Not getting much chance to replace cache. Hopefully someone else will drop another one in the area.
went looking for this one today, also found old hidey-hole and looked around in the obvious places. Spent over an hour looking in between swims. Think it may be MIA. TFTH
Went lookin for this one. Found the old spot by the path.
Made my way up and found a likely spot between the falls to the right and a rock overhang to the left.
Had a good look up into the hole and put a flash light up there but no cache

Great little cache location and a lovely walk with the kids after visiting my sister-in-law's place. There was a frenzy of trading loot from the cache by the gang of treasure hunters but we eventually settled on the appropriate swag for each before building sand castles at the beach.

This was a nice easy walk down from above. Spotted the old location and then moved up to the new one and we had the Cache in hand within a minute. Top little beach and we might bring the kids here for a picnic one day. Thanks for taking us to a top spot

Great spot and view.
Stayed on the boat for a while, caught a couple fighting mackrell on the same lure we left.
Hard to avoid the muggles, the place is easy to get to by car, boat canoe.
We have walked back up through these falls in heavy rain, lots of fun (probably not so healthy).
My daughter swapp a fishing lure for a key ring.

found around 2.15pm. Nice waterfalls after rain. A pleasant walk to the cache and a good hide. (although it was a bit exposed so I made sure it was covered before leaving) I left a TB (around the world)
I wandered down here before work about 2 weeks ago, but ran out of time. Today the GPS had a accuracy of 30m which wasnt much help. After a bit of scrambling I found the cache a little bit exposed not far from a spot muggles might be, so I tucked it in a bit more and added a little natural cammo. There was a muggles log entry on the 3/1/07 "Found this while poking around for lizards, Interesting"
TNLN TFTC, I Wish I could walk down the the beach and stay all day but work calls.

Found it 5:15 PM when it had started to get dark. Left a key ring, formed as a white tree from Nokia - took a plastic (puppy) fish.

Nice little spot. Parks like these Sydney does very well, it feels like you are miles away in the bush. Took a little while to find as the GPS was complaining about the cliffs.
Halfway through looking a walking group walked past, luckily none looked up to where I was.
Thanks, Robmc.

Lovely little beach that's only a couple of miles from our new home in Frenchs Forest. We will definately be coming here again!
I've lived in this area all my life & I'd never been to this lovely little beach before. Thanks.

What a top spot. Found on Sunday morning and went in by foot. When we were there we logged that there looked like 10 kayaks below. When we went down to the beach there were about 20 of them on an organised kayak tour. A warning to anyone else that looks for this on a Sunday morning is to make lots of noise whilst walking along the track so they know you are there as we came across about 5 kayakers at different times all looking for a quiet hidden tree to releive themselves.
Thanks for the adventure, pleasant little find for Saturday afternoon. Took Kansas Geocoin and will move to a new cache shortly. Left LED keyring torch. Peace! M
We hired a twin kayak at the spit and since the weather was great the little beach was quite crowded. We found it fairly quick and paddled the way back home.

[Found my first cache! Had a few tries but much easier if you take the details with you. Took geometyr set - son very happy - left lucky Japanese charm.] GPS reception bit dodgy under the hillside so took a while to work out which rock. To help on LHS of waterfall as you look up and wuite close to falls. Not right the way to the higher rocks!
Didn't know you could walk to this beach. Have kayaked past here previously.

Cache #1 @ 12:10pm
With the correct coords this cache was a quick easy find in a great section of bush. the beach below contained a large group of muggles.

Followed the directions and found it without trouble, T brush L brazil real, had the beach to ourselves on a great day.
We promised the kids this would be the last attempt so thankfully after searching for 20 minutes Geo Dad yelled the welcoming words "I found it". This time we approached from the top but would suggest it is safer coming up from the beach. We took the Singapore Sling Travel Bug and the turtle key-ring. We decided it looked like a nice collection of keyrings so added a boomerang keyring a book on mysterious places and some coins. It is our 3rd daughter Rebecca's 15th birthday today so HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Fancy Geocaching on your birthday!!
Checked cache location this morning.
So very sorry for those that visited and found themselves at the wrong location.
I realised the new cache coordinates were entered wrongly. The correct coords are: S 33° 46.945 E 151° 13.498.
The error was a typo. S33'46.495 should have been 945.
Trust you have more success the next time to care to visit the area.

Tried this one again but like the previous group we ended up in someones backyard a few streets away from the first location. Looks like the co-ordinates need rechecking.
My GPS nearly had me going into someone's house, now with the amount of bushland around here there is no need to place a cache so near someone's home, so i refuse to place myself in an awkward position and refused to find the cache.
Best approach is to drive to the end of Killarney Drive where you will see a track. Follow this for a short walk then take the left path at the obvious fork in the trail. Follow this till you see a tree on the trail with a hole at the base. Again fairly obvious. Its above the beach. From the tree with the hole at its base, leave the trail and work your way up the incline staying on the left hand side of the watercourse. There is clear air for your GPS so I did not expect anyone to have much trouble.
I'm not sure what went wrong for the last vistor to this cache but I will recheck coordinates this week if I get time.

New Cache, new location (a little further up the hill from the tree with a hole at its base). No sign of the original cache. We are dissapointed the log book has been lost. Thankfully there were no travel bugs in the cache at the time it was lost. We have just got back from a holiday in Thailand so we put some Thai trinkets in this new cache for those that find it next.
I'll temporarily disable this cache until I get a chance to send the Geocache detectives out to investigate. Will keep you posted.
Enjoyed my visit so much that I came back today with a group of friends for a picnic. We, yet again, failed to find this cache.
RIP cache.
RIP cache.
Kayaked in to Arnie's Beach but the sky gods were not friendly and had us chasing all over the place looking conspicuous as ever in our life jackets and spray-decks. After searching all over the place and not finding it, we decided to move on to the next cache on the list.
Didn't find it. As I'm the second person in a row not to find it, perhaps it's been muggled or washed away?
Mind you, I'm still happy I went to Arney's Beach. What a gorgeous spot! A lovely white beach and a waterfall. I've got to go back there.

Found this cache with DrCarlo, and while I guess I was technically a muggle at the time of discovery, I was a muggle with two full Subway cards.
I'm now a geocacher, obviously. It's good fun!

Went on a big bush walk today and made this cache part of my route. Was an excellent walk (12km all up) so I feel shattered now, climbing out of that place is a big effort..hehe
Took some friends with me, and had two help in locating the cache.. We looked for about 10 minutes before my girlfriend (and fellow geocacher) walked right up and pointed it out.. signed the log.. Took nothing and left a voucher for a free sub at subway!!!
The cache has been found by a few muggles, who have signed the log and left it be. Also it narrowly missed a backburn operation which is excellent.
A very nice walk, a very nice beach and a very night area of sydney.. An excellent cache!!!

Nice little secluded beach - I would like to get a kayak out some time to paddle around some more places like this. Great view and a very peaceful spot.
Had a hard time with this one. My GPS didn't work too well maybe it does not like being out of British Columbia. Found it after an hour or so. Nice beach for my first Australian GC Took nothing, Left TB Froggy
This was an easy find in a nice spot. Afterwards, we sat down at the shore and bought a can of lemonade from a guy selling ice crean and drinks from a little boat TNLN
The guys said it all, a spectacular area and great spot. Thanks Wizbang TNLN 1.22pm
We did a marine assault on this. The boat slid up onto the beach and everyone leapt off and attacked the hill. Our target was found hiding and we quickly stripped it off the Jeep TB. We spent some time on the beach trying to be creative with perspective shots before jumping back in and retreating from the scene of the battle. TNLN. Thanks Cromage.
The BEACH, not a good movie, but this was a great beach. Found the cache tucked away. Did our swaps and then were off like 4 men in tub.
On our return past this beach we spotted an oasis on the beach, all alone and scantly clad but there was caching to do and besides Andrew wouldnt turn to starboard... Dratz.

A deserted beach greeted us as the bow of HMAS Oyster Cruncher hit the sand, it was a case of run for the hills in search of hidden bounty.
After searching in the wrong spot for too long, Dave deiced my finding streak of two needed an inturruption, so he found the cache and all was good.
Would love to see this waterfall after a good rain. I just never seem to have enouh smallish swaps, so, could not do any of that this time around.
Another excellent cache from Crowmage in a great spot hidden away from the rest of the world.

Grew up around this area and had not visited this beach in many years so the cache was a nice excuse for a bush walk. Dropped off Jeep 4x4 TB to continue its adventures from Michigan. TN. Great cache, thanks.

Busy little spot this Australia Day with water skiers and cache-hunters everywhere! We took the short walk in and confess to sweating more than somewhat on the way back. Took the cartoon donkey TB and left a blue die. Thanks again to you Crowy.

Wow, Couldnt log this one immediately after finding it and can't believe that TB Whirlwind Donkey is on his way once again. I thoght this might be visited again on Australia Day and as I held on to him for longer than I wanted I'm pleased he's got someone to talk to AGAIN!
A lovely spot very close to some friends house so knew of the beach. Fairly busy there today but the cache is set back nicely.
TNLN (except TB Whirlwind Donkey) sl.
Thanks for the stroll.

This was to be our next stop on our Middle Harbour Aquacaching adventure but as we rounded the headland we were greeted by a beachfull of yobbos waiting their turn on their mates' inflatable ring which was being pulled by their mates' ski boat. As there were about 15 people on the beach we figured our chances of finding the cache undetected to be about nil, so we gave it a miss and headed back out into the ever increasing wind and on to Oysters Afresh.
A shame as it looks like a nice place to lunch. Next time.

We normally paddle to this beach but as it was the only cache today which could be done by sea we opted for the land approach.
This is one of a great series of caches which could be done by paddling. You can hire a boat at the Spit for half day and collect about 5 caches from the water. Just hire it for the morning before the wind picks up.

All the kids were with me on this one
Down to a beach where we could have some fun
The walk down was pleasant enough
The track for little legs was a wee bit rough
At the bottom a gorgeous waterfall unfurls
Together with showering bikini clad girls
Found a great place for a wee rest
Incidentally it was where the view was the best!!!!!!
Had to go, didn’t want to be seen as a pervert
Besides, we were here for the cache and not to flirt
Up and down and all around
A consistent GPS signal could not be found
Back to a place where I initially wanted to look
And low and behold it was there in a nook
Left a small VW Car
And took a stuffed koala
To the beach to play for a small duration
Thank you Crowmage for finding this beautiful location
I live just a few minutes away and decided it would be fun to go and look for the cache! I took a friend and she thought it was awesome! I found it in a pretty obvious spot ! It's a great walk but the walk on the way back is a killer [xx(]! Thought i could do with some excercise !! Great view! Off to look for another one with a big hill (NOT!)! E4ephela
P.S. Took rubber and pencil sharpener (could do with new utensils for school!) and left a love-heart rubber and a 'britney spears' wallet!

Got down to the bottom to find a woman sunbaking on the sand. This was no problem for Hounddog, after all, she was topless. Rummaged around in the bushes and found the cache in no time at all. Top spot, or should that be topless spot. Thanks for showing us some great spots.
Nice place? - Yes.
Quiet place? - Not when you have half a dozen hoons playing silly buggers on the beach shouting all sorts of silly teen talk.
This one took us ages, our ForeTrex was throwing us all over the place and we climbed every ledge and poked our head in every nook and cranny to no avail. Not once, not twice... We could rarely get the GPS to settle, it just keep sending us up and down the cliff.
After deciding to give up and head home we found the cache on the way out, a good 25m away from the best average we could muster with our seemingly dodgy satellites.
It was found in a really obvious spot, although hidden deep inside where we didn't dare put our hand on one of our ealier desperate wide area searches (you know the type, where you just wander off aimlessly a silly distance from GZ hoping to stumble across the cache!). The lesson learned I guess is to throughly evaluate every hiding spot.
You'll either find this one in 10 seconds or you'll walk right past it and hunt for ages!
Great spot though, enjoyed the walk.

This is a great spot, although very busy on days of nice weather. Took 10 minutes of scrambling to find the cache. Even with all the people there was no muggles to worry about while checking out this cache
