This cache is not being maintained, is in a rubbish strewn area (including syringes). The cache owner has not logged on to the site since October 06.
Ok, i found this one after a lot of a struggle. Fighting my way through rubbish mostly. The cache has no lid is wrapped in a yellow carrier bag and just looks like rubbish. There is a discarded syringe within a few feet of the cache (fortunately sheathed).
Lots of logs saying the cache has been in a bad way for some time. It either needs sorting out or archiving.

Found this today, definately needs maintenance. No lid and contents very wet. I think children have been making dens in this area - its just so tempting!
Found it whilst on the "Around the Downs" walk. Needs maintenance separate log posted. T4TC
It's still there, but only just. Cache is still lidless and in a plaggy bag. I only spotted it when I got down on the ground.

Nice walk through the downs. Was getting dark but found after looking at clue. TN. Left 2 TBs. Becky Koala and Man´s Best Friend.
