a fair amount of rain recently and some water eventually got in. I've now replaced the original box with a slightly larger one.

Anotherwise known as a grab an go. A quick log signing and a bit of tape to tie down an escaping lid and I was on my way again. I did stay long enough to drain the water from the cache though. Some of the items were a little damp. Thanks for this one.

Team Bluedog completed a recent audit on the discovery of the cache by Emmnmnl and determined that while the find met the set requirements, it was a sloppy attempt, highlighted by the rehiding of the cache without its pen. However the return of the pen and the earlier attempt to pour hte water out of the cache and reseal it with insulation take made up for the tardiness.

Our sixth cache for the day. Found without too much trouble. TNLNSL.

Found with the Nomads who didn't have to walk quite so far having driven quite close to the cache with a camper in tow. We were a little less adventurous and left our vehicle and camper on the bitumen. TNLN TFTC. Greg and Bev

Found at 1:12PM by Ray and Maya and Greg and Bev on the 14th of Oct on our way north to Yarrie Lake for a couple of days of touring. I (Ray) was excited to find a cache had been placed at Baradine. I have spent many of my Victorian school holidays staying with relatives at Cumbil, and later Gwandalan, when they moved out there. It was a great chance to return to the area, participate in some nostalgia, and show Greg and Bev the area which I have become so fond of over the years. Easy find. TNLN. Thanks from The Nomads

spotted some distance away , left a pack of golf tees & took a tape measure . mad bulldog

This was the 1st Lady's 1st trip to Baradine. Not much there really. Great little spot - there were muggles on m'bikes and signs of recent rain though.
Found without any trouble. TB Mad Cow visited, he tried to get into the cache, but he was too big.

Left 8 ball, took fan.

Thanx mocca

I thought we were at the beach, with all the sand.
We had a good chance to look around Baradine as well.
Keep up the good work.

We found this easily as co-ords were spot on. Bones of a dog were nearby (alas he was so close to finding it).
Took insulation tape and left an elecronic decision maker. When Bronze had finished making his swaps we had to use the insulation tape to seal container.
Thanx Mocca

Thanks once again Mocca. I had never heard of this town, and there the type of towns I like. I would have like'd to have stayed a little longer but after the big weekend, I was cactus. All that eating had wore me down.

Found a Dogs Skull in the search and have brought it home to display at work as a reminder. Swapped a heap of stuff for a penny to go into "Out of Circulation" in Dubbo and a stapler to keep my life together.

The Bronze.
