Logs
Thanks for hiding this Roosterman. The log book is wet. Some very big Roos up here!
This is the second time looking for this one with my muggle friend. After the obligatory‘you’re crazy’ from her, I was glad to be able to say those words we all like to say, “I found it”
Log is slightly damp but ok to sign

After a mixed caching morning and walking 15km this morning, Mr CNQ retired to the motel aircon for a while. Setting off for a few more hills in the cooler evening, headed up not really sure what was with the fences and tenure.... anyway eventually found the right tree and rock. Drained a little water from the container and gave the partly damp log a few minutes in the sun. Thanks for another older cache Roostaman.
Had to walk through lots of long grass to reach area with some rocks by the caches location but nothing fit the description of where it actually was so I searched around looking at my phone to get closer but it kept on changing suddenly, after a while I gave up for the day and started searching for other caches around Wagga
Nice little hike. We started on the other side hoping to find some others along the track with no luck.
Beautiful spot.
Beautiful spot.
Lovely view on a grand morning. Up from Melbourne to visit friends who live about 100m from gz.
Found with deshadybear!
Last time I was in the cemetery nearby (many years ago) I remembered seeing this dirt track leading from the back. This trip we had a 4x4 thanks to Jeremy, so we were on the lookout for some fun.
I suggested these caches to see if we could drive to them. Got most of the way to this one, but there was a very dodgy / overgrown part that had deep ruts in it, so we decided to walk the last section.
We went around to the other entrance later however, to find the other cache on this hill with more success parking closer!
Thanks Roostaman, an old one!

The area is pretty overgrown at this time of year but still a fun hike and located the cache after a short search. All in good condition, replaced as found. Thanks!
My nephew was playing soccer against Wagga at rawlings park, so while he trained prior to match I took my muggle bro and geokid for some caching. This was a great walk with awesome Wagga views. Tftc

Swaps left in the container. Good little hiding spot.

A great day caching in and around Wagga Wagga. Did lots of short walks and many drive by's. The weather was pretty ordinary with a cloudy an fresh start early morning. Enjoyed all the finds and thanks to all the CO's for putting them out there.

With a day of Geocaching in mind for my day off, I decided on attempting the new cache out at Ladysmith before heading out to Galore Hill for a day out there. We made the FTF out at Ladysmith and then headed our separate ways. Unfortunately I never got out to Galore Hill. No worries, I got back in contact with AngusnmumyAdventures and we decided on teaming up to collect some caches around Wagga, that (one of these reasons):
1. I hadn’t found
2. They hadn’t found
3. We hadn’t found
I ended up with 8 finds for the day and AMA ended up with 7 finds. TB Visit on all caches and on some of the smaller logs I signed as 9/4 JM. Many thanks to AngusnmumyAdventures for doing the driving. I would also like to thank the CO’s for placing and maintaining all the caches we found and for allowing them to bring us enjoyment for our day out.
Our last one for the day. After AMA found the two caches on top of the hill we made our way over to this one and to put a on it. A few kangaroos around today and as for the cache a quick find. Great views. TFTC and now time for a late lunch and to head home.

After claiming an early FTF this morning with @JohnoMawbs. We both decided to join forces and tick off some trickier/ harder to walk to caches.
We decided against walking the whole hill to get here, we hoped in the Geomobile and found a shorter approach.
Up up up again to the top with magical views. Disturbed a group of Skippys.
The Cache was found quickly before the Skippy come back.

Thanks Roostaman for placing this cache for us and others to find.

Now that's a rocky old road and a rocky hill as well.
Top views from up here, and a good safe hide.
No muggles anywhere on a warm sunny day.

Attended Events Wagga Sat 1st, and Wang Sun 2nd. Nice to meet a few more Cachers I so well recognised from logs.
With the wonderful help from HappyFeet 1, the weekend saw much more than Cache finds. More so, Robyn introduced me to many tips and tricks and helped in achievements I would not have otherwise suceeded in. This cache was another in the weekends finds, Alas.. a DNF after considerable search.

Climbed up here hoping to make a find but instead found lots of prickles. Expanded the search and still came up empty handed. It was a great view from up here though.
Warm sunny day, perfect for snakes but we persevered and found it. There's a log in the book not on the app from June this year too. Good find, took nothing, left a guitar pick
(Edited log now we are back home from our holiday).
Found 10.00 bright and early this Monday morning. After spending last night at the caravan park in Wagga, we thought we would try to spread the love on this unloved cache before we left Wagga to head towards Yass today. It was a spectacular morning - frosty and cold but crispy clear - the signs of a lovely day to come. We enjoyed the walk up the hill - boy what a fantastic view of Wagga. We could see why anyone would be nervous searching this area in summer - in fact despite being the first day of winter, we were not complacent even today. We are giving this cache a favourite point for the enjoyable walk and the fantastic view. It was the perfect start to the day. Thank you muchly Roostaman.

Also dnf as the rain thwarted us from searching, had a quick look though but escaped quickly
This time when I got to gz with my group which I brought along especially to find this, torrential rain and cyclonic winds began before any search could be conducted.
Another quick find thanks to our geo kid TFTC

[:(!] In Wagga for the week and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Beautiful Autumn day for a lovely walk with Bingley to find another cache on the hill
Found with Gypsyroselee after quite a bit of looking! The hardest bit was finding where to park the car to walk up to this one. TFTC
Took a bit more hunting than we had expected but with some perseverence the hide was eventually spotted. TFTC
#771 found this on a rather interesting day and between the weather was able to find it in a relatively dry period although the cache container had not survived all the wet weather it was almost full of water the log was still protected by its plastic bag and was dry for the inscription. The water was drained from the container and the container returned to its hide I departed and was soon back at the vehicle although a little damp from the experience still achieved the days goal of another smiley.
Thanks for this opportunity Roostaman and it will be another off you list for me.

Walked all the way up the steep hill but once we got up there, GeoHubby saw a snake in the 'crevice' so we stopped looked and rushed down the hill again. I don't think this cache is an easy walk, or on a slight incline. Due to the overgrowth over the rocks and the lack of access to the area, I don't think this cache is very safe. I wouldn't recommend bringing children or pets. It's better to be safe than sorry.
I would say slightly more then a slight incline but not to bad a walk all together with a nice view of that part of town. TFTC
Found with o'cholio. Last time I let him talk me into taking the 'easy' way TFTC
With Pete's geomobile getting reshod, we took the opportunity to go for an extended walk while waiting. Of course, we took the "easy" way in (which is to say, the red-arrow approach) and made it a *bit* harder than it should've been . Well worth it in the end! TFTC.
Wow was amazing view. we had been look for about 20 mins with our dogs. we ran out of time and were about to start home when i spotted the container. great little hidey hole very nice view and i didnt know it existed thanks took the two tb's and will take them to canberra next week or somewhere else tftc
We just love how helpful the Wagga cachers can be - pointing out a good track that took us under 50m to the cache.
Another great spot and views of the Wagga area - was warming up now so we sat and enjoyed the sun whilst signing the log.
Thanks Roostaman for bringing us up here. TNLN SL Cheers!
*Apologies for the late log - didn't upload from the iPad on the day & have recently realised *

Now in true Smurfyguy fashion, Bushbashing is so much more fun that the easy way of the track! After navigating the way to around 100m of the cache and the track heading uphill, we dicided to cross-country it over to GZ, only to find the same track once more. Oh well.
Cache was found nice and easily and we enjoyed the view from GZ.
Took nothing, Left 2 tb's

Ran out of time and was getting eTen by an army of mozzies, I spent about 100 mins exploring the hill and it's surrounding tracks
#1124 @ 4.45pm. Well we did our usual stunt here in bush bashing our way to GZ (although we had a little chat to a fellow out watering his pumpkins). Soon enough Dad had the cache in had thanks to good co-ords. Of course, in our usual style, we found a path on the way out. Great views from this location, TFTC Roostaman [^]

Fifth find of the day with TheChops while attending the 1111111111 event.
By now we were all getting very hot and bothered, I reckon the temperature managed to hit the predicted 40 degrees while we were doing this cache! We managed to take the longest possible route to this one, clambering through long grassy and very hilly terrain. Found a much easier way out...isn't that always the way!
TFTC - too nothing, signed the log.

We were in town for the 1111111111 event. Had plenty time afterwards, so wandered off to grab some local caches. We managed to make this one harder than it needed to be, especially on such a hot day, but once we got to the GZ, it didnt take long to have the cache in hand. Left RoboRapter TB.
Got to this one after the event. This one was the only one I did on this hill as just too hot. Mum waited in the car in shade. She was feeling better after having acouple of icecreams I walked down a corridor of bush right past a clothes line. A small kid came down and watched me I found a style and was soon out of there. Got to gz and made a quick find trying to find some shade I drunk a whole two litres getting thuis one and only did 200 metres. Geez it was hot TFTC
Found this while trying out the geopuppies new kites that they had made. Nice find but a shame there wasnt' enough wind to fly kites. Geopuppies happy though, good swaps here today. TFTC
I had just tried to decipher the code from the multi and kept going to get to this cache. It was an uphill battle with grass that was up to my neck in places... Very wary of snakes and apologies to the two kangaroos that I startled when I came upon them Ended up being an easy find and I found a different way out which meant less bush bashing.
Almost gave up on this one after 5 minutes when I spied it out of the corner of my eye!
I doubt I could have found a harder way in to this one, worked hard for this Cache
I was feeling a little awkward after looking up from my gps to find I was walking past someones clothes line... Woops, refound the track and found this one among much tumble weed or panic grass or what ever it's called. Great spot. On the way back I met a lovely old couple whos clothes line it was I walked past. Had a great old chat.
Thanks for the walk.
Thanks for the walk.
Found on a day trip to Wagga - geoson took a car, left another toy. Nice walk up the trail, more fun coming back down! TFTC.
I drove around in circles looking for the best/closest access point, eventually parked opposite a vacant block and walked around past some extensive back yards which probably have annexed more than they should have. Fortunately once arriving at GZ the cache was quickly located, and then it was back the same way. I did take some time to scout out the bast access route for the next cache on my list seeing as I had an excellent view over the area.I also admired the cubby house in the rocks nearby - ah memories! Thanks for the cache Roostaman
Rated: for Overall Experience
Found just after Gum-Ako who I'm sure we saw driving off Luckily she was kind and we found this in no time after a short stroll. Clear skies from TeamAstro.
Lets be true about this, depending on which way you come, this is not a nice stroll up a slight incline, all the same tftc

We suspect we approached this one from the wrong direction as we parked in a nearby street and got into the park areavia some vacant land. Never-the-less, we viewed some interesting gardens in back yards. Container quickly found by P-P and log signed. The walk out was down hill, which meant we had to walk uphill through streets to get back to the geovehicles. Found in company with Ian & Penny on a quiet days caching after the OZ MEGGA Event.

Well the Mega event is over, but we're still here. We are having a quiet caching day with Phetlern before they have to head off on their travels.
I guess we took the easy way up, and the easier way down, even though it turned out to be longer. I guess we just parked in the wrong spot.
Took: Nothing

Visiting for Oz Mega Wagga Wagga from Brisbane and hunting with my regular caching buddy Gunnie69. Thanks for sharing your great city, terrific caches and fabulous hospitality with us. Great to have the opportunity to run in to so many fellow cachers at so many GZs in and around Wagga Wagga!
No! Rocky? Here? Really...you think? LOL. Was slower up the hill than Gunnie....but was onto the cache quicker by using my "cachers sixth sense" (ie follow the geo-trail!!).
Thanks for the cache . Cheers, svn07

Like others, we had some trouble finding the proper way to access the area, but once in were able to get the cache.

A real shame that this cache, as well as others set on high, have not had the visits the other have had over the Mega Event weekend. Seeing the city and the views from these points is really worth the trek.
Svn07 was feeling a little slow as we approached this one but, even lagging behind a little she made it to GZ before I did... I headed in a little too far up the track and ended up having to come down through the rocks... YES, there certainly is rocks here too...
Thanks for bringing me up here to enjoy the view. The cache was a bonus...
