Whoops! I thought I had archived this one a while back.

31-Dec-06
Looks like this one has been muggled. I have looked at replacing it but it needs a different container from those I have ready to go.

11-Nov-06
6am. Searched for ages. GPS kept returning me to the same spot. Bugger.

10-Nov-06
Found while I was still named brendun.

07-Oct-06
Had to be careful due to a family of Muggles feeding ducks from the bridge.
No sign of the TB that's supposed to be here.
TNLNSL.

02-Sep-06
Thankfully this was a nice quick find despite the GPS trying to send me in all directions. Almost muggled as the cache was being returned to it's hidey hole. Never been here before so I don't know what the place is normally like but it looks a bit dodgy on the ground at the moment.
Took nothing. Left a sewing kit key ring. TFTC

Seventh of seventeen finds on my second day in Auckland, in company with Navigull. Being with the cache owner didn't help in finding this one, but it was an easy find at 1515. Owing to the amount of rain that has apparently been falling over here, I had to tread carefully to avoid a muddy end to the hunt. We've been in drought for the last seven years in Oz; can we have some of your rain? Smile My thanks to Navigull for the cache.

IN: Skateboard key ring
OUT: LendLease key ring

02-Jul-06
Quick and easy find late in the day. Left whistle keyring.

22-May-06
This one has a story-i had been looking for a while and I got a bit confudsed with the clue. It started to p.... down and I was getting wetter and wetter. I skyped navigull in the field for help and luckily he was home and was able to help me out.
Offerred me a cup of coffee and a plate of soup too-very very nice it was too.
TFTC
Noted no TB either

29-Mar-06
Found this while in transit between offices. Nice and easy, gps took me right there, however the eyes weren't too good today. Turned around to attack GZ again when the cache hit me in the eye. Blends in very well. No muggles in site and was a nice peaceful break from the grind of work.
In: Hawaii keyring

Very nice spot (lots of ducks) - and neatly hidden cache. TNLNSL, thanks 'gull Smile

24-Feb-06
Nice easy find. Overcast day with only muggles being two kids fishing for eel. Had time to look through the cache, and, as others have noted, no sign of TB.

29-Jan-06
[Third find of the day with KazExplorer. Looks like we are following Buzz around this weekend. Nice and easy.] The 'out of place' bark was a good indicator of hidden treasure Wink

I just love what Auckland council does with the parks this country boy turned concreate cowboy just cant get enough of them.Nice easy find TNLNSL thanks

23-Oct-05
A wee bit muddy today and took us a while to find for some reason.
Its good to see the council doing a bit of lateral thinking and installing something like this that is interesting and a feature for the local community but is also practically useful at the same time. TNLN. Thanks

14-Mar-05
Easy little walk in and a quick find out of the way of people walking in the park. No exchange made. I heard one of the passing walkers commently loudly - 'Look there are now ducks here!' Was that my fault? Wink Cheers Gav [449]

06-Mar-05
Also do not recall seeing Bug on a Bug TB...But since I was keyringless I wasn't looking at contents too closely. Took nil, left pencil scribbles in log. Teased duck on exiting location, just for the hell of it. Thanks for the shadey spot.

17-Feb-05
Easy walk to this one. Alot of trampled grass around the area that lead me on wild goose chase. When I found it the bark that was hideing the cache was quite obvious.
Took key wallet and left Kirks key ring.

No travel bug found??

11-Feb-05

Came here as we had half an hour spare. But forgot the GPS, so had a bit of a wander, eventually (20 minutes) found it with help of local street maps with coordinates. The park is nice, we actually had some of our wedding photos taken in this park. Next time we come by we'll bring a keyring!

Went travel bug hunting but unfortunately this little TB seems to have gone walkabout.....maybe I was already beaten to it! Lovely day in Auckland and quite a few people out and about (including the mozzies!). Out - Rubiks Cube, In - Toy car keyring.

31-Dec-04
Nice little suburban park. Found after a little hunt around. Took orange fuzzy key ring with eyes, left Nemo lanyard with key ring.

28-Dec-04
Forgot to take the log sheet with me so didn't realise that there was a TB here. I didn't have a key ring with me to exchange so didn't rummage through the cache.[:(!]Sad

There was a strange piece of apparatus a bit further on from the cache. A bottle half full of yellow liquid with a pump in the top and clear hoses. Weird!!!!

Thanks

27-Dec-04
Watta day for walking - not a cloud in the sky - felt like 40 degrees - does that when you're overweight and sweating heaps Wink. Found this one with JDHnz. Lovely time.

27-Dec-04
found @ 5:58pm

The second (and last) success of five attempted caches today, catching up on all of the new local caches that have sprung up while I've been out of action. TNLNSL, thanks!

18-Dec-04
This cache needs a favourite geocaching item, the key chain laser! So placed one it for a key chain float.
Cheers, M@

05-Dec-04
Armed with a replacement E-trex and hungry for adventure after a lay off found this in 30 secs. (Lets not mention the abortive FTF attempt a couple of weeks back when I was unsuccessfully combing a spot a good 6-8 metres away)

22-Nov-04
Found it this morning. The mozzies found me this morning as well. They were a lot more friendly than I wanted. They were the only insects that I saw. The ducks and ducklings were wary of me and kept their distance.
No swops as I didn't have any keyrings with me.
