Thank you to everyone who found the cache. It's a beautiful area for bird life, so a new incarnation may be back at this location unless anyone else would like to place something of a decent size around this area.
The cache has gone missing once, been muggled once more, so it's time to let this one rest in peace. The cache is no longer there, but a different incarntion may be back as it's too nice an area to miss out on.
I found this cache with caughtatwork today. He was checking out the cache to see if he should remove it so I did the finding while he watched. It was easy. Too easy says caughtatwork who has taken the cache away. That's a shame as I loved all of the birds around here.
Well pwags, you're talk apparently amounted to nothing because when we logged the cache today, the container was in the open and empty. The log sheet was about a metre away and whilst the log book was there, it only had blank pages. All the logs had been ripped out. So we signed what's left of the book @1715 hrs. TNLN
Thanks for the cache caughtatwork.

As we approached this one (our 11th for the day in Willi!), we noticed a few kids playing in the area. The cache was clearly visible, and they had obviously found it. We explained to them how the game of geocaching works, told them to go to geocaching.com, and got them excited about it - hopefully they'll go home, login to this site and start geocaching themselves with their dad's TomTom! We then re-hid cache, but it's certainly not a two-star difficulty! Likely to be easily muggled again, particularly with kids playing in this area over the summer holidays. Took frog, left snake, signed log. Hopefully it's still there, and if you're reading this, kids, thanks for respecting the exciting game of geocaching!
Found by Team Ladava 5.30 pm with a little detour on the way home from work.
Nice spot for a stroll, a cache and a little time to watch the water birds

Found at 1945. Not a bad hide, although you do walk straight up to it. Enjoyed the wildlife here.

This one was a bit of a bonus as my brother and I were tackling a caughtatwork GCA cache nearby and we needed some assistance and thought that a close cache would contain a telephone number. It did! A very pleasant evening walk with the area so quite and surprisingly warm. Cache easily found but a nice hide. We had to have a discussion with a couple of spiders that had taken up camp on the cache lid but things were eventually sorted. TFTC caughtatwork and returning our call as well! Cheers.

Located with team O'Grady and the geo-beagles. Plenty of bird life to watch too.
Cunningly hidden in plain sight - a lovely walk on an uncharacteristicly calm day. Took Ocean Racing TB. TFTC!
I needed to get the Ocean Racing TB to a cache near the coast and since a friend had invited me to dinner nearby this fitted the bill. Mind you, it was well after sunset when we found the cache, so the TB has not yet enjoyed any of the views, but has, instead, enjoyed listening to the frogs in the wetlands. TFTC.
Found this little one ... IS this cache meant to be on the ground? it was hidden but this is not your normall absolute classic standard? Not being critical but i placed the cache back as i found it but if you are back in the area some time maybe a check to see if this is how you intended it to be.

The cache was out in the open with logbook out of the container(but still bagged) having been found by muggles in April. Replaced as I think it was meant to be.
A nice spot but watch out for the mad cyclists trying to break land speed records!

Found it today on my way home from work, (dont you love early shift, lots of time for caching after work) No sign of "Baxter" travelbug but plenty of seagulls. T monkey, L dog SL, TFTC.

This area certainly has some nice wetlands (I did Bill's Bones before this, and Day at the Races after) - it's the sort of terrain I like to go to when on fishing holidays. Today was ideal for a stroll - light breeze, not too hot and very few muggles - although a couple did follow me on my walk to this cache, but I'd outdistanced them by a fair way and the cache was very easily found so, by the time they passed, I looked as though I was making ornithological notes in my notebook and didn't arouse their interest.
TNLN - and I'm sure there was no TB there.
Thanks again C@W

A nice introduction to geocaching for myself,my girlfriend and 3month baby daughter. Hopefully the first find of many.
I thought the title sounded familiar! Another in the (unofficial?) series, and a lovely spot to visit. My friend and I had to watch we weren't surprised by muggles coming down the hill on their bikes. During a break in traffic it was logged.
Thanks very much,

Found 200702171310 . As I approached the cache across the rather dry wetlands, I had a sense that I knew where the cache would be, and I walked straight to it upon arrival at GZ

Finally able to strike this one off the list. We were on our way home from Melbourne and saw this one pop up on the map and thought why not?!!
A great hiding spot but a more permanent stay is far out of my salary bracket

Found at 3:15pm after admiring the birdlife as we walked along the track. We were particularly taken with the skid landings of the many swans that inhabit the area.

thought I'd found it...then thought I hadn't found it...then found it Some nice swaps in there and I had nothing on me So TNLNSL...thanks for a very interesting hide!
The cache has been replaced in a very similar manner to the original, but is a tad smaller. Enjoy.
The obvious spot was empty with signs where the cache had been. A call to the hotline comfirmed that we were looking in the correct place. Great location just on dusk.
Indications are that a muggling has taken place.
I will check shortly to see what can be done.

Out to get some morning exercise, so why not pick up some local caches.
Found nice and easy in the very cold wind. Had to get rid of an abundance of slugs and spiders before I could open it up to sign the log. No swaps with me today so none made.

Found this morning not long after the spruce mooses. thanks for ridding cache of crawlies for me. A nice easy find on a windswept day
4th of 7 for the day, lots of muggles on 2 wheels out today !! Found GZ and cache was soon in hand, how hard is it to not look suspisious with so many people passing, took longer to fill in log than to find !!
Took Toy Car
Left A "Keeper of Time" + Smiles
Also dropped off TB Baxter to hide with the birds.

This has become a great birding area, and the hiding spot was different too! T Reindeer, Left Crocodile. Thanks.
Second of the day on a trip to Newport and Williamstown. If I had had a bike with me I could have cycled all the way to Altona and enjoyed the ride! Well "hidden". Thanks.
Another amazing wetland landscape with great sea views. It was a little cold and windy but the kids enjoyed getting out the car and having a good short walk.
TNLNSL.
Thanks for taking us to another scenic place.

We were very pleased to find this cache as we had no luck with Bill's Bones that was close by and we needed something to lift our spiits. We loved the bike path and the setting thanks caughtatwork. Left Reign Deer took Hiking Boot. hondo222
It was a twenty second find, but as I use the occasion to walk from Williamstown to Altona the trip along the coast took about 2 hours.
Myself and farmergirl walked the nice path to the object ,tapped on the would ,and on rotation found a redback and a heap of weavels.Cleaned it up ,logged the book and enjoyed the views.Took mondo and toy frog-put in coins. Thanks caughtatwork.

Hmmm, I haven't been here for a good look since I was brought here in the back of an Army truck.
Penny took a liking to the wineglass thingy, and we left a compass/torch/keyring gizmo in it's place.

This took a while to find as the camouflage was really good - well done. I needed to use the clue in the end to find the cache. Swapped an orange pen for a green car, before being scrutinised by some of the feathered friends.
Cache forty four of seventy seven for the day: in what we called The Big Assault eighteen hours of none stop caching.
A great wet land with some birds, I almost thought the hide was going to be the same as the other bird hide cache of yours. A quick scan around the hide was soon spotted.
Thanks for a great cache and a sneaky hide.

This one was a quick find on the way home from Williamstown. The walk into the wetlands was pleasant and it looks better once you're in the park. From the road it doesn't have much of a street appeal. It was a race to find the cache between my wife and I adults, 3 of our kids and 2 nieces. Unfortunately I was on the wrong side of the structure when my wife screamed "I found it...I found it...". We took one of the shiny bangles and replaced it with an anchor amulet. Thanks for the hunt.
Last cache for the day and the end of our tour of Williamstown. This cache was a fitting way to end our tour as it had all of the elements that we had seen throughout the day - except the restaurants! A very neat hide which fooled us for a while. Found at 4.25pm GAFF1. Thanks caughtatwork tn/ln.

Found by Roma and Max.
This was one of the best hiding places we have come across, a lot of thought and preparation gone into it.
We took a Scrunchy Orange Head!! and left a Mondo Figurine.
Thanks again caughtatwork for this challenge.

Last of four cache logs for the day. I pulled up at the closest point to the cache and had lunch before setting forth. Now suitably energised, I covered the intervening 250m. Hmmmmm! There weren't that many places it could be. I checked the likely laces, and some very unlikely places too. I was determined not to decrypt the hint on this one, but after 15 minutes or so, my resolve was starting to weaken. Then my eye lighted on something, and I had the cache in hand at 1255. Very well hidden and camouflaged.
I hid the cache again in the manner prescribed, a little better than I found it, so the next cacher's eye won't be caught like mine was. Sorry 'bout that! Thanks to caughtatwork for the cache.
I have to agree with Robmc's assessment of the nearby 'houses'. When I was younger, we used to call these 'little boxes'.

This was our eighth cache with Cracker Girl today. It took a little time to sort out where to park for this one as the rain was coming down quite steadily. We got halfway to GZ and the rain cleared for us. Found after about a 10 minute search we really like the camoflague work. We filled out the log but had to wait before placing the cache to allow some walkers to pass. After that we were soon on our way.

This was the eighth cache of nine found in the company of Team Crackers today. As we approached this cache the heavens opened up. After a quick debate we decided to go after it anyway. This proved a wise decision as halfway to GZ the rained ceased. The cache was found after about 10 minutes. I really loved hiding spot.

I called by some time ago to attempt this one but ran out of time. Back again today, with time on my hands, I looked again, but ended up decrypting the clue before I was able to locate it. Nicely hidden!
No exchange was made. Thanks, caughtatwork, for the cache.

Found by Ray and Maya at 9.25AM on 13th of June. A lovely morning to be out and about. This was a nice easy find to start our day's caching. We took the Xmas Bear and left an Australian figurine. Thanks from The Nomads.
Found at 1:32PM, the 27th cache on our all day caching adventure.
We have come west of the river in search of cache areas that we have not been to before.
This cache required a brisk walk along the path and an extensive search for the well disguised cache.
After locating the cache we had to fight off the ants that had decided it was a good place to live.

Looked in on this one on my way home from work today. I picked up two others at lunchtime near my work and I think this one and the other two bring up my fifty. The sad part is I cant tell my wife because she reckons I'm getting obsessed. That cant be true, can it? Actually I will tell her but I'll have to act not too excited. He He
Anyhow the location is very nice, need to spend a little longer there some time.
Took a polar bear and left a green dinosour.
Thanks very much caughtatwork.

Nice easy 'hide'
Samantha and I went over to find this one before finishing Willi By Bike, as GZ had several muggle infestations around 2pm on such a nice public holiday.
A quick and easy find, unlike my first trip to the Jawbone a month or two ago for Maccamob's neighbouring cache.
Grabbed American Bear TB

I see the sealed bike paths now go past the door of this cache. Nice hiding place. It was a bit windy and cool today, so I got to search in peace (not sure if anyone was watching from the detention center, though).
Took: Whale, Left: Snowman. Thanks, Robmc.

Back again - stopped by to liberate Glory, the All American Bear for an outing this weekend.
Great spot! We left All American Bear TB and took Pharlaps Friend TB for a new adventure. Thanks!
What a strange location - and I'm not just talking about the cache container! Very creative hiding place for the cache. Maccadad was first to find, so they claimed the travelbug. Plenty of walkers and riders in the area. Took stickers and left scissors. Thanks caughtatwork.
Found by Mary & David at 0930 with GeoJo for company. A marvellous area that we've been watching develop for a while now. A nice walk with superb birdlife to see along the way. Took stickers, left nail polish. Also grabbed TB Koda for more travels. Our thanks to caughtatwork.
