For our first event it was great. The geohunt over a small area was really good.
Alice would go with the best option she could see. Sometimes the pets sometimes the kids or both.
Some interesting ideas for caches. Glad there is still alot of standard caches out there cause it looks like it is going to get harder.

Thanks to Cached and Robtas for organising this enjoyable event. It was fun catching up again with fellow Tassie cachers and we also enjoyed the ingenious 'stamp/punch' hides.
Once again, it was great watching the antics of the two 'stick addicted pooches!' - and an added bonus this time, GeoSnort's fascination with Bernard??

Had a great time at my first event cache - especially with my new buddies Bernard, Digger and my new human friend Alice.
Thanks Cached, robtas and jantas.
Must sleep now . . . . . . .

Team A and Team T turned up fashionably late again...but took no time to settle in and cook up a storm. Thanks to whomever it was that leant us the spatula...team tiges cache monkey was left muttering something about asbestos hands...
The cache hiding ideas i have gained from such an informative afternoon are remarkable...I am quivering with anticipation to get home and replicate all these new ideas and finally hide some decent caches. My current hides are all clearly substandard.
Finally meeting GeoSnort was the highlight for me really...it shows the ingenuity of nature, managing to fit so much dog into such a small frame Little Zoe was as gorgeous as i expected as well...nice to see what a real Aussie Terrier looks like
It was great to catch up with all the tassie cachers, i cant wait to do it again....Nice to learn to 'Think outside the circle'

Didn't get much time at this event due to that swear work...."WORK" and even worse....."NIGHT SHIFT" !!!!! but had a good "ride" around on the bike finding those clever little hides.....
Thanks to the three of you for another event enjoyed by all I those who attended. )

Was the chauffeur for the recuperating Horus for this one. Good to finally meet the Kerrison Clan, and to catch up with the usual faces that lurk at these events. Thought the stamp/punch caches were a good idea.
Had a good time this afternoon, my freshly operated on hand suffered a litttle whilst finding the cleverly hidden mini caches, but I enjoyed it all the same - somone put their thinking caps on for those hides!
GeoSnort loved playing with his new mates Bernard & Digger, and enjoyed being walked from cache to cache by Alice; who I believe isn't fond of animals, she did pretty well!!
Thanks Cached, robtas and jantas.

The alpha Male part of team energizer attended, minus the rest of the team as they were sunning themselves in warmer climates.
had a ball meeting new faces & catching up with familiar ones, also had a ball finding Jantas's needles in Cached's haystacks , Nah just kidding, there were some well thought out ideas, ones which i'm sure will be copied in caches to come.
thanks Cached, Rob & Jantas.

After arriving right on time (WA time that is). Things started to unfold a little like the last caching event. We were last to finish eating, our mascot got himself a nice two-tone effect happening, and we went on a hunt, during which, our mascot deserted us after a couple of finds (he still thinks he's some sort of fickle sherpa).
The other thing that was like the last event, was that all the attendees were really great people to meet up with, and we had a ball! The captain did too... he's still sleeping it off today!
On the flipside, this time we got to go for a bit of a different hunt, after some rather interesting little caches. They were certainly great hides, some weren't really practical for normal caching, but were good fun on the day. Certainly makes you look at things a bit harder!
Thanks very much to the Cached and RobTas teams for organising this event. You obviously put a lot of effort into preparing it. The captain gives you a dirty wet high-five for the effort!
Took - Leftover food and rubbish.
Left - Pawprints and some chewed sticks!

This is the second event we have been to and enjoyed it just as much. Good to catch up with all the cachers again.
Cached and Jantas spent a lot of time thinking up the caches and the hides and did a great job. I had to say that or I would have had to walk home!
Seeing the new cammo caches on display only fills me with dread, they give others bad ideas about caches as I have enough trouble already.
Thanks to all for coming along it was really great.
Look forward to the next one.

Have to change my previous (deleted) "I wouldn't miss it", to a maybe. Got a letter from the LGH and it appears I have a hot date with them on the 21st. now. So depending on how much pain or discomfort I'm in on Saturday morning, I may or may not be there - sorry guys, been waiting for this operation since September last year and I can't knock it back
The event is in the park next door to the caravan park. It is a dog friendly park/beach.
The bbq shelter is within about 20 metres of the given coords.

You mean we finally get to meet you at long last MK?? We can't wait!
We'll be there with our jackjumper and bull-ant repellant, along with a 'designer' gag for Horus!
Thanks Sam and RobTas! We're looking forward to it!
