Cache has been destroyed by landscaping work.

12-Aug-06
looks like there has been a fair bit of cleaning up and gardening around GZ. Lots of freshly turned soil.

Cache check probably needed.

11-Aug-06
Couldn't locate this one even after decrypting the clue (which is pretty clear) - might need a cache check?

Walked fido past this place many times before learning about Geocaching. This is our first find. Two names suggested by the kids were Jacob and Amelia. Took Yo-Yo and Doll, left Wing up Toy and Lion. Nice place for a BBQ.

I'm back after a caching hiatus to have my own "Bundle of Joy" so how fitting is it that my first cache is all in aid of finding the perfect name for the little cherub!!
I hope that everything went well with the birth and continues to this day.
As with the instructions for this cache I am still going to suggest 2 names as somebody else may find a use for them. For a little girl - Melanie and for a little boy - Brayden.
Thanks Froglog for a nice easy cache to ease my way back into the way of life!!!!
Cheers ChickDeputy. xxx

We got back to finish this cache and came up trumps. The people in the pool made me envious but the sound of their splashing and the shade of the trees made for a nice stroll. It has taken a while since we first started this one so I guess the tot is off to school by now. Smile
With the area that this cache is in I think Teresa or Leigh could be suitable names.

Nice easy find after visiting the aboriginal engravings. Thanks Froglog, and good luck - time must be getting close.

Ummmm, in keeping with the caching theme, we suggest GEOrge for a boy, and GEOrgina for a girl.

A Cache well worth the effort, little bit of history and a great cache hide,

Had to ask C.O.D for a life line as it was dark and muggles all around and didn't look good having me crawling around everywhere.
Great Cache container, TNLN
Girls: Chanel
Boys: Martin

Just wondering how things are going and what names have been chosen. Regards Philma.

Last cache for the night after an invitation to try nocturnal geocaching with Webguy.
I didn’t spot the plaque at WP1 in the dark as I was looking too far out on the boardwalk. Webguy spotted the details that we needed, and after scribbling a few numbers it was off to the final location.
The camouflage on the container works well, and we were searching for about five minutes before spotting the booty.

Took bead necklace & left a kids compass carabiner.

Girls Name: Rachel
Boys Name: Jared

Time to head home at 01:07am after a successful nights geocaching with great company. Thanks for introducing me to night caching Webguy, and thanks for the cache Froglog.

I used to know a girl called Joy and she was a bundle of fun. Bit strange wanting geocachers to come up with a name but here goes Geogirl or Geoboy.
They can’t be worse then Sunshine, Jack Daniels or Jessie James, which are the names of some of our friends kids.

Our last cache for the night/morning. 6 for me, 9 for Wing Nut.

I have been to WP1 before, and I can't remember why, hmmm. Got the numbers and the final co-ords were easy to work out.

Took 5 minutes to find it but find it we did, not too hard really.

Took out a bear and left spiderman.

A girls name: Beatrice
A Boys name: Webby Jnr Wink

Thanks for an interesting cache and thanks to Wing Nut for sharing this evenings caching with me at such short notice, the poor guy was already buggered before we started.

Checked cache. All OK and in place.

Did all we are supposed to do and at the final location all the clues matched up. But there is no cache to be seen. There was a pile of leaves that looked like they once hid a cache, but there was nothing under them.

We liked this cache as it involved more brain work and less leg work (although not toooo much of the former).

Nicely disguised cache with nice theme. This is our first Multi-cache find.

Boy's name: Max
Girl's name: Meg

Names courtesy of Geopups Smile

Took mini-pottery fish
Left fluffy panda

A great multi which we really enjoyed. WP1 had us at some interesting aborignal art then it was a short drive to GZ. Was getting towards dark which was a good time to approach this cache. TNLNSL Thanks Frogs

Nice cache, liked the multi part and as soon as I worked out the difference between east and west (thanks to the sun for setting) - all went well.
How about Alex and Cathy nice name that kids at school cant do much damage with!

What a good theme for a cache. Only hope that one of the names given is the chosen one for your new baby. Our boys name is Rhys and for the girl how could you go past Bronte. We enjoyed this cache thanks Froglog. Regards Philma and Geo-Cheese and Kisses.

Well, since a member of team Froglog made the effort to ride a bike 8km's to find one of my caches recently, how could I pass up one of theirs while I was in the area? Having lived in the area of this cache some years ago, I was familiar with what was at WP1. Had to drive past my old place to get to it! WP2 was a bit harder to find, but yielded without too much drama. Top work on the camoflauge!

As for the names, how about 'Michael' for a boys name from the Hebrew 'He who is like God'. (i can only guess my parents had grand plans for me that I'm yet to fullfil?) Seriously, look at my cache name. What else would I suggest! As for girls names, I could suggest Heather. No reason in particular, but I've never met a girl I didn't like with that name.

My notes are similar to Shaggy's. I was actually able to (kind of) see the artifact at WP1. It is amazing how close it was to the houses. Will come back for this one another time. Thanks

This one is a work in progress. Missleah and myself found WP1 and headed to GZ, found the area nice and quick but we decided to be cautious and walk away for another time (Nearby muggles), had a quick look, but a better look without the un-needed company is needed. Thanks for the adventure so far

Antoher virgin for me Big Grin

found WP 1 easily.... very cool spot, so close to a house yet so hidden from everyone.

wp2 was a little trickier, found the carpark alright and the GPSr said 30m.. well walked about 30M and then had no reception. the tree cover was playing silly buggers.

so after having a look around for 5 mins and not spying anything that remotley resembled a cache hiding spot. I had to revert to the clue. after decyphering it. it took some time to locate as the cache is hidden in a way that i have never seen before.

but i did find it and left my mark in the book.

thanks for a fantastic cache in an extremly cool park.
