Greetings from Geocaching.com
I have been looking at caches in the area that have been temporarily disabled for a while now and it looks like your cache [green]"UFO"[/green] has been under the weather for some time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don’t think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.
When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to have it reposted, it will be no problem. Just drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your “My Cache Page” and clicking the link of your cache.
If another cacher is watching this cache and wants to help out with the reenabling of this cache please contact the cache owner to offer your assistance.
I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.
Thanks,
i,riblit

Very disappointed to see that this cache has been archived from underneath my feet.
I will be home again THIS WEEK and have the replacement cache on hand already.

has walked but recent crowds have made it difficult to confirm/replace. Will definately return.
I really think this one is gone - had another look by daylight as we were going to
Buried treasure ...... not a good run for us lately.
Buried treasure ...... not a good run for us lately.
Read the description and recognised the locality, but muggles, muggles everywhere, muggles sitting ont he bench, muggles doing unseemly things with so many children around!!!! Will have to return another time for a proper search!
Placed the rubber duck in nearby Geocaching Australia cache http://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga0293 GA0293 SOU4 - Leven Whale. Expecting it to move inside 24 hours.
I believe all the fun at this cache could be under threat. The structures and slides don't meet current safety regulations. Time to mount a campaign?
Commiserations. There should definitely be a 'heads down' warning label on this cache. Mr CP is now a baptised NWester - every adult who has been into the UFO has received same bruise. [B)]
This is an unexpected monster of a structure - warning the bend in the bottom of the slide is fierce - do not double slide with a small kid - if you do it on your own you will just get a really sore back!

08:35 Cached a spot-on nice easy find allowing the piglet to burn off some energy prior to a "sit down and be good" day. Only problem was the concussion Mr. CP received entering the UFO and cracking his head on the "Safety" fence. Took a car, left a snake thank you.
Haven't been to that park since I was a little kid, was good to get down there and have a look about, thanks for the cache
Took dinosaur

Thanks Robtas - we have been chucked out years previously by the dog patrol so it was really nice to know that it is now ok for pooches -TB Red Dog [^] Made it very hard for years to get any exercise while with small kids - we had to leave the dog behind so much Took grandma as well and muggle free until ?sprung while putting it back - I felt sure the bike rider that appeared over the hill was looking straight at us - Grandma thinks he was too busy watching his kid and chatting on mobile phone. Probably I'm just paranoid because doing something a bit naughty. Watched him for a while from far end of park and circled around in the car. We walked in from the railway end of park beause the access is flat for Grandma.
A great cache 40 logs! Did not leave TB L light up car ( flick the switch on the bottom ) + coin T lollipop , carabiner

The logs and the hint helped us a lot. Nice spot here. Left a chinese Feng Shui coin. Had two muggle teenagers with me who enjoyed this find.
A great area, fun for children of all ages. Easy find, no muggles at 4pm. Cheers Quilter
Found this one quite easily (with the clue).
Muggles everywhere today with such wonderful weather.
Discretely seated ourselves and extracted the cache.
Took the bouncy ball and left a green glass fish.

Nice and easy find in a spot loved by the geokids. The geokids were more interested in the play equipment than the cache. There were muggles every where so it took some skill to avoid suspicion.
Magnificent area! We had heaps of fun here, slid down to the the area, approached GZ and found the cache easily as there were absoloutely no muggles here at all seeing as it was very cold and windy or maybe because school was still in?
TNLN and had great fun on the equipment.
Thanks Cached

After a DNF earlier while the weather was still ok except for the wind, we had to find one that was a bit less of a windswept wet find.
So off to Ulverstone and the rest is history.
Hingrock teamed up with Mr Tack so that we could get to 50 together in a gentlemenly manner.
Well, that was the easy bit to decide to get 50 together. But after the DNF we decided while we were still in the same place we would have a crack at this one.
Did an olympic sprint from the car for an easy find of the cache. Retrieved the cache and went back to car to write in the log. Had to towel dry everything in the car as well as the cache container prior to opening.
Took party popper to celebrate and left bouncy ball.
After the swap it was back to the hidey hole with a bit of a sprint. Then off home to get dry and warm again.
Thanks Cached and Robtas.

Parked here to be greeted by a "Wow look at that" as two disappeared out of site. I was left to take photos of them and lok for the cache myself. Still early so all was quiet so a straight forward find. TNLN however the army men had a full scale war while the log was written.
Thanks Cached and RobTas

Glad to finally log this as it had been muggled last time we searched. And the long search last time means we don't feel bad agout finding it so easily this time. But Snuva knew to stay safely clear of the Lauch Pad this time! TNLNSL
A beautiful park and fortunately there weren't any muggles. The next finder might like to leave a small pencil as the fleuro pen in use makes it hard to read the log book. Unfortunately we didn't have a small enough writing implement to leave in the cache.
TNLN. Thankyou for leading us to here.

Took the kids (All Thirty Of Them), to this park for a bit of R&R on the way home from our School Trip. Had to wait for a few muggles to leave first but then moved in for the find. Our first find down the coast, one of many we hope....
TNLNSL.

A lovely rest, pity the kids decided to stay and not come for the drive. Found, logged and replaced. Ta ACU
What's that ginger and white blur that just went past me? Why it was Captain Tiges on the launching pad!
It was nice to be able to get this one finally, close to home, and in a very cool park. I remeber coming here and playing on the slides as a kid (so, yeah, what's changed?).
With the beautiful trees, the fountain, the gardens, and all the facilities, it is nice here. Must come down for a BBQ sometime!
Thanks for a top cache in our home town!

Third cache of the days caching tour.
One of my kids and myself along with Aloysius found it easily.
Cache was fairly barren so we took nothing but left a Dalmation and a handful of Combat Soldiers.
I grew up with this park, good to revisit.
Cheers

Finally get to find this cache....this is one of the first caches Team Aloysius ever tried only to find it had been muggled. Glad its back, this park is a ripper.
Enjoyed a lunch of scottish cusine on a park bench overlooking the river. Couldnt have asked for a better spot.
Cache had been found by muggles who had signed book and replaced...was out in the open so rehid it a bit better.
Took nothing
Left Frog
Enjoyed the Experience
Thanks Cached and Rob.

FINALLY, able to get at this one...
Went for a walk with Horus while waiting for our Pizzas to cook.
Grabbed easily and signed the log.
Thanks Cached, and thanks RobTas for replacing it... I don't know how many times I've driven by and seen to many muggles to attempt it.
TNLN
Enjoyed my Seafood pizza (with scallops) from the Red Grasshopper..... good caching food!

Called in to this one with CraigRat so he could find it, decided to sign the log book seeing as I'm not in this log book - I should be able to claim another find because the cache is in a different spot too, the only thing that is old are the co-ordinates.
Boy I love this spot - and nothing I could do would convince CraigRat to pose for a photo going down the super slide with the cache in his hand

Found this one with little trouble but would be difficult to not look suspicious on a busy day.the little coits love this place.
done this one very carefully, a few people about, nice location.took measuring tape left red car.
When I seen this come back online. I couldn't refuse grabbing this on my way to work .... I've been waiting for it to come back online so I can get it off my list of close to home caches that have been bugging me
Thanks heaps Robtas for replacing it, I had to pick my timing with lots of muggles around, but had no real trouble
TNLNSL.
thanks Cached ... will see ya ANZAC day

Ah, when I printed out the cache details last week it was still active... Anyway, we were there at night, 4 of us. And searched and searched... and raced down the slide a few times... We were not too worried about not finding it as it was dark... but now that we see it is inactive we are sure we would have found it! Take care with that fast slide on silky shorts!!! One of us hobbled away!
Yes, muggled again. But we were responsible cachers and did a lot of 'Trash Out' even if we couldn't do any 'Cache In'.
Snuva was traumatised by the Launch Pad (see photo), but loved the area all the same.

Found the site. Does that count???
Didn't log in before heading off just went off the GPS memory without knowing what type it was.
Anyway a beautiful day with a couple of families playing in the park.
I'd forgotten what a great 20m slide there is here.

Checked the cache today for the owner and it is definetly gone. The council have beenworking there but I think it has been muggled. Spoke to a worker there he said it was not there when they cleared it by hand.

Searched like mad for about 20 minutes to no avail...was after dark but we had a small torch...hope this hasnt been muggled.
This is our second find, second attempt, its much better when we got the datum right. Kids love that place, we took the oil and left some old computer memory to be used as key rings.
Great Find...Finally picked a good day to look as it was wet and cold and around tea time,so no-one was around!!!!!
My 6 year old son took hole punch and we left a packet of stickers!!!!

[Found the log after some searching. This was because it is a very public place and I did not want to be seen looking for it. it actually took two goes to find it it was very well hidden but then who wants it too easy.
noted the log but did not exchange.
recovered the travel bug! I plan to take it overseas to Bali.
Looking forward to finding a cache over there. I really enjoy finding caches great fun

Arrived after dark which is probably the best time to do it as there are few geomuggles out and about at this time of night, excluding the young ones "parking" in the car park at the top of the toilet block. Found easily, but the hard part was extracting the cache without looking obvious. Mind you with me being the lookout and Horus rummaging around behind we probably looked like a pair of drug dealers doing a pick up! Note to self..possibly a draw back of doing this after dark Lovely spot looking over the river. Took the smiley face stamp and left a carabiner. While Horus was writing in the log went on the swings with Little Bastet. Very exciting to find swings that my mature "middle aged spread" bottom will fit in without needing the fire brigade and the jaws of life to get me out of again.
This is one of our childrens favorite spots and was always on their list of places to come when we lived over this way.

Used to come here when we lived in the area. Nice picnic spot. Clever hiding place.
Found with Bastvet and Horus.

An easy find, but a clever hiding spot all the same - I told you embi was useless A lovely park, although the playground is showing it's age a little now - it smacks of late 60's, early 70's styling - still lots of fun though, even for us oldies, that big slide is a beauty! I like to take soemthing memorable from caches, and there wasn't a lot to chose from, so I'm afraid I took Shagzters Acer polishing cloth and placed a scented candle in a small vase like thingy - the cache should smell nice for the next finders
I wouldn't bother having it checked just yet - embi is just useless, I'm sure it's still there
Well 3 of us tried to find it late into the night but came up with nothing
I'm not having much luck this trip to tassie
I'm not having much luck this trip to tassie
Had to case this one a coupla times. the people in the area looked like they were staying there for a good while, so I came back later, and sat in the car with my sunglasses on, obviously up to no good, and wishing to remain inconspicuous, as it was a very cloudy day. When they left, I sauntered to the GZ, and found it without too much trouble. Took nothing, left a genuine Acer Split-Microfibre Notebook Cleaning Cloth . Thanks ACU, - an excellent cache.
