We are two Australian teams (Liz and Bruce and The Drovers) who are on a mega road trip of some of the great States of the USA. Our travels over the next couple of days are taking us through South Dakota, Minnesota and Nebraska and Colorado. Nice work. Thanks to PapaLewy for its placement and adding to our enjoyment of this location.
USA road trip 2015, traveling with Liz and Bruce. Week 6, day 7.
Drove from Grand Island to Colorado Springs, stopping along the way to pick up a few caches.
Most caches were found after a short search, some were a little tricky.
Many thanks for placing this cache, PapaLewy, for us and others to find.

Visiting from Denver. The weather today was rainy, windy, and cold, but we made the best of it. We enjoyed our day and all of the placements.
We found it today at 5:38 am. Quick grab. SL. TFTC.
Thank you, PapaLewy, for placing this cache.

Found on a 4300 mile road trip from Great Falls, MT to Atlanta and back.
Looked and looked, and when we finally found it all we could do was sign... TFTC!

Iphone app was at least 20ft off on this one. The wind was too bitterly cold to continue searching. Better luck next time.
Last cache of the day. This one took me a few minutes, but I finally made the find. TFTC.
What kind of a fun adventure can 4 Geocachers have in one day? Hiking_fool, Rob14erguy, Geo-chik, and I started out at 4am with a few goals in mind. We visited 3 states, drove 540 miles in 16 hours, successfully survived a "Pucker-Factor 10" quarter mile "Mud Bogging" experience in "BFE" (GC1B43 - See logs for pictures), found 40 caches, of which we fixed/repaired 5, had a nice picnic (GC31 & GC2RNXB, See logs for pictures) , and just had an overall great time on our Wild-and-Crazy Adventure! We saw a Red Fox, a Coyote, a Road Runner, a Pheasant, 3 Partridges, a few cows and a bull that got loose. We also found at least one cache placed in each year for 10 of the 14 years caches have been placed to date. We found caches placed in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Thanks to all those who placed caches for us to find, and to my 3 great friends who shared this Wild-and-Crazy Adventure with me! SL, TFTC!
16th find of the day while out with OF-Erad, Rob14erguy and Hiking_fool on a caching adventure into 3 states! OF-Erad made the grab after we got to this one via a "back door" known to Rob14erguy. TNLNSL. Thanks for the hide!
I've been to this rest area before. Able to get the cache with my road trip crew of OF-Erad, Geo-chik and Hiking fool! Thanks
I had the place all to myself in on a crazy, dusty, gusty winter day. Made the find in short order. I was surprised that the container was what it was. Doing good in its hidey spot for about 9 years now. TFTC and my first find in Kit Carson, County.
Well we took a little rest here and also had the opportunity of logging an old cache. Thank you.
#15782 Found while passing through the area on my way to Limon. Parked a short distance away and walked over to the cache. Found it easily, signed in, and headed off down the road. TFTC
Today was a county run day with the Pirates of the Carolinas. Ended up in Colorado. We had a great time. This was my '16th' find of the day. Thanks 'PapaLewy' for a great time in area today.
Doing some caching on our way to Colorado with Feathered Friends. TFTC

Great use for an AOL case--sweet hide. Was going to walk to a nearby cache, but skipped it. It was in the low 100s--too hot to cache!
US12. Having arrived at the town for tonights break, there were just two caches to get here. I did a bit of freeway looping to get to this rest stop, but once in, it was a nice easy find. Thanks
