We are visiting from Australia and have finally got to head to Utah from Vegas to visit some of the National Parks and collect some caches. Wonderful scenery and a joy to cache in. Thanks to Baad Daata for its placement and adding to our enjoyment of this location.

The Frenchies are on vacation in Las Vegas and take the opportunity to make many caches in the area, we discover the American West (Death Valley, Grand Canyon and so on…) and more especially the city of Las Vegas through all hidden caches in the sector, the weather is perfect and finally we'll find all caches.

Thank you to all the owners of these discoveries and all boxes that allowed us to visit a small part of the United States.

We drop some travel bugs off on some caches and we give some favorite points for the most surprising geocaches or most successful.

Had a nice stretch break here on our way back from St. George to Las Vegas. We've been making this trip for YEARS and never knew there was a campground with such an awesome view here! TFTC!

We were on our way to the North Rim and needed to change drivers so we pulled off and grabbed a couple of caches. This is our first find in AZ. Retrieved a TB to take back home with us. Thanks for the hide.

This one has been found many times since the NM log.

A quick stop for Spike and Buddy to run and I said to TSB.."Look, cachers! See the walk with nose to handpalm? Yep thats a GPS and I bet those are cachers!"..I parked the motorhome and ran back to introduce myself to Chet and Marj, what nice people one meets Geocaching! We chatted and they continued on to St George and we continued on to the mountains in Utah. The cache is in good shape, has ample log and a few swag items. I found small swag around the area on the ground and returned back into the cache container. TSB and I had originally found this cache way back in 2006, thanks for keeping it alive.

US12. We grabbed both the caches over here we could get without going into the park. Pretty remote county. Thanks.

Albida

After completing the Route 66 caches and then heading to Las Vegas for a few days, Albida and I headed up to Utah and Arizona to grab a few more caches.

This one was found after a brief search and we were off to the next one.

What a Joshua Tree! Came out here for the earthcache nearby and a quick grab of this. YxZd had great fun as she first bashed into the bush and had her find. Looks like there comes a great canyon highway we are going to head down. So far, we were the only people in the picnic area. Not so hot today, so I wonder when the people will be here. Not much time, so better head on, as we intend to visit death valley tomorrow. TFTCM!
