Well this one was a real disappointment, after doing the first lot of maths.
Arriving at WP 2 and finding no play ground, no info board to be able to answer the questions and just this big bird.
I notice the log before this has a note.
I think this needs to be archived to save future cachers from the same waste of time.
PS; I think the play ground has been moved to another street and modernised.

GZ. has been moved, the station has had a re-vamp and all the old items of interest including an old car body have been removed, replaced by some standard small gardens and new lightening.
Owner hasn't responded..

Having done the sums fixed some errors was all keen for a find but alas, The station is having a re-vamp and gz has been moved. I have the phone number of the dude who moved the stuff, grabbed off some workers who were there today if you want to find out what he did with the old stuff. Cheers nautilus ..
Done the questions and sum's, wasn't to confident with the final waypoint so waiting on confirmation of answer before heading to GZ.
Well with a bit more home-work figured out a couple trick questions, which I had read about twenty times before I realised the tricky bit, doh.. This is why I failed the police maths test by two points (one point each on the two types of maths you get tested on)! Im not the best mathematician out there !! but enjoy the challenge just the same.. So now just to get back to GZ..
The sculpture was awe-some.. :}

After three, or was it four attempts at this cache and with a little help from Jimmymaff, we eventually put this one to bed.
A very wet cache, needing attention. Managed to sign log and emptied the water out.

Happy St Patricks day 2011. Nice quick cache on way through Rosedale. (tricky calculations) TNLN
Geocache had water in it, this maybe because no one has been thic cache in a while?

After getting the info a few days ago and then working it all out at home we travelled back today to see if it could be found. I was looking in one part and Miss E in the other. As I swapped spots Miss E yelled, "found it!".....and she had! Jimmymaff got it spot on - cache is in easy reach. We signed the log and replaced it EXACTLY as found. No worries. TFTH
Decided to call into this one on my way back from town. After Carpo's had FOUND it I was keen. Got my info from the big thing and calculated my GZ. Approaching GZ I was chuckling to myself as I was here not that long ago thinking this was going to be GZ for another cache. Quick search and find. Ya. This cache just needs a little TLC and it will be as good as new. Thanks piggysue for the multi cache.
Well bugger me - I had every intention of actually going out to replace the cache box for this as it has been some time since a valid find...
Until now.
Cache is actually very easy to reach, just hard to see.
Needs maintenance (new pen, log and a clean out), will attempt to fix when next on the way through.
Nice to cross this one off the list!

Had all the clues - pretty sure we were in the right spot, but no luck. Email sent through to confirm the right GZ.
Frustrated with Hillbridge with this one on a Valley caching day. Didn't want to tread on too many plants, but we were pretty sure we had GZ. Let Hillbridge get confirmation via email. Good to see it finally came through.
Found this on the 14-Dec-08 and after a few months PiggySue has confirmed I had the correct GZ, better late that never .
Been past here many many time but never stopped for a visit.

Found first waypoint and gathered the clues but didn't find the cache. [We were pointed to a slab of concrete opposite the train station past the 'teddybear cemetery'] According to my mum Piggysue that is not the right spot! Oh well.

Found the bird sculpture and worked out the co-ordinates to the second site. Lots of searching at GZ - which was very accurate on the day - but unable to find the cache. Will email a desciption to confirm the correct location. Loved the second site - wish I had one at home!

Pretty certain on general location but not sure if piggysue's decription about being out of reach is correct or not as it appears it was last found in Sept 07? Lots of local muggles hanging around prevented good searching techniques.
Will follow this log with a foubd based on piggysues requirements

738. This find was actually made on 5/10/2007, however confirmation only came through today 27/5/2008.
Because my 1000th find has been used in a mystery cache puzzle + I number them all, I'm going to claim it on the day of confirmation. (Otherwise over 400 logs to amend.)
TFTC and the trip around Rosedale.

Found at 11:10. A quick easy find on the way home from Sale after getting a hint from Crisp Image earlier. TNLN Thanks
One can just imagine the inside of the building, lots of timber, high ceilings (or pressed iron), polished floors, dado walls. If the truth be know it is all lined with plaster. TFTC
It was late afternoon and I wasn't going to do this one but a part of me said one more, make it a round 20 for the day. So off I went to the sculpture and then onto GZ remining me of Kuranda. A part of me felt uneasy here but not to worry as I soon had the cache. Thanks piggysue.
#16 of 29 finds in company with acts2youthgroup on our 'East of Melbourne' Thursday adventure. We found this one at 1425. I had logged the other two in this series, but I don't get out this far east very often. Today I was glad to complete the series. I made no exchange. Thanks to piggysue for the cache. Cheers, dak.
Did the prelim on this on the outbound journey but stuffed the maths a little. After some time to rethink in the car I had the co-ords for the return journey. Wasn't too sure I wasn't on private land at first but I'm pretty sure it's all good. Needed a call to my niece for a hint on location though.
Great garden here.

I enjoyed this cache. Found the sculpture and deciphered the clue. Then found gz MUCH closer than 1.4km! There was an obvious item which I spent some time cheking arches before finding the easy to access cache. Lovely old piece of work (the whole gz) - reminded me of a similar place outside of Cairns. Thanks piggysue for the hide and showing me this place.
Found bird sculpture and desciphered waypoints on to cache. Unfortunatly road was blocked by locked gate with stern warning thereon. Didnt know if "private property" and could continue. Was 1.4km from GZ if my desciphered co-ordinates were right.
Found the bird sculpture and collected and deciphered the info to get the cache coords. GPS had lots of overhead satellites and gave the position of the cache with exceedingly good accuracy. Having read the previous entries I came armed with torch and arm extensions but in the event these were not required.
Took WW2 figure, left a kiwi hair clip.
Thanks to Piggysue for the cache and excuse to get off the highway.

Found it on a sunny winters day. After figuring out the clues and the GZ I got there and could not find it. I reurned to the car and got specailised looking equipment and located it very soon after at 11:10

Our second attempt at this cache, the first attempt was foiled by rain and an uneasy feeling that we may not have the co-ordinates correctly. We came through today in perfect weather and found that our co ordinates were correct. Had a more leisurely search today and confirmed with maccamob that we were indeed right as we still felt a little uncomfortable. With a small hint the cache was soon after in hand

Found at 14:30 third of four caches for the day on our way home from our Easter weekend away. Found this one in the company of Spy Kids. We soon arrived at the park and I headed over to collect the required information, Ryan the youngest of Spy kids had a quick play on the play ground but wanted to go and play on the one he spotted on the main road, so we went there for him to have a play while I worked out the numbers. To my surprise the cache was where I thought it would be not some distance away as others had thought. The cache was a nice quick find. Thanks for showing us this rather unique place.
Found 16:00, after PPras's efforts with a stick of dubious origin the cache was retrieved and the log book singed.
TNLN, thanks piggysue.

Found at 3.20 GAFF2. We found the structure where the cache was hidden in and then called Ian & Penny to confirm that we were correct - we were. Then today 13 March, we were passing by with Biggles Bear and we decided to go in armed with some equipment to try and locate the cache and retrieve it. Within a few minutes and while a train stopped at the station waiting for us to board, I pulled the cache out, signed the log book and put it back in a spot that is a lot easier to retrieve. Thanks piggysue.
I gathered the required answers and calculated GZ. I read the cache notes and decided not to attempt a retrieval, but emailed the owner with a description of GZ. After a couple of weeks of no response, I again emailed the owner, but still no response.
I have decided to log the cache and, if the owner has any issues, then I will delete the log. Thanks for the cache and for showing me the area, especially the final location.

Interesting sculpture. I definately can say that I would never have seen this area . GZ was a very photogenic and worth a visit.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks Piggysue, I drive through here every couple of weeks but never venture off the highway. A pleasant surprise when you take time to stop and appreciate things. The scuplture was a cinch but I will have to complete the next section in coming days. I loved the cute little church on my way out of the place.
Thanks Piggsue. Really appreciate the effort you have gone to.
I hope we decrypted it properly, and if-so, it seems that it is quite some distace back towards the big smoke, and as we were headed towards places with cleaner air, haven't gone back to find the revealed coordinates. We'll try it on our way bck along the highway in a few weeks.

Found the sculpture ok, got the details I needed, but boy was I off with the final location. Way off in the boonies. Will have to be more careful next time with my calcs.
We found the playground and decrypted the clues without any problems, but on arrival at GZ we found there were a lot of muggles around, so we kept moving and decided to try on the way home.
Unfortunatly there were still too many people around the second time so we had to give it a miss for the day thereby missing the hat-trick of caches for the afternoon.
We will have to try again next time we are passing though.

Found it, well sort of. We are able to log this find by kind permission of piggysue.
It's all a matter of bad timing really, if we had read the clues beforehand we could have put a replacement within reach.

Seems the cache has been placed out of reach, apparantly it can be seen but not reached. I may not be able to replace it for some time,so rather than disable it, I'm happy for finders to contact me with a description of its location in order to register a find.
Found this one on a quick trip to Rosedale. Had a bit of trouble getting this one out, arms no long enough. Emailed Piggysue as could not fill in log, she has allowed it as a find,

Found by Mary & David at 1145. Gorgeous sunshine so a great day for caching. Kitsch is well and trully alive in this little place. Could have spent ages here exploring all the little decorator touches. Mary wished she had her secateurs, as the roses were in desperate need of pruning. Took bandaids, left mondo doll and crab. Our thanks to piggysue.
I collected all the clues and headed for the GZ only to find myself in a paddock, Doh after a quick correction I arrived at the GZ and the cache was found fairly easily Yahoo another FTF.
There is a caretaker near the cache, but he is ok about tourists and GPS units.
TNLN.
Many thanks piggysue for an interesting cache.
Regards Shelby and Mr.Coffee and the "Big Sculpture" Clan.
