Hi, this is the owner of Rock On, Ex nihil. Right now I am in Solomon Islands but will be back in town July and will repair this cache then. Sorry it's out of action right now.
Seems that the bag has been stolen. Owner is out of country right now. Has sent son the investigate. Sorry for the inconvenience.
A friend tried to find this; correctly identifying the hiding place but there was no cache on the end of the strap. She was most disappointed as this was the first geocache she had tried to find!![8)]
Tried this cache a few months ago and received confused looks and scratched heads
With the climbing centre owner around today sheenabled me to make a quick find

What a great cache! Locals were very friendly and assisted with the hunt. Drooped off geoslug.

Been going here once or twice a week for the last few weeks and never new the cache existed. Accidently left the GPS on and it beeped at me so I had to have a look. Thanks heaps! Great cache! Favourited.
Another find by DMS LOST, was a collaborative effort to decifer the clues and retrieve the cache.
After a bit of searching and re-reading the clues we finally found the hidden cache. Thanks to Joe who pulled it up and Brad who returned it. Signed log, left bracelet and took travel bug.
We found ourselves in the right place with the right information and managed to extract the cache. Sorry we didn't notice the trackable in there. Thanks Ex nihil
out on the hunt with the kids and MGROCKS
nice placement you start about 2 metres from it but have to work your way up 10 more

I took a break from the map conference to check this out. On arriving at GZ I attempted to secure the prize but an excess of avoirdupois overcame me and I fell, only to be rescued by a cheerful guardian who then proceeded to show me how it should be done. Thanks nihil great cache and great poem.
Feeling brave, I entered the lair of She-Lob and with the assistance of the redoubtable Ryan, soon had my hands on the treasure! Thanks for the cache, Ex nihil!
Found this one with a few other people, was a great idea for a hide. Never seen anything like this one before. Thanks for the cache!
Don't know how this one was found between 1am and 4am. May need to look at some of the other caches logged around Darwin to see if the logs have been signed.
Found with GGG on a 24 hour geocaching marathon that started at Darwin International Airport, criss-crossed the city before heading south. We were in the CBD between 1am and 4am, went to Marrara and Fannie Bay, around Charles Darwin University around Sunrise before going out to the Eastern Cliffs and conducting a mopping up operation in torrential rain in the afternoon. As time was limited we tended to avoid most multicaches. TVMFTC.
Was stuffed after a full day geocaching, so will attempt this one when next in town. Nice way to hide cache though.
Found this afternoon in company of the current top hiders for the Northern Territory 2007 (but maybe not for long). Drives me up the wall (twice), good fun, but very hot to be climbing. T:mini torch (might come in handy for Night Time Stroll [?]) L:NT magnet. Brilliant idea for a hide thanks Ex nihil [:d] [:d] and thanks to my hiding counterparts [:d].
Found this afternoon in company of the current top finder for the Northern Territory 2007 ( but maybe not for long) . Sent them up the wall to retrieve the cache not once but two times, one to get it and one to put it back. Took nothing and left nothing. Thanks for the Hunt.

On our holidays, partly travelling in a Britz campervan through the upper half of the Northern Territory, we tried to log as many of the caches on the way. With the use of a PDA with iGo and the caches loaded as POIs, driving to the cache locations has become quite easy. In total, we visited 61 cache sites and of all these sites, we found 41 caches. Certainly not a perfect score, but we usually enjoyed the location the owner of the cache has chosen. Geocaching brought us to the usual popular tourist locations, but also on some places that we would have otherwise never stopped or driven through.
This log-entry is the seventh cache on our tour.
Arriving today and walking around Darwin all afternoon, I’m already very tired (and soaked). However, the GPS is showing this cache is only a few hundred meters from the last cache, so I decided to “quickly†log this one as well.
However, that worked out quite differently. I will not try to give away too much information, but I certainly needed the help of Rory (he works there). He did not just secure me, but also talked me meter by meter closer to the cache. I think I never had to work so hard to find the cache. Back on the ground, it felt like my limps where falling off. It took me at least 10 minutes before I was able to log the find. After that, Rory put the cache back. I certainly didn’t mind that he showed me how it is suppose to be done.
Thanks a lot for this one. It’s really the most unexpected cache location I’ve encountered so far.
Then a little note: Rory found the cache by accident about 6 weeks ago and added a note in the logbook. He’s not a geocacher yet, but has been thinking about becoming one.

About 200 m from my hostel, but the gates were shut every time I walked past. Too bad, I gave up that activity in favour of travelling to Darwin...
Had a go at this one a fortnight ago, had printed clues and poem with me but did not notice the cache attributes, just one of the problems of caching at night.
Will attempt it on my return when I get the travel urge again.

Met up with the very friendly natives. This is a brilliant concept, however I was unable to take the high path and had to resort to the low path.

With courage, the four crewimlost2 entered the area. we met the locals who were more than helpful. After some deliberation we figured the task, but alas, it could not be done at this time, almost healed injuries from past conquests prevented the intended approach. Just when we had resigned to failure a hero appeared pointing out another approach. This was taken on the promise that when fully fit the challenge would be met.
What a top cache. We will return and do it properly.
As the locals are such fun folk, we dropped off TB Zoe to meet and greet more fun people and continue her journey.

Great fun!!! Found the location that the coordinates indicated and thought, "maybe I shouldn't do it." Then I gathered up my courage and headed in. Glad I did as the folks that greeted me were great!!!! They helped me out more than they needed too and it was greatly appreciated. Make sure to do this cache, its great fun and great people!!! My first trip to AUS and the folks I met made it great!!! Fun poem to decipher!!
Took Polar Pacer TB and Left Boomerang TB. `Boomers' goal is to get to Ayers Rock, please help him along.

[Rubberdad and sons were really looking forward to this ... but I suggest we should add a DCM to the entry. Spoiler follows but might be helpful to avoid disappointment. DCM =] "Don't Come Monday", a colloquial expression usually indicating that the recipient has just been fired, but strangely appropriate here! [No hard feelings by the way - would have been a nice challenge but I had to leave next day.][Apologies to owner - I've changed the DNF to a 'Note' ]

I was a litle concerned about this one, but it was not as difficult as I thought. A very well thought out cache and many thanks to the friendly locals.

Now this is a really really cool one. Most absolutely definitely among the top 2 I have done. Nice to see that the standard of caches keep climbing higher and higher.
Although I had left my goodiebag, I was ordered by the native to take a topical captivator (circumstances impose the necessity for a certain ambiguity here).
Thanks again for a really uplifting cache!

Visited this during a pleasant Thursday evening. Excellent Cache. Enjoyed the challenge and the clues. Can't say too much more without giving it away!
I was in Darwin for a day after taking a boat from Innisfail to Darwin. Walked along the parklands doing a couple of caches.
Great poem. Not being a local, I did not know what I was to find until I got there. What a great idea.
Unfortunately, I arrived in the afternoon and after-school muggles were occuping the walls. I was not allowed to climb.
I think I had worked out all the clues, but I had to fly out the next day, and could not get back to finish the cache. Another time.
Thanks, Robmc.

Was dreading this one since it seemed so hard - I am usually absolutely hopeless at puzzle caches.
Finally plucked up enough courage to try for it.
Obviously, I found it! Great fun.

By far the most interesting, and very challenging cache. Awesome idea. Loved the challenge!!!! Will be smiling for a very long time, remembering this one!!
Team Lemmings rocked on and found this one - very cleverly done. Kids really enjoyed it. TNLN.
One fateful sunny Sunday morn
The wish to find Rock On was born
And so 4 Geowombats with MC^2
Embarked upon a hunt prepared
To take on the challenge of the ring
Until we all could Alleluia sing
Courage was found with the help of a friend
No need to meet a dire end
One step at a time our chosen hero did take
Upwards, onwards, no mistake
The words were found to be exact
Our goal was reached; t'was all intact
Just reward was left to help our friend
Who doeth freely Shelob's lair defend
And to Ex Nihil thank yous must be expressed
No doubt about it; this quest is best!

A cache, A cache the cry went out.
Released on a weekday to torment us with doubt.
Should we hurry to complete the quest?
Should we dally and read of others success?
The cacher was readied,
The clues were read.
The wordsmith’s decoded,
The clues in their heads.
A vast local knowledge,
Experience from afar.
Guided terrortorian
and their silver cacher.
The site was located,
we are sure of what we seek.
The hazardous journey,
Requires one not meek.
The cache was assailed,
and held in our grasp.
Tribute offered, tribute taken.
Our mark left to tell of visits past.
Our heartfelt thanks to Ex nihil,
for your mighty quest.
Although our verse is quite dismal,
Your quest it was the best.
