After finishing my business in Pakenham, I was heading to Gembrook to track down some caches up there. With no find for 10 months and the last 3 attempts ending as DNF's, i didn't have high expectations of success. So in that respect, not finding this cache was not a disappointment. Lovely park so a great place for a cache but seriously Team Diesel, it is past time that you checked this one out.
Found this one far too easily... It was just sitting on the ground in the open.
I found a spare section to sign the logbook (really needs replacing), and I've put the cache back in a spot that seemed right.

Log sheet is full. I didn't have my backpack with me or I would have added a new one.
What a sensational spot! There were a couple of dog walking muggles on the other side of the lake and two horse riders appeared just as I was about to retrieve the cache. One of the horses was making a hell of a lot of noise but its young rider seemed to have it under control.
A fairly easy find. Thanks for bringing me here. SL

Found it! Decided to find a cache on the way home from work. Nice park in a hidden valley. TFTC SL, plenty of room in the log to squeeze a few more names yet!
This is a secreted away little gem! You would think it would be deserted but there was a 4wd sitting in the car park with a muggle in the passenger seat. Not another soul was to be seen though. We commented on how odd that seemed and then laughed considering our perfectly normal activity! Cache was quickly found by the tallest of the team and we were on our way.
Quickly found & no vertical challenge for me. This is a beautiful place. TFTC

Wow what a magnificent day to do an epic cache run!!! We saw everything from Shooting Stars to Cars in Creeks. We meandered towards Cardinia Reservoir through the hills to Cockatoo, into the Bunyip State Forest before heading to Pakenham for some night caching and then home. Kay and Tee both had good caching foo today and nary a cache avoided us.
After a quick walk to GZ with torches in hand, Tee suggested Kay looking in one spot, sure enough there it is. As we retreived it Kay said "Look at that!!" as a Big meteorite or shooting star aka space junk flew across the horizon, breaking up into numerous bits. Awesome and this cache wont be forgotten in a hurray. TFTC

Out for a drive on a sunny day and made a slight detour to get this cache.
What a beautiful little spot, like many others, didn't even know it was here.

A quick find @ 17:00 in the company of the geowife, emeraldflame and wal-len. This is the very reason I enjoy geocaching - a great area I never would have known about otherwise.

Yucky spiders nearly kept us away from this spot, wandering around the wrong spot initially, only to head back and spot the little thing up there. Good hide, nice spot for a 24th Birthday. Cheers.
Found with Lindyac and sal after trying to find in the morning and dnf thought about it and returned after lunch to try again. Thought it was the decoy initially but found tftc
Our first find!
Decided it would be a great way to get out with the family.
Lots of fun for our 9 year old daughter, especially while keeping an eye out for muggles!
Actually found this cache while fishing at this destination a few years ago but never thought to look into the game till a friend told me of his fun with the game.
Thanks

Today I was on a caching run starting in the Beaconsfield area with my good mate and caching partner in crime sedgwickdave.
We made this find and replaced the cache just in time, as some fishing muggles were now heading down the path towards GZ.
Thanks to Team Diesel for cache.

This was the 11th find today on a caching run along the Princes Hwy from Beaconsfield to Pakenham and the surrounding areas with my good mate and caching partner in crime ahomburg.
A nice drive to GZ and it was luckly as there were no muggles about the structure when we arrived. If there were this may of been not possible without risking the cache. A quick and nice hide.
As we left muggles started to arrive so our timing for this one was perfect.
TFTC Team Diesel, 3rd one of yours found today

Pulled up to the parking area, absolutely no one around!!!
trundled down the hill looking looking looking... nope, read hint... aha!!! I could see it, thought how the hell am I going to get that with my wonky foot, but I was determined. Even when the spider almost fell on me, and I squealed.

Our big plans for a long caching run out west were squashed by cold weather and, on occasions, driving rain. Jsmyong55 suggested we head south, which we started to do, but eventually headed out east to clean up a few undiscovered caches out that way as far as Pakenham. There were times during the night when we questioned why we were playing this game in the poor weather, but a bag of about 25 caches was pleasing enough given the conditions. We decided to stop early; well at least I did before I pushed J to the limits of hypothermia (or at least a very bad cold). A rapid retrieval of RDMC#4. Thanks Team Diesel for the cache.

Out on our usual Monday night caching run, this time accompanied by rain and cold weather. We headed south today to clear some caches in the area and some which I have not done. Slowly but surely, we moved east instead of going further down till Pakenham when we made a turn and headed back towards the city. Caching in the cold weather isn't much fun but anywho we still needed to do what's necessary.
I had about 30 finds tonight and we had a few DNF's.
This was one of our finds. I made this find easily. I used my height to my advantage. But honestly it was not that high at all. TFTC Team Diesel

This was the first cache for the day on an outing with º to Bunyip National Park.
What a great location this was, some nice houses around and a great picnic spot .
º managed to find a fishing rod too, unfortunately no time to cast.
While I went and planted a GCA gnome, º came up with the hide.

#551 As we so often say, just about the best thing about caching is being taken to lovely spots that we didn't know existed - and this is really lovely on such a great Autumn day. Geowife very quickly zeroed in and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks Team Diesel for bringing us here.
easy find in the dark at 8.20pm Glad I wasn't any shorter. I would like to come back and have a look here in the daylight it looked like a really nice spot. TFTC my last one for the trip home 16 /20.

Not a soul to be seen, but I guess it wasn't a very good day for a BBQ. My parents live in Pakenham Upper and we had never been here before, definitely tucked away, you would never spot it from Army Rd! Tested BBQ while I was there, 1 was working, the other not.

I'd found a couple in the series previously, so I had a fair idea of what I'd be looking for. Turned out I was right, so it was a quick find. Nice spot!
I was a bit apprehensive when I was reading this one- seeing as though I am slightly vertically challenged!! Luckily, when we came back for the second time (the kissing muggles had gone!!) mum found it with ease!! TFTC
Earlier we came but muggles was there so left till we come back in late afternoon. No muggles there.. Found it with my daughter (littlecrank) TFTC
If I had read the info for this cache before I tried it, the 'vertical challenge' may have stopped me as I am vertically challenged! Luckily the cache is positioned so that it is reachable even by me.

A lovely spot at gz and fortunately the family was parked on the other side of the little lake. The coordinates were good and the cache soon found in an obvious spot. The log is getting full so maybe a future finder can bring a roll of 1" paper? Thanks Team Diesel.
Mr. Driver (myself) didn't even see the car parking lot as I drove by, and I saw there was a track around the dam, so we went that way, to find it was pretty slippery, and then up the hill, it didn't want to go. Thank jebus for push-button 4wd! Made it up, and quickly found the cache. Great start to the day.

Sixth out of 10 finds for Australia Day. Muggles having picnic at the site which look spretty pleasant. Almost left for geowife to do another day when she gets the mail from our box but fortunately we pressed on as she is vertically challenged.
