I received an email about the location of the cache:

The container was found in the reserve area that
is on the right side of Strathalbyn road as you are leaving Mylor in between South street and Hampton road. If you move away from the road you cross a large open grassy area with a few trees, and then come to some thick undergrowth where the land slopes sharply downwards into a creek. The cache was on this slope near the bottom.

Please feel free to pick it up at your convenience!

It should have been archived long ago

28-May-06
Which isn't suprising because it's offline, something the GPSr didn't reflect but the PDA would of if I had looked. Must delete the old caches from the GPSr!
Anyway, found something cool on the side of the road, left nothing but happiness.

Stopped by today....
Alas no cache to be found.... We did replace exactly where we found it, maybe the wind has blown it?
Even looked down below, but way too many blackberry bushes to contemplate a thorough search!

28-Jan-06
Well, we also looked and looked and looked.

We went away and returned... and again we looked and looked and looked.

Perhaps we should look again?

28-Jan-06
Hi all,
Sorry for the hassles, I'll try to check it out today, hopefully not another one of our caches muggled. We only have 1 left out of four!!!

15-Jan-06
Thought this would be an easy find. Looked and looked and looked. The tree is growing profusely where it has been pruned. Very frustrated by this.
Stanleys

15-Dec-05
The prunings are now sprouting profusely. Staring to make sighting the cache a lil more than easy now. Almost dropped the bloody thing putting it back! Was starting to pour now, after blowing a gale at Porteus.
Left a patch, took nothing
Thanks Team Smeg

05-Nov-05
A easy find now the trees have been `hacked`. Surely the tree trimmers would have noticed the cache. Took nothing but dropped off `the code key` TB. SL

25-Oct-05
This is now a very easy find and very hard to conceal due to pruning in the area. Took lion and left wombat and Klem Bear.
Thanks team smeg.

22-Oct-05
GPS Lock poor, probably the power lines directly over the GZ. Thought it might be gone, all the trees over the GZ had been hacked Wink right down, but it was still there. Mrs Fatnav is GOOD at spotting caches - must be my old eyes letting me down.

Took Starfish,
Left Smiley Key ring

11-Oct-05
There must be something wrong with me, bridges, and caching. I could have sworn that i looked there, and it was in plain sight once you looked the right way.

One more cache closer to the 300, only one to go.

TNLNSL

10-Oct-05
The GPSr did not want to play nice today. That side no that side no back to that side and on and on it went. Surfice to say that the GPSr was dispensed with and the cache was found shortly there after. TNLNSL. Thanx TBG.

PS If anyone finds a pair of glasses here or at the nearby Teddy Bears Picnic I'd be ever so grateful.

09-Oct-05
Teamed up with Waterlogged for a day out caching with the kids. Found 11:04 am. This was the first cache of the day, easy find. Beautiful day and a magnificent area. Took: Golf Ball, Left: Star Fish. Off for a picnic.

28-Aug-05
Aimed high - swung low - skied it - spied it - retrieved it.

TNLN.

PS Steve the GeoLab liked drinking at the local bank.

21-Aug-05
On our way home and two in the same area was too good to resist. Still travelling with K2.
The river was flowing quite swiftly and we parked in the large area west of the road. Blackberries too thick to penetrate so we went back up to the road and over the blacktop. The better half of K2 soon had the cache.
TOOK: Hair Clip
LEFT: Wombat.
Best wishes,
Lead 'n Lace + K2.

06-Mar-05
Nice location here! It's great to see this structure still open to the public. Cache found very easily as it was in plain view from the right angle. Number 6 of 10 for the day found by Dave and Terry. Took Gypsum Marker and left Dinosaur. Cheers.

04-Jan-05
This was an easy find on our way to Hahndorf, although our GPS was not quite accurate in pointing out the right spot. But we figured where we had to look for the cache.

We took nothing and left a pin.

03-Dec-04
A quick walk and there it was. Not sure of the relevance of the name of the cache. Could have almost driven right up if it wasn't for the fact I was toting a trailer and can't reverse to save my life.

Thanks!!

03-Dec-04
found with All Cached Up and Jess on way to Superspash
relatively easy find
TNLN

27-Nov-04

21-Nov-04
About time we got this one. Found easy enough, Wibble 1 discovering she was covered in green caterpillars after getting the cache was the nasty bit!
TNLNSL.

20-Nov-04
Found. Eventually!! What was I looking for and why did I look everywhere but there.

Who knows? Maybe the cache gods were frowning.

Actually we drove the swedish froggomobile across said structure. Strong as an ox.

12-Nov-04

A lovely old structure. I wonder when it was closed down. Had I been across this as an Astro-kid? It was a bit wet so I was pleased I found the cache quickly. Thanks Team Smeg. I left a sprit level in exchange for a tape measure.

Clear skies (please!), TeamAstro.

09-Nov-04

Another trip to beautiful Mylor. I think this cache was being put in while I was here last time to grab the Mylor Multi. Got home only to have this one pop up. Grabbed it today while on my tour of Scandinavia and the low countries Big Grin Made no swaps today but grabbed the TB "Filbert" and will move him on soon. Thanks for bringing me back here Team Smeg. There's another 2 of yours in my sights on the way home.

02-Nov-04

20-Oct-04
Found by Mary & David at 1040. Continuing our tour of Mylor, a lovely little town that, thanks to geocaching, we are seeing for the first time. Took $US 1 note, left keyring/compass/torch. Our thanks again to team smeg.

I am a greedy one. The temptation was too much. Three little virgins in a row today.
Had to wait for the lady to pass as she walked her horses.
TN Left Toy car.
Thanks Team Smeg for an early morning start.
