Seeing as I was the last person to find this cache back in January, I happened to stop by today and can confirm it is definitely gone. Sorry. I would consider moving the final hide spot as the empty bottles and used prophylactics point to some seedy visitors here. It's a pity about the coin I left here, it had come all the way from Croatia
Hope that it is still there and that I was just going crazy!! would love to find all the ones in my home town!!
Thanks Piggysue!!
Thanks Piggysue!!
With Everlasting, we had been looked but not there. I believe this cache had missing. Can you pls check with this. Thanks.
This date is probably not actual date, but did try to find this in March, had no luck, had some fun climbing the trees thought!!!
Might want to check up on this one, especially as at the moment I can see that they are performing maintenance in the area near GZ!!!!
Was hoping that it could be checked out to see if cache is still in place???
Thanks

Waited especially for today to do this cache but alas no Australia Day celebrations for us.
We wanted to drop Australia 2007 Geocoin but just couldn't find the cache.

Had an early morning walk through this lovely shaded park past the people asleep on the grass, pass the early morning half dozen revellers sitting at a table with an esky and their beers (it was going to be hot afterall) and found the cache. Left Grako's red Handed Geocoin, TN. TFTC
Forgot to log Dad's Gone Patrolling TB visit, just parked nearby, while I did the walking
Found today, without a hitch, in the company of Indiana08 and Geodude91. The container was not locked properly, and in there was a spider that had just built her nest. No spiderlings yet, and we got rid of both the spider and the nest - she will have to build a new one.
NINO, lid properly clicked shut.

Searched around for a while, got what we thought was the final coordinates, went home to double check final location but went back to a flat piece of land - certainly nothing to climb! I don't have a terribly high amount of faith in my GPSr so maybe someone else can check if I'm blind
This cache had me stumped. I tried to do this on the run and obviously confused myself with the clues. Sat down at home and worked through the clues carefully to get the right GZ, and today we are triumphant. While logging our find we were swooped by some Magpies. Good thing we had our bike helmets and sunglasses. Returned the cache and got as far away as possible. TFTC Found @ 1:15 pm. KeMs
[Last cache of the day, was a quick find.] Hope some of these things aren't being removed in the near future [as they are marked as if they will be?]

I remember the day I started this cache, I returned to the car after a DNF to hear the news that Jane McGrath had passed away. It's funny how little memories can stick in one's head like that. Anyhow, with the cache replaced I rocked up to where I thought GZ was and sure enough, the cache was waiting where it should be.
Thanks for replacing it and the interesting history of the area.

2nd find for David's birthday hunt, found at 1.20pm after a nice walk around the park, avoiding muggles and wife looking at every tree, acting like she was inspecting them.

An easy find after initially being confused by the club name, some of the signs had an extra word in there. No-one was at the playground so the cache was easily retrieved. Quite a pleasant park but we were amazed by the volume of traffic: the noise and fumes. While returning the cache there was a huge bang, as someone demolished the back of someone else's car! Glad it wasn't ours. TNLNSL TFTC.
Found @1200 After doing the numbers it was a nice easy find the only Muggle about was busy throwing a stick for his dog & they were Facing the other way.

Tried this one about a year ago without luck, so today was the day.
The only muggles around were some people doing exercises on the stage area.

Couldnt find this one today while in the area.Maybe i added something wrong and was looking in the wrong spot.Is it still there?
After a DNF report and a year between searches I checked this one out and it was definately GONE. Replaced with a new one at the same site but slightly lower down.
I had to ring for a clue as I couldn't find the cache at GZ. With a year between finds it might be worth checking.
I had no trouble with this one though I had to climb a bit at GZ which is hard with a bung shoulder. TNLN thanks piggysue.
Found at 15:10. Tried this one a while ago but went to the wrong sign. Should has followed GPS all the way but didn't. This time I did and then it all came together and I had the cache in hand shortly after. Thanks. TNLNSL
Had a nice wander collecting the clues and found the cache with a little climb. TNLN, The lid wasn't sealing very well. We scored a parking ticket though. Doh!
A short break from changing nappies, and a nice easy find in the heart of Dandenong. TNLN. Thanks Piggysue!
An interesting structure/sculpture at WP1 (but easy to get the numbers). After a quick trip to WP2 we were on out way to GZ.
I don't consider myself short, but I did climb
Thanks, Robmc.

Couldn't figure out at first why my gps showed this as being 86 metres away no matter how far I walked! Then I realised that I had the coords wrong and I had 86km to walk! Once I got that sorted the wps were found easily and the data collected. A note in the description removed the problem of two names at wp2, and the cache was found via the clue. TNLN as I was in no position to do a swap given where I was! Thanks piggysue for a well put together search.
A second go at this cache secured the goodies. Plenty of push bikes around this morning as well.

We drive by these places and never stop to “smell the rosesâ€.
This park and wpt 1 has never been noticed until this search brought us here.
We took a Greensborough Panels Tag as a memento and due to space constraints left a small Frog.
Thanks piggysue.

Found it at 3:15pm. Passed a wedding party along the way. Got confused with the club name, but sorted it out. Plenty of kids and people in the park, so we pretended to do a tree classification survey in the vicinity until it was safe! Put it back ok. TNLN SL. Thankyou for the walk through the park and we had a good laugh pretending to be arborists!!
Did this with NEXT!. Found @ 14:50 Pick a sign she says WOW [xx(]did half the co-ords using the wrong sigh until we figured out it just couldn't be and found the right one. [:(!] TNLNSL.Geez... pick a sign.
Found at 9.55am. I think I put 10.55am in the log. Had to go and shift the car half way through as the meter was out. A lovely park on a sunny day but hardly anybody about. TNLN. Thanks piggysue for the cache.
Geez... pick a sign. Did this with Scooters Mob. Found @ 14:50 The club can't decide what its real name is! I originally was looking at a new painted sign on the fence... then spotted the ones we are meant to use...made a big difference to the outcome. Took: Blue "much better" ink stamp Left: Keyring and a Next! Laminated Stamp. TFTC
No problems finding this one.
Aaahhhh, the joys of caching in the rain. NO MUGGLES!!!!
In fact, we had BOTH playgrounds to ourselves.
The lid of the cache wasn't closed properly. There is evidence of ingress of water, which has since dried up.
Closed lid securely & rehid as best as possible.

again to put the cache back.
Some caches just dont wand to be found easily, but I logged it in the end.
In: Stamp, Out: Elephant, Signed Log.
PS. There is a metal punch which is rusting and staining container I wasnt sure whether to remove it or not so I left it there.
Thanks PiggySue....

after some concerns with the clubs name I go there in the end and then had to make the mad dash back to the car - making it with 1 minute on my meter.
Found at 1.05pm GAFF1. Hooray!! Didn't muck up the calcs after not being sure of the proper name of the club. Does City form part of the name? Took: Where's George, Left: Pencil sharpener. Thanks piggysue for an interesting cache.
Thanks Piggysue ,this is a park we had driven past many times but had not stopped at ,the kids played on the playground while we did the calculations and soon had the cache in hand .Luckily it was getting late and didnt have muggles around us ,which made it a bit easier for us ,thanks again .
Yeah got the math right. Had no problem locating the cache except for the last bit. Removed knife, no not fom me, fom the cache. left a couple of toy cars & a toy elephant to bump up the swaps. #3 for the day.
Found 14:15, a great cache at the end of a pleasant stroll
TNLN, thanks PiggySue.

I didn't realize this cache was even nearby, & I don't know how I missed it. I looked it up on the mapping program, & on reading the page I knew exactly where the first clue was going to be, and also the 2nd clue. As I didn't have my GPS with me, I did this one completely on the trusty old lap-top and then found the cache on the way home from work. A cool little hiding spot for a cache.
Unfortunately there was a sharps container about 2 feet from the final cache. Even more unfortunate is that all around this area there is a drastically increased chance of finding exposed sharps/syringes, not in a sharps container. It is a less glorious side of my employment, that I get to see such, and it spoils a great park, but be warned Do Not feel around with your hands in this area. Use a stick or something!
Anyway, thanks Piggy Sue for a cache I was able to do mostly whilst at work, and a nice easy find, in a nice park. As I left the swaps in the car, I TNLN, however I did remove the travel bugs to move them each along a little further. Thanks again Piggy Sue

This cache has been on my list for a long time, but I've missed it because I've always run out of time in the past. Today, I had plenty of time, and decided to give it a go. It was a glorious sunny day, and the walk around the park was just wonderful, collecting the answers as I went.
As I approached GZ, there were some muggles at the nearby tables, but the find was quick and they were too caught up in their conversation to notice me. I had left my swaps in the car so no exchange was made. Thanks for the cache, and for a lovely walk in the sunshine.

Ninth of 20 finds for the day at 1410. I gathered the various numbers at the various waypoints, and headed off to GZ. There was a cyclist taking a rest on a nearby bench, so I had to wait a bit until he moved on. I had the cache in hand shortly after. Thanks for the cache.

Postscript: I got a bonus find while logging this one. I passed the Stan Prior Sound Shell on the way to WP2, and remembered that there was a locationless cache called "Strike up the band!" for such structures. So, this cache ended up being a 'twofer' [^] In case anyone's interested, Stan Prior was a cornet player with the City of Greater Dandenong Band until the age of 100 and actually played in a concert at that age. He died at 102. He was in the Guinness book of Records as the world's most durable bandsman. The band even won a B grade national championship with him on 2nd cornet (and very adequately) when he was 96.

I found this one fairly easily after doing a bit of maths.
Took: Squishy Lizard
Put: Mondo WW-I 1918
Also visited the local law court out of curiosity before attempting this cache. There were quite a number of people milling about, none of whom looked very happy.

Caught@work and myself teamed up for a morning of caching, and this was our first for the day. We were off to a bad start when we both had different answers to the next location, but that was due to one of us having the 'old' details. Once that was sorted we soon had the cache in hand.

Out today on a cache sweep of the Berwick area with Blaze_au this was the first cache we came across.
Thank goodness for Blaze being along as I still had the out of date cache description and I couldn't work out how you enter a waypoint with a negative number.
The clues were easily found and the search for the cache was not that hard.
Kudos to Blaze_au for snaffling this one first.
Took stretchy lion , left stretchy lizard.
Thanks piggysue, a challenge even though it was probably not meant to be.

My apologies to all you clever geocachers who found my cache even though I gave you the wrong numbers. I have just spent lots of time re working out my clues several times over and I think I now have it right. Sorry I was tired and hot the day I hid this and my brain must have been more befuddled than usual.Happy hunting
Found by Mary & David at 1135. Having read the earlier logs, we weren't surprised when the waypoint generated with the two dates was wrong. (If you replace 'f' with 'f-d' in the latitude, and j with d in the longitude, you should be fairly close.) We too ignored that, and instead made an assumption, did a bit of analysis and came up with a probable GZ for the cache. Went there and found the cache almost immediately. Hadn't stopped at this park before so enjoyed a short exploration. Took wooden bead bracelet, left a card of auto fuzes. Our thanks to piggysue.

Just popped out this morning to look at a new car for the Team Chefs to go cachaching in, whilst deciding to buy or not, thought I would do a quick cache. Spent an hour or so last night studying the Melways after part doing this one yesterday, and read the other logs. My homework paid off and I had the Cache in hand at 11.10 am.
Then went back and bought the car.
Thanks Piggy Sue.

What a cache, this one was a head scratcher. Got to the first WP and did the calculations. I ended up over the road next too a pool shop. Hmm I thought, this cant be right. So I looked at the local clubs nearby. There was a grand total of 4 clubs. I noticed a 4wd pull up near me when I got back to the first WP and it turns out to be team crackers. I told them about my problems and soon after they had the same problem and were driving off in a completely wrong direction. So we joined forces all scratched our heads for a good 20 minutes before guessing the correct co ords. I found the cache easily at GZ. Even though team crackers had a good idea of where it was too. Good to see a empty log book for the second time in a week. My 2nd FTF ever.
I would suggest that you have a check on the calculations for the second WP especially j=c-f.. it makes no sence as I come up with an answer of -2..
Putting the cache back was the hardest bit, we stood around for a good 20 minutes to stick the cache back. It was good to meet up with team crackers once again. And if it wern't for them I would have been standing around for a lot longer looking for this one. Thanks to Piggysue for a headscratcher of a cache..

Found at 7:45pm. Ahhh, Piggysue, Piggysue, Piggysue. What for art thou strange numbers thy scribe do conger? Me thinketh they be of an oddness that does defy thy yonder logic.
Having said that, we tried to make some sense by following to the most logical calculation, but with negative numbers making up part of the total, it was always going to be a guess and we ended up looking some 25m through a large fence into a transport yard. We then returned to near the start and ignoring the first part altogether, we looked for a club that made some sense of the second clue and had the cache in hand soon after. The temperature outside was just fantasic at this time of the evening and it is always nice to work one out without the correct clues.
Thanks to Piggysue from D,H & A B-A. Took nothing, left nothing.

Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan found this cache at 830pm. we had originally started this one earlier in the day but gave up after first being unable to work the coordinate sums (this had us at a location 1.83km away). At this stage we decided to go and finish off some other caches and during the course of the day deducted a new final location. On returning it took us only 5mins to find the cache (i'm glad i'm tall).
