Dear Chefs on the run. I have bad news for you. The centurion has been slain! His body is lying on the ground. Watch out for the enemy approaching. I took his pulse and could not find one. I managed to retrieve his hidden treasure and will keep it safe till we meet.

An easy find this morning our 6th and our 2nd chefs cache on our non-caching weekend away. However putting it back proved quite difficult on a Saturday morning as the owners would know.

Stopped at the Latrobe Valley airport with the aim of doing some flying but it was way too windy to do so. I hung out there for a while and then decided to go find some caches. I was surprised that this one was not far away.
Found this one pretty easily, but didn't have a pen, so I went and bought one and came back to log it... only to find a pen inside! Sigh...
Anyway, managed to cram "Race to Pelham" TB in there. Let's give this TB the scenic route back to USA, shall we?
Thanks for the hide!
Cheers, Bert

Dear Chefs,
We found your cache today at 3:10pm as the twelfth of fifteen on our Gippsland Power Play Day. The easiest Chefs find of the day. I pretended not to see so "A" could find it. And I thought I had heard about the last cache for a long while but this one.... We had stayed in the nearby caravan park a couple of years ago. Thanks for the cache.
Kind Regards,

This was our first attempt at finding a cache. Found it and removed a saber spoon and replaced it with a party popper and party whistle. There was a great sense of achievement when found.

Today was the day to complete some of the caches relatively close to home. Despite the heavy traffic in the area it was pretty deserted when it came to search for the cache. An easy find, which is not a bad thing! Thanks!

Sunny the Sandgroper travel bug was a little too big for this cache, so he just watched us while we left Carrot #95.

I recently noticed this cache was very close to my place of work. So how could I resist a quick mid week find. Easily found after waiting a moment for several cars to disappear.
Took small bell, left key ring.
Thanks Chef's on the run. I waved just in case you were watching!

Cache twenty for the day in the company of Dak Emu. The cache was found at 22:40.
This was a nice easy cache to finish the day. We covered it up when we left as it was rather exposed. I would have liked to have checked in and gone to sleep at this location.
Thanks.

Last of 21 finds with acts2youthgroup on our "Big Day Out in Walhalla". After some of those Walhalla caches, it was a pleasure to log a nice easy drive-by cache to round off the day. We found the cache by torchlight at 2240. It was hardly covered at all. We covered it properly before we left, but it will still be an easy find for future cachers. I had wondered why the cache was so named, but once on site, all was clear. Thanks to chefs on the run for the cache.

I'm starting to run out of non-suspicious near highway activities to undertake in the name of geocaching. I'm sure cars line up waiting for me to get out of my car and wander along the roadside with my 'I'm not doing anything wrong despite how it looks' walk. I did do a swap, but once again my memory has failed me. I must write these things down, but I keep forgetting to. I'm sure it was highly appropriate and in keeping with the theme, however. Thanks Chefs
ps a gnocchi recipe sounds familiar.

It was a nice afternoon with muggles everywhere. It is hard to look inconspicuious in this area, so when we found it we made a quick dash back to the car to fill in the log and make swaps, followed by another quick dash to replace it.
Took Ladybug Candle, left Mini Slinky.

A last minute decision to head out with the GSP, take Ellie's mind off her VCE English exam today and get her away from the books for awhile. A very busy spot with lots of Muggles about but we managed. Thanks Chef
A nice easy find. We swapped the Canadian coins for a small ball.
This will be our last for the day as it's getting dark and we still have some way to travel.

Found one foggy morning on a visit to see our daughter. Quick easy find near a busy road. I couldn't believe the amount of traffic but I guess everyone was heading off to work.Made a trade but as usual I've forgotten what! Thanks Chefs
Found it, forgot to bring a pen (duh!) so scrawled our initials with a glitter pen that someone thoughtfully left in it. Took a popper, left some streamers.
Hello Chef Type Person,
I found your cache on sunday the 3rd of july at about 2.30pm.
I thought that seeing as how you found my latest caches i'd have a go at finding one of yours.
It was like i like 'em, not too hard to find when i don't have a lot of time to spare. I felt a little exposed standing by the road as the sunday traffic was zooming past, particularly since i was supposed to be at work!
I wondered if you were at work across the road (i assume that's the place you work) watching me wandering around in the shrubbery, ha ha. I had a meal there the other day perhaps you prepared it for us, either way it was very yummy.
Took the yellow hairy plastic alien looking thing and left a packet of (unused) ear plugs.
Thanks Chef. [^]

Found by Ray and Maya at 1:58PM on the 20th of May, on our way to Sale to watch some model jet turbine aircraft over the weekend. Nice break in the journey. Maya took a glitter glue stick and left some bells. Thanks from The Nomads.
Found by Mary & David at 0900. Stayed overnight in Moe after picking up two Dash caches yesterday. Didn't look like there were any chefs about nearby today. Found without delay and delighted to see the new recipes. Took one for zucchini slice, left a Canadian cent coin. Our thanks to chefs on the run.
Troopers first, first. Easy find although you need to be careful due to the amount of traffic in the area. Had nothing that would fit in cache so TNLN. Thanks chef, you are right there are not many caches in this area, I hope to remedy that myself in the near future when work permits.
