Hi Echo & Spice,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed as well as to remove it from search listings.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain will not be archived.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. Alternatively, what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**When I next check on the cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as request above, the cache will most likely be de-listed (Archived).**

Had a decent hunt here with GeoSon and no luck.
Suggest a CO visit to confirm.

With geo kids 1 & 2 in tow, we made a quick stop here after the division athletics carnival at the nearby athletics track.
Parking was great but with the GZ backing onto or what seems smack bang in the middle of a school and community centre facilities, i though this might prove difficulty not to raise suspicions here.
Relatively muggle free with only a handful of muggles hanging around, I made a quick grab and retreated to the safety of the car.
There was a great “Salmagundi” of problems here.
The cache container is in great condition but the same could not be said for the logbook. It was in tatters, damp and mouldy. Reading previous logs it appeared that it has been in this state since 2017. So I grabbed a spare logbook and writing implement from my car and replaced it into the cache. Sent a message to the CO informing them of same.
The co-ords are fairly spot on here and the hint not that helpful but sort of relevant, it’s a relatively easy find. No need to get dirty here.
Not sure if it was a community garden or part of the school nearby but it made for a nice photo anyway.
Thank you for the cache dak’s Emu Bob (maintained by Echo & Spice)

This adroit clandestine hoard induced a debilitating aggregation of discombobulation, in essence catalysing intractable scepticism pertaining to my proficency to fabricate consequential lexicon
Came to visit one of the long time cashes. The log is a little damp and manky but serviceable. It’s early morning so nobody was here to watch me scrabble around.

Well I couldn’t find it. Spent about 10 minutes. I was about to give up. Thought I’d try for a bit longer with a different interpretation of the clue. Still no joy. However...there still might be some joy yet...Even though, I’ll admit there are words in the description I’ve never heard of (so, thankful for the meanings), I shall be making a citizen’s arrest on the word police today. A lot of big words were used in the description. Impressive. However...the three word hint has a spelling error. Well, it’s correct in the USA, but not in British English. It’s centre, not center. It even gets underlined in red to let you know it’s not correct. If you, the CO, are from the US, I somewhat understand, and let you off with a warning. As a lover of words, you should have taken a little more care before publishing. If you are indeed an Australian by birth...well, into the slammer for you! No excuse for a lover of words!

Last time I was here I aborted the cache as muggle painters were painting the rails right at GZ. Today very deserted so i made the find without hassle. The log book is in very poor condition, but I did manage to sign. Couldn't really play the game here for this one. Cache all back as found.
Thanks guys.

Last time I looked I didn’t find it but I went back with my sister and found it somewhere I had looked but not hard enough
Out and about picking up some unfound local caches with my geo husband. As we approached we wondered what word we were going to get to have to put into our log. But unfortunately there were no words to be found. The log book takes up the whole of the cache and it is in a very untidy state. It was disappointing but thanks for the cache and smiley face.
This is one cache which my caching friends have done but I have not so I am keen to find it as well. Having looked once before I thought I would try again. This time it was wet so there were less people milling around Gz. I started out looking for hides as I had before. Having checked the places likely and some locations indicated by the hints I moved further towards Gz and checked again with no luck. I then moved away checking other logical spots and finally found the cache. Definitely a case of making it too complicated. Thanks Echo&Spice

HINT: is not below waist height! Do not need to get on hands and knees!

Definitely took a while we looked to much into it hahaha the clue beneath near Centre was the best clue
Hard to find but hint makes sense once found. Not much getting dirty required.
Too many muggles around and I wasn't dressed for getting under where I imagine the cache might be. I'll need to come back at night!
Yay. Lucky aside from some soccer players, its empty here...cause this took me a little while. It all about neon in the right position!

This took a bit of searching, thankfully with my being there just before dusk I had the place to myself. Much crawling about beneath, should have trusted the GPSr more as the hands and knees wasn't necessary. As noted by previous finder, the log is damp and in need of some TLC.. thanks..!!
People around giving me funny looks this morning but managed to find it. Final word of the hint was a bit misleading though. ..maybe it has moved from its original location? Anyway it was a good hiding spot. Logbook was damp and mildewy. Owner please check.
First time didn't find it. We came back for a second shot at finding it and we did.
Almost exactly two years after I failed to find this one I headed back to take another look. There were a few people playing tennis nearby and some people arriving in the car park for cricket training but I was able to park nearby and search uninterrupted. It's tricky to spot by either sight or feel but after a bit of searching around I spotted something. I changed my approach angle and a short time later I had the cache in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Nice to get this long-standing cache off the list at last! Thanks for the cache Echo & Spice.
I have not found it but I am sure it's there as yesterday someone logged a find. So will come back with my kids to do the dirty work
Glad I bought my daughter to find it. It took a little time but worth the find.
Spotted this one by looking under from the other side. It took a little bit of time and effort to retrieve with a muggle and his dog playing fetch near by. Send me a word and I will play along with the game. TFTC
Took a little effort to throw my head under but then spotted it. Didn't care for the ants all over it!!
It has just been brought to my attention that we had only logged this with a note requesting a word.
This was found but not logged at the time.
Please accept our apologies. We remember this as we love words.

Found after a short search. Didn't have to get quite as dirty as I did once it was located. Terrain rating and clue more helpful in retrospect...!
Went to this cache because I really liked the idea of it, so a shame that the word list isn't still there. Found the cache and signed the log, but would like to get a word to log the cache in the logophile tradition.
Went out Geocaching today with the family and I thought I'd show them one that I found here because it was in the same general area. I let them look around for it until they found it, but they actually found a different one to the one I found, so there are actually two here
I looked for this one with a friend a while ago but I couldn't find it. Turns out I was only 2 inches off it but that didn't make it any easier! I was with a different friend today who pretty much gave up straight away. But I persisted and found it.
Out and about to find some caches my non prem friend can do. It wasn't too long after we found this cache and we're off to find the next. Tftc
Having done this one in the past as a young scout was coming back to mark it off in my official geocache name. Unfortunately was unable to find where I have found previously. Will endeavor to come back at a later date and find.
Found with the brother and sister instead of cayfs and cayfs but will deffs be showing them this one! Good hiding spot but gave me dirty knees!!
A little hard to find, best not to go on a Tuesday or Thursday night or during the day Saturday.
Shame the word thing was gone :/ Spooked some kids breaking into the tennis courts and peaked the interest of two nearby council workers, but got it in the end. Thanks for the cache!

Staying with family for Christmas, so a great opportunity to grab a cache or 2. While everyone was snoozing after a big Christmas lunch, Sanp Happy, Happy pants and myself, went for a short cache run. This was a quick find thankfully on a hot afternoon.
Thanks Echo & Spice for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

Found this afternoon with family while out this side of town for the Christmas break. The cache was soon located and logged and then we escaped the heat and retreated back to the comfort of the air-conditioned car. Thanks Echo & Spice for the cache.
While in town for the Mega on the weekend we picked out some old, and archived and unusual caches ,this was one TFTC
