Thanks for this cache maccamob - great spots for posted and GZThis was in my head for both my trips to and from Kaniva - am I there yet? big big trip for me in a couple of days so thank you for breaking up my trip. Regardskbucky
i liked the play on the title, as i felt like it was a loooooooong drive to get to this town and really want to ask can i've a break / ice cream / cache stop many a time!Having had an interesting pub dinner that lived up to country sized expectations - huge! i needed to go for a walk and the lovely Muzza accompanied me for some night geocaching..well turns out caching at night can somewhat increase the difficulty rating! my head torch could not find the info and i circled a couple of times before i looked up! oh there!!the information was then gathered and we made our way to add my name to the log. thanks for the cache and yes, you can have a break :p
It was the final day of my slowly caching my way home to Adelaide from Bacchus Marsh; with the plan to find a few caches along the way before making the final stretch home. Having picked up a couple of caches on the way out of Horsham, the majority of my time was spent between the Dimboola area and Kaniva. With a decent number of caches put out in, and around, Dimboola since I was last in the area, it was nice to make a dent in finding them. When it got late in the day, and I had found all the caches that I was after, I put the GPS away and made my way home. Apologies for the generic log as I have plenty to write from my trip away.Find #9840, at 05:11 pmTFTC
We are on the way to Canberra for the MEGA Easter 2024 via Victoria. We stop for sightseeing and caches. This was our first stop in Victoria this time. Kaniva, a lovely place with an awesome Wetland area, but unfortunately it was raining and did stop only for couple of minutes. We found this cache after getting confirmation of the CO that our coords were correct and using a torch. Then we signed the log.Tftc Maccamob
We wonder how many knock-knock jokes have been inspired while driving into this town? We made up plenty. What a colourful little town this is with its painted sheep everywhere and the lovely silo art that you cant miss. We sat near the posted coordinates and did our calculations. That sure is a big windmill! Walking to GZ we passed some roos and emus - that was a nice surprise. At GZ there was no way we could reach the cache without leaving the pathway. But we soon found it. Left the TB here for the next finder. Thank you for the cache and adding to our enjoyable visit to Kaniva.
Stopping to smell, the roses is really underrated. I really enjoyed my time in this cute little town. Dropped off for travel bug for a new adventure. Thank you maccamob for placing and maintaining Can I've A Break? for us to find today.
A pre-dawn stroll to kick start the day. What a delightful spot you have brought us to.Thank you both.
While in Kaniva I decided to do this cache for a variety of reasons. It took me ages finding the sign with all the information I needed. Of course it was just where I started looking. I just didnt look thoroughly enough. Once found I needed to sit in the shade and calculate the final coordinates. Then it was a short walk from a carpark on our way out of town on our way to Adelaide.
#19198 - 1:32:00 PM; Day two of "The Great Leap Forward" road trip. A last minute change of plans due to my usual partner in crime becoming unavailable saw me heading off in the geomobile and not by air as previously arranged. After a night in Beaufort, I continued the journey west through Ararat, Great Western, Stawell, Dadswells Bridge, Horsham, Dimboola, Nhill and Kaniva, where I was joined by feathertop, before crossing the border into South Australia. It was then on to Bordertown, Keith and Murray Bridge, before returning to Tailem Bend and the accommodation followed an event to wrap up the daily mission. All caches were found in good condition and returned as found once the log was signed. Grabbed the info I needed and did thew calculation over lunch. Nice quick find followed, after which I was joined by feathertop to continue my travels. TFTC maccamob
Needed a cache in this LGA so the car of 5 kindly stopped here for this quick multi. Its getting warm now, so 0glad Micaparamedic made a quick find.
Quickly found with Nibletricecakes on Day 5 of our Adelaide Leap Day Mega trip. Thanks for the quick solve and sunset walk. TFTC
TFTC! 26 February 2024 6:03:56pm 7350 thanks to maccamob for the cache! A great multi here! Enjoyed the walk around and the final. Very quiet today.
While on a trip to Adelaide we enjoyed the stop and a nice little walk. Thanks for the cache.

Found this cache on a 24-day trip to Australia and New Zealand with a night of stopover in Qatar. In Qatar we have an evening and almost a full day of geocaching before we take the long flight to Downunder. In Australia we will visit the citys of Sydney, Melbourne, Aidelaide and Cairns. Our stays in New Zealand will be in Aukland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. For me the focus will be on old caches, placed in 2000 and obviously on the remaining webcams in Australia and New Zealand. We are a group of 38 Geocachers from Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg. At geocaches that we visit as a group, we sign the logbooks with our team-name "Team DownUnder24" to safe the owners a lot of space in the logbooks. For two days keeiner and me split of the group and headed to Aidelaide for the 3 webcams there. We took a rental car and a night in the Hotel there.A quick find on the way back to Melbourne. Saw a giant spider close to the cache.. so creepy Merci frs Dosal sogt da GoanToni Thanks to maccamob for hiding and maintaining this geocache.
After doing Meningie parkrun, we headed halfway between Kaniva and Nhill to see our crazy running mate. He has run the length of NZ, Tassie and is now heading to Darwin.A nice walk around the wetlands after determining there is a lot of water beneath us.maccamob, I found Can I've A Break? today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.* * * * * * *SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Keep looking up!
Stopped by to find this cache on my way home from Nhill for work. Great spot to stop at GZ. TFTC
Day 2 of our initial "grey Nomads" trip heading north for 4 months. Left Echuca yesterday, but the journey we took already had smilies from previous trips. We hadn't been this far west, and we wanted to tick off a couple of LGA's as well, as well as another point on the Silo Art AdLab. Camped at Beulah overnight and continuing on from there.
A bit of a stroll along the street to gather info for the multi and letterbox and have a chat to the sheep. Took a seat at the windmill to calculate x 2 GZ's before heading off for a quick find. One of those days cache sense new exactly where it was, but your eyes don't just spot it ?? Container had taken in water, but log dry. Drained as much as we could.

Heading to SA following the Rutherglen mega and mainly exploring places by way of ALs plus a few caches along the way. After time around the Mount Gambier area I will gradually make my way back home to the north coast of NSW. Thanks to all the COs for placing caches.
Found. Nice multi. What a adventure! . maccamob, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
Found the answers we needed in town. Said goodbye to the colourful pigs and headed off with Hergab69 to find the cache. Log signed and it was off to the next town on our silo art tour. tftc
Out with Astrobef and geohubbies on a road trip and we found ourselves in a beautiful little town. We gathered the information required and calculated the coordinates while admiring the local sheep that are everywhere. Once we said goodbye to all the sheep we headed to a lovely location the find the cache and sign the log. TFTC

Found with raspberry vinegar. Replaced the log with a write in the rain log and new plastic baggie as the old log is sodden. Departed quickly with the aid of mosquitoes carrying us off. Tftc.
I was making my way back to Adelaide and I decided to make my breakfast stop in Kaniva. Unfortunately the café was closed (sad times) so I decided to cheer myself up with a cache instead. It took me more time than it should have to find the information required to calculate GZ, but once I did and armed with some nice looking coordinates, off I went. I enjoyed my wander and the cache was located easily enough. Great to find an old cache here TFTC maccamob
A late afternoon cache and the last of the day. In fact, our last cache of 2022! Took a while to spot the required info board amongst the vegetation but we soon worked out where to go after that. Enjoyed the walk to GZ and then continued along the track making a pleasant loop out of it. The emu was very inquisitive! After finding the cache we headed to find a camping spot and struck gold at the nearby Yanipy School Reserve, what a cracking spot! TFTC and Happy New Year!

We are on a Silo Art trip and after lunch we head set out to find this cache. Work was going on around the windmill but we were able to collect the required info. Not too busy near GZ but the search took a few minutes and the cache was about 4-5 m from were we initially looked. Thanks to maccamob for the cache.
Kaniva has always looked like a nice little town and has been my preferred stop in this part of the world but you have shown me a new nook to appreciate, thanks
Another maccamob multi to muse over. It's clever simplicity manipulates the mind to attempt every multicache one sees; that dream fades to reality when you realise that not every multi is a maccamob multi, mores'the pity.
Information collected, numbers crunched, coordinates punched, good to go.
Thank you M and D .
The Trip
We talked about planning this odyssey months ago, but put the finishing touches to the plan in the last couple of weeks.
We were hoping to undertake two challenges. One was to log a cache in as many counties in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales as we possibly could, as well as logging caches that were placed on the pages of the UBD Victorian Road Atlas as well.
dalerious got to work strategically picking caches that we needed. No easy task, but he is so adept at it. I get the car and supplies ready, and drive.
We had only 2 full days to do all this in, as well as an event to attend to in Mildura.
Quite an ask, but yet again dalerious and I not only marked of all the caches we had on our list, but we were lucky enough to add more.
We had an awesome time away travelling around hop, skipping and jumping from one state to the next. With the exception of hitting one Kangaroo, no damage to the Hilux or us thank goodness, I loved driving around this beautiful area.
Next big trip Tasmania........ Bring it on!

Found with catnap777 heading West.
At first sight we knew this would be a bore. but it sure was great to earn another early macamob multi and this time in West Wimmera County. [^]
Leaving our overnight accomodation in Horsham early Friday morning, we continued our loopy loop trip from Tatura to a Community Celebration Event in Mildura. Kaniva would seem a little out of the way, but catnap777 and I were chasing caches in different counties and road map pages for challenges, so we were travelling via Bordertown and Renmark to get there. From Mildura it was then down to Ouyen and home via SwanHill in time for work Sunday arvo. We even tickled the tip of Victoria by finding its Northern most cache along the way which was another highlight for both of us.
TFTC maccamob.
The container was found clean and dry even if it was a little more difficult to access than a T1 would suggest. [8)]

Annie & I are finally off on a trip of significance, Annie has taken 9 weeks long service so were on our way to Darwin with the van via Adelaide and Uluru, straight up the guts Tonight we are camped on the banks of a reservoir at Servicetown ready to cross the border in the morning. It’s taken a while to get here as we have been chasing windmill waypoints all across the western district for two long distance multis plus DAK’s Emu cache.
The one cache I manage to sign today was this one because I needed a multi for my calendar days challenge (second last day down, one to go) and this was a nice easy one that we had to stop at anyway. Clues were solved and the container found as the sun was headed for the horizon, so better head for camp while we can still see!
The cache container is in good nick!
**Thanks for placing this cache maccamob**

A great chance to stop & check out this area that we have driven past so many times on trips to SA. We had no idea it was here. Thanks for the enlightenment on this fairly old cache!
Staying with our caravan club for a very busy week in this interesting town and district, we did manage to look for a couple of caches, including this one. Put the numbers together after a little difficulty in finding them (had to UP our game - spoiler!) and set off to GZ. We are rusty after the past two forgettable years and it seems our GPSr is also rusty because it took us away from the location. However, Boobtree is also in our group and very experienced so we "phoned a friend" who very kindly sorted us out. Thank you, long time geocachers maccamob, for yet another hunt.
We were staying at the Kaniva Recreation Reserve with our caravanning chums and of course we had to check out the local caches. The numbers were calculated and the cache was found without too much trouble. Love caching in West Wimmera.
Catching up with finds on our epic trip. This was an early find on the trip just after entering Victoria near the caravan park wheree we spent the night. Targeted because of the COs Quick find with accurate coords. Nice walk. Thanks.
Brad&Janet are on a journey to the Victorian High Country for the second time in two years. This time was are dragging the house on two wheels aka the camper trailer.
We are doing some exploration on our own as well as a seven day guided tour through some of the more remote and tricky areas of the Victorian High Country and the Alpine National Park. This trip has been from Corryong and winds its way through to finish in Mansfield.
Overnight stops have been
Tom Groggin
Nunninong Plains
Dargo High Plains
Wonnogatta x 2
Lovicks Hut (tonight)
There has been some serious 4WDing on some pretty gnarly (for us) tracks. When we get hgome we will need to replace two tyres, repair/replace our camper trailer jockey wheel and respool our winch. Heals of fun has been had.
We found a few caches and we even hid a couple along the way. Of course it is always challenging to find caches when you are traveling with a group of non-cachers on a tight time line.
We having been looking forward to this trip for some time.
On the way home we spotted this used to be. As we had been well prepared for the trip we had all the TOTTs one might require. After a small typo in the calcs which we corrected the little devil was spotted and all was sorted fairly quickly. On we went.

Day #11 of the Birthday Bush Bonanza. Sadly it was time to leave the crew and Wyperfeld National Park and head off exploring on my own. A couple of caches on the way back to Hopetoun followed by a loop of the Wimmera area.
I was a little perplexed as to where this information was located but I just happened to step a little closer and the natural camo revealed all that I needed to know. On arrival at GZ the GPS wanted to take me one way but my geosenses told me otherwise. Sure enough I found the cache exposed and in plain sight. I signed the log and then tucked the cache back away out of sight again.
Thanks maccamob for the cache and for contributing to the game.

Mary and David, thanks for this simple little cache.
Whilst travelling the Silo Art Trail we dropped in at Kaniva. Calling in at the local IGA for some lunch, we caught up with one our son's friends. With his recommendation we drove to a part of tpwn to eat. Looking around I thought that it could be where this cache would end up.
It took longer than expected to collect the required data due to me having a dad look. I even asked a council gardener, but he couldn't help me.
Luckily Malipara strolled over and with mum eyes, spotted what we needed.
The final coords seemed to be about 15 metres off, but the cache was found in a likely spot. The log and contents were wet, so we replaced it with a new one.

Out touring the area for the Siloa Art, we were in Kaniva for lunch. Whilst I sat and finished my lunch, Ausyowie went off in search of the needed information for the cache. He returned after a while and admitted he couldn't find it and had even enlisted the help of a council gardener working nearby. Time to put down my lunch and help. I wandered over spotted the information immediately .
With the information in hand, it didn't take long to work out the final coordinates, go for a wander and fill in the log.
Thanks for our little afternoon adventure (and for giving me a chance to get 1 up on Ausyowie )

Geocaching is leading us to towns and LGA’s we’ve not visited before. As we drove into town I just wanted to jump out and explore. So many interesting things caught my eye. We are aiming to find 31 multi-caches this month and here we are at another Maccamob multi.
Again, we loved the journey it led us on and learnt more about the area. I loved all the cute sheep and a painted silo in town too! Gz was exactly what we enjoy. This cache had everything.
Thank you so much for tempting us out of our way to find your cache and adding to our memorable road trip in regional Victoria. Definitely a favourite point from us.

Cache found with the lid off and contents strewn, looks recent too. I’ve gathered everything up and tipped the water out, managed to sign the log but it will take forever to dry out in this weather. Used up my last log back along the highway; apologies for not being able to help out here, hope the next person can as this is a senior cache, thanks Maccamob.
Love getting a Maccamob cache.
Was out exploring this side of the state this weekend, by myself and just grabbing select caches as I go. This one was always going to be on my list.
The initial plaque was a bit hard to find. There’s a couple of information boards nearby that don’t hold the necessary information and it took a while to find the one that does.
Once done, the calculations were done and a likely GZ was gained.
Cache was found in the first spot I looked and log signed. Thanks for the adventure Maccamob.

Disabled for the duration of the renewed Covid-19 lockdown. We believe the responsible thing is to disable all our caches until this latest crisis passes.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Disabled for the duration of the Covid-19 crisis. Although exercise is ok, beaches, parks etc are gradually being closed, and we are being asked to stay home. The virus can be transmitted by surface contact, so please don't take the chances. Geocaching is a game, and we are dealing with a serious Public Health issue, so we need to get our priorities in order. Please stay at home!
We believe the responsible thing is to disable all our caches, until this crisis passes.

Catching up on some belated logging today.
After locating the information at WP1 (it was much harder to find that I expected, but after reading previous logs which said to look up I soon located the sign). I made the calculations and completed the short walk to GZ. I enjoyed seeing the emus and other animals in the park on the way and after a short walk around the wetlands I found the cache in the first location I looked, but not the first time I looked there TFTC!

We arrived in Loxton on the 11th March and cached every day and sadly today is time to head back to Geelong
I still have over 200 caches to log so it will take many days on my return but only a few today so decided to log these before I forget.
Arrived in Kaniva and grabbed the details and then back to the area that I had just passed and wandered over to where the GPS was telling me to go a could not find anything that looked like a cache.
So geosense said maybe it is over there as that is where maybe I would place the cache.
I just happened to be in the first place that I looked.
As for the wildlife the sheep were busy nibbling the barron earth and the Emu's and Kangaroos were looking a little rusty and not very active today so I left them to it and thought finally I would have a look at the cache on the gun as I hate them on guns. That sounds like Dak's who always said " I hate them in Rocks"
Thanks to maccamob for placing a cache way up here.

Thanks to maccamob for placing a cache way up here.
A 3 day trip with The White Dofg Gang to St Arnaud.
Thanks to all those who placed caches for us to find.
TWDG has previously found this one so he took me where he remembered it being. That was on the way over.
On the way back we stopped for a break and I gathered the info and calculated a GZ. Off we went. Nowhere near where we were looking last time.
Good to tidy up Kaniva.

A new day and a chance to find new geocaches. Today's destination is Hall's Gap. We plan to drive through Grampians National Park. Feels like it's gonna be another scorcher outside, but it just isn't stopping us from getting out and seeing as much as we can see of this amazing place.
Stage 1 was tough for us to spot. It wasn't until we read back on a few older logs that we discovered we needed to look UP in order to find our target object. Mrs. iowaPete called out the numbers and I calculated for the Final. When I pulled up the waypoint on the map, I was encouraged. It looked like it would be possible!
We drove over to a parking spot, got out and viewed the various sights as we made our way over to gz. It only took a couple minutes of poking around before I called out the find. [^] As with every cache we've found so far in Australia, this one is in great shape. Clean and dry interior with a log sheet that easily accepted our signature. I dropped in an iowaPete signature golf tee and a chance cube before sealing it back up and tucking away where we found it.
I think, if and when we return to Australia, we are going to place emphasis on multi-caches. They have all been a real treat to find.
Thanks for adding to our Australian Adventure!

Day 9 of this years Christmas holiday trip. Canberra to Adelaide to Melbourne to Canberra collecting answers to several of the windmill cache multi's. We stayed in Kaniva overnight so I collected the data and calculated the final coords yesterday when I arrived for this one. I got a little confused when my GPS was saying different things to my phone but then realised that the cache had been moved since I downloaded to the GPS. I soon made the find in it's new location just in time to go back to the windmill cafe before it opened for breakfast. Thansk maccamob.
After almost two years, the wetlands renovations are complete, and the cache is back there again. Formula for GZ has been updated. Our sincere thanks to muff1 for initially recovering the cache from its old location, providing it with a temporary home, keeping us informed of progress at the wetlands, and rehiding the cache when the works were recently completed.
On the way to Melbourne; I stopped only for a quick toilet break. Had a quick look around Coords for the required info and couldn’t spot a plaque regarding the windmill. Am I blind or looking for the wrong thing? Might have a look again on the way back
Damn near missed the plaque at wp1. Took 2 rounds of the wind mill. I was looking too low. Got some figures and off to the final. quick find.
Came over to the 2019 mega in St Arnaud with Mogni. We where joined by jj52, Aussie M and M plus others at different times over the mega weekend. Many caches where found over the course of the 8 day trip. Targeting multi's on the way there and back plus the challenge trail in Mount Beckworth reserve. The creative trails around St Arnaud where the highlight of the trip.

A hot day to be geocaching. Couldn’t find another nearby so came here and it was a straightforward find . TFTC and breaking up the trip to Melbourne from Adelaide
Found with bektheraccoon after the mega event. Glad to finally gt this smiley on my map TFTC
Found on the way home from St Arnaud. Had this solution for a while now and got the chance to get this smiley on the way home with jambochicken. Tftc
Another very informative multi in a small town, after a bit of work we were soon signing the log and it was off to the next one.
Thanks for the cache.
This was the Mega trip that started out as a simple trip to St Arnaud for just the Mega and turned into a mega road trip starting with myself and GooseandEgg flying into Adelaide to collect a rental 4WD so we could drive an indirect route to St Arnaud and then on to Melbourne so we could fly home again.
The Goose had put a lot of planning into the trip so we could both complete or get close to completing our D/T grids, collect a number of good interesting caches and cache types we didn't have many off.
For me this was the best organised Mega I have been to, the stand out was how the committee had managed to get the whole St Arnaud community to welcome us all to the area, just about everyone we meet knew what we were there for and I had no awkward moments explaining what Geocaching was.

We've got one more cache after this one then we are going to have a break. There's some cold beers in the fridge just along the road with my name on them and I'm thirsty. Info gathered and calculated and we were off to GZ. A quick stop here and another multi complete.
Thanks for another one maccamob
When planning the St Arnaud mega trip I was keen to incorporate some missing D/T’s from my grid. Stainless steel rat suggested flying to Adelaide ‘on the way’ and driving across so a route was planned and a fun week of caching began. I cherry picked in my planning so as not to run out of time for the ones I wanted, and we added a few on the day if there was time. We met up with various teams along the way including a planned rendezvous with Tassie Trekkers in Kaniva for a fun days caching. I ended up with around five hundred finds (including labs) for the week, and still had plenty of time for socializing along the way. It was great to catch up with some old friends and of course make new ones.
Special thanks to the St Arnaud mega committee for a great weekend.

Caching in the area we picked up a few caches and this was one of them.
A straight forward multi, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

I came here last year in October for an event, unfortunately I was unable to find the cache, after it being moved for a period of time I decided to drop in and have another go today, a quick calculation and off to GZ I went, a nice quick find. The old location was nicer, hopefully it returns there.
Today was a long day of driving and a matter of making it to Victoria for a few days of caching before heading to Tasmania. Decided to head to the Grampians today with a few target caches in the area, but couldn’t help myself and had to grab a few caches along the way to break up the trip.
All together 37 caches were found.

Hmm any caches nearby my lunch spot? Why yes, a maccamob one! Very nice. Solved over pumpkin soup, found not far away, off we go. Thanks for the cache!
Stopping at this windmill anyway and a chance to grab a maccamob cache is always another bonus . Was expecting something special/different at GZ, but it was just a regular urban hide., an not much else to see, maybe it’s significant to the COs.
Thanks for keeping this old cache going

On my stop over for the night in Kaniva and before going to the pub for tea I went over and checked out the old windmill.
Another great specimen of a piece of Australian heritage.
Worked out what was required but something didn’t seem quiet right with GZ.
A message to the CO and a previous finder I was soon pointed in the right direction after the formula was fixed up.
Nobody awKe at this time of the morning so a quick find.
Thanks maccamob TFTC

Cache is accessible again in a temporary location pending completion of council works. Our thanks to muff1 for all the help.
Drove to Kaniva today, for Chunk's belated birthday, to meet up with Hans and Linda and muff1, before embarking on adventures in the Little Desert tomorrow. We have had the corrected co-ordinates for a while from previous visits, so we drove around and checked on GZ first but the wetlands are still under renovation. There were work crews on site today, which is a good sign. Later muff1, on behalf of the COs, were able to point us to where we could find the temporary safe place for the cache. We then all went to tea at the Commercial Hotel, which too is currently being renovated. The food was fantastic and the owner very welcoming and very passionate about the history.
Thank you maccamob for this nice little multi and we sincerely hope it can keep going.

TFTC. We had made the calculations, but the council are still working at GZ. We were lunching with our good friends Muff1 and they showed us where the cache is currently safely being looked after.
I had the info from previous trips.
Stopped over with the Muffs last night.
Muff1 checked my workings, and showed me where to find the cache.
Log stamped and cache returned. tftc

Met up with Mrs Rat and a gorgeous Mr and Mrs Muff during a trip to Victoria - what a pleasure and a treasure! Spoke to both and realised if i did some quick thinking I would be able to solve this! I'm not good but this time I was lucky! TYFTC SLTNLN
Wetlands renovations are still not completed. We understand that work will take at least another month. We'll replace and enable the cache again once access is possible again.

After being in South Australia for a little caching run, we left Keith in the early morning after a lovely breakfast. We were ready for the long road ahead. Snap only had about 2 caches in-between Melbourne and Adelaide to find, I had plenty more! I took the opportunity to find some of them and utilised his failing memory to my advantage... sort of. A quick find after a walk along a rickety old walkway. Thanks for the cache maccamob.

With the numerous times I've passed through here,
I've not managed to find the time to do the multi.
Luckily WP1 wasn't busy as we missed coffee time.
Somehow, even doing laps and taking pictures it took some time to find the info plague, doh.
Plugged in the coordinates with the required info and went for a short drive.
Someone has spent some money here at one point, but the maintenance has dwindled.
No matter, it was a lovely walk out to gz, no one was here and hewalker grabbed the cache which is still in good condition.
Thanks for bringing us here, a lovely spot maccamob a favourite

clare007 & I stopped here to take a break on our roadtrip home from the Alexandra Mega Event...
We took some time to find the sign as it was covered with plants...we collected the information & headed to GZ...who would have thought there was a wetlands area at Kaniva...
The poor path is in need of some TLC...
Thanks for bringing us here maccamob

Arrived in Adelaide with JACS Team and met up with Ardom for a road trip to the Alexandra Mega. We all had caches along the way we wanted to grab for different reasons and this was one of them! Thanks for placing
Driving towards the mega event from Adelaide, we had to stop and grab some caches... It made for a slow but fun journey. Eventually made it to Bendigo just after midnight! Great place to stop for a break. I enjoyed the painting on the shop wall. The pathway to the final is in a bit of a state of disrepair... TFTC.
Roading tripping from Brisbane to the Alexandra Mega via Adelaide with ESCR and Ardom. We had our targets set and this is one of them for either being old, large, interesting, rare or a high favourite. We had a smashing day arriving at 9:30am and driving through to Bendigo tonight. Thanks for placing and maintaining.
Heading to Adelaide for the annual family reunion and used this one for a stop over and leg stretch
Info easily sought, great park to stretch the legs. Cache found in excellent condition. Signed log and returned as found
Many thanx for adding to our holiday

Enjoyed this multi. As suggested a leg stretch enabled an easy find. Thanks maccamob for showing us another great rest area. Also another LGA area ticked.
Stopped in Kaniva, saw this multi and went for a walk. The park is looking a little unloved sadly. The boardwalk was in need of some major repairs so much so that we decided to look for another way back to the car. That was a mistake haha, the first bridge crossing had no foot railings and neither did the second. Luckily no wet feet today! Thanks for bringing us here - it was a good break from driving
