As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Thanks for that Rbilit I thought I had archived this cache back on February.
Thanks to all that have found this cache, the hiding spot and the surrounding
500 metres has been cleared and the cache disappeared with it.
There is little options for a replacement and over the coming summer
I will have another look at the re-growth.

Mr.Coffee

It appears after extensive maintenance clearing the cache and it hiding place are gone.
We will archive this cache but are looking at a possible new cache in the vicinity.

We worked out all the answers and had the Gz good, but no cache was found. The logs indicated that it was last found in June, so it may pay to have this cache checked out. TFTH
Had three attempts at this before I got the calculations right. The first had me in amongst the houses, the second out in the water. Perhaps I should include a calculator in my caching bag.
Cache was a bit damp but not too bad. Again it was partially uncovered but I tried to conceal it a bit better when I put it back.
Finally, a lovely spot and one I have never been to despite having driven within a few km of it hundreds of times. Was here just on dusk and it was a great sunset with a dramatic sky. Doesn't everything look nice at sunset....
TNLN, Thanks

Found @ 18:40 with davroy. Started off in a westerly direction and then decided there was two options open to us as due west sent us into the water. Tried 1st option. Wrong way. 2nd option soon had us at the right place where we gathered the clues. On to GZ to find it in 2 to 6 inches of water. Found cache half submerged in water. Seems this location doesn't handle 50mm of rain very well. Emptied of the container and luckily the logbook was OK. TFTC TNLNSL
Found @ 1840.
Found with ggkof on our usual Tuesday night caching conjecture. A nice walk in the starlight had us at GZ, a very wet and waterlogged GZ. Cache was found somewhat out in the open and full of water. The logbook in it's ziplock back was dry however. ggkof and I got our feet wet going for this. All that rain today..... TNLN.

Know this place very well. Tina used to live here as well as Cannons Creek. This is also one of the 2 places we generally take the boat out from. Thanks for bringing us back here.
Mozzies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mozzies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Found it without any problem, at 4:20pm on Sunday afternoon.
While looking for it I saw a pile of sticks at GZ and though I had found it, but no, it was nearby partly exposed under a bush.
Still in good condition, although no sign of any exterior rubber bands, they may have perished away in the open air.
TNLNSL.
Thanks for the cache, and the Looney repair job.

We found this cache Muggled and full of water on 16/11/08.
On the 15/12/08 at 9.00pm This Cache was put back in the Same Place (Give or take a few Feet) as the Owner Did Not Reply to us, to express to us, what they wanted to do with it.
We have dried it out and restocked it with some goodies, that we put in a Zip lock bag and log book and Pen in another Zip lock bag as well to try and stop it getting wet again.
We also fixed the container and I taped and glued crack as well as the lid so it cannot be undone. This makes you open the end part that needs to be opened.
The whole Cache is in a large plastic bag with a few rubber band around it to hold it all together.
Goodies included : Golf Tees, Plastic Tweezers, Thimble, Tent Peg Puller, Fish Toy, String Ray Toy, Octopus Toy, Crab Toy all in Zip Lock Bag.
Just hope this one stays safe and dry this time and has a very long life.

Nice find on a nice day, pity the tide was out as it looked a bit desolate.
The cache container appears to have a crack in it and the log book was very wet, didn't have a spare with me.
was still able to sign it though

Container is very waterlogged, the log book needs replacing.
Normally I carry a spare but didn't have it with me.
Handle on container has cracked where it joins the main container.

Found @ 1530 with 3yo geodaughter after checking out the fishing activities nearby. Plaque was an easy find once a muggle moved on from where it was located. Completed the maths and moved on to GZ for an easy find. Signed log as quick as possible as muggle activity was high.

Found at 4pm by penndragons beautiful day and nice peacefull spot. TN left some hair accessories. Finished off the coffee we took out with us, saw a few colourful parrots about. Thanks mr. coffee.
We enjoyed our walk down here today, and found the cache after a short search. The locals here are very nice – that always makes for an enjoyable visit! Thanks to 2big2little for the replacement logbook. SL at 5:15pm. Took White Gerbera Geocoin, LN. TFTC!
A nice quiet little spot. The resting spot with the required details was located in quick time, and we thought the message on the plaque was quite delightful. After some maths we headed off to GZ and found things exactly where they should be. As per the previous logs, the log book was very wet. We had a spare notebook and a spare zip lock bag so we have placed that in the cache. (Hope that's OK Mr Coffee).
TN, Left Hairclips (& new log book), SL.
Thanks for another "hot" cache Mr Coffee.
(Oooops - 1 big who filled in the logbook was suffering brain fade from the heat and wrote the date as 13/3/08, but it really was 16/3/08)

After a small bit of confusion as to which ways west we soon found the rest spot and the cache. Rather than try to write in the very soggy book we added a note on a scrap of paper. Seems strange that these containers are so bad at keeping water out.
Thanks for bringing us to this beautifull spot.
Thanks for bringing us to this beautifull spot.
A nice quick find fortunately - as there was a massive cloud of mozzies just waiting for us to arrive.
This cache needs maintenance as per Oenze's log. I barely managed to gouge a half legible X (ie Captain Tomato) on the back cover of the log book. TFTC

This container does not seal properly and contents are all soaked and plastic zip bags are all broken.
Find # 2038 and 13th of the day at 2:07pm. Accompanied by Feathertop on another trip to the Mornington Peninsula for a day out caching. The cache was saoked and water logged even the new log book was no good (all wet and slimey). TNLN, Signed Log (as much as we could), Thanx Mr Coffee....
Oenze and I tackled this little multi while searching for other nearby caches. After gathering the info we headed off to GZ only to find the container somehow had an inch of water in it. The logbook was drenched but Oenze managed to get our names into it while I retreated as the mozzies were fierce. TFTC as this was a lovely peaceful spot.
Turned up at the lovely spot and walked west for the info which was not to be found. Walked a different west and found it with ease. Went to gz and found the cache after a few minutes but not before the mozzies found me! Managed to log and replace before they carried me off. Thanks Mr Coffee for the cache in a lovely spot. Did I mention the mozzies?
The "pickens" was a bit slim, so I left a soldier & a marker but didn't take anything. TFTC Mr Coffee ps a donut with custard & cream on the jetty would have been nice.
Dropped by today and replaced container and log book. Hopefully this will help keep the contents dry.
Dropped off coin byo pencil.

Nice easy find. Very quiet spot here on a weekday. The cache is VERY wet inside, the log book saturated. Too cold to dry out today. Needs some maintainence. Thanks for the cache.
Decided to try to get this while I was in the area, 8pm getting dark and still being interrupted by muggles. Found the first clue with ease, while I am collecting the details I had to wait for a bikie to get his rather large motorcycle through the device designed to stop people taking bikes along the track, then got to ground zero and decided I needed to go back to the car to get a torch. Got back near ground zero to have to wait for a muggle and her dog to pass by. Then was just about to grab the cache when muggle and dog came back along the path. Finally without to much searching I found the cache. GPSr had me within centimeters of it's resting place.

Nice warm day with lots of muggles around and a 4 year old refusing to head into the bush off the path meant a frustrated dad and a no find. Will try again another day. Had already found 2 of Mr Coffee's in the area...Thanks. Will try again another day. Winchy

Pulstar family fnally found this cache today in Perfect Weather. Found the starting point no probs, and headed off in a westerly direction.... found 1 blue seat with a plaque, but alas it was not the one... kept going till we reached the boat ramp.. hmm end of the trail. I guess we missed something.. or went in the wrong direction altogether. Anyway we watched some boats being loaded/ offloaded, then walked back to the starting point and read the instructions a few more times. Hmm west... lets have a look out on the jetty... took a look out on the jetty, found some people fishing, with fish... and a shark! ... but no plaque. Hmm went back to the car, read the instructions again.... the only seat we didnt check was pre-occupied by muggles for the last hour who had their blanket over the chair while fishing... doh. They were leaving by this stage so we took one last check and found it... at long last Cache was found shortly after... we already walked past it at least twice
Thanks for another great cache Mr Coffee!

Got to the jetty today in cold conditions and was very keen on this as we had heard so many had sstruggled with it over the last year.Got the westerly direction mixed up and walked the jetty to find a seat at the end and 2 fishermen shivering and no fish !Two signs but both didnt seem to fit what i was looking for,so back to the shed and try to find the "west" first, now wheres that sun in the light rain..jesus !Took the only option left and found the required thing.Fitted in all the clues and ventured to the hide location. After a few minutes hit the bingo position ,logged the find and zipped out quick TNLN ,so cold ,now wheres all those damm donuts now after i gave them away .Many thanks to the "bean Team "and cache challenge !!
Drove to a nice little spot and came close but couldn't quite get to cache. Too much water in between. So this little piggy had to find a way around. Boardwalk- no good. Finally found the right place and after solving the clues had the cache quite quickly, much to my surprise. After trying to get some stuff out of the small end of the container I noticed a sign saying "open other end". Opps! Took tape and left keyring. Thanks for the coffee cache.
Found at 1.58pm after a lunch break at the General Store. An interesting coastal village and I spent a bit of time there having a good look around. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

We nearly didn't have a go at this one - the cache notes had given me the impression that it was going to be a fair walk to find the required info (I imagined it would be somewhere back near the long jetty). However, after trying our luck at fishing from the jetty (not much luck, although we did see a couple of Banjo Sharks in the shallows which made up for it a bit) I made a bit of a foray and was pleasantly surpised that I could get the info well before I really needed a rest - and the cache was found soon after (despite the frenzied attempts to defend it by its mosquito guards ). A very interesting container - now I understand the references to Mr Coffee's thermos flasks which I seem to have noted elsewhere .

Thanks again Mr Coffee and the Clan

First of fifteen finds in an assault on the Mornington Peninsula in company with acts2youthgroup. I was to meet A2YG at 0700 at the jetty. I was running 15 minutes late. By the time I arrived, A2YG already had the cache, and was signing the log. So, this one was a GAFF5 find at 0715. I made no exchange at this one. Thanks to Mr.Coffee (sans Clan) for the cache.
Found at 07:00 first cache out of twenty one for the day in company with Dak Emu. On arrival I had had a little bit of time to spare as I waited for Dak to arrive, so I took a walk to the end of the jetty, but not past as I would be swimming. I also sat on the seat and thought what a great place this would be to retire. The cache was a nice easy find. The container was a reminder that I had left mine on the bench at home.
Took a seal and left an octopus.
Thanks.

Its a shame people wish to spoil our environment with their waste (lounge suite)
We agree with other logs - alot of damage is being done to this area in the effort to locate the cache.
After 30 mins of searching, we were about to give up due to the damage we were causing, when Kevin stumbled across it.
This is a pleasant area we had not been to before.

Ack! I tried this cache some months ago and it beat me at th rain came down. Well with no rain today I was able to afford a little extra time at GZ. The area has been beaten to within a inch of its life. Seriously. There is a lot of caching damage here. I'm afraid that I must admit to assisting in creating the damage today.
Trying to be careful was not really an option as the coverage at the cache location necessitated much looking and lifting. I think I took about an hour to find the actual cache.
I was actually walking out of the area (in much disgust at myself, the cache and the varying GPSr signals) when I saw a spot that looked like it might hide the cache, and lo and behold there it was. Phew.
Took bath bomb, left 2 rolls of electrical tape.
Thanks to Mr. Coffee and the Coffee Clan for this cache and the cache container. I love the effort put into them.
This cache is probably a lot harder than a 1.5 and may need to be tweaked a little higher. You may also want to have a look at the area and see if we are causing too much damage.
Finally that nemesis cache comes off the list.

Found at 4.35pm after a bit of a search and eventually checking out the hint - what a nice and encouraging thing to say - thankyou (sarcasm mode off!) We widened our search and soon had the cache in hand. We really liked this area and have meant to detour off the main road many times to check it out, but have always been in too much of a hurry to get to somewhere else. Took: Pith remover, Left: tape and dispenser and Lil' Enzo TB. Thanks Mr.Coffee for another great spot.
Pulled up and walked past the jetty. We quickly collected the clues, as the tide was right out, we did not entirely agree with the views on the plaque, but each to their own. GPSr lead us straight to it and the cache was in hand quickly. Contents are slightly damp.

Found by Mary & David at 1800. Took us quite a while, and we had to keep reminding ourselves of Mr Coffee's advice. Lovely views across the water and we'd have to agree with Mr White. Took stubby holder, left lemon zester for use with the fish you catch. Our thanks as usual to Mr Coffee.
Pooh!
After that magnificent FTF at Mr. Coffee's Fishing Trip I thought this one would be a breeze.
The rain was really coming down when I got to the first waypoint. Walking, walking, walking, the rain got me to saturation point when I was finally able to collect the clues. Punching in the numbers I did more walking, walking, walking.
Also found a blue cap, some bottles and stuff so I was in the same area as a previous DNF (what does that tell you).
With the rain pelting down I couldn't keep up the hunt.
I will be back to try another day.

Ohh help help, i need a gas mask. lol. Once finding the resting place I sat and waited for mum to catch up. Off we go and down the path. But the gps halted. And guess on what.. 0.49metres to the left and there was a huge pile of dog crap, fresh too. "Oh bugger" I say. I wait for the gps to settle for 2 mins it moved to 1.2 metres. But I searched, close to the path and far away. Under rocks, and under grass. Up in the braches and behind trees. I found some other things. Bear Bottles, coke bottles, cans, A blue old hat. Everything but. The GPSr kept on pulling me back to the area of dog crap and I think the cache might be right next to it. But I wasn't gonner look. I dont know what this dog has been eating but it smelled aweful even from 5 metres away. So After 30 mins I called it quits. I will be back when somebody finally finds The fishing trip cache nearby.
Found at 4:55pm. When we reached the first point, we wondered whether to walk Northwest or Southwest. We chose incorrectly first up (if we had read the title of the cache correctly we wouldn't have) but it was a nice walk and a large jellyfish kept us amused for a fair while.
On the right track, we picked up the clue and headed off. Took a fair bit of a search but we eventually located and signed the log.
Thanks Coffees from D & H B-A. Took a cute mini tape dispenser. Left a Bubble Tub.

Went out early to find this one. Worried that I wouldn't have time to find it when I saw Muzza's mention of a short walk! Needed to make it to work. Just proves some people are sarcastic. I made my way to the start point, walked the long distance to the rest point, then sat and rested my weary legs. I'm used to walking long distances, but this one really threw me.
After doing the calculations, I set my GPS and sallied forth. Luckily it was close by, and the GPS led me straight to it - no searching required. (As I ventured off the path, I thought this might take a long time, with plenty of places to hide a cache). I took a souvenir Keyring and left a Travellers Toothbrush/paste kit.
Thanks, Mr Coffee, for the cache, for all the exercise, and for showing me a part of the area I hadn't been to before.
