With too many amazing places and history to explore in the area, we imposed a 10 dnf. Sadly, this one timed out and, and with the previous dnfs, I think it's gone tftc
If it is where I hoped for, then it’s not there.
If it is where I think it can be, I’m not going to climb that.

Though moved , the cache was still surrounded by water, so we used our geomobile to stay dry. Thus we couldn't take any photos, but signed the log only.

Thanks for this one no mask available but I had to get this teenager loitering around Parkes. Thanks for maintaining this one
Coordinates were spot on. Chilly today, but not raining. Lost internet for a bit. Tftcsl.
Hollowed it out. Cache all good. Thanks, great to have a cache to stop at on our cycle to VIC from far Nth QLD.
There’s is no pen so next person should bring one and the mask is gone but still a good one and took a little bit to find just rode my motorbike down there and found it

Up in Parkes for 2 weeks with work. Looking after the factory while the local Manager has a well earned holiday.
Week 2, I've been a good boy.
Normally I would have cleaned the caches up around town by now. But knowing that "Reach the Peak" was gunna change over this week. I managed to hold back (only minor caching withdrawals) and keep the "closer by caches" till today.... well time to do a little map clean up.
After work I got to the task of turning some icons to smilies. Headed north for a couple more "History of" finals.
Had a break for dinner.
Then back out to do the adventure lab and change a couple more icons around.
A quick grab while going past.

Day 2 of our southern trip. Heading to Parkes, caching a bit as we go.
After the obligatory visit to the Dish, we decided to come the back way to Parkes for a few less travelled caches. This being regarded as an 'oldie', we made a rather wet beeline to it, or at least I did. Cache was OK though.
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 6:05 PM on January 11, 2022. TFTC, MSMACKA

Another cache on our way past Parkes seemed like a good idea and this one would/should have been a nice easy park and grab if I didn't over think it.TFTC.
Bunadoorian and I were headed north early today. I required to fill the date placed on my calander so I decided to head here to pick up this cache while travelling. We found the cache - no mask and the camera is still there ( including the now fairly rusty film canister) in good condition. TFTC and for bringing us here to a part of New South Wales we hadn't been to before MSMACKA.
Nice and easy cache find. Containers slightly damaged but still waterproof. Thanks for the hide!
A nice quick find. The log and cache is damp but still usable. The camera is there but all wet and the mask ???
We found the stump no problems. Still looking for the mask. Was looking forward to it!
The cache was full of water, but the log was dry in its plastic bag. Signed and placed back in it hiding place but hopefully away from more water. I think the camera is well and truly shot!
Our second day in Parkes, and guess what we did. That’s right, we visited The Dish. A great place, fantastic history and the film always made us laugh. We even played “Classical Gas” in the car on the way out. Of course, we managed to find time to grab some caches before, after and during our visit. The countryside is nice at this time of the year and we enjoyed our drive, but the weather is a tad on the cool side. Mr Ski is also a bit sad at the state of the car, and is currently cleaning the latest coat of mud and dust of it. Yes, that’s right-both mud and dust today.
TFTC and to all the local CO’s who have given us a geo tour of the local sights

Found by Mary and David at 11:20. Heading to West Wyalong tonight after a wonderful couple of weeks going to the vert wet Dayboro Mega. A glorious day of sunshine today. Wonderful to be doing country caches and being in the bush. Our thanks to MSMACKA.
Taking a back road into Parkes. Quick easy find though I think that camera has seen better days! Thanks.
Just realised had n o t logged when here nov 2018 with The X-Trailers. Back today so now logging
A nice stop on our journey across the country from Adelaide to Brisbane with Davidwazza! TFTC!
Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled from Parkes to Merriwa. We travelled north-east via Baldry, Yeoval, to Wellington, where we visited the Wellington Caves, and stopped for lunch. We then continued the drive north-east through Spicers Creek, Two Mile Flat, Gulgong, Ulan, arriving in Merriwa in the evening in time for a pizza dinner. Afternoon highlights were walks to The Drip Gorge and Hands On The Rock (Ulan Aboriginal Rock Art), and several of NSW's LGAs were visited during our travels today.
There were some cool old trees around GZ. This cache turned out to be a reasonably quick find, and thhe cache container and logbook were in good shape. It was nice to see the camera still in the cache, but no sign of a mask. Thanks MSMACKA for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

MSMACKA I found your cache Donkey on the stump on 29/8/20, 1:10 pm. This is my find 2627 and find # 4 today. Quick and easy drive by. Container had water in it. Logbook dry but I don’t think the camera will work as it was sitting in the water. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the local district geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Had no troubles with this one, apart from the lid of the container found left off, and the contents very wet. Will message owner
A nice quick find on a glorious morning.

fitzy_1965, albida33 & I headed out for a long weekend away. Basing ourselves at Macquarie Woods, we ended up visiting Orange, Parkes, Dubbo and lots of towns inbetween.
Day 2 saw us head out from our campsite and rambling up towards Dubbo.....14 hours later we were back at camp.
Quick find here today....no mask anymore but there is a camera!

Orange 2020 Day 2. I headed out for a long weekend away with Fitzy1965 & MinnieK to cache between Orange and Dubbo. We explored forests and towns and camped at Macquarie Wood. The weather was great and we managed to visit many more caches than I ever expected. After a leisurely start to the morning we climbed into the car to head to Dubbo, but it took all day to get there via Orange, Manildra, Parks and Tomingly.
Thanks.

A plan was hatched for the three of us to head up this way for some quality caching over the 3 days. Day 2 and we headed off for further adventures. Next stop of the day - and this was found in a string of cache finds as we drove around Parkes. Awesome !
Thanks MSMACKA !! Camera there but no mask.

In reality we found this cache on the 29/10/19 according to the log book but it appears that we had not logged the cache. Today we returned as the cache is on our to do list and when we saw where it was we thought that there may have been a new replacement cache, but no - there was the old log book with our name in it. SL TFTC (29/10/19)
Found the Cache but sadly no mask and the cameras film has been removed. TFTC!!
No donkey here today, but there was a cache. Can see the contents have been soaked before and the lid is well and truely busted and needs maintenance.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Today was day 2 of the trip Aquilus1 and myself undertook from Canberra... into the heart of deepest darkest NSW. Grabbing as many counties as possible is the name of the game as well as trying to pick up everything old and/or interesting.... if you are reading this its becasue this cache ticked one of those boxes.
The day started in Wellington and finished in Parkes, though we went the long way around. The highlights of today was some amazing caves, the Big Bogan and the dead centre of NSW (including 7 years unlove on a cache there)
Nice to see original containers!

With GreyHams we set off on our 3 day NSW caching trip, north up past Dubbo and across to Nyngan before heading back down... and around, to make sure we collected the caches of interest along the way. Counties, oldies, good DT and others of interest, enough to steer us across country and into some interesting and worthy to visit locations.
The sun shining and the sky blue it was a great time to be out through the changing scenery along the way, from the lush green hills to the flat straight outback. Many thanks to all the CO's for their cache placements, we sure found some unexpected locations worthy of visiting as we journeyed through.
Another great oldie!

After 5 hours of driving we finally made it to Park s and decided to grab a few caches ahead of checking into our motel, ahead of a weekend of training with SES. TFTC
In town to assist with some SES training, combined my first trip to Parkes with a quick detour to tick “the Dish” off my bucket list and grabbed this easy PnG on the way back to motel check-in. No sign of a mask and not sure camera even still works but quick find not long before sunset.
