I thought I'd pruned the disabled caches from GSAK, but it got loaded into my GPS anyway. Good thing it was still there (albiet soggy), as I had a geocaching newbie with me. TNLNSL. This was my first cache found in Australia. Very Happy

Greetingz from Holland/The Netherlands
On our holiday we travel from Broome to Perth in a 4WD campervan, and we intend to find some caches on our way...

Because we probaly will never return here again, we still went looking for the cache (although it is unavailable). We found it easily, but indeed everything is wet so we could not write in the log book. So we only left our team sticker with date and time of our find.
TNLN, TFTC.

cache maintenence will be performed this weekend! To be replaced on the next trip in another week.

You're right, it's a great little spot for a break. Unfortunately I didn't have any luck finding the Cache. I gave up after about 10 minutes.

#87, 15:00 hours

Found it after some searching. A nice spot to have a break. Since this was in the beginning of our holiday, we saw lots of new birds. The cache is indeed very wet, we let some of the water out, but unfortunately we had no new logbook or a new container with us.

Our TB Lucky Topocat sniffed a little bit around and afterwards jumped back in our backpack.

Thanks for the cache. TNLN.
Grtz, Topocat (from The Netherlands)

Found this while driving to job in Geraldton but unfortunately it was full of water and the log book ruined and goodies are soaked. I didn't have a spare note book or time to wait for drying of goodies all I had was a zip lock bag to put cache in. Hopefully the next person will read this log and take new log book Thanks

Found the cache at 4.00pm - no probs. wow I love the river over the road, what damn I forget to bring my own camera. Never mind! About cache - seem bit dry and I took two batteries as it was ruined. Drop TB Travelling Bilbo and pick it up as he want go to Perth with me.

Looks like this cache is in need of a bit of care and maintenance so we will take it off line for now. Hopefully do a restock when the rellies are on their return trip to Perth in October.

Found it but was disappointed to see it was full of water. The logs were OK but a lot of the gear inside was ruined.

Unfortunately I was pushed for time, otherwise I would have cleaned and dried it out. I removed anything that was too badly damaged, tipped out the water and made sure the log bag was properly sealed.

Found this one on the way home from Cervantes. We missed the turn for the cache at Yandin thanks to a police car and some giant mine trucks being hauled up the road, so we made sure to stop and get this one Smile Nice little spot- although I wouldn't recommend using the toilet- besides having no door, it STANK!!!!! The ford was just a little trickle- lovely little stopping spot.

A nice spot for a break in our journey north. Weather and flies co-operated and our search was only about 15 minutes to GZ.

Took McDonalds electronic tennis game and left red toy car.

Initially I thought that we might just give this cache a miss, because of the lkarge number of muggles in and around the area, however - Ian and Sue have placed it just far enough away to be unseen. TN-LN-SL. This is the first time that I have cvalled in here for probably about 10 years, and then it was flooded and I couldn't drive across the river. Thanks to Ian and Sue for the cache.

Found with wot on the way up to the event cache in Geraldton [GCKGBK], fairly easy to find but we looked in all the wrong spots until we finally came upon it. I beleive we TNLNSL.
I've been wanting to get this cache since the drive back from up north in which I drove straight past because as I was rejected by the oher two family members; "It's only an hour out of town, you can get it later."
Thanks for the hunt, and the reason to stop, this part of the brand highway is apparantly known for its `dangerousness'.

01-Oct-04
We drove on Brand Highway a few times without recalling seeing this place particular Regan’s Ford b4. It was indeed a nice to have a break at this spot. Found it without any trouble. TN L: calling card. Thank for the break and hunt, Team Pathfinder.

30-Sep-04
Found this one early morning on the way up to the cache event at Geraldton. Had the place to ourselves, first time in a long time. Watch out for the wet grass as we had a slippery time getting to GZ and a quick tuck, dive and roll saved the camera and GPS from a dusty end Wink
Took - Fireman
Left - Bracelet
Thanx for the hunt Team Pathfinder.

To be honest we have driven past here quite a few times and I didn't know this was here. A place I can really say "we will be back". Had lunch, found a cache. What more can a man want.

09-Jul-04
Found this one on a brisk morning at 7.00am while on the way to work another 100k up the road. A nice spot that we have driven past many a time but never stopped. Thanks for making us stop to appreciate the spot.
Took Nor West Patch
Left Maca's soft toy and calling card

Missed out on the bug....Lyn Pat and Nat enjoy your trip up North.

An easy find and a nice break from the drive north. The first place we looked was slightly wrong but we narrowed it down and found the cache within 3 metres of the coordinates. Not bad at all we thought. The roo trail was the easy way to the cache and we wondered what kangaroos we doing geocaching. TB ShellDrake wasn’t expected but was welcome and is now traveling with us for a couple of weeks. Lyn mistakenly opened one of our future cache containers thinking it was the “Cache it if you can cache†and exclaimed that Team Pathfinder were shopping at the same place as us as they had all the things we had bought in their cache….hmmmm maybe she was tired. Made me laugh that’s for sure.
Took only Shelldrake and put in a couple of stickers.

Nice spot, river flowing nicely. Looks like it has been higher recently as the path was a little damp. Took the lobster left the purple octopus with the slimey eye.
