Logs
Yes the team found it.
In the end the muggles were passing by not concerned by our antics.
The dog walkers were more interested in finding rabbits to chase for their mutts.
We were the only ones with a purpose - find a cache to boost our numbers before the Mega event in SA.
Placed more log paper in the cache container just in case someone else finds it.

Came to town to go to the Cheese place but it was closed so decided to pick up a couple of caches before heading back. Thought this one might be harder but it was a quick find.

An nice walk with grandson and our children. Surprisingly quiet today and very little muggle traffic. Log book is full and needs replacing.

Today I thought I'd take a 20 minute drive down the freeway to grab some caches even though the weather was looking a bit dodgy. It ended up constantly raining and stopping so had to find things to shelter in including the car if it was close by enough.
Instantly found the geotrail on arrival at GZ so went for a look but muggles coming along sent me further than required to make it look like I was checking out the river.
After 2 sets of dog muggles left I had a look and it was in the first place I checked. Great, after a few DNF's today, it's nice when that happens.
Thanks for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

I had some time to kill while getting a wheel balance at Tyre plus so I decided to head to the pub for a quick beer. I thought I should check out the area for any nearby caches and lo and behold I found this one in a lovely park right opposite the pub.
It didn't take long to locate as there is a well worn path leading right to it. I had not planed to go caching so had no pen but locate it I did.
Couldn't sign log due to lack of pen.

Was about to leave a "rack off muggles" log when suddenly the coast was clear. Had used the time waiting to read some logs to get any hints. Proceeded down a likely path, and moments later spotted something. It was the log, just sitting there. It was signed in a spare spot somewhere, but is very full. Was just going to leave log where I found it when I spotted the cache lid, and soon had rest of cache too. As per a previous log, the container and contents needs some TLC.
From memory I didn't find this one when I was here a few years ago? Today I was disturbed by council workers, but still able to make aquick find.

When wasptor informed me as to what to look out for I quickly had this in hand. And easy find before heading home to Moe, TFTC
Found with PapaGrouch and WeRAmused. Stopped for a little walk to get this one and another nearby in an afternoon of park and grabs. TFTC
I find looking under bridges to be a scary thought as I fear spiders and other creepy crawlies so I used the logs for a bit of help and I had the cache in hand pretty quickly. No muggles to be seen which was a bonus.
Thanks for the cache

Find #854
Out caching with Nut bear on this beautiful sunny Cup Day. We thought this one had been muggled at first as Nut bear found the log sheet on the ground, but soon after also found both parts of the cache container. Cache opens too easily and if put the wrong way up the lid just slides off. Have replaced it but may need to be looked at by CO.
Thanks Team_Diesel for the cache.

Out for some cup day caching with BorisB&Natasha. Thought this one had been muggled as log book was found on ground, found container and replaced the best I could. Nice spot here. Thanks Team_Diesel for the cache.
Found with Sando33716 and lolz92. Took us a while in the dark and wet. Tftc.

Found it! A quick stop after work to find this before sunset! Found it quickly this time. Needed to explain to a passing muggle what I was doing under the bridge. He seemed to know about caching so not a muggle at all! TFTC SL
I had a meeting this morning in Pakenham and afterwards had the afternoon free. This gave me a good opportunity to find a few caches in an area I don't often frequent before I headed home. I missed the turning in off the highway and had to do a rather large loop before I could park. It was then a matter of carefully picking my way across the water logged park to GZ.
After waiting for a couple of muggles to pass I was able to get on with the search. It didn't take long before I had the cache in hand and was signing the log.
Thanks to Team_diesel for putting this cache in and keeping it going.

Was by passing the are so called in to claim my 14 of 31 days of caching
Found parking close to GZ had a quick search and found it in an obvious spot for a cacher, no muggles around on this very drib drab day.
Thank you for the hide :-p

Found in 5-10 minutes. Nice place to go too! Lots of muggles crossing the bridge though.
Out and about at large with my caching buddy Slink1. Not a great day - showers etc but an afternoon of caching fun. Just out for fun not for numbers. A vote of thanks for the cache to the owner. TNLN SL
I felt I had a pretty good idea of where this one would be located, but an almost constant stream of muggles on two wheels prevented me from conducting a good search. It was getting ridiculous and so in desperation to get out of there, I resorted to PAF. F came good and I found the cache while we were still talking. SL TFTC
I liked the rock formations near this cache and being on the walking track it made a nice afternoon walk.
Found @ 4:55pm, find # 1975
I had been past this one on a previous visit to the area but couldn't see it, this time it didn't take long at all to find it, maybe its alot easier to see in the daylight as last time it was dark.
Thanks to Team_Diesel for this cache and all the caching fun.

Have tried this one before once or twice. After finding it relatively easily today, not sure why I couldn't last time. Found easily on Australia Day Saturday arvo. Not a lot of people around. TNLNSL TFTC
This was our last one of a very satifying day & after having done another RDMC knew what to look for.TFTC
Used to live a stones-throw from this cache, so was nice visit again - just not so nice to do when school is getting out. Parked in the adjacent car park, and looked around for the cache, walked down the track a little too far, but it did allow me to easily spot the cache (knowing what it looked like from previous RDMC finds also helped) so it turned into a fairly quick drive-by.
Was in the area after attending a fete at a primary school. GeoWife and GeoSon strolled down the path and were at GZ in no time. a quick search and grab then the log was signed and we were on our way once again.Nice spot for a cache. TFTC Team Diesel.
Wow what a magnificent day to do an epic cache run!!! We saw everything from Shooting Stars to Cars in Creeks. We meandered towards Cardinia Reservoir through the hills to Cockatoo, into the Bunyip State Forest before heading to Pakenham for some night caching and then home. Kay and Tee both had good caching foo today and nary a cache avoided us.
We parked in the near by carpark and made our way to GZ. Gpsr was all over the shop so Kay discarded GPS and clue and asked herself where would I hide one? She soon said the words "found it." SL TFTC

It was a sneaky evening out. Had to work back late, had to meet up with a mate in Pakenham and obviously had to get home to the geo-wife before geo-kidies bed time. In between that I managed to grab a couple of caches!!!
This was a VERY easy find, took one look at the area and I figured where the hide would be. Then had to wait out a few cyclist, a runner, a couple of dog walkers and a plodder before the coast was clear. Dived in, grabbed the goods, signed the log and was on my way before anyone knew what was happening. These RDMC caches are getting easier!

STarted searching only to have 4 muggles heading my way! But the 4 young adults were also cacheing so with 4 sets of younger eyes to help my old ageing eyes the log was soon being signed thanks guys and ladies for the chat and help for my 1,031 cache and 220 consecutive find..Now onto one more hunt before my legs get cold ! Wearing winter shorts this time of year does help! LOL
Found this cache with the help of friends. Bumped in fellow cacher AWegs who kindly pointed us to a nearby location.
Found it finally, 2nd time we attempted this cache and not sure how we missed it last time. Tftc
Very appreciative of the BBQ shelter to shelter from the rain, but the GPS didn't like it much. We located the cache in the first spot we searched. There were lots of other hiding options. SL TFTC
Well, it is an understatement to say that the GPSr had issues here. Standing close to where logically GZ should be it still said 29m. Walked another 10 or so, and it said 28m. Walked back and forth up and down, with only 1m difference, so grabbed the phone, which pointed us directly to the spot. THEN GPS starts to work. GRR. Cache in hand quickly after this. TFTC. A great little park, enjoyed watching the river as the muggles passed by.
With 10 caches to go to get to a round figure this one as a nice one to get the afternoon started.. Thanks Team Diesel for the hide.. my phone was playing up and my gps decided to loose alot of these trads, so with coords garnered from Cgeo on my tablet I was soon entering them into my GPS and soon had the cache in hand.. Find #1992
Grabbed and SL easily enough but 2 muggles kids decided to play in the immediate area making returning it impossible. Walked to nearby cache and back before muggle kids decided to go home.
Other quick find

Suscoe took a little while to clear a path to GZ here but eventually the cache wa in hand.
Signed and returned.
Luck the reserve wasn't being hired out to anyone today.

Had us looking everywhere but the right spot for a short while, but we soon came to our senses and there it was. It was just getting to sundown and the number of rabbits crossing the path on our way out was unbelievable in such suburbia.
Another R.F.M.C (Rapidly Found Micro Cache) in the first place I looked. Just had to wait for the jogger to leave. I don't know who was more surprised, her or me
Thanks Team Diesel

This was our first find on the great induction run!
My partner was 9 days over due for a baby and walking is
an effective way to induce labour.
Why not find a cache or two on the way!
Pretty easy find.

Today I was on a caching run starting in the Beaconsfield area with my good mate and caching partner in crime sedgwickdave.
Our second one in this series took ten times the search time. we were very happy to make this find in the end, very satisfying.

This was the 9th find today on a caching run along the Princes Hwy from Beaconsfield to Pakenham and the surrounding areas with my good mate and caching partner in crime ahomburg.
This one took quite some time to find and was almost at a point of giving up when it was finally found. A satisfying find due to all the effort.

Definitely a bit tricky to find, almost gave up but then my husband found it FINALLY!!!
After last nights aborted effort for night time caching (having a bad cold and all) I decided to get out and about today and get some fresh air into my lungs. The problem of course now is where to start. All caches from home are now some distance and after last nights effort I was concerned with caches in Berwick coming up as DNF. But I tried again and had a very successful job of it in Berwick, Officer and Pakenham. I parked on the opposite side of the road and after a chort walk made an easy find. Thanks Team Diesel.
I had planned a Warragul cache run for the night and was joined by C@H for the trip. Our first stop was in Berwick before following a trail of caches I had on my list for the night which would have us ending up in Warragul.
Parked nearby and had a short walk to GZ where we spent quite a lot longer than expected before finally finding the cache. Thanks for the hide.

DNF for us today I'm afraid - not a good start to an afternoon's caching. Thanks anyway.

Took a roundabout way to get to this one from the previous cache. Need to take the no u turn option off our GPS. After risking life and limb crossing the hwy we scratched around like a pair of old chooks for quite a while before coming up with the goods. Thanks.
