Pickupfamily Dad found at 0705hrs after getting up early to try to grab a cache or two before breakfast on my last day in Kilkenny before heading back home to Australia tomorrow.
This is a fantastic spot, the perfect location for a cache as it's one of those places you would never go normally, but an amazing view awaits! Found the cache without too much difficulty even without the photo. I was hoping to grab the geocoin but another visitor had taken it a few days ago (not yet logged online).
I would thoroughly recommend the drive down here from anyone else visiting Kilkenny.
Thanks for the cache The Quiet Man. TNLN.

We all headed off for a drive today, once at Inistioge we were going to the nearby park so we approached from above. Interesting ruin and the view from inside was wonderful. Took pictures, and then went and found the cache. We took a little hand clapper thing and left a koala and geocoin. Also logged a couple of others in and out. Continued on to the nearby garden/park and had a lovely stroll there too. Thanks for cache, it was lovely to see it in summer...had been once before to the area in the depths of winter...
