Went to pick up the container today... took gloves! Opened the container to find it had about 2cm water in it again so just threw the whole lot out in our outside bin when we got home ... nothing was salvageable!

No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
Whilst this cache is still there (see our found log) it has had 4 Needs Maintenance Logs on it since March this year that have not been attended to and the cache is in a very poor state with a saturated log book and mouldy contents. Another cacher has put a temporary log inside another container within the original container but it's not a cache that you would want kids finding/touching. CO hasnt logged on the site since January 2010 or logged any caches since June 2007. Suggest the cache is archived and we will happily collect it and throw it out if you (Ministro) are happy with that?
Out and about again today with the GCA Geosportz 2012 Game as the focus, this cache is part of the "Heptathlon" requirement of finding 7 caches in the same day (that are not used for other requirements).
As noted by previous finders this cache urgently needs maintenance as the logbook is saturated and mouldy. We signed the log in the inside container that was kindly provided by xambo4u. TNLNSL

There's quite a few holes in trees around the place and I put my hand down a few thinking the cache was in the middle of a tree ,But the cache is not down a hole ! Any way I found cache all wet needs new container THANKS TICKFORD
What a beautiful little park. It's a great place to recharge!!
The cache is inn desperate need of maintenance, it is soaked.
The gps was jumping around a bit and the clue was inaccurate as I found the cache under a log - caching knowledge led me to it. Please maintain his cache as it is a beautiful spot for one. Or pass it over to me, or archive it and I will set one up here. Jac

there is no sign of this cache, the CO has not logged on for over a year, chances are this cache won't be fixed
Took a bit of finding, but so disappointing. Cache ruined, sodden, rotten, not waterproof
Thanks for my 50 cache

Looking for my daily cache on the way out of town for the weekend.
It's amazing to see how many wooded reserves there are like this in metro Melbourne.
It was a rainy muggy afternoon and I almost gave up whilst fighting mozzies of with tennis racket but I persisted and found the cache fairly quickly.
The contents of the cache were fairly damp with all the rain but the log was dry due to being in the additional medicine bottle inside the cache, great idea.

No luck on this one but I swear we were in the right area going by the trampled grass, the pattern of which also lead us to believe that others were having the same haywire GPS issues we were having.
We probably could have stayed longer and searched more thoroughly but LyssLyss 2 and 3 were being eaten alive by mozzies and called timeout. When we come back it won't be late in the afternoon (mozzie o'clock).
Nice park, met a couple with two very cute, very tiny and very friendly poodles on the way out.

This one took a little time to locate, although to my GPS, was only 4m out, nothing drastic there. As the previous finder stated, the contents are unfortunately saturated, but the pill bottle with the new log sheets are dry.
Great area for a walk, very peaceful, thanks for bringing me here Tickford

5.45 Out this afternoon with Mr X, airing off after attending a meeting gone wrong. We were a little worried about this one after reading the last couple of logs. Parked in a near by street after slowly driving down checking out some kerb side shopping. Mr X's gps just would not settle down so we relied on mine. We kept on the path till the last 18 metres and I walked straight to it. The cache was extremly wet and the log book was all stuck together. I have put a replacment log book inside a pill container to keep it dry.
Nice little area you have here and we enjoy our trip. We also pick up a great pusher and 3 wheel trike for the grandkids.
thanks for the cache.

Found the area described by the hint but no cache. Perhaps the clue or the coordinates need to be altered slightly as so many finders have had to widen the search.
Took awile to find Definitly not where the clue states but within 10 meters what a mission I had to get here Definitly be wary of the magpies nearby if you hear them warbling, duck I think I got swooped about 10 times bit hard to remember with the running ducking and weaving I had to do but they certainly got close pulled my hair quite a few times I took a different exit and no magpies that way tftc and what should have been a lovely walk tnlnsl
I had decided to take a day off from work (being such a wonderful day) and try for 50 finds in a day. Ultimately it was not to be for many reasons, including a few DNF's, the need to pick the kids up from school, and some difficult caches. In any event a good day was had by jsmyong55 and myself and this was one cache we were able to find.
After a brief search I saw the tell tale signs of a cache beneath and revealed it's hiding spot. Thanks Tickford.

Trailrunning had asked me a couple of days before if I was free on Friday for a run. I had classes till early afternoon but once he told me its his birthday and he will be aiming for a 50 cache run, I knew I had to have a go at that, eventhough if it meant skipping class.
Aiming for a 50 cache run with only 7.5 hours was a little too ambitious. Of course we did not manage 50 but I got to about 35 which was pretty good. We had started off well in the start, but a couple of long trail runs, heavy bushwhacking and off-trail hiking really threw us off. It was a lot better slowing things down and enjoying the adventure than racing for time.
Cache isn't certainly where the hint says. You will need to widen your search to be able to find this.. but as the logs say, it is more traditional kind of hide. TFTC tickford

1st of 4 finds today with alpha male and beta male's 'avoiding the girlie gymnastics competition' run around Ringwood and Croydon.
On the map I just assumed this would be a normal suburban park, and the name didn't have me expecting much (!) but was thrilled on arrival to find such a wonderful bit of native bushland. The boy led the way, looking for frogs - and we took a wrong turn but were happy to do so as it took us on a nice walk around this area before looping back to GZ.
At GZ it was a bit of bewildering searching until the 5 year old told me to go look in there, and a corner of a cache revealed itself... Well hidden away.
TFTC and the introduction to this lovely space. I'll tuck this park away for future reference

I found a likely spot and checked it but there was no cache. Looked in some other places but couldn't find it. Will keep an eye on this one to see if other people find it. Some of the dead trees have fallen over in this park near the coordinates so the clue may not be accurate.
13/06/2011 15:03 Found: #514 Needed a bit of searching as it is very well hidden! I must say that it looked pretty much natural at first and I guess that nature was helping since it had been a month since it was last found. I used the clue and found what I thought was the right location. I even swapped GPS units to confirm I was in the right place. I then did a wider search to find it. It was very wet inside so I tipped the water out. Both logbooks are now a bit damp so I replaced the ziplock bag, The Cache note is going very mouldy even inside its own bag. This container is not very waterproof for this location. TFTC Tickford TNLN SL
Found the tree described in the hint exactly at the right coordinates, including the obvious hiding place, but we did not find the cache.
Found at 2245. Quick detour on my way home from a meeting. It was dark raining & I got drenched. But what a great little park so noisy with the sound of the frogs - must come back in the daylight.
Cache is a little wet & needs to be cleaned out!!

What a great little park, so quiet and peaceful. Saw just 1 muggle and her dog. Sat near to GZ contemplating the world and wondering why I could not find the cache where the gps was pointing. Eventually found it safe and sound.
Thanks again to Tickford for bringing me here. TNLN.

This was a easy find, but the humidity was quite high, probably made higher by the location of the GZ.

Find #18 while doing a night cache run in the Coldstream - Lilydale area. Took a little while to work out which way to go to reach GZ, but got there in the end. Now to locate the cache. 5 min search and the cache was in hand. TFTC.
2nd on our caching expedition, hint a little misleading but we nailed it after a short search. TNLN RDTC
Found on third attempt with the help of geoson, geohubby, and geopup (who loved this park). Beautiful park with lots of frogs singing in the rain. TNLN SL, TFTC.
Thank goodness I found this one. I looked some time ago without success and have been on its watch list for a long time meaning to go back.
Found on a cold grey drizzling afternoon- perfect for frogs! And as my mobile phone ring tone is a frog call, it caused me lots of confusion!!
Only one muggle around - a council worker picking up litter - in the drizzle.
It is a little wet inside but log-book was usable.
Left Landy on Track TB
Thanks Tickford

Beautiful park.. walked around the path.. Did not see any frogs around there. Found it. TFTC
This was the last one on our afternoon out this way and proved to be the hardest find. We arrived at GZ and started searching but boy, what a haystack area . The decrypted hint didn't help much as it applied to everything around the place and widening our search pattern also proved fruitless. Eventually, we headed back to the indicated GZ for one last look. Just as EuDes herself said "forget it, let's go", I spotted the hide at 14:30 . There was a couple of mm of water in the container so we turned it upside down to drain while we signed the look. A little TLC might be needed though.
A very nice park, even on such a dreary day, and there was a fair smattering of muggles utilising it while we were there.
TNLNSL, although our round tuit geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Tickford.

found @ 17:15. #99.
found during a push to get me to 100 overall finds.
It was getting dark by the time we got to this one. Once again the GPSr turned off once we were almost there, so dad was giving me pointers until I found it. A few muggles walked past while I was signing the log.

Found @ 15:50 after a reasonable search. I was actually about to give up when I looked around one last time and there it was! This area is a lot larger than I had realised and I enjoyed the stroll around to GZ. There wasn't even a muggle in sight until I had finished the formalities and had started walking back to the car.

There were a few Muggles wandering past at this time of the day so that slowed finding this one down a bit. It was a relief when we found it though.

This location is either under a newly built house, or in a fenced of block of land. It's possible i made a mistake, but i don't think so.

No real issue finding this cache - it was a few meters north of where I expected it but otherwise it was fine. Because of one item of rubbish that lying about my queen would have felt totally liberated. Thanks.

I would be interested to know where it was moved to because I couldn't find it! Thanks anyway, it's a nice spot.
The cache is still there! It has apparently been moved from its original location but was still within about a metre of the listed coordinates. TNLN
Searched and searched in obvious places after taking note of previous posts and the hint but with no luck. I am wondering if it is still there?

The cache was in a real mess! The hiding place had been destroyed or collapsed exposing the cache and muggles had done the rest. Pages had been torn from the log, the container was full of water and contents quite wet. We dried as best we could with limited resources, reassembled and relocated the cache about two metres from the original location. Hope it will be safe here until Tickford has a chance to visit. Very nice location dedicated to frogs in the area - a nice area to explore with walks, a bridge and frog "totem poles"! Took nothing, left dinosaur. Thanks Tickford for enlightening as to the existence of this hidden reserve.
Another interesting place out here in the wilds of suburbia! Thanks for the cache and bringing me to another great patch of bush!

Out for a caching run with Meg&Roy who help us from time to time. This was an interesting piece of bushland that we got to by a strange route that surprised us as it wound between the houses. The cache was located relatively easily (the camo paint is peeling). TNLN, thanks Tickford
