Was worried to begin with as there were a few trees down, but cache found and intact. TFTC
Thanks for the Cache Robotas and the new adopters, a short hike out of town betwixt the fertile Fields prepared and awaiting spring, the lazy Forth River having tumbled out of the mountains, completing the last few kilometers to the ocean. As I dwell among the tombstones of those pioneers who killed the soil, I ponder on the real mystery of this valley. I have visited three cemeteries today, but where is the Forth cemetery?Regards from Victourer
Returned for a second look after lunch at the pub. Nearly left again but then spotted something. Yay! TFTC
The damp logbook has been removed and will be dried before being returned. An interim logbook is in place. Thanks loui_33 for the alert.
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.I was out in the area with grandies, who have now fallen asleep. This allowed time to have a look around and to make this quick find. Thanks 2y'stassies for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
Husband found this one. Interesting cemetery there seem to be a lot of them round here. Our hound would have been in his element. Need this find for a challenge in the UK this is my last qualifying cache. Shame Tassie doesnt have more 2004 caches but happy with all the 05 finds thanks to Robtas. TFTC
A trip up north again for 3 days, targeting 25 Solved Puzzles and "Old Gentleman" Caches.Trads / Multis and others with high Fave points / High Difficulty Star ratings also.A quick find in a small cemetery along a road skirting a river at a place called Forth. I'm loving all these nice locations i've never been to. So many times i've passed by in past years but never detoured to visit cool places like this along the Forth river. The places Geocaching takes one to never fails to impress me.Signed the log at 11:25 on Wed 1/11/23.The cache and contents are fine and dry, bar the log book which is slightly damp but still signable.TFTC robtas / 2y'stassies
Is it creepy to refer to such place as cute? I thought it was. Thanks for placing it here.
Over the long weekend xxDouDouxx and I made a plan to knock off several challenge caches including caches from "Old School Challenge" GC44WV0 and "Tasmanian Mainland LGA Challenge" GC8CGMX, as well as a few caches for various statistic grids. I'm happy to say LGA is now complete and Old School is well on the way. A fantastic, busy, and adventure filled 3 days was had, covering 1500km from Huonville, to Ben Lomond, then Georgetown, across the top to Burnie, down through Waratah, Queenstown, and back to Huonville. Lots of great caches, new places to explore, fantastic views, and interesting locations...
Interesting valley, river, and area. After a bit of searching in the "obvious" spots, the cache was found out in the open. Rehidden as per hint. Thanks

Solved a lot of the nearby puzzles in this area recently so today we set off to find them all.
After doing all the targeted ones we switched over to finding traditional's in the area around Forth.
A nice quick find, afterwards we had a look around at some of the interesting graves.

Following the recent DNF, we went and checked on the cache today. It is there and still waiting to be found.
Out and about caching with all the Rafas for our holidays TFTC TNLN log dry, an easy find at GZ.
Thanks for the cache.
RLD4963, the two GeoGSP's and I are spending a few days in the northwest. I don't particularly like caches in cemeteries, but this cemetery is pretty special, so thanks for bringing us here.

This one has been on my wish list for a while now. Finally found, signed and logged. TFTC
We checked this evening and the cache is still there waiting to be found. It is in good order.
There is only one tree near the entrance with a crook and the cache was clearly not there.
Didnt have wifi connection so it was it was a bit hit and miss finding it but didnt take too long TFTC
Looked for a while where we believe the right place was, gps was a bit haywire but we couldn’t find, will be back another day
Spent some time searching but without success. GPS was jumpy but I felt I was in the right spot. One for another day
Thank you for robotas placing this cache here. I like poking around historic cemeteries as one never knows who will be found interred there. The cache was quickly located in a muggle free cemetery.
Thanks for the cache, robtas, - we followed our wandering GPSrs for a while, before the cache was spotted, looking from the right angle. It seemed a little exposed, so re-hid it so as to be a little less obvious to muggles.
Cheers, EPs.
Found with AlbyDangles on Day Five of the 'Bust' leg of our "Kempsey Or Bust" tour; as Covid-19 cancelled the Kempsey Mega event this weekend.
Our last full day in the area, targeted Forth to Paloona today and now back at Forth, with a few side-stops and detours, heading for North Motton.

Hello robtas thank you for the cache
A quick find by EeePees as it was left in the open, put back a little better but you might want to check.
Today was the fifth day of a road trip with EeePees and a nice sunny day it was.

Made the detour from the main roads up here, an odd little place in the middle of a small industrial area. Cache was easily found and is all good
Today around lunch time I made the decision to head to the North west to find a few caches and clean up a lot of the new puzzles around the area.
With the rain looming it seemed to hold off for the remainder of the day.
Overall 42 caches found and 3 DNFs.
Thanks for the cache

Couldn’t find it this time, will come back with some long sleeves and a pair of gloves. Beware of the spiky branches
Thank you for the cache. Maggie the great GeoWestie caching with Carer. thanks I didn’t know about this graveyard
Bunadoorian and I thought we would investigate areas of Tassie we would normally not visit. Again we couldn't resist a cache with a name like this. I found this cache in a well hidden way. TFTC robtas and for bringing us to an old cemetery.
Grub62 and I were having a lot of trouble with our GPS. But eventually found the cache. We had not been to Forth before but had visited a lot in Devonport, Don and Sprayton. TFTC.
Another cache for my streak week. These old cemeteries are very interesting. Thanks for bringing me here
Found in about 5 minutes.
Out and about on a freezing morning, to find the caches required to solve the Mystery at the Museum challenge. Managed to find all caches that were searched for, each very quickly (7 finds, no DNFs)
Please note that the cache’s coordinates were about 6 metres off. Other than that, the cache was in pretty good condition.
Thanks for bringing me here

Bit of a gloomy day to be visiting 3 cemeteries, but took our time to read about those deceased & the traditions of the cemetery’s. Thanks for the caches

Our last day in northern Tassie we cached along the coast east from Goat Island to Don. We found a great variety of caches, learnt about the history of the area and enjoyed the brilliant coastal views while managing to dodge the showers. It was interesting to learn about the origin of the lich gate.
Thanks to 'robtas' for placing this cache on the geo-gameboard.

Another one today nice to get out for some exercise and learn some history of the area
Today we were on the road and visited this beautiful series of caches.
We always found interesting hiding places. Overall, we visited many
caches today, so we apologize for the unit log.
Many thanks for bringing and saying say the Moorhelmi's from Germany.
