This location would have been a safe hide, if only people had been careful. It also might have had longevity if only people replaced the cache where they found it (I once found it just attached to the back of the sculpture, in full view!). So, rather than replacing it again, I'm laying it to rest.
For anyone who is attempting the series, the code for this cache is: [green]R = 2[/green].

just confirming, its not there, in the area anyway, so I decided to have a look.
Please accept my apology on this one. I thought I had disabled it already. I have a couple of caches that need looking at, and I'm gradually working my way around them between chemo therapy appointments and business travel overseas. This one is on the list for next week. I have now disabled it ubtil I can replace it. Cheers, dak.
Couldn't find this one despite all the children getting down on hands and knees and looking for it - I assume the name and the hint give away the hiding place...
In the end we couldn't stay any longer so as per last geocacher through here, logging a DNF.

Three of us could not find this today, despite checking what seems to be the obvious spots many times. Very few muggles around today so we were able to check quite thoroughly. I'm fairly convinced that this cache has been muggled, so I will watch this site keenly for updates. If the cache is meant to be where I think it is meant to be, brilliant hiding!!
Count #0003.
Good cache, saw a lot of stuffs in there. Including the toy soldier. Holiday today, no muggers around!
Enjoying everymoment of it!

Found @ 4:45pm
Last of 5 caches for the day, and 4th of BT caches. Only 1 BT cache to go before the final. Cache was easily found, but how to get it out with so many muggles around at this popular spot? Just wait, in the end. Finally had a window of opportunity and cache was grabbed. Another window and it was replaced. TNLN.

16:50 On the way home, I must admit I was attacted to the cache by the geocoin that I wanted to take a look at. Nice spot and a nice hide. Plenty of muggles about including a couple on the phone - still I am very conident that no one was paying attention to me. Thanks Dak, another one down in the series. In: Sharpner Out: Geocoin
Dropped off the Aus Geocoin:AUW5W3 from SuitMan today...for some reason it doesnt show up in my inventory...so I cannot transfer it to the cache inventory ( I think thats what Im s'posed to do)....Well anyway, we shall see what happens.

Heading home on my bike ride I was passing close by so made the detour. A quick and easy find, but then a long wait to retrieve as various muggles came and went from the very popular building just near by.
Eventually got the cache, the clue and the log signed. TNLN. Thanks Dak for the continuing adventure of the BT caches.

Find number 59 for the day in the company of Dak's Emu Mob.
Arrrrggggghhhhh ! Muggles right on GZ.... Another GeoMiracle was required and was duly delivered - as we plonked ourselves down, they left!
We had been going pretty hard but did we really smell that bad ?
Thanks Dak!

Found @ 16:05. Located OK but had to wait a bit to retrieve. Filled in log and then had to wait about 20min to put back. Where did all those muggles come from ?

My first and only Vic cache on a weeks work trip to Melb, work getting in the way of caching again...Nice hide, bit cool at night though!
Found @ 10:05pm. Surveyed this site a couple of months ago during a lunchtime from work and decided this one had to done at night. Interesting art. TNLNSL TFTC

Found by edmil & maddie. It was certainly made difficult by the number of people meandering in and out. Eventually tripped over my own feet, hug grazed knee, grab cache yeah actings a forte. Completed log, took pin & left small calculator. Problembo muggle sits on bench and stsrts phone conversation, damn she can talk. After 5mins shoe lace becomes untied (thanks to Freddo) , cache returned. Thanks for challenge.
I found this location on a previous expedition, but was unable to access cache due to the amount of people. This time the rain kept people from loitering, so I was able to access and depart without anyone about. Took nothing & left nothing.
My first find. Managed this without a GPS...a little local knowledge goes a long way. TNLN and thanks for the cache.
Obvious if one knows what one is looking for but otherwise pretty safe. Took sheep, left badge. Last one of the series - now for the Finish! thanks DAK
Very easy find, too easy if you know what I mean. I fear for the safety of this one but perhaps we know what we are looking for and everyone else doesn't. LNTN
Found at 2 pm amidst a busy place. Everyone to busy to notice me. TNLN. Got the clue. Thanks for the cache.
Muggles are no problem when you have a 4 year with you! The cache was nicely camoflaged but could be seen from the road. I moved it back a little further.
Found this one after dark. Still a lot of Muggle activity.

Not the best idea visiting this cache mid afternoon on a weekend!! Took a while to catch a break. Damn i was clumsy dropping my pen. Just as difficult to get back in there. Good cache, must have had some inside information to think of that location. Thanks!
My mother warned me about sitting on cold metal.
Damn my shoe lace is loose. Again…

Found at 19:45. I think I came at a good time, but still had to find the right time in between the Muggles. This was a good cache to do at night without a torch. TNLN. Thanks dak's Emu Mob.
Rated: for Overall Experience
Wow what a busy place. I located the cache very quickly but had to wait some time to be able to get it. I wondered if the dead pigeon near the cache died from waiting for a break in people. lol. Fill out the log and then had a considerable wait before I could replace the cache without being caught.

An easy find, but hard to get at and replace with all the coming and going at the scene. Mission accomplished. Thanks
Found by djcache.
Lounged around on a very unusual chaise lounge for a while. This is muggle central. But patience is a cachers best friend and after 20 mins of lounging around I was able to confirm that my suspiscion was correct.
Logged cache and lounged around for another 10 mins and replaced it.
Not one to try and do in a hurry.

Hi Dak
Went out this arvo with Oenze and picked up a nice haul of 12, this being the first and I got the last of this series later this arvo. You'll get that log soon. I can say with confidence I know where the cache is having deciphered it all before these last two. These will simply help me to be spot on now. Not sure when I'll get a chance to get the final though.
There were some muggles near GZ but we managed to retrieve and replace the cache without being noticed I'm sure.
TNLN Many thanks indeed.

Found at 4:05pm. Fourteenth find of Eighteen on our "Daylight Savings is here, so we're going out Caching All Day" extravaganza. Finally back in the hunt for BT. People near GZ on the phone. They talked and talked and..... We sat at the hiding spot in the shade. Finally they both turned around and we were able to make a grab. Boy, my arm only just squeezed in from this angle. Even more time went past before we got a chance to return it. By the time we left they were still going. Thanks D.E.M. from D & S B-A.
Cache seventy three of seventy seven for the day: in what we called The Big Assault eighteen hours of none stop caching
Very solid indeed, my appreciation for shapes and art has been enhanced every time I do another cache by Dak.
Thanks for another cache Dak.

A cold, windy and rainy Sunday afternoon was obviously the perfect time for this one - the muggles were all at home with their feet up in front of the fire and we were able to park about 50m from GZ. On getting out of the car, I checked what the name of this one was, looked up and saw what just had to be the location. Sure enough, there it was in a location I'm starting to associate with this series .
TNLN, but Milko TB had a visit

This was going to be a bit tricky with muggles just taking it easy resting on the various benches around GZ. So I did the same and after a while they moved on. By that time the GPSr had honed in exactly to where the cache was hidden and what's more - we could see it!. Grabbed it and signed the log at 2.48pm Took: Clip, Left: Bracelet. Thanks DAK on another interesting story.
As we pulled up here we thought to ourselves that Saturday morning may not have been the best time to attempt this cache. We went to investigate and soon realised that it may not have been as hard as we first thought. We created the cover whilst Cracker Girl recovered the cache. We went off to a nearby seat to fill out the log, and then waited until the passing stream of muggles subsided and did the whole thing in reverse
Thanks Dak for another interesting cache in the BT series and our 999th

Found after only a 30sec wait for the muggles using the slot.
A clever hiding spot although my first "that must be it" moment was a little off.

This afternoon's quest was to reach my 200th Cache!
This is it!!!! 200 down, thousands more to go!
Always good to match a milestone with a memory. Dak was the first Victorian cacher I had the pleasure of meeting back in January when he was displaced on one of my caches.
Thanks for the list of your caches I've done so far, and I look forward to many more in the future Dak!

Counting down the last few BT's. The best thing about the Art Work is that there was few hiding places. Just as well, as there was a high muggle count.

Found on 24/04/05 @ 1427 AEST. On the way back to the NE, I turned on the eTrex to find this cache en route . There were a few muggles in the vicinity, but not as many as I'm sure there'd be were today not a public holiday, so I took a seat to wait for them to disperse and spotted the cache as I did so

Found today using the cover of darkness. Swapped a carabiner for the No Junk Mail sign. SL. Off to BT some more. Thanks dak.
Found at 6:35pm. Finally a muggle free opportunity to collect this cache presented itself on the way home tonight - after several unsuccessful (and impatient) drive-by attempts in the past few weeks. I did actually attempt this one in the morning of the day muzza claimed his lunchtime FTF, but was thwarted by gardners who just wouldn't go away before I had to move on & go to work. Probably the FTF gods were taking revenge on Alsume for an earlier narrow FTF ahead of muzza at Hume & Hovell Hunt.
An ingenious spot for a cache.
Took boomerang keyring
Left car (to help the BT's that have run out of tram tickets and cabcharges!)

Swinging by here on the way home after finding "Highway Dash" I was able to walk straight up to the GZ and found the cache fairly easily. For this one, timing seems to be everything, and the cover of darkness certainly assists.
TNLNSL and another BT clue gathered.
Many thanks dak's.

A short drive from home (about 22k's) and I was off on my first hunt of 7 for the day.
Ahh. That crafty dak. How is one supposed to grab this cache?
Pretending to be a student, complete with notepad and backpack, I took a number of pictures and closed in for a microscopic look.
Snagging the cache took only a minute and a quick look around assured me I had been unnoticed.
Retreating to a close bench I make the log and did the swaps.
Took marbles , left superball.
Also snaffled the Canadian Geocoin.
Getting the cache back was another set of close up pictures as the cache was slowly but surely replaced.
I hung around (a little distance away) to make sure that no-one went looking for it. I seemed to have been successful as the people went about their business oblivious to the cache just here.
Thanks dak's Emu Mob. I am on a mission to complete all the component parts of this cache today. Will I be successful? Only time will tell.

With instructions to "clean the car" after the long haul that it had had over the last three days, this one was just too tempting, being the new "closest to home that hadn't been done".
I arrived at GZ for a very easy 11th STF at 19:00. The retrieve however was another story. A public holiday did not deter the walkers, passers-by and everyone else and I finally nailed the retrieve at 19:05 (which is quite a while when you are just standing around waiting, trying to look inconspicuous, not too mention supposedly cleaning the car ).
What a terrific hide!!! TNLNSL (and noted the clue). Thanks dak's Emu Mob.

As I approached GZ, it was evident roughly where the cache was going to be. When no-one was looking, I made a quick observation of the cache itself, but had to wait close to 10 minutes before the coast was clear long enough to retrieve it.
My lunchtime was quickly running out, so I made a short log entry(no swap) and re-hid it before the foot traffic started again. Thanks, Dak's Emu Mob, for the cache and the local background.
