Hello,
It is Rana Pirica, the geocache maintenance frog, once again hopping through your area to check on geocache maintenance.
Since there has been no owner activity on this cache page and it has been over 30 days since the request to perform maintenance, this cache has been archived. Please remove any remaining cache components if you have not already done so. If there are questions about the archival or if you would like it to be re-considered for listing please e-mail me or your local reviewer in response to this archival, and we will help to unarchive your cache if possible. Not so hard finding the cache, and not too hard getting up or down - except for the nasty sticky bushes. Took the only non blue flying monster and left a blue tassle.
Found this one with a bit of effort took the hard way up and the easy way down.Signed the logbook and back to the car and on our way. Number11 for our trip, took tin many thanks
The inhabitants of Grotte Bleue are alive and well. On our arrival and approach with bowed heads the leader did speak to us and commanded us to bathe him and his people. With great reverance and care we complied and then withdrew, leaving a blue pen as an offering.

What a great workout. Good shoes are a must for this cache. A stick for spider webs wouldn't hurt either. Time or petrol wasn't on our side so up and back I went. Nice easy find after I reached THE CAVE. I wasn't sure what to expect once I was there. Took nothing but was sure to leave a Blue Lanyard to keep the whatsanames off my back, then I took off like a cut cat back down.

I would probably rate the terrain as a 3 rather than a 4, but it's a nice climb. Follow the clues and you will get there without much problem.
Took the Beetles TB and will move it west to Darwin or Alice Springs. Left the Happy Camper TB.

After climbing and almost falling getting cut by the undergrowth, caught on the barb wire, slipping on the leaves,
I found the small cave to find the container.

Terrain was a little bit though for the vistor I was introducing to geocaching, but it was a nice spot.
Left offering of blue electrical tape. Appreciated the bottle of water left with cache, but didn't use it. We did this at night which made it quite challenging, although it wasn't exactly a walk in the park to access to start with. Road below was busy so had to go into stealth mode with torches off quite often.
Signed log.

Started the day off nicely. Neigbour across the road looked at me funny as I headed bush.
first of many for today nice climb think the coordinates were a little out though.
What a top spot. We can see why you had to appease the blue people here.
took the blue policeman, traded in a blue spider to help spin a web of luck.
Thanks for the views Grank

Great location!
The climb was a bit of an effort though.
I took some new cachers along to share the joy.
I think they're hooked too.
Well done GRANK!

Last one after an early Sunday morning start. Did four others out this way, earlier. This took a fair bit of energy which I do enjoy as my life is quite sedentry.
Finally found it but took a while. the hide was a good one.
Was pretty stuffed by this, so down to the Wollembi Rubedy, a couple of schooners for medicinal purposes to replentish the energy supplies, a Mexi burger and Bob's your Uncle. Wink, Wink.
TNLN
Thanks Grank

Found with the rest of the group et al, after a nearby Rover function. I hadn't planned on doing any caching today, and as such probably didn't come dressed for the occasion (see photo's by imgettingannoyed). The shirt was anything but blue, however it did ensure the others wouldn't lose me in a hurry. Nothing blue on me, so TNLN. Thanks Grank, nice cache!
After we had finished with a Rover (scouting) function nearby we couldn't resist doing a few caches on the way home. Shaggy got to this one first. We didn't think it was wise to swap our blue GPs for anything so no swaps. Thanks.
Found this one along with missleah, shaggys, bigmickb and haveabreak.
a lovley location.
a lovley location.
A quick stop off on the way back from cessnock. We parked only 150 metre from the cache and I had a quick scramble up the hill and left a blue offering.
The Geocachers have proven my story true. The SteelRat is obviously a brave warrior who finds no barriers when it comes to locating and confronting a foe. On the other hand I, Grank, are unable to face vertical challenges with such valour and seek less gut wrenching options.
Don't you hate it when you get all dressed up for a crack at a virgin, just to find somebody else has gotten there before you?
When I set out this morning there were no logs showing, so imagine my surprise when I found an entry in the book. Bugger!
Anyway... drove as close as I could, parked, and looked at the cliffs between me and a cache 100m away. Was this the right way? Should I do this alone on a wet Easter Monday in the rain? Could wild horses stop me from trying? (As if!)
Scrabbled about on the cliffs on the side of the road, looking for tracks and likely hiding places. Went for a short slide down a wet rock before grabbing some foliage for support. Found better footing and let go of the foliage VERY QUICKLY. Spent a few minute digging spikey things out of my hand (heed the "thorns" warning!).
Found the hidden cavern just as it started to bucket down, and spent a short while perusing the cache (finding the previous FTF log entry), exchanging some blue for blue.
Heard a car door at one point that sounded right behind me, but sound had carried from a carpark area some 200m away.
A good bit of fun, but not a place for ankle-biters.
Thanks Grank.

KevLea and I found The Glen and managed to appease the Congewai with a blue offering to enhance crop fertility.
Nice cache Grank.
