What an amazing spot! Chatted to some dog owners, trying to solve world problems as one does lol. A couple of days on the other side of metropolis in the company of TeamAstro. Thanks Muzza for showcasing this area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
Looked for around 10 minutes before finding it buried. Signed log and returned to same spot but we didnt bury it as much as it was before. Another nice find with geo buddy ashkev87
That was tricky as there are so many possible spots. We sat on the bench to enjoy the view and it was closer than we thought. TN Left a bone carabiner. TFTC and a lovely walk!
Well that was a lot harder than it needed to be. Found in the most likely spot after passing over it several times. In good condition. Tftc
Second attempt but still can find it. Looked for 20 minutes with team of 3 but cant find anywhere
So that's what it looks like in daylight. My last visit here was 8 years ago today, at night. This time in the daytime and +Wife is here too.Cache in excellent condition. There is no need for the CO to pay a visit.
A short walk from the nearest parking spot. Followed by an easy find. The cache had slipped out from its hide.Everything is in good order. I added a pencil for those that don't come properly prepared. Thanks for the cache with a view Muzza.
I looked everywhere on either side of of the path and it said I was I me here away but it was nowhere
We were about to give up and wham - geohubby nabbed it. TFTC our Aus Day 2024 find #1
A little difficulty to find with the overgrown bushes. But it is there within 1.5 m
Lovely stroll through some overgrown bushes! Great spot with a great view! Thank you! Nice one for my first logged find! With sonofthesimes
Out with keepingupwithkdog for her first official log! It's definitely still there, the coordinates are a bit off but if you sit on the bench, you are within 1.5m of the cache! It's a shame the paths are so overgrown, it seems like a really nice walk.
I’ve recently introduced a work colleague to geocaching, and she has had trouble finding any on her own. We were having breakfast nearby and came to look for this one. There was a likely hiding spot, but nothing there…
But thank you for bringing us along this lovely walk

Finally, a day organised just for caching with day1976, originally had been planning Narbethong unloved but the constant rain would have been awful for bush bashing and for my little 4wd.
So picked a different direction, which the weather forecast said no rain, and the rain tapered off as we arrived.
After doing a series of caches that took 4hrs and 15km of walking, some drive bys were necessary.
Very very wet, sorry I would replace logbook but I don't have one with me.
Photo sent to CO

Found it , this cache you have to look a little harder for . Beautiful scenery very peaceful
I certainly took in the view as I was there for 20mins! More difficult than anticipated! Thank you, I can relax now
Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to Muzza for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Found this one back in January 2010 but didn't remember doing so ended up finding it again with some caching friends *who hadn't found it before!* Oh well at least I can log visits for the TB's I'm holding onto for the moment.
Currently holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula and the weather hasn't improved at all. Still raining, raining, raining. Today we cruised along the west side of the Peninsula and stopped here in Somers to find this cache. We didn't park as close to the cache as we should have but the sun was out so decided to walk. Once on the right track it was very very wet, muddy and slippery with lots of puddles and very overgrown in spots. We finally arrived at GZ and started our search just as the rain returned. Mr. Pooky quickly made the find, we signed the log and high tailed it back to the geo4WD, the rain getting heavier with every step. Unfortunately, due to the weather we were unable to hang around to check out the views and will have to return. TFTC and bringing us to this spot, which we would never have found without geocaching. TNLN.
Beautiful spot for a search on this beautiful day Took a while but aventualy found it Thanks muzza for this one ️
Nice spot! Was wet inside but paper still writeable.
Good path ways around. Wouldn't have come here otherwise

Lovely little stop to rest after finding this cache. Wife and I @KolehA, looked for a little bit after some finding the geocaching.com sign we looked around and then found it close by. TFTC
On the 2nd attempt we found the cache!
Not obvious but need to think creatively. Although co-ordinates had us looking elsewhere it is within 2 metres.
Good Luck.Paul, Harrison, Hamish & Harley.

A lovely network of tracks through the bush leading to this cache that overlooks the beautiful Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. GZ was a great spot for a break and to plan our next hunt. Tftc
Out with AndyB84 again for a morning of finds around the area.
I dnf'd this one last year and I did again this time but Andy came up with the cache in a place I had checked multiple times.
An awesome view from this spot.
Thanks for the cache.

Find # 10906
Found with sharkiefan.
The task for today was to tackle the Jack Speak series and a few around the area.
Despite the morning drizzle we still managed to make the Jack Speak finds along the road. Even with a DNF we still managed to work out the final.
Then when the rain passed and the sun was out we done more exploring and finding quite a few "Welcome to..." cache at each town we passed coming back up.
Throwen in was a couple other puzzles we had solved.
A fun day had over on the Mornington Peninsula with a total of 45 smileys for the trip.
A quick search here in a logical place and wouldnt ya know, we found it.

Jack Speak Day.
We had planned this trip a while ago and had the puzzles solved even longer ago.
Depsite the wet weather and gloomy looking day, we decided to head out and have a crack, prepared to give it up if it became too miserable.
Pleasantly we ended up with some beautiful if not windy weather and had a great time out this end of the state.
The residents of the nearest street clearly do not want people parking in front of their houses. So many bollards! A nice find once at GZ. We love an older cache! Tftc

Unfortunately, after a fairly thorough search here within 1 metre, I did not turn up anything that resembled a cache, but it's a nice spot nonetheless, thanks muzza.
Great spot for a cache but me and my brother needed to where shoes. We just popped into the beach and found the cache with our shoes off. Tftc
No joy here.
Found the area, even found a geocaching.com graffiti on the hand rail near the seat.
Must be tucked away somewhere that I couldn't see.
