didn't find this on spent a long time looking but itwas a bit wet and mud so it was a bit hard to look
This cache has proved to be a difficult cache to maintain as it goes AWOL or fills with water within days of a maintenance visit, therefore i think it is best to archive it and free the area up for someone else to use.
Thanks to all that has found this cache and if the Rally of Melbourne is re-born into the Don road area and i offer my services as a stage commander I may do another version.

We had about an hour to kill so three caches seemed reasonable with the geokids in tow. When we pulled up there were at least four people fishing and as many dog walkers. Three kids played on the exercise equipment while one came for a look. Checked as well as we could without getting too muddy but didn't find the cache. Thanks The Coffee's for showing us this nice place for a rest.

A quick easy find for me. I had a bit of a bad back so let the GPS find it and my son play in the mud to find it
I tried to get this cache a few weeks ago but there was a hotrod show on and to many Muggles so today was the day to get it very quite found it quickly took geocoin
Thanks Me-Again..
Thanks Me-Again..
If there's one thing I hate it's not being able to find a 1/1 hide!! A coin was dropped in here yesterday so I was convinced it must still be there, and the hiding place looked obvious so I spent a long time looking everywhere. GPSr was indicating the logical place for GZ but I expanded the search area - still to no avail - I must be blind! Thanks anyway Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan.
Visiting from the States and had to do a few caches. Took a few minutes to coax this one out of hiding.

With MMelb away on school camp, GMelb was aiming to get 2 days off so we could go caching together until it got dark and not have to worry about a hungry teenager lol! The plan was Marysville today and (some of) Woodlands tomorrow. However due to the weather this morning he decided he may as well go into his 2nd office for the morning and by the time he got home it was 3pm so we changed our plans and decided to go to Healesville instead as long as we fitted a Beechworth Bakery visit in somewhere lol
So this was the first cache we came to in quite a pretty spot. The cache was easily found and then we walked around the small lake enjoying the better afternoon weather. JMelb had been to this area once last year as The Saucebottle's (Muggle friends of ours that occasionally cache with us) youngest daughter played a Soccer Semi-Final at the Soccer field here (and won) She didnt know the cache was here as she didnt have the GPS as GMelb went caching elsewhere lol
TFTC Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan, we will upload a couple of photos of the walk.

Found 1210hrs. Had to wait awhile between muggles doing their fitness and walk. Took car, left car. TFTC
Found after a very warm day spent with the inlaws. Were hampered by 3 international muggles making the most of the equipment, but sent geo-hubby in to make the final retrieval which was accomplished without too much difficulty.

A good hide. Found with youngest, intrepid son. Great afternoon of hunting and finding caches. TNLN. TFTC.
Found @1050 #1089
As the weather was so nice it was ideal for a bit of caching thru the Healesville region this morning; an area I have not yet touched. This was the 3rd find this morning and had to wait for the muggles to finish exercising before I could go for it. Nice hide. TFTC Mr Coffe and Clan, TNLN.

Dried out, cleaned up and replaced log on behalf of Mr. Coffee and the Coffee Clan.
Found on a trip to Healesville on a very hot November day. As logs before have said, it is all very wet and hard to deal with.
I know the cache is extremely wet and i should have this fixed up within the next two weeks.
I had today mostly to myself after getting duties done early, I had planned it this way as my car was in for a warranty repair.. I put a few km on the loan car and had a ball too.. This was the first of quite a few on a very round about trip from Boronia back to Ferntree Gully via everywhere else I could think of.. Thanks for the cache.. find #1863
As others have mentioned, the logbook was very waterlogged and was almost impossible to write in. It was a nice park for our cuppa after grabbing some nice cakes from the famous bakery in town. TNLN T4TC

Well, who knew this park was here? Two sets of fishermen who decided to leave just as I arrived that's who!
Reasonably quick find in the dark after they left, but the cache is soaked and needs maintenance. I'll log that, and did manage to sign the wet log book.
Edit: should mention I was returning to Melbourne from the Akademos rally, making this an appropriate cache to find. Now, if it could just get some maintenance ... please?

Suscoe found this fellow during a fairly solid shower of rain this morning.
Good thing was all the dogwalking muggles fled the rain and left us all alone.
Cache soon found.
We drained a bit of water out and popped a dry piece of paper in.
Thanks to Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan.

Found on a nice morning. Took some time to retrieve only because there were so many dogs being walked around the vicinity. Log very wet. TFTC.
Cache is waterlogged and very smelly. Help... it needs floaties or waterproofing!
My apologies about the wet cache container, this was a new one and it appears after a good rain it gets wet. I will replace it soon with a better container.

Easy find, it was soaked as per the previous logs had noted. Was hoping it had been dried out/maintained, alas it was a wet, mouldy, and very smelly cache - a disappointing find, that hardly inspired my non caching friend to understand my enthusiasm for caching! Great outlook, we enjoyed the walk about the lake.
found this cache after a big day of caching, we had to be careful retrieving this one as there were a few kids around, nice area tftc

Bit muddy here today but cache was quickly located right on dusk. Log is completely soaked. TFTC
Winding down our afternoon of caching around Marysville with the Walenators. Sun has set and it's starting to cool down. The cache is saturated and the log is almost had it. Unfortunately we didn't have a replacement with us. TFTC
A damp old morning and a pretty muddy area but fortunately there was not any requirement to enter said mud in my work shoes! Tnln tftc
Headed out tonight for another night caching run with my good mate and caching buddy Marshy (Blacklegend). Tonight we were in for a treat with some night caching into the hills around Marysville and Warburton. We drove right to the parking area near GZ and made our way through over some very wet and muddy ground before reaching GZ. Cache found nice and quick and signed hte log. I used to have a little Datsun 180B rally car that I did up. Must say it was great fun. Cheers.
My name is Ron Taylor and I undertook finding this Geocach as part of an assignment for my geo-spatial technologies course. The clue was very helpful for finding this site and translated to does that song go under was very helpful. It was very wet on the day and at first I had some difficulty but once the sun came out it was quite easy to locate the cache in a plastic bottle. The clue about the helicopter pad was helpful as well. Beware this is a dog walking path and I did get a free face wash.
One of 26 on another legendary night caching run north east of Melbourne into the hills, with my best mate and caching buddy Marty (Quasar3671). Nice secluded spot, and with the full moon in the sky, it was kinda eerie. Nice one. TFTC.

Was out with my mate geocal on the way to badgers wier. Noticed this one on a different route then we normally take. We took a slight detour to make this search. I got a sense of de ja vu, I remember last time I was here there were a large gathering of muggles nearby to gz so I did not risk being discovered. Nice easy find.
Thanks to mr coffee and the coffee clan for the cache. Tnln.

Reasonably quick easy find by geo-son. A bit damp around, but no real issues. Signed log and took a dinosaur and left a dinosaur. TFTC.
Found today by Team Turtle. Grabbed the Funky traveller TB to move it along on it's journey. Left an elephant.. (didn't have any cars on us.) TFTH!
Only time for one cache today, and this was it... We'd been foiled here by muggles once before, but after departing the Sanctuary at closing time we popped by for a fairly quick find and recover before heading off to the Healesville playground for more shenanigans.... Certainly is family day around these parts today!
Dropped TB... TFTC.

What a great day to be out and about - perfect autumn weather and no rain in sight! Found this one at 11.45am. There were very few muggles in sight to hinder our search for this one. Took: large green dice Left: boat (perhaps it can speed across the nearby lake). TFTC and alerting us to the Rally and the showgrounds.
Found at 1838. Quick easy find on the way home after a walk at Badgers weir. Lovely little park with an interesting fitness section!! TNLN. SL. TFTC
Couldn't look cause a muggle was sitting on bench. He would've thought we were crazy!

Nice quick find with Geo_Lightly on our way home through Healesville. Thanks for the cache.
I will swap the cache container soon, but was considering glueing a nano on a snail...Hmmm that could just work..lol
Cache nice and dry today. Great spot...love the snail guards! How did you train them to stay put??!!
4 year old was the first to find it from our search party - he was very excited!!
Took frog, left fave marble.

Quick find with rain threatening - big black clouds rolling in! Snails still about to guard the cache. Quite a bit of water in the bottom of the container, we tipped it out but you may need to check all is OK with all the rain lately. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Found with Julio, Lis & Besty on a weekend away. The snails were keeping the cache safe!
Before I'd even gotten out of my car, another car arrived with a muggle and her two dogs. I sat on the bench near GZ and waited for her to disappear from view. I grabbed the cache and headed back to the bench to log my find, then waited again for her to disappear before returning it. Thanks to the clan for the cache.
A quick stop between other caches in the area. Nice safe hiding place, nearby dog muggle had no clue what I was doing.

Flooded roads ahead and behind, which makes for a caching adventure.
While Tamsin looked for the shade of a collabah tree (unsuccessfully), I followed a more logical path. We came up trumps all good and dry.
Cheers and thanks from Team Bearsleys!

Mr Riblet was there any reason for a reviewers note on this cache as it is online and fine.
I expect your reviewers note will be deleted for quality and coaching purposes, quiet in NSW????

Only 4 snails in residence today. Once they were brushed off we were off on a walk around the lake (led by the 2 yo) before we could stop and sign the log. Plenty of dog walkers out today even though the clouds kept threatening rain.
Took: Pippamer tag. Left: stagetree (copper) tag and a ciggy butt holder.
Cheers Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan, thanks for bringing us here.

After working with old info, we now realise this was out of action, though we did find the cache alright. A serious tidy up was given though a new log needed. A wonderful area in a beautiful town, will check back next time we are in town : )
i knew this cache was dodgy with snails rusty can
and wet contents, we were just passing and had to check it out

The container is still in place but in need of replacing. I am aware of what needs to be done.

Had a couple of hours to spare before a wedding, and was able to take some time out for caching.
Cache is in place - but container is covered in snails, and the biggest slug I have seen in my life. Cache contents themselves are covered in a brown liquid of some kind. Makes me wonder if it was flooded during the heavy rains. Anyway, I didn't sign the log as it was disgusting. But found it !
Would advise that this should be taken offline until it can be replaced.

Yuck. As well as being covered in snails (which isn't really a problem) container appears to have been flooded or has leaked. Contents are covered in brown liquid. Nasty.

On a wet day, we found it. A group of five snails have made the cache home and there us some funky brown liquid on the container. Tftc.

Nice park. Now to brave the shops for Christmas shopping.
As previous finders have noted this cache in need of some maintenance, log book wet, mold growing everywhere.

Quickly found this one with Mrs Biggles but like previous cachers have stated this one is completely sodden with the log book unusable and the "things within" soaked through. It was 'icky' to grab as the container was covered with snails and slugs (of which there were a few squashed as I tried to retrieve the cache). Take a look at the attached photos to see the condition of the cache as it's not a pretty sight. [xx(]
We didn't replace anything we didn't have spares with us. Needless to say, it was certainly "TNLN".

Nice park and one I have never been to before. As stated previously the cache is in a real bad state, Biggle of Oz took some photo's as you can see, we had the camera but nothing else so couldn't help the poor cache out. Couldn't sign the log either.
