After the walk up to the TrigPoint for a Geocaching Australia cache, this was collected on the way down to the car,
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

We needed a break from renovations and decided to go for a bit of a trundle with the geodogs, Teeny Treek, Mini Michi and Gypsy Girl. So we piled them into Joey the geomobile and headed out.
Mr Dromaniax attended this camp when he was in the Cubs. He also did some sailing around here with his Church Youth Group.
We got the dog leads out, and the Geodogs had an absolute ball walking to this cache and back.
We made a relatively quick find of this older cache.
The cache is in good condition.
Thank you for this Traditional cache, Maccaholics.

I think the recent bad weather has affected the area and there is now a fence preventing access to the path - that said it was very overgrown and may have been fenced off for some time- i jumped the fence but the bush was too thick and prickly for me to proceed far. Maybe there is an alternative approach
Close to coordinates but more like 10-15 paces from the track. Pleasant spot. Found in the evening of day 7 of the great vic ride. Cache container held a little water and the log was very slightly damp. TFTC!
In Anglesea for a craft weeekend so a few caches first! This was my must do cache as it’s an oldie. Easy enough walk and a quick find. Thanks for the cache and keeping it alive.

Down at Aireys Inlet for the weekend with the misses and a group of family friends, all muggles but I still managed to sneak out for some private geocaching time.
On the way home now and one last oldie but goodie before we leave the area.

Visiting the area for the week with Bogonghazy. Quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache
Great spot!! Lovely area and great hiding spot. Came over from camp Burnside on a mother daughter retreat. Cold and foggy day so we can’t wait to get back inside to the warmth

A nice track in the bush to walk to this spot. Brand new log & all was good! Tftc
Found it, but alas no pen. And as we were just out for a short walk we were not prepared either. All good with the cache. Cheers!
A day out with SorceySal and Bree the Geodog heading from The Marsh to Angelsea caching along the way there and back.
Love a fresh logbook, but strange that this one was damp with condensation too. I sometimes wonder if the sealed bags help or hinder.
Anyway, the three of us loved the walk to this one, shortly before we headed back to the Marsh.
Thanks juzmac

Out on a caching trip with bogonghazy and bree the geopuppy to cache from the Marsh to Anglesea and return.
I think we took the long way in here, but enjoyed the walk to the cache. BH made the find and we were on our way. Thanks juzmac for the enjoyment

Dropped past today to check on the cache. Container looked ok but replaced anyway. New logbook in a new ziplock bag. Should be good hopefully for another few years. Swaps quality was pretty low so have removed them altogether.

We were in Angelsea a month or so ago for a day trip and before I head off anywhere I usually check my list of the 500 oldest Vic caches that are still active to see if there are any in the particular area I'm heading to.
As i was concentrating on finding a wherigo cache that day I missed this one on my map, disappointing for me as it wasn't far away from where our travels took us to that day.
Fast forward to today and now we are staying in Torquay for the weekend I wasn't going to miss this one again. So after lunch and some op-shopping for Mrs Perpetuallylost it was short road-trip time.
After parking in the Ellimata Rd approach, the family wasn't too keen on walking the hill at the start so I made the quick trip to GZ solo. Managed to quickly find the cache between two passing teams of Bushwalkers but like the previous finder mentioned the log book is soaked through and near enough unusable anymore. Made a rough marking of my name it and took a pic of the cache as well as proof of visit. Thx juzmac for placing this one and keeping it in play for so long. Lovely cool day to find it on too, cheers.

Yesterday I ran the 50km event at the Surf Coast Century. Today I have come out for a 'active recovery walk'. Or, as more normal people would put it 'a geocaching walk' . Thanks for placing this cache and giving me a reason to get off my feet despite my stiff muscles.
A few metres away from where the coordinates put us. Blue round container. Beautiful day for a walk.
Found the cache and swapped a TB. Lovely walk TFTC live locally but never been here before. Nice quiet spot even on a sunny perfect Australia Day
My last cache for tonight (well, it was morning by the time I got here). I managed to tick off a number of goals in a handful of caches down here tonight. Hidden dates, hidden months, challenge qualifiers and even a couple of new PT’s for the kids collection. This cache fills a Jasmer month for us, and was a rather pleasant walk in the warmth of night. Throughout this evenings caching I spotted roo’s, an owl, possums, various 8 legged cache guardians and last but not least a frog while walking to this cache. Once at GZ, the find took me a little while. Either some cache creep has occurred or CO has a much longer stride than I do. A great sized cache, TNLN. TFTC.
TFTC!
Been meaning to get this one for a few ye asrs now but never found the time when I was down here. Great area for walks!

Found with Tyred n Cranky.
Down in Anglesea for a weekend family trip. While Tyred n Cranky had found quite a few in the area they decided to stop at a lot of them to let me claim some smilies.
An interesting LONG walk up the hill and over to the cache. i must say a cache this size was quite the pleasure to find. sadly on the way back we got some of the arvo showers but thankfully the tree cover helped to keep us relative dry.

Down in Anglesea/Torquay area for the Long Weekend to take Geodog Penny back to the beach, finish off the G2Anglesea trail and grab a few others along the way.
We finished the G2Anglesea trail on Saturday and today (Sunday) we are just grabbing a few here and there while we are being tourists and looking around the area.
We have been to Point Addis, Bells Beach, Torquay and now it is back to the Anglesea area to see what we can find.
We parked near Burnside Camp and off we walked some 400m+. Penny was in front leading the way to this one. There was a fork in the road so we wondered which way she would take us? Yes, she went right. Sometimes you don't need a GPS when you have Penny. She even lead us all the way to the cache hide. Found the hide, signed the log and back we walked, following Penny to the van then off we went to see what else we could find.

Dropped in today to check on the container... not in great shape so have replaced with a slightly larger one... Good to go hopefully for years to come!!
How good is this! Out and about in between training sessions with Victorian Junior XC Ski Team. Anglesea is a perfect destination. TFTC
We enjoyed a very long walk around the surf coast today and ventured past this cache along the way. Turns out there are happenings at the scout hall as sections further up the track were closed off but an easy find at GZ today. Thanks juzmac
Down in Anglesea to see my good friends. Enjoyed fish and chips on the beach on a very hot evening and then rain on the beach the next day. Today is very windy but the view is lovely. Saw a snake. Dropped off a Car travel bug and picked up another. Found with Surfkids.
Turning out to be a really hot day for walking on the Surfcoast Walk. But onwards we trudged to scout around for a good sized cache. SL at 11.25am Left: An Alexandra2017 geocoin to take in the views and admire the many banksias in flower. #5141 TFTC juzmac - having a lovely time discovering hidden treasures around Anglesea.
While on a Scout Camp in Anglesea, we wandered down the track hoping to paddle our feet in the ocean. It turned into more than a wander, but we did find this cache along the way! Love the native correas in the area! TFTC
Famous caching words: "Just one more". Checking to see what was on the way home we stopped to grab this one.
Driving as far as we could, we went for a lovely walk, on a nicely kept path.
The find was made quickly, signed and returned and now we really are on our way home before kids get home from school.

It was fun poking around under the scrub. Cache is a great size for some small swapsies! Thanks for bringing us up this track. Great having a Geo dog as our decoy TFTC
Found it! Whoops! Wrong cache! Found this one whilst walking with the Walkabouters around the East Perimeter track. We had morning tea at the junction and then continued up the track toward. I eventually found a bit further off the track while everyone was resting. TFTC S
It's always a pleasure to cache along the Great Ocean Road but even better when the sky is nice, there are no muggles about and you have the day to yourself. I parked the geo wheels some distance away and made the walk in. The path looked to be refreshed recently. Once near GC, the GPSr had me on the path but I soon spotted not too far away. Stamped and replaced as found.

It was a perfect clear winter day so we opted for a nice walk to this cache. Impressed by the length of the co's legs in the hint. We had to stretch a bit further. TFTC
Found on a great geocaching day out in Anglesea with our friends, suss vulture. It was heavily raining at this point in the day, so attempting this cache was perhaps not the greatest idea. Up the hill and on the path directly to GZ, it was COVERED in mud and puddles, so we were slipping and sliding for a great portion of the trip. Our shoes were covered by the end of the journey! Luckily, at GZ, it wasn’t as muddy, so it was a very quick find. Despite the mud, it was a very nice area! TNLNSL. TFTC!
After a nice pleasant walk in the Heathland, and a bonus friendly Echidna near the cache. We signed the log and retraced our path to the car.

Attending the event and cleaning up some caches in the area with Happy pants, omegaman971 and Yoshi Warriors while at the event. Signed logs as DRAG Team. Enjoyed the walk up to the GZ where after a short search the container was in hand. I think the clue refers to a giant.

Heading home we (neisha07, boo09 & I) grabbed a handful more to finish off our trip.
This was a quickie found by one of the geo-kids after a nice walk in. Muggle husband whinges a lot on dirt roads!
With the Surf Coast Mega upon us, we decided to make a long weekend of it and head up early.
With only 2 previous smilies in this area, found during a roadtrip over a year ago, there were plenty of awesome places to explore. A great weekend was had. TFTC!

Found while down here for the Mega. Out grabbing some caches with Happy Feet 1, Omegaman1971 & Happy pants. We had a nice walk to GZ (except for the used toilet paper blowing across the path at one point). After a bit of a search, the cache was spotted. TFTC Maccaholics.

So the adventure started when I decided it would be a good idea to run up the hill ahead of TheGoldenNugg and Stephnowell just to find out I was lost in the middle of no where alone with my GPS going spastic. After a phone call to TheGoldenNugg and Stephnowell trying to yell out so I could hear, and my GPS completely not working, finding the geobuddies and the cache was unsuccessful for me. I also couldn't find my way back to the car after getting chased by a swarm of bees and bull ants climbing up my limbs. Fair to say my geobuddies were successful and I virtually was through the help of Snapchat. Don't worry now fellow caches after walking around for what feels an eternity I have found the car, but no geobuddies in sight.
Future lesson for all you out there, don't run off thinking you know what your doing, because you probably don't

Parked near the local camp and made our way to GZ while enjoying the lights of Anglesea in the distance.
An easy find using the hint tonight and we were soon adding our name to the log book. We did notice some erosion along the path caused by the heavy rains of late but nothing to hinder our find.
Thanks Maccaholics for the placement.

Out and about today scouting the Anglesea / Brimlea / Torquay area with Ausfox! for some finds on this overcast day. Love coastal expeditions, always such a unique vibe down here.
Jogged most of the way too this cache, despite no cars allowed there is some huge ruts! Would love to follow the paths around here one day. Thanks for making me stretch the legs. Cheers

This is indeed a cool spot, and one that I'm familiar with for a variety of reasons. The nearby path is actually part of the Surf Coast Walk, that goes from Torquay (Point Impossible, actually) to Fairhaven. This location is outside the scout's Camp Eumeralla area, but a number of scout camp landmarks are visible along the ridge to the North-east. Beware the occasional biker going like the clappers in the Anglesea direction Thanks heaps, Maccaholics!
