Logs
Picked up the cache today, will probably archive this one but before I do, will try to scan the story. The zany tales of Mr and Mrs Muggle and the odd socks are truly bewildering Stay tuned
Well, I found it easily enough, and enjoyed the view at GZ, a great spot.
However, with only a small part of the rear cover of the log book available to write in, it was a matter of only signing and leaving enough space for other finders until a new log is available (did not have one on hand, and selected the cache as is was close to where I had just finished a job, so had no pre-read of the lof suggesting a new log was required).
The story looked interesting, but I sadly did not have enough time to read it all - muggles, goats, aliens - a strange combination, it would be great to read the entire log online sometime, thought that would be a fair bit of typing/converting for someone.
Thanks for bring me here.

Made the walk over from the ferry stop. Bumped into a stone wall, then made the necessary adjustment and made the find. Coords were right on. I may have ended the story, but I can't be sure as I didn't spend the time to read it....At any rate, the log book is full so I signed on the back cover.....Now it's back to the ferry with a short stop at the pub I saw on my outbound journey. A good day all in all. TFTC!!
Found it in no time. What looks out of place????? Ask yourself. A great spot on a Sunday afternoon to watch the boats returning after a day out.
We were on our way to Cockatoo Island for the day and had time to stop off at a couple of caches before the ferry was due, this being one of them. A top spot and super views. Some of the nearby properties must be worth a bit!
Cheers,

There's only half a page left now for the story to continue. Added my piece. Can I suggest that the next visitor takes a fresh logbook with them.
Beautful spot - perfect for watching the fireworks at New Year. Was a really clear sky today, so fantastic views across the harbour. Very jealous of all the fantastic houses on the waterfront. Little bit out of our league unfortunately.

Loved the spot, quite picturesque. Enjoyed the read as well. Added my bit. TFTC.
This spot was certainly breathtaking unfortunately, it was a little too distracting while trying to contribute to the never ending story. Geoson gave us an idea and we managed to add to the log. Thanks for introducing us to a wonderful spot. [:o)]
This has been on the list for too many years, but tonight was the night.
The houses around here put the "un" in unaffordable and signicantly skew the median house price. There is either a lot of wealth or lot of debt around here.
For some reason there were a lot of sailing boats heading west up the river being driven by the nor-easter, their rigging creaking in the fading light.
The cache took me longer to find than I'd care to admit, but it finally appeared.
As others have said, it's a pretty bizarre story. Those aliens look like they're heading for their demise. Could there be a climax here, or could this story keep going forever like "Blue Hills" by Gwen Meredith?
Thanks MS. Great concept. I wonder if it's worth publishing .... Naah.

What a great spot. Awesome views. Added a short page of drivel which without reading the previous pages probably makes no sense at all. TFTC
Was in the area on my way home. Had to see where the story was heading. Added my part. TFTC.
Found after a quick scale of the rock outcrop. Great views and were lucky to get into the suburb before it was closed off for the fireworks. Added a small portion of non sensical jibberish to the story, but couldnt really read the previous logs so hopefully it kinda works. TNLN, TFTC
Found and a short piece added that most likely makes no sense at all!! I read the first few pages but with many caches to hunt and little light left I could spare time to read all 46 pages! So I just continued on from where the last entry left off. Maybe its time for a transcribe? Great spot... might be back for NYE... with 10,000 others who think the spot is a good posie

Found during a afternoon downpour, so didn't stay to add a story. Quite slippery and steep around GZ. TFTC.
Came by water with the headless chooks - third time to try and get here, but at last a favourable tide to allow a landing today. Once ashore, a relatively easy find, and a great place to view the river.
Found during a break from homework, while walking the dogs.
Took the Carabina left Ping pong ball.

A bit of scrambling to get this one, but not too hard to find. Sat on a rock and read the bizarre story, then contributed to the crazy journey. Left CITO Coin. I'm off to check my socks Thanks for a great cache.
A tiny little oasis in the midst of an urban concrete jungle, upmarket as it may be. Guessing right, I made it straight to GZ, where the cache was quickly located. I am amazed that it remains undisturbed! While stoking up the creative fires, I admired the fabulous views, then put pencil to paper to add to the ongoing saga. Well worth the read, and the visit to the cache. Thanks Mind Socket.

I was in the area, and popped in to check on the cache.
All is well, and the story, whilst long and obscure, is hilarious. Keep up the good work people!

Continued the story, to the weirdest level yet. We recall something about apple and chocolate flavored ice-cream! TFTC Left TB. We continued to MS-04: A Stumble, A Fumble, A Mind Socket Jumble which we left feeling down. But we will continue to work on it.
Quick and easy to find but took a little longer to get the creative juices flowing.

13.00.. Found it with sevabo... It was a beautiful view and lovely day too. Dropped TB water and took Geocoin. TFTH SL
Wended our way here through the overdeveloped surrounds to find this enchanting little reserve - a picture perfect place to be on such a warm sunny spring day. Had it to ourselves although there seemed to be signs of a recent wedding. Located the cache and retired to a bench below for lunch and a read of the story which was duly appended to. No swaps however picked up the "Water" & "NZ or Bust" TB's.
Nice easy find. I bet this is spot is popular on New Years Eve. It was starting to rain so I only had a little time to catch up on the plot so far and continue the story, although somewhat obtusely

Quick stop before picking up Hagar from his exercises in Balmain. Took TB "It Must Be Giant" and dropped TB Diabetes from Korea.
A quick detour and stop on the way home soon had this one in hand. I replaced the pen as the current one did not work and continued the story.
There was evidence of drug users nearby so made extra sure the cache was better concealled than I found it.
It must be nice to own a house in this area as it has a great view of the harbour and bridge.
Took T/B
Left T/B and small yellow egg with surprise inside.

Found it but didn't sign the log or write anything as pen wasn't working and didn't bring a back up. very nice spot
No worries finding this one, our Geodaughter did the honours while we watched from nearby, I then entered another riveting page for the saga after having read the story thus far. I have swapped some whale stickers for the plastic spider (Geoboy has a thing for plastic creepy crawlies) I also placed a TB that I picked up in NZ recently I hope he moves on soon, Cheers Mind Socket great idea for a cache, it's funny I had been expecting to find a largish childrens story book decorated in gold and jewels with a big braided red book mark or something.
Nice easy find and pleasant view to read the novel. Added my bit before retrieving the TB. Thanks Mind Socket.
Had difficulties reading the last two pages so inserted an intermezzo dealing with a short quick view on caching in OZ...

What a lovely place it would be to watch the fireworks!!!
After spending alot of time in and around Hunters Hill, I had no idea this place was here.
The contents of the cache were in a fine and dry condition. The log was dry also, although at one point, it showed signs of a wetter life.
TFTC TNLN SL and wrote a page.

Added what I could, but it was a tad difficult due to the water in the cache...some previous logs now a little blurred. Maintenance suggested for this one.
Great idea for a cache. It was an easy find, but then I spent ages reading the previous logs. When are you going to post some of it?
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
Took me a while to find the entrance - I need better base maps in my Garmin. The cache was relatively easy to find and the story amusing - although GIN15E managed to sink it to a new low. Interesting to see where it heads after my addition. TNLN.
What a great vantage point. how many people come here for the fireworks on New Years Eve? I'm sure it's no secret to the locals. Amazing houses too. found easily enough. I concealed it a little better as I could see it when I approached from behind. log book is dry but it seems to have been wet because the writing is smudged on many of the pages. It needs to be put in a zip lock bag. I didn't have one. read the story added a bit of my own....sorry had to finally kill off Mr and Mrs Muggle. It was getting long winded......

Log book is surviving ok, and I'm impressed with the story, how well people are sticking with it, and even people's handwriting.
Today there was a discarded oven on the grass nearby. Kind of a strange addition for such an area.

Found the cache at 3.40pm. Wow!! so excellent view - I stayed there for while and add story Mr and Mrs Muggles said Merry Christmas to all Geocaching. Took: Tiny Ted Travel Bug. Thank you for organise the cache and hunt.
I had been meaning to look for this for some time, but I kept putting it off as I thought the park would be popular. I Went this morning and found the pleasant park I was expecting. It was, however, almost deserted. I was able to sit in peace, look at the view, and complete this unique log in peace. Left Tiny Ted the TB
Third of seven finds on my third night in Steak-and-Kidney. If you want an extra challenge, try doing this one at night with a failing torch. I added to the story. TNLNSL. Thanks to Mind Socket for the cache.
Found the cache pretty quickly, added a page to the story which made no sense whatsoever but still a good idea for a cache. Took nothin, left Balloon geocoin.

Now this was quite the walk from Kelly's bush [|)]. The bus service was every 2 hours today, so there was no choice. But what a great view - and the mansion right next to the entrance - well, talk about ostentatious. Everyone trying to outdo everyone else. And great views from the cache. The story is very interesting with all the twists and turns. I am not sure there is a lot of logic left - it's more of a Sci-fi cinema 3000 tale. A great idea for a cache. I may steal it if I go back to Canada . Seriously tho, the container was quite damp inside and a couple of cacher's cards are in bad shape. The log is OK but would benefit from being in its own little baggie. Perhaps the next Cacher will be so kind as to bring some ?
as the sands of time flow thoughthe hour glass, its is days of our lifes. great cache
Found with C.S. Added a page to the story (hope it makes sense).
Intended to take nothing, but dropped a yellow ball when repacking the container. If you've seen the cache location, you'll know what I mean. Later retrieved ball, will place in another cache soon.

Quick easy find in a great area with some fantastic views. wonder how much the houses here are worth? or maybe i don't want to know?

First geo cache and what a view of the harbour at sunset. Story is getting interesting, decided to reintroduce some old characters.Took: red car Left:green frog Thanks for the begginings of a new hobby.
Some of the houses around here look suspiciously like the Mausoleums we often see down at Rookwood cemetery, yep lots of polished granite, chiselled letters and fake gravel. Does someone actually "live" in any of them, and why are they fronted to street, turning their back on the million dollar views.
After oggling all the expensive houses and boats we had to try to sneak up on the cache due to the presence of geomuggle fishermen. Found the geocache relatively easily and sat down to enjoy the passing water traffic and add to the story. Left a Chinese coin, took Zipperz car.
We went for a drive past some rather expensive looking real estate and took in the fine views near the cache. After a quick find, it was the duty of Mrs Wing Nut to add our contribution to the saga before passing the log to Webguy to continue the story.

Had been here before and had no luck then. Since it had been found many times after, we came back, and of course let the locals look down their nose as we drove up in the crappier of the two magnas.
Wing Nut found the goods and Mrs Wingnut added a few twists and turns to the developing story before I had my twisted crack at it. Things are really developing in the story!

Unfortunatly Purdy-4 missed his flight to South Africa. Dropping him off for someone else to continue his journey.
What an amazing view. Would love to own a house around here (in my dreams). A took a little while find it because of the terrain. I did not want to end up face down on the ground. Added a page to the story, left a Z-card model aircraft and took nothing.
AT Mind Socket's request, here is the update of the latest additions to the story so far....

Mean while shortly after, Mr Muggles moved out. He was so concerned about the Sock problem; He decided to get help from a phycologist. His love for Mrs Muggle was so strong, he wanted to address his issues and attempt to win his love back. Little did he know that the Physc he was seeing was actually the Greenskeeper’s wife!
Until one day during a session……..
>Team Red Roo
One Day while sunbaking, two geocachers came along and caught Mary and the Greenskeeper in the middle of their favourite pursuit.
By co-incidence, the geocachers were distantly related to Mary’s husband and recognised her from old photos.
They said to her……..
>Philma
“Do you mind if we join you?â€
“Not at all†answered Mary.
The two geocachers proceeded to undress and were soon down to their socks.
Mary was horrified to notice both geocachers wore odd socks. Were they related to Mr Muggles, she thought? With that she asked….
>Team Booya
“Are you…. Started Mary..
“Yes, we areâ€. Exclaimed the geocachers; “We have been members of the Odd Sock Club for many yearsâ€.
“Ohâ€, said Mary, relieved, believing that she had not been found out. “Well, I detest those with odd socks!†Mary said as she stormed off.
The geocachers left and rang Mr Muggles to notify him of their discovery.
Ring ring…. Ring ring…
“Hello, Mr Mugglesâ€â€¦â€¦..
>Ducati Monster
It was up to the Prime Minister’s wife.
Mary had gone to school with her many years ago, and now was trying to her to convince her husband to ban the wearing of odd socks… plus the banning of geocaching!
For she found that the geocachers, with their spirit of adventure, sharing and fun to be against her very nature….
>Swampgecko
What Mrs Muggles didn’t realise, was that the geocachers network extended far and wide….. For she was being monitored by the C.I.A (Caching Intelligence of Australia)… the secret arm of GCA….

Once upon another time ...
-EvilDan-
Mr + Mrs Muggle sat high in their ivory tower. Below them, the greenskeeper was watering the lawn - with a hose on a hot and sunny Saturday. But that didn't worry the Muggles - part of the privilege of wealth was expemption from the rules that governed the plebs.
But Mr Muggle had broken a rule last night, and like it or not, he had to explain it to his wife!
-BigMickB-
"Honey?" said Mr Muggle
"Sweetheart, my love ..."
"My name is Mary" said Mrs Muggle. "You didn't forget my name did you?"
"No" said Mr Muggle. "It's much worse".
"You don't mean ..."
"Yes, dearest, I've ..."
"Say it isn't true!"
"I haven't said anything yet" said Mr Muggle, slightly frustrated.
-missleah-
"Go on then..." said Mary.
"Well I don't know how to tell you this, but ... I've been wearing odd coloured socks to work. I haven't been caught yet, but I know it's only a matter of time."
"Why would you do something like that?" screamed Mary.
-Shaggy-
"I couldn't resist the urges i had" said Mr Muggle.
"Well I don't think i can live with someone who wears odd socks! I think you should move out until you get some help" said Mary.
"Don't you think that's a bit drastic?" said Mr Muggle.
-Tangles-
Mr Muggles moving out has nothing to do with odd socks.
While Mr Muggle is at work, Mary and the greenskeeper have been sunbathing naked together and really they have become rather fond of each other as they are both closet nudists. Mary just can't bring herself to tell Mr Muggle her secret desire.

Gotcha! Top spot for relaxing and reading... or writing! First solo virgin cache. TNLN. (logged by WAP on mobile phone)

While we waited patiently for BigMickB to get out of bed, evildan beat us to this cache by an hour. Congrats! More great views of the harour. I look forward to reading the story as it grows. TNLN
Headed out to this one with Shaggys and Misleah, thinking we might've had the smell of virgin in our nostils! Sadly it turns out we were beaten there by EvilDan by about 1 hour. Perhaps I shouldn't have slept in so late.
We grabbed the cache fairly easily, I added my bit to the story, and then handed over to Missleah. I think we have the beginings of an 'interesting' novel here. Took the pig with the expanding backside and left a mini LED keyring torch. Thanks Mindsocket! Nice area for a cache.
