We have conducted an experiment/test for the site. Like the original muggle; it happended again. Now that we believe that a muggle is toying with us; it is archived.
Hopefully the local cachers will place another in this vicinity as it is worth a visit.

Looks like the local kids struck during the holidays.
Odd that they left the cache and took its contents.
Odd that they left the cache and took its contents.
I am supprised to see that this is the first time it has been muggled. What is interesting is that the muggles place the container back....my guess is they want a replenishment of goodies.
Guess we can accomodate and we will see if we can get there soon.
cheers to all

This was a nice quick find on our way to the Barossa. A friend traveling with us learned the hard way about the importance of wearing the correct footwear when caching and slipped into some bushes. Very funny.

Found on route to Melb, bailed everybody out of the vehicle for the first stretch of the day....lovely spot. Left "you will go caching geocoin"
Great spot for a coffee break and a hot cross bun. Took a geocoin, obviously someone hasn't logged it in yet! so we'll officially remove it when it's here! Left Thai coin. TFTC, a very peaceful spot (except for the corellas!)
Prior to searching for this cache we discovered a great bakery cafe in town (opposite the park where the old steam locomotive is). Armed with coffee and cake we set off to the riverside park where the cache is located. We found the cache without much difficulty and continued our journey east. T: Dice; L: Christmas star, we also collected TB Tiger II (how could we not!). Thanks SUEDENHARR.
Found by Barry and Beryl at 4.45 pm
Found easily as muggles left soon after we arrived, noticed lots of Corellas in the area.
Took nothing, Left Tiger 11 TB and Karma card.
Thanks Suedenhaar

Again no swaps but thanks again.

Some of the locals were cooling off near the punt while retrieving the cache. Took Cool bug. Thanks
Found at 20:52.
Our first cache!
We don't have a GPS yet (still saving for one), but we took a "punt" on finding this using the description, as we are locals.
No muggles around at this time of night. Easy find.
Geokid is hooked. Hopefully this is the first of many.

Dear Suedenhaar,
We found your cache today at 9:45am as the second of ten on our return trip from Adelaide to Melbourne. 6 y.o. "A" was fascinated by watching the ferry disappear into the fog. Satellites were not graet against the cliff but my geocaching instict took me straight to the correct spot. Thanks for the cache.
Kind Regards,
D,H,K & A B-A

You could walk on the jetty back then.
I spotted the cache and went up and retrieved it.
Very peacefull and an enjoyable stop

Found two discarded needles while searching for this one . Fortunately the mongrels had the decency to put the caps back on. Once we got to the right spot the cache was found immediately. TNLN. Thanks SUEDENHARR
Ducked over this way on way home from another few days up the river. Wanted to grab the yellow 4x4 that was waiting for the ferry!
Left a golfball and a miniclip TNSL

Wanted to do this one on our way to the south-east but was raining too much, so on way home we were determine a little rain wouldn't stop us. An easy find ( even with the rain) Took Sticky notes and left Baby bear. Took the ferry across for the ride and turned around to cross again - much to the amusement of the ferry driver
Found 15:10, whilst we waited for the ferry to return from the other side of the river.
TNLN, thanks SUEDENHARR.

We arrived here to find a couple of people fishing out of view of the cache site. My wife walked halfway up to the logical location but the GPS did a swing. As she was decsending, and after telling me to watch my step, went for a tumble down through the bushes. You know the saying 'It's funny until someone hurts themselves, then it's hilarious' Well, I was worried but she couldn't stop laughing whilst laying in a heap at the bottom of the cliff. I went back up more carefully while she watched from a safe distance. Left Aussie Thong fridge magnet & took sewing kit to repair my wife. SL

Nice spot for morning tea (pity I had made a pig of myself at the Train Stops). Great park with the view of the river and a working punt.
TNLNSL. Thanks, Robmc.

Found at 8.45am on the way home from a holiday at Murray Bridge and Mannum. Good easy find while enjoying the view and a cuppa. Only a couple of locals in the park enjoying the thrill of catching a fish. Fish nearly escaped down the bank till 2 big kids jumped on it. Too busy to notice me.TNLN Thanks for the cache.
Found 1405. Third for the day. Found with some trouble as the ground at GZ was a bit slippery. Took: Nothing, Left: considered leaving oldest child, however chose to keep her in the car screaming "are we there yet" and "I'm bored!". Cheers for the cache and the chance to escape the car for a little while.
Nice location. We had to wait until some victorian travellers had travelled some more. It was sufficient reason to open the coffee and cake we had stowed on our onboard cache!!
2nd river barge crossing within the hour, this time I remembered to take photos. Kidz were so-so about the event, I think they're a bit bored LOL
My GZ was a little off but I soon spotted a tell-tale sign some way off and there it was. #1&4 made a swap each. TFTH SL

Nice pretty spot.
GPS misled us here and we didn't have the instructions to help, just a waypoint. Found it after hiding from some muggles strolling along the river. Took the ferry over after the geokids liked the look of a short voyage.

Parked at the bottom, weaved my way past the SOVAB's (see Piggy's GC2780) and didn't take long to find cache. This seems to be a popular hiding method for the Murray caches. TNLNSL. Thanks SUEDENHARR.
Found it between swatting flies and cursing them. TNLN
We had our picnic lunch in the car (courtesy of the flies) and watched the punt make several crossings.
Thanks, Chris & Renate from Barrie, Ontario, Canada

A nice spot for a rest, and what’s more, a short stroll. Thanks for showing us this spot SUEDENHARR. Took and left a clip.
Oh, I did cross later for the cow reason. I had to wait for a tanker to cross – I wondered why he got special treatment (though he nearly sank the punt). Unfortunately a beer truck did not punt cross with me.
Clear skies, Astro.
Shrek found this one enroute home from the southeast. 3rd try for the day, after leaving Fred's Landing. Climbing up the hill in shoes not designed for climbing was interesting. Very quiet midweek, so no-one to disturb me. TNLNSL.
Got to the carpark at GZ and there was a young couple sitting at the near by seat but they were way to busy doing what they were doing to pay any attention in what we were doing. So the log was quickly filled out and returned without any trouble.
Thanks for the cache,
Regards Mr.Coffee and the "would have driven across but the snorkle was 2 inches short" Clan.

Didnt have the clues for this one so took a little longer than hoped for. Plenty of muggles in the car park so approached with stealth from the top. Took the reflector (very useful on the driveway at home) and left Woolly sheep.
first cache of the day, found quite easily.... muggles in car park below... was very careful removed travel bug, will place in a cache around Murray Bridge tomorrow.... cheers for cache
Found this fellow while waiting for the others to arrive to head out to Ngarkat for a weekend 4x4 trip.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Raining on a sunday afternoon a drive with a few friends , and the girls in our group wanted to find it first ,so in the park we gave the aprox directions and it was found by Lynnette in our red bugger team tnln thanks Suendharr
Some muggles were having a cuppa when I arrived but used the old taking a photo ploy.

Can't understand how this one could have extracted itself from its location in the past.

Doing a maintenance visit today and on walking to the site, the cache was very visible. Please place the appropriate cover infront of the cache when leaving, as with the warmer weather approaching this place is very popular. Happy Hunting!
found by Leesa whilst Andrew waited in the car with the kids.
In: nothing
Out: nothing.
Logbook: Signed.
Leesa says the cache was clearly visible when she walked up the track from the bottom and she put 3 rocks in front of it to hide it better. (that was last monday)
Thanks

The first find at night on the way to melbourne to see the crows play (and beat) the kangaroos! good little break! TNLNSL.
There were a few muggles around but managed to log the cache without too much trouble. Took coloured pen, left a toy soldier. Had lunch nearby on the banks of the Murray. Took a punt, ended up on the other side! Cheers.
Yet another good cache from Suedenharr, in a very picturesque spot. The GPS lead us on a little chase, but we found it in the end.
Left nothing , but collected Action Pengi TB to see if we can help her on her way.

Found by Mary & David at 1600. Great view of the river and the ferry. The rain continued, and we were watched by a very bedraggled pelican. Made our way to GZ, retrieved the cache and retreated to the warmth of our car to complete the log. Took Australia flag magnet, left tiny teddy. Then we returned the cache to its rightful place and drove to the ferry, still a novelty for us Victorians, to head for the next cache on our list. Our thanks once more to Suedenharr.
On holidays with the grandparents for the long weekend. We climbed the track and used our eagle eyes when we were within range. We were on our way home from camping at Mootatunga. This was a good stop for us to stretch our legs and give the dogs a walk.
Found by Team GeoCoopers.
One of the ones we grabbed on our way home from GCN6XC Fourth Festive Frolic Weekend.
Thanks SUEDENHARR

Caught up with Langy again who had bypassed our last visit on the road, he stayed with the traffic and headed here. We caught up as I came sprinting down the hill to bag the tenth for the day (without any notes ) with the GPS working well luckily. Cache was already open with the logbook open , ready to sign! Will probably return to do this area and give the MiniZyths a proper look. TNLN
Our 1st find with a GPS!!!
Had geo-gkids to climb the track with us and use their eagle eyes when we were within range. GPS was out by about 10m. We were on our way home from camping at Mootatunga. This was a good stop for the g-kids and dogs.
Took CD 'Drinking Choices' and left Compass.

Once I worked out how to use the pen this was an easy one. Could easilly get muggled out of this one if you don't approach from the right direction. Nice park I didn't know was here. Took Mickey and left Santa. Cheers and thanks.
A nice easy one once we got down the path, took nothing but left some crayons. There was a nice sunset tonight too.
Cheers

Took a punt and grabbed this one after dark. Watched the Punts lights cast a flickering reflection on the very still water. TNLN.
Found at 8:35 in the morning, with fellow work mate, whilst on the way down to the south east.
Easy find, that was obvious when approaching GZ, by the placement of the concealing rocks.
