Thanks for recovering the box. It's a pity that most of the contents have also gone, but I have been out today and replaced the logbook and pencil. It's quite obvious that this cache is now known to muggles, so I think it may just be a matter of time before it is archived!

Found box lying in bits with contents scattered. Reassembled what we could and put it where it seemed to be meant to be. No notebook to be seen.
Recently muggled - box was open with some contents scattered around. Squirrels sharp eyes noted it as we came to the end of the boardwalk. What we found was still dry, so it must have happened vert recently. Put back what we could, but no notebook to be seen. The Mantas left a slip of paper so we could log this.
I put it where I thought it should be but I will enter a maintenance log.
