Unfortunately due to many circumstances I will be disabling all my caches. My work and other committments have not given me the time to check on or maintain my caches neither has it allowed me to complete any caches.
It does not mean I have quit caching all together. I will still do a few from time to time..
Sorry if this inconvieniances anyone. If anybody would like to take over the cache please email me at [email protected]

Quite cold and windy today, with the spray from the nearby fountain blowing over towards us! ...otherwise, we enjoyed completing this multi. The cache was located after a brief search. TNLN & SL at 2:20pm. We signed our log on the last page. There are still the reverse sides of the pages in the logbook available. Thanks again for a great cache!
Lovely area for a cache. Took nothing but left the marble from the "(sweet 16) Botanical? Whaaaa!" cache [GCMVVW].
Checked the cache. Cache is still dry and the cache codes still appear in the front page of the log book. The lid will no longer have the cache code.
Thanks.

The final cache number can also be found on the first page of the log book. I have seen these numbers dissapear from the lids many times. So now they will only be found in the log book.
I will check on this cache today to make sure there is still a visable number in the log book.
Thanks..

Another in this series found today on my way to the peninsula. A nice multi and a scenic final GZ. Thanks XF King.
The required code for the series has rubbed off the inside of the lid and is ineligible
Found 200707081528 . I had passed by this cache a number of times but today Malby the GeoHound and I took took the time to enjoy a walk around the lake for an easy find . Unfortunately the series puzzle information has rubbed off the lid of the cache

Found today at 12.30,well hidden although I felt rather exposed, will be harder when the sight is developed some more. TNLN thanks xf king.
Another interetsing detour on our visit to Grandma today. We'd driven past this place many times, but this was our first adventure here. Interesting to see the vegetation buffer used around lake for water quality purposes. Thanks for bringing us here. In: 3 little ducks, recently rescued from Wonthaggi Wind Farm (GCRW65); Out: Dinosaur. TFTC - Penguin Clan
Found today after work. Absolutely wonderful location and beautiful weather made for a perfect cache. Hidden well by Clarks mob!! I did not live up to my new idea of depositing nice cache items, in fact I did the usual, just signed the log. I also forgot to deposit the geocoin which was the entire point of the cache visit. Plus I also forgot to bring a pen - the log entry probably looks a bit strange because I was trying to get the existing cache pen to work, so ignore the scribblings and terrible 5 year old writing
Found @ 5:15pm as leaving work to go home.
Only two words for this estate Dog Boxes.
Very easy find & lucky to not be muggled as it was in full veiw.
Took Diabetes TB.

Found by Pickupfamily plus Nana 1355hrs. The cache is becoming a little exposed in the drought so rehid as best as we could. Forgot to note down the codes for the virtual, but if we ever do the other 14 preliminary caches, I am sure we can come back to this one too.
We love the houses in here, we had visited the Fasham display home when it was open a year or so back.

Forgot to log in the Diabetes T.B., so I have had to make a new entry. Anyway, please help to get it on its way.
Found this cache on a hot afternoon caching with Cach'n Kidz. An area that is very close to our work, but we have not visited before.
TNLN
Dropped off a Diabetes Travel Bug whose goal is to get home to Charleston USA and travel around the Charleston area, raising awareness of Diabetes.

Second of 5 caches for the afternoon. I counted all these houses for work about 18 months ago. There are a few more now. Tranquil spot. Easy find. TNLN. Thanks xf king.
Cache is still hidden fairly well, came past to re write cache number and code on LID. If it rubs off again please refer to the first page in the LOG book.. Thanks

A return to an easy day of caching today for Swaggie2 (Daff) who is still recovering from her back injury. This was an easy find in a nice suburb. Would not mind living around here! Clues on inside of the lid were almost obliterated so will have to email xfking for the details.
TNLNSL @ 1415 today.
Thanks to xfking.

Found this one at 15:50. An impending storm meant that we had to read the clue so the find was quite easy. After replacing the cache, we scurried back to the car and made it just in time before the deluge hit.
TNLNSL, noted clue. Thanks xf king.

time was short so we read the hint and logged the cach just before a rain storm began. TNLNSL thanks xf king
A lovely walk through Braeside Park, then round the Waterways lake on the way to the cache.
I had some involvement in the landscaping infrastructure of this area. Look more closely at the pillars, they contain various controls for landscape electronics. The fountain turned off while I was walking round the lake. The annenometer on one of the pillars turns the fountain off when the wind speed rises.

T'was dark when I arrived but decided to try anyway. Finding the info was fine with a torch but gz had me in an open field! Then the earth moved and I found the cache without any difficulty. Took ball and clue left snake. Thanks again xf king.
Must be car racing at Sandown Race course. Very peaceful place bar the roar of race engines. Found cache OK.
TNLNSL Got cache details.

Found @ 3:25pm, third of 7 Sweet 16 caches for the afternoon. Well, somehow I just couldn't do the maths here, a quick call to Dak's Emu Mob soon had me sorted and the cache in hand.
BackPAQer's 50th cache find!
We disappointed some real estate agents by pulling up and parking in front of a house that was being auctioned and promptly walking away from them. Did the math...started to walk...decided to come back and get car as it was cold and windy and we'd left our swaps in the car Parked car very close (<30m) and quickly found the good stuff. T: dice, L: bracelet (I think).
There are so many new estates popping up in this neck of the woods. There's only one thing that can be said about them...gridlock! Lots of new houses...no more new roads...it's not a convenient commute if you work in the city.
Thanks for the Cache!

Nice park but some of the houses at the entrace to the estate, well yuk!!. A few muggles around the area lead to a dijointed look but it was found, loged and returned without incident. Took Dinosaur, Left Red Bouncy ball.
Found at 3:03pm. Accompanied by the GeoMrs as navigator and scribe.
4th find out of 5 for the day on our usual weekly outing. Nice lake, a bit like some other housing estates in the west, but not as pretty, found the architecture a bit unimaginative, guess I'm not too fund of living in boxes. But a nice walk by the lake and a nice and easy find for my 500th.
In: dice, Out: tiger, Signed Log.
Thanx xf king....

Found at 1.50pm. Just passing and I had time for a look around. Huge homes around here but they must have all been on holidays today as there was no-one around. TNLN. Thanks xf king.
Found 13:50, a pleasant location for our penultimate cache for this series.
TNLN, thanks xf king.

Cache 5 of 10 for the day. Found with hamishm.
So the tally from 5 caches is that we can't count, we can't do maths, we can't follow instructions and we can't drive the GPSr That aside we found the cache ok.
TNLN. Thanks.

Found today along with TeamTuba. Our #5 of 10 for the day, attempting to finish the Sweet16 series.
Cache is in good order due to Matt's proactive maintenance.
We had a bit of trouble due to counting the wrong objects... the clue seemed to fit too, but we realised our mistake soon enough.
Interesting area. I have driven past many times to visit family but never been in. Many modern and also ugly houses nearby...
TNLN. Thanks.

Found it OK, but again it was very wet inside. Lid was on properly, area was dry, no damage to the container. Contents OK.
TNLN dried it out.

I seem to remember this area when it was a natural wetland. I'm not so sure about the estate, but I suppose people need places to live. The lake must be a bit frustrating for them - no swimming, no diving, no boating, no fishing, no nuthin' . I found the cache without any trouble and now I've only got 3 more preliminaries to do .
TNLN
Thanks xfking

First Find in over 9 months - in the pouring rain, darkness, without and torch and with freezing hands - The Joy of Being Back.
Found at about 7:20pm between rain storms. Easy find although I collected the clues and then realised I had left some of the info on how to use them and my torch back at the car.

Well this one finally fully completes this series - we already found the big finale. This is a really nice estate with some lovely houses and a fairly simple find in a very pretty spot.
Thanks again XF King!

Found at 4:20pm. The last preliminary cache in this series (Took a while ). Last time I think I passed this spot, it was just a scrubby paddock. Not so for "S" though as he's working around here quite often. Nice spot and an easy find.
Thanks Xfking from D,S & A B-A. Took nothing, left nothing. Now have we got time to go for the final? Hoo, yeah!

Third of three attempts on this series today and second success.
Arrived at a a nice park in a new estate in the late afternoon and C was kept entertained by the fountain and sandy beaches.
Had no trouble with this one and was out within minutes (which was nice after my disappointment at BHP again). Found at 17:15 and replaced the car with a security cord.
Thanks!

Fourth of 20 finds for the day at 1135. I grabbed the information, did the maths, and headed off to GZ. There weren't many muggles about, but there were a lot of builders across the road constructing another of those dreadful 'prison blocks'. I'll never understand why people want to live in those featureless, ugly cubes. I was out of sight of the builders, so I had no trouble laying hands on the cache. I didn't have anything small enough to trade, so I made no exchange. Thanks for the cache.

The junior member of the team had choir practice at Cheltenham for 90 minutes so it was a good opportunity to do remaining south-most of the "Sweet 16" caches. This one was a much easier find after a simple puzzle and a short walk. A welcome change after my previous DNF.
Took: Clip
Put: Novelty rubber

Nice estate, especially seeing families comming home and enjoying their surroundings. Hope there will be some trees soon to hinder the wind blowing through. Found the cache in the second spot that we looked in, which we were very pleased with considering the dramas that we have had with the other Sweet 16 series caches. Thanks xf king for finding a nice spot. tn/ln

Well, nothing like a little more confusion at an xf king cache. Don't assume that the way I get to the first set of co-ordinates is the same way that you did
I miscounted because I came down along the lake path rather than direct walk from the road, so I got a different number.
Working out the different was pretty easy though and drove off to the 2nd location.
Taking a break and considering where I would place a cache here without causing too much damage, I came across the cache in the first place I looked. Woohoo!
Took nothing , left nothing.
Thanks xf king. That's 2 out of 5 xf king caches for the day.

Mr.Coffee and the Clan were on a dinner-cache evening but needed water or whisky for the drinks. whisky wasn't available so we settled for WATER in or WAYS.
Thanks for the cache XFking it was a nice area, what our estate should have been.
TNLN, signed log book and yes this time wrote number , but what was that last number???? .

Found by Mary & David at 1830. Really enjoyed this spot. These modern estates with their water features, underground power and use of native plants make quite a contrast to older ones like ours. Not so sure about some of the architecture though. Took black clamp, left red clamp. Our thanks once again to xf king.
Got here just after dark, but the clues were very easy to locate so this wasn’t a hindrance. Walked straight to where we thought it would be and sure enough it was. This area has certainly changed from its former days as wetlands. Out fourth find out of five tries in the sweet 16 series.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing.
Thanks xf-king.

Found today at 19:45, FTF #101. There were a number of possible hiding spots, but I used the 'where would I hide it' principle and found it in the first place I looked. All my swaps were back in the car so no exchange was made. Thanks for the cache.
