hoping to get to this one in the next couple of weeks if I can keep out of Hospital.
Should this now be archived (it's now been 5 months since being disabled) if it's not going to be replaced? It's a nice position for a cache close to Camberwell.
Was a quick find shortly before midnight, during a brief break of rain...
This was done on the way home from a night of constant iPhone use, and as such it died a few minutes before we reached GZ... BUT we did have a look at the map and new roughly where to look.
The log book was completely full, we had to sign at the very bottom of the back cover of the notebook.

This was my third attempt at finding this cache. The first time, a couple of years ago with the Harpists, I'm sure it simply wasn't there. The second time, a couple of weeks ago, after dark and at about 16 degrees (which felt a bit chilly) there were muggles sitting on one of the nearby benches. Today, with rain thumping down, there was no-one! Took TB. TFTC and for maintaining it!!!
Found with the geokids while at sleep school. May have not written our name. Took something and left Mr O'Lucky TB who needs to get to the casino
A nice easy find in another cool little suburban park. This was the fourth (and final) cache for the day, and the third in a park with a playground within sight. I had to let the 3yo play for quite a while before she would come and find the cache with me since it was not too close to the playground.
Out with my mate Blacklegend17 (Marshy) for a night cache run. Number 25 for the night and a nice quick find.
Another night find with my good caching mate Marty (Quasar3671). Easy find and no muggle activity at 4.30am. Got the clue for the series. TFTC.
After having a very nice lunch out with a great group of Geocachers at "Another Bung Lunch: Spring Caching Season" event cache I decided that the weather was just right for finding a few caches. The cache was fairly visible when I found it, so it was an easy find at 15:15. I signed the log and returned the cache to its hiding place only to find that it was not at all easy to cover it up as there was nothing in the area to cover it with. I think you would need to know what you are looking for to find it though.

My GPSr went on strike as I wanted to leave the house, but the weather was too good to not go caching. So I decided to consult GoogleEarth for 30minsand write down all relevant hints. Got on the bike to try my luck without the technology. It turned out to be a rather unusual but surprisingly successful cache day, finding 8/9 caches
This was an easy find, where else should it be. The boomerang coin was no longer there.
Thanks

I first attempted this on a Friday night during the school holidays.. some teens had hijacked a nearby table for a party and a few of them had passed in the garden bed.. I walked away.. this time.. I had the park to myself.. TFTC SL TNLN
Wandered a bit - the GPS unit was being wonky. But found it, took a pink lizard and left a green rubber bat toy.
Spotted quickly by minibogan Magoo, retreived pretty quickly afterward (before I managed to spot where he'd seen it.)
Found this one quickly once we listed to the GPS, nice clever hide
needs a new log as the current one is out of space (we had to log our visit on the inside cover of it)

Found very quickly not even a muggle in sight but needs new log also i think it need to be hidden better
A nice easy find at 00:02. Had my eye on this for a while but haven't had the opportunity to pick it up. So tonight was the night. No muggles at this hour but I imagine it would be different during daylight hours.

Quick find as our last cache before picking MMelb up form a party nearish-by.
Didnt see the GC in there - only had a quick look as it was cold and raining and we were in a hurry and also there was another team who also found the cache today so they may have taken it.
What we did see was a very inappropriate log/drawing so we ripped that page out of the log - hope you don't mind - but it really wasnt kid friendly!
TFTC The Rebel Alliance - it looked like a lovely little park

Thank you for bringing me back to an area I knew as a kid, lots of memories here TFTC says Team Schnuffi and Nikki
We used to walk through this park on our way back from our fav Indian restaurant when we used to cohabitate with the beautiful people. Fab park, even had one of those old fashioned twirly whily things. Was great to revisit an old stomping ground
Ran the wrong way on the way to a different cache and then found that this was only 800m away, Unfortunately the early winter darkness meant people on their way back from work were far too suspicious of me poking around with a mini flashlight in a park at night so I left it for now. My first cache find will have to wait!
Accompanied with crank1. For sure beauty area. No swap. SL. Thanks dak's Emu Mob and The Rebel Alliance

Found @ 2.05pm #187. After an escape from a family gathering, we went in search of some close by cache's.
We arrived at this one first, had a quick find and a play in the park.

Had a great Sunday bike ride along the Anniversary Trail from Kew to Camberwell. I managed to position myself to get the cache whilst being shielded by the trees. Took nothing and left a toy soldier. TFTC.
Had some muggles near GZ playing on the playround.
I did my best to look like a muggle myself and must have fooled them.
Silly muggles!
Retrieved, signed and replaced with ease.
Cheers and happy caching.

This is my first find!! under my name as i have previously cached with the facit family (as i didnt have my own name). Great little spot, brother found it almost immediately and was very excited thanks.
Great little spot to sit and think while people and dogs cleared the area. Then I could grab the cache and sign the log.
I used to park here a bit before walking across to the Camberwell market.
TNLN.

1/37 today, top little spot, there were no beautiful people around this early in the morning, just one nasty one coming up the ramp at the train station who looked like she hadn't been to sleep yet! Thanks.

Easy find without a GPS - nice location. A little tricky to retrieve the cache with poeple having lunch all around, but be patient...
Saw a train pass as arriving at GZ, rushed in for a quick find at 17:45 before the crowd of muggles arrived

nice little park for a quiet place to sit and wait for the muggles to wander off,
which is exactly what I did, When they left I did a quick walk around GZ to confirm its location, then zeroed in and grabbed it.
Sat on the nearby bench, signed the log, waited for the next muggle to wander past then place it back.
Great little hide, good cam job on the cache.
Sorry I didnt have any coins to drop off
logged 'my GPS' as a quick stay

Quite an easy find as I saw the corner of the cache poking out of its hiding spot. Re-hid the cache better.

I thought I would be down at the Rivoli. I don't know why I haven't found this one years ago. I took a Smiley and left Car 50. Thanks Rebels.
Was my first find, I went searching for it the night before and failed, tried again today with a map that I drew and found it within a few minutes of entering the park.
Spying a Dad and his two young children in the distance, I nervously approached the GZ. A quick spot and retrieval and another dak's emu mob cache in the bag. Many memories of my youth around here. Thanks for bringing me here and for maintaining the cache.

Found in conjunction with CDNB and our first in the Business Traveller Series. A peaceful park in the middle of a bustling suburbia, even on a quiet Sunday morning! Cache quickly found in an anticipated location, and surprisingly obvious, which we rectified.

Lovely quiet park in Camberwell, and nice shopping as well, what a pleasant Sunday afternoon. Cache was a bit wet...drained the box! Left Geo coin I found in Asia - its done some miles, and today's find GeoBeaver. He should be happy if the cache stays damp!
Easiest find of my life, went straight to it whilst better half was holding the GPS!!
TFTC , took bugs off to Qld soon!

As a Sydneysider this is my first dak cache and I'm very happy to be able to claim a find on one f his caches. The find was easy but there was a couple loitering right at the cache site behaving oddly and I thought they may be cachers, but I kept my distance. When they moved on I went in, but there was no note from anybodt earlier today, so I decided they were just odd.
dropped de what de heck am i. Found 10:00 PM on a cold melbourne night. Nice location.
I discovered that this was one could be done on my way home from the office. Its great now that it is starting to stay light longer now so the possibilty of caching this way increases. (I dont't work that well in the dark). Discovered that this park is the local hang out for the school kids, a lot better option than a shopping complex. I needed to plan the retrieve discretely as the public transport mugglers were plentiful. The cache was fully exposed but this could be that it had slipped down. I replanted it firmly in same location.
Such a busy popular area, this would be to much for me.

This was a nice, quiet place to unwind after the Camberwell Market. Too many muggles when I first arrived, so I wandered off to find another cache, and found this one almost immediately when I returned an hour later.

It was almost sunset and we happened to be in the area so this was one of the last few lucky caches that we managed to visit before it got dark. Drove to the cache and after a short search in a likely hiding spot soon had the cache in hand. No muggle activity and parking was no problem, so the hunt (and not the shopping) was stress-free . Enjoyed this one. Took toy turtle, left a gold coin. TFTC.
Our first ever geocache for teamauburn back in April. Even better geotwinm found a travel bug! After working out how to register we can now log this find and the travel bug. Unfortunately the TB has become a much loved school bag ornament for geotwinm. Geoparents are working on geotwinm to keep the TB moving.
Found this one today at 3p.m.
Nice little hide, just off Camberwells main street & the park wasn't too busy either maybe because its so cold
Took dinosaur toy, left green turtle toy.
Was there a travel bug in this one? If so, no sign of it.

First cache that I've done since moving houses (still in very much the same area; some 4-5km from the cache) and should have been studying but needed some cycling/caching to relieve the stress. Have been past this park numerous times but don't think I've ever stopped here. It's certainly very pleasant. So TFTC.
Note, however, that JB Hi-Fi has moved from its previous location into the Camberwell 'Well'. Though Dixons is still in the same place (and a very awesome little shop). Borders bookstore is another recent addition that may be worth visiting. On Sundays, some may enjoy the Camberwell Market organised by Rotary. For coffee/cake then can't go past Brunetti's in Prospect Hill Rd (just walk to the station, cross over bridge past the ticket hall and over the stabling yards, follow along the street/court at the other side then you'll find it at the corner on your right hand side - same building as the VicRoads office). I'm sure there are plenty of other places as well!
Left: TB Drumsticks
Took: BYO Pen geocoin

Found this at the end of an amazing day's Geocaching and juggling on the business travelers series with 4 awsome freinds (3 from Ireland, first time Geocaching). What a fantastic park, spent some time enjoying the park before heading home for a cup of tea. Took the frog finger puppet (now named Geo) who will be off to travel the world with our Irish friends, Watch out, he may appear in a Geocache near you! Left a envelope of surprises.
Dropped by in the early afternoon. First of the Business Traveller Series that I now aim to complete.
