Have decided to archive this.

10-Jun-06
This cache seems to be missing.
I will check on it when I'm next in ChCh

07-Jun-06
Seems that it may be missing (it should be easy).
If others fail it, I'll disable it.
Either way, I'll check on it when I'm next in ChCh (I was there today, but hadn't been able to check my Email to see logs of my caches for 2 weeks).

04-Jun-06
This one had us totally stumped after a thorough search of the area. Rain forced us to give the hunt up. Sadly, it may need checking to affirm that it is still there.

28-May-06
Searched and searched for this one with hubby without success. First one he hasn't been able to find. Signs of burrowing.

20-Feb-06
Found this one with the lid popped off and thought it had been muggled. But no, it wasn't. The cause was a spoon that had to be bent to fit inside unbending and lifting the lid.
Out: Spoon
In: Nil
Cheers for the cache.

18-Feb-06
Out and about with Mini Mac. Our 3rd find of the day on the way home.

18-Feb-06
Super hard took us five hours (just jokes):) fun

30-Jan-06
How did I miss it the first time.
TNLN.

07-Jan-06
Obviously a very popular cache these days.... GPS sent me to the wrong side of the creek for a couple of minutes before settling down and taking me to GZ. We did this on the way home from resucitating our cache "Your Quarry" which had been muggled.

Third time lucky. Searched in the wrong tree 2nd visit. TNLN

17-Nov-05
Nice cache. I didn't have any appropriate swaps. One of 20 for the day on my last day in NZ. Thanks.

06-Nov-05
There was a crowd of parents taking photos of their small children climbing the trees when we arrived. Thought we might spoil the family photos and the secrecy, so we left.

04-Nov-05
Finally found one today, had to stretch the arm to reach.Took nothing.

21-Oct-05
Found this one on my second attempt. Drive past it everyday when I go to work and decided to stop and try again today and found it easily. TNLN.

11-Oct-05
This one was a bit challenging, as the GPS was going nutso. I did find it in the end. Came away with dirty knees and hands, but that's all part of the fun! Right? Razz
TN Left hammer keyring.

I'm surprised this hasn't been muggled! It was easily visible from 2-3m away, and there was a 'poking stick' lying suspiciously up the hole. A nice wee park though.
TNLN, Thanks.

29-May-05
Had to abort search last week as there were children playing right beside GZ. Was not to difficult to locate. The box too small for our swap so TNLN. Thanks.

28-May-05
Easy find, pleased to find one so close while visiting my Dad. First Cache in ChCh. Big Grin

21-May-05
Still too easy to find, my GPS had me 1/2 way between two trees and I could see the cache!!! Hid much better. Seems the wind must blow straight into the cache hiding place. Cheers for the pencil Grandalf. + spanner - medal. Mordor&Andre.

10-May-05
Placed a small pencil into this cache today.

09-May-05
A very easy find - too easy in fact, as the cache box was visible from 30m away!! Obviously, the material that hides it had blown away in recent storms. So, I hid it again so it's just visible from perhaps armslength. Also noted it had no pencil, and I suspect muggles have been at it. I'll put a pencil in next time I pass. TNLN

02-Apr-05
A quick find, another neat Canterbury park. Nil traded.

20-Mar-05
This was an easy find in a pleasant little park. No swaps.
Thanks for the cache

Nice little cache this one. TNLN.

17.45: Although we had a printed and complete description, which we brought all the way from Germany, we weren't able to find this cache SadSadSad. We searched for 30 minutes, supervised by some local children. We think they didn't know what we were looking for. We haven't asked them to keep the local secret Wink. The encrypted hint was no help for us, because we believed that we had inspected all tree around - especially those. Nevertheless the terrain allows wheelchair access.

Many Thanks Bitsprayer

25-Jan-05
Nice little park, easily found cache. No pencil with logbook, luckily we had a pen. No swaps. Cool

04-Jan-05
Thrilled to find the cache so quickly and a beautiful park to have a wander in. Swapped a socket for a crescent. Thanks.

11-Dec-04
Found, but no pencil, so couldn't log.

Took/Left nothing.

08-Dec-04
Another easy find, had to be quick as the school near-by was just about to get out and wanted to beable to place back easily. Cheers, a nice spot.

It has to be fitting that we hit the big 100 with a Moneydork cache. We did not leave a tool, but rather a commemorative coin to the man who invented and used most of them. We are now looking forward to the next 100. Many thanks.

04-Dec-04
GPSr seemed to be pointing at one particular spot but no luck even after extending the search area. Sadly we didn't have time to stay for too long.

16-Nov-04
First of a little night caching with Nandor. No exchange, thanks.

16-Nov-04
Yep - this one was a little dodgy for a night cache - a little too close to neighbours. So many excellent trinkets in this cache - no exchange though. Smile

08-Nov-04
Great wee spot. Found the cache without much trouble. Furby was lonely so we took him home and left a small lock and keys. This was our second find
Thanks Moneydork

A good start to a pleasant evenings caching - no exchange. Thanks for the trip to this Park - excellent.

31-Oct-04
Our 1st geocache...went with lyricnz & shorty (8 yrs). Found out very quickly it isn't wise to sit on the grass - still picking prickles out of my backside. Otherwise a nice spot that we've driven past a lot but never stopped to investigate.
- 200 won

Thanks for a great cache hunt. Middle buckoboy found quickly once coordinates had been locked in. Interesting cache contents too!
Great to see Furby is enjoying the time playing with the newly left tools.

This time we left him an unused plastic spoon (in case he needs to start digging or eating!) and unwrapped the tape measure from around his rotund little body and gave this to smallest buckoboy to take home.

23-Oct-04
This was a nice spot to end a hard afternoon's caching

Left an allen key
took nothing

Cheers

22-Oct-04
Last one for the day. I was going to drop off Bluey Day Dog but the cache turned out to be a little small - after all, every cache toolbox needs a TB! Twas a reasonably easy find, but not before I managed to have a quick slip on the muddy stream bank. No exchange made. Thanks for the cache! Cheers Gav [254]

20-Oct-04
Nice way to top off a bike ride (via Dwyers Pass, Summit Road and Kennedys Bush Road) with an easy find. No exchange as I have only bike tools and I might need those yet to get home today. Thanks Moneydork - you sure get around!

16-Oct-04
Found this nice and quick as the rain started to pelt down.
Nice wee park.
Took nothing.
Left 200Won for any cache-setter needing to make local phone calls in South Korea.
Cheers

11-Oct-04
We waited until the Sallies scared off all the locals, then wandered in and found it relatively undisturbed.
In keeping with the theme, we took in a chainsaw and removed anything that might be hiding a cache. (Only kidding!)
This is a lovely little park, and was only missing a cache to be complete!
Took nothing, left a tape measure.

11-Oct-04
Had to be stealthy as there were families out enjoying the pleasant evening. A good cache to dash out and do after work.
+ cold chisel - crescent
Thanks Moneydork

Saw this cache and put the coordinates in for a later date but as I was in the area , going to run the dogs at the Quarry and prehaps look for Aloha Sonny again, I stopped by. First to find and all.
No exchange made as I didn't expect to find it.
Thanks Moneydork for putting down a cache where a caching challenged person can find it first time and in 2 seconds flat.
